They CAN file motions to appeal any significant ruling by these judges, including the intial rulings to agree the cases had enough legal merit to be heard, these “gag order” rulings, the fines, etc.
And, his legal team HAVE filed IIRC, over 30 such motions to higher courts, most of which have not yet been ruled on, and based on the ones I have read, they are both beautifully written, AND an absolute hoot!
Sundance posted one awhile back, and praised its authors, I read another IIRC at a TGP article, and it listed briefly the others, all to that point.
Such info is detailed, and unfortunately many peoples eyes glaze over, at legal filings but their are some real beauts, and I mean that, sincerely.
They read like Sidneys filings in the Flynn case, and expose just how baseless, meritless and politically motivated these cases are.
But, much like,…efforts to secure our elections, truth about Ukraine,…its not going to be on MSM, nor spoon fedto you; you have to LOOK for it.
His legal team has been very busy.
One other note; you put together a different defence, when its obvious your strategy is to win on appeal, knowing the initial court/judge is biased.
Little to no point in argueing anything in the initial court, OTHER THAN for the purpose of getting ON THE RECORD, any/all grounds for appeal.
Hence, it can “look” very different, from the cheap seats. KL’s legal team followed a similar strategy.

Come to think of it, maybe this is why Iran orchestrated an attack on Israel instead of Saudi Arabia. Had it attacked Saudi Arabia first, Israel would’ve come to its aid and Iran would’ve had to fight both at once. Beyond the signal fence was the “protective strip” (Schutzstreifen). It was brightly lit by floodlights in many places to reduce an escapee’s chances of using the cover of darkness. Guard towers, bunkers and dog runs were positioned at frequent intervals to keep a round-the-clock watch over the strip. Crossing the Schutzstreifen, the escapee would next reach the floodlit control strip, often called the “death strip” in the West. Tripwire-activated flare launchers were situated at various points to help the border guards pinpoint the location of an escape attempt. The last and most formidable obstacle was the outer fencing. In some places there were multiple parallel rows of fences, each up to several metres high, with minefields in between. The fences were not electrified but were booby-trapped with directional anti-personnel mines at intervals of 10 metres (33 ft), each one of which was capable of killing at a range of up to 120 metres (390 ft). Finally, the escapee had to cross whatever natural obstacles were on the western side of the border fence as well as traversing a strip of cleared ground that was up to 500 meters (1640 ft) wide. While crossing this outer strip, the escapee would appear in clear view and shooting range of the border guards before reaching the safety of West German territory.

“The Voter Services department in Chester County, Pennsylvania has wiped the “protected counts” off their voting machines, raising questions about their motives. This unexpected act was revealed to observers while voting machines were undergoing normal “logic and accuracy” testing in preparation for the upcoming November 7, 2023 Municipal Election.
As explained by Karen Barsoum, Chester County Director of Voter Services, the protected count on a voting machine should be the total number of ballots put into the machine over its lifetime, which accumulates up like a car’s odometer.
When thinking of a car, you can reset the trip odometer, but should not be able to roll back the lifetime odometer. Since the protected counts on voting machines are supposed to be “protected,” hence the name, why would the county eliminate this history? Why would county elections officials not want anyone to be able to see on the machine itself how many ballots went into it previously?”

November 1, 2020 – speaking to reporters, President Trump predicts exactly what ended up happening on Election Night with mail-in ballots:
