The US has the most expensive and complex weapons on the planet. But they break down a lot, have issues with spare parts and repair, and don’t perform as well or as consistently as expected.
The Russians have cheaper weapons that work well and can be repaired in the field. The Russians can turn them out in quantities that out-produce the entire NATO countries combined. And their warfare has been evolving to counter threats from NATO weaponry.

Your answer doesn’t resonate as solidly as I want it to, or with how much I trust PDJT, and though I trust no man fully, he is one that has earned my trust and admiration the most.
I guess it is like I keep seeing patients, with love, and with respect, even though I keep telling them their health depends on disciplined self care, diet, exercise, not smoking, minimal alcohol, no recreational drugs, take care of their health first before spouse and kids.
If I abandon them, use fear, guilt, shame — they are not going to get the internal drive. If I oppose/engage in conflict – waste energy. Other times I engage fully. It is an instinct thing.
Most things I didn’t understand about what PDJT did, make sense later. I wasn’t trying to cast doubt, but see who here understood in a way better than what was said before.

President Trump has not yet publicly expressed support for McCarthy’s ouster. And it’s not likely he will. He’s so far only Truthed that Republicans keep fighting one another while Dems maintain unity. It’s entirely possible Trump’s well-known push for Party unity prompted many otherwise excellent Reps to vote no. It makes no sense to castigate and remove every single Rep who voted no. Many are invaluable to the MAGA movement and huge supporters of President Trump. And one of them might make an excellent Speaker. The public’s enthusiasm for McCarthy’s removal could well embolden some of these no voters to finally come out of their protective shells. Give it time to work.

I think of this as an internal fight within the House which probably should be happening a lot more often than it does. Trump does not need to say anything about it.

I have a question about the Emergency Alert for today at 2:20 pm. In the past, there has been no particular announcement of this kind of alert. So, the announcements of it are setting my spidey senses on alert. Nobody seems to have any particular information about it, just the announcement of the alert of the Emergency Broadcast system.
Is there something special about it? Is the government locating/identifying all cell phones in the country? Should we turn off all cell phones, televisions, computers, and tech stuff?

Yesterday I saw a video showing a group of people sitting in a UK bar. They were being filmed prior to and as their emergency alert test went of, yesterday.
The noise of all their phones beeping/buzzing/ringing at the same time startled them, but then they all just kind of laughed and got on with their day.
Conspiracy theorists, those people who are called insane but are proved correct often these days, say something much bigger is going on. Phones will be tracked to know where their owners are, signals will be sent/subliminal messages that will change the way you think about things, and all manner of who knows what.
Others say it is just what they say it is, a nothing burger.
Isn’t it funny, though, that the UK did the same test yesterday and today the U.S. and Russia are doing it?
This is not an American test of the Emergency Alert system, this is a worldwide test. For who? The W H O? N A T O? C D C? And for exactly what purpose?
