It’s common sense.
What VDH does not do is talk about solutions. The left believes that diversity equity and inclusion departments staffed by more and more people is the solution. Ok, lets give them that and make them show us actual effects of the policies.
Lets start with the easiest. If a community is 15% black, 5% asian and the remainder mixed and white, you have a simple math policy. Next, lets take systemic racism in policies and procedures. Change them and you’re done. Lastly, a racist workforce. Fire the people who wear white head cones to work.
Even if this isn’t as easy as I portray it, we should expect a competent DEI director to implement something , monitor it for a year or so, and then fire the whole department and step down themselves. After all, once policies are put in place and all the racists fired, any employee can monitor compliance and a special department isn’t needed if that department was good at their jobs. They were hired to implement DEI and again, if they are very competent, they should work their way OUT of a job.
So now, this brings up the questions for existing government staff.
“How long will it take to achieve diversity equity and inclusion, and how do you measure success?”
“If those measurements are not being met, does that mean we still have racists on our staff?”
“If you are admitting we still have racists, racist policies, and more work to do despite the DEI department, why?”
“If you’re saying we still have racists and racist policies as a predicate to keeping the DEI department, then you nust know who the racists are and what policies are racist. If you’re saying you’ve identified these then why are they still there?”
“If you have NOT identified any racists or racist policies or inequities, then why do we need the department?”
“I don’t understand. You have identified racists and racist policies and by allowing that to continue, doesn’t that make you a racist?”

My husband will graciously go to our neighbourhood WalMart for me if I need a few things.
Yesterday, he self checked out as he always does. But this day for some stupid reason they had positioned an employee at the door to check receipts. The line for that bit of pantomime was long…and not moving.
Finally one man took his cart and waving his receipt headed out the door.
When he was shouted at, he shot back, ” I wasn’t trained to check out at your f****** tills and I’ve done your f****** work for you. And now you want to check MY f****** work?? F off.”
And out he went.
He turned around to see the whole line of sheep breaking away and wheeling their carts out the door.
A whole bunch of people learned something yesterday.

Did the same thing last week but yelled to the receipt checker “This isn’t Costco” and kept on going and others also left the line right after that. Sounds like not complying is just as contagious as complying used to be. That’s the American way, and so should be easier to get more people to stop playing their game.

These supermarkets/big shops have laid off all or most of their checkout staff. So they have YOU do the self checkout. BUT then they have ONE guy at the door scanning all your AND the other shoppers’ purchases to make sure you havent stolen anything. STUPID STUPID STUPID
Then I want access to their employee break room.
I understand the frustration. But how does swearing at, defying and bullying a lowly-paid likely entry level Walmart chap whose one job it is to check receipts at the door equate with noncompliance to our tyrannical government? Maybe first walk a mile in his moccasins. Isn’t self-checkout designed to trim budget costs and help keep prices low for us Walmart shoppers? As long as theft doesn’t erase the benefits.

Of course it doesn’t help. And I have always said that those we meet are fighting battles we know nothing of. But by the same token we don’t know what was going in the life of the man who lost his temper either. There are always two people with different lives and issues in any confrontation.
Which is why in my encounter, I turned, walked in without a mask and found the manager, whom I knew well through my shopping. Which is why my husband with his avoided the issue altogether.
But I also believe we are on the precipice of losing everything, including autonomy over our bodies and our lives. We are not in those “normal times” we thought we lived in. And I am sorry to say that what the satanists have in mind for us all is going to precipitate worse than sharp and ugly language.
My preferred confrontation would be to start with ” I know this is nothing to do with you but..” and then a strong message to deliver to the clueless insulting management which seems to think the shoplifters they are having problems with will be showing their “receipts”.
That they are running the risk, by treating their customers WITH receipts as putative thieves, of losing way more in terms of lost customers.

Tensions are high everywhere. So easy to fly off the handle in public, the world being in the shape it’s in. I know I’ve done it, in public. And instantly regretted it. It always makes matters worse. Then I double down on efforts at civility. But inevitably there comes a slip up sooner or later when I’m out of sorts about something. So, I don’t fault this guy at all. 1. They promise that the BRICS would pursue the WEF’s and the UN’s 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),
2. They urgently stressed the “need to address Climate Change.”
3. They reemphasized the importance of implementing the UN’s Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC),
4. They reaffirmed the vital importance of the World Trade Center (WTO),
5. They emphasized the “vital importance of the World Health Organization (WHO)”,
6. They remained committed to strengthening the “vital importance of Pandemic Preparedness,”
7. They stressed “the vital importance of digital transformation”, and
8. They emphasized the “vital importance of carbon credits” and the green economy.
So, what is there to be expected from the original BRICS, from the New BRICS-11 – and from the coming BRICS-plus?

Have been wondering about this, if it will be China that undergoes a major upheaval in the next few years, now that it’s citizens have had somewhat of a taste of freedom of speech and choices after visiting Western nations over the past few decades, so with their economy collapsing if those citizens will be the ones to have their own 1776 moment.
