BTW UK Daily mail has good article/excerpts about Joan Collins’ ( always liked her ) long career in Hollywood – especially her starting years at age 20 onward back in 1950s – In her experience- EVERYTHING you thought about the sex part -“casting couch” etc happened to her – it really is disgusting – she had been called a “frigid bitch “ for refusing advances by the more famous ugly producers / co stars than you can imagine —lost parts /and noted how careers of others cut short.

Joan Collins replied in a pleasant and modest manner, something about the importance of being good on the inside. But I must say, Joan Collins really DID look pretty – wearing the most beautiful shade of fuchsia, I think it was.

Occam’s razor first. Government is inherently evil in action and intent.
Government other than that of a single ruler is not inherently evil or good. It is an agglomeration of the individual power brokers within in it. There may be evil individuals, but the whole is a mishmash of competing interests, many of which have nothing to do with governance but instead personal gain.

I USED to apply Hanlons razor to Govt. actions, even if I didn’t know it by name.
But then, I USED to think WHO was President, didn’t make THAT much difference,…that whoever was in the chair would generally make the same decisions, in the same situation.
I no longer believe that, and firmly believe ALL Gov actions are inherently evil in action and intent, with a “prove me wrong” attitude.
For nearly 10 years in the grass roots of local politics (mostly Agenda21), with zero doubt, all root cause analysis of the “issues” led to evil intent. When I ran into politicians who were unaware, I informed them – they turned a blind eye.
I see a general, across the board, in all walks of life, lack of shame. There has been too much with being told, “It’s NOT your fault! Don’t be ashamed!”
I don’t even know if shame exists anymore?

The FDA has NO AUTHORITY to tell any Dr. or hospital how to treat anything.
The FDA has no authority to say THIS medication is approved for OTC, but THIS medicine is “Drs Rx only” and THIS medication is further a “controlled substance” and THIS medication is outright forbidden.

Every law or regulation or order must have a rational basis and serve a public purpose. That’s basic constitutional law.
By having the three letter agencies issue these “guidelines” and run invalid junk science studies like the one where they intentionally overdosed vets in the ICU with HCQ to “prove” HCQ didn’t work, they treated a situation where even though the guidelines themselves were not supported by a rational basis and were contradicted by the valid scientific studies, the states and locals could point to those guidelines and convince people and courts not to look further. One level of illusion prevented a lot of challenges.

I’ll admit I was unaware of this law till Mary Helms, the Republican Liberty Caucus Chair for Franklin County Florida brought this to my attention. Mary’s husband John Helms got the Ban the Jab resolution passed in the Franklin County GOP recently.
This updated law was passed in 2023. It is Florida Statute, Title XXIX, Chapter 381, specifically Section 00315. It appears a total disaster. According to this law, Floridians can be forced isolated and quarantined against their will, and any treatment, not just vaccines, can be forced on them. The language was changed from prior versions from ‘vaccine’ to ‘any means necessary to treat the individual’. Robert Valenta pointed out to me that was likely changed because it is becoming apparent that C19 injections are not ‘vaccines’.

It becomes difficult to argue the Tenth Amendment when the state legislature cedes their sovereignty to the federal government. In this interview I did a while back with James Roguski, where James and I were interviewing each other, James expressed the view that the WHO is planning on using the federal government, and then the federal government will use the states, to implement WHO’s mandatory policies. This Florida law seems to coincide with Roguski’s revelation.
There was a blanket health protection law called SB222 that got derailed earlier this year in favor of SB 252, which appears to offer no protections at all in this area. SB 252 does not nullify Florida Statute, Title XXIX, Chapter 381, Section 00315. In fact, it leaves a door open for WHO to dictate policies if the state mandates it. As far as I can tell, the state of Florida has to obey the federal government and must follow and integrate with federal plans because of F.S. 381, Section 00315.
It looks like there is deliberate intent.
How else could we explain such a law that leaves a path open for the federal government and the WHO to clamp down on Floridians?
The first two letters of any bill that comes out of the Senate should be inverted.

Counsel for the Estate of George Watts, Jr., filed an opposition to the Department of Defense’s Motion to Dismiss for failure to state a claim based primarily on the Rex non potest peccare defense. (the king can do no wrong- that eventually became doctrine of sovereign immunity in this country.)
However sovereign immunity is not written into the U.S. Constitution

The DOD also argued that even if the state did not have sovereign immunity, the complaint’s allegations were not sufficient to claim the DOD engaged in “willful misconduct” when it made public statements about the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine.

I’m a bit confused. I thought the CDC continued to change their position on the mRNA Vacines. First they said it would prevent you from getting Covid, then it wouldn’t prevent you from getting Covid but would lessen the severity, then it might not lessen the severity, but prevent hospital deaths, then never mind.
In fact, as I understand now from CDC reports, more people are dying from Covid who have been vaccinated and boosted compared to non vaccinated.

Trump doesn’t give concrete answer on this. However, I think he wants it to stay on the state level. And, that if the federal government did anything at all it might just be to say the state can do what they want but not exceed abortions past the first trimester and must have exceptions for life of mother, etc….or something of that nature.
