Jonathon Turley wrote an opinion piece in the Hill- The ‘Why Not?’ grand jury: The Georgia Report should worry us.
Mr. Turley does a good job, IMO, discussing the process that the recent Georgia used to come up with their indictments and other recommended indictments. He voiced his concerns of their methods and the reaction of many leftist that there should have been more indictments.
He, of course, is a legal scholar from Georgetown and highly regarded in the profession. He has done a good job, again IMO, voicing his concerns of what the DOJ and activist DA’s have been doing to our once highly regarded legal system.
However, he discussed how voicing concerns over widespread fraud in the 2020 election may be legal, he didn’t agree with the concerns or that there was widespread fraud.
Does he not do any investigating of the ton of evidence of fraud, corruption, and manipulation that occurred. I’ve seen evidence in WI, GA, MI, PA, AZ of vote and ballot chain of custody, counting, mail in ballot issues, last minute ballot deliveries, voting machine issues, etc. Also voting methods were chained without legislators approval. Zuckerberg influenced ballot harvesting and drop box locations with millions of dollars. And, of course, the stifling of social media and Biden corruption reports before the election. And I expect so much more.
Do people like Mr. Turley, politicians, news media just have their head in the sand or they just don’t want to know. If you don’t want the answer don’t ask the question.
They totally lose credibility if they don’t even acknowledge that there is legitimate cause for concern that the 2020 election was totally rigged and our election system is broken.
Turley and many others are helping continue the fraud in our elections by not even being curious enough to investigate.

One positive point for Grisham’s edict is that cartel members in Beenalillo County can no longer have guns. They’ll obey this time.

Albuquerque Police Department Chief Harold Medina gave his response to Thursday’s executive order on Friday, September 8:
“I thank the governor for recognizing that the highest levels of state government need to get involved in this. And I also recognize that a lot of these things that need to change are outside the control of the City of Albuquerque, and I hope our state legislature is listening. I hope the governor can put meaningful things on the agenda in the spring and that we can really make a difference in keeping bad people in jail.”
Sheriff has a different view:
Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen was among the law enforcement leaders promoting a message of unity as the tackles gun violence through that emergency order. However, later in the evening, he released a statement that said in part, “The temporary ban challenges the foundation of our Constitution which I sore an oath to uphold.”

In all totalitarian regimes the goal is to severe the love and loyality of children – that’s the only way to insure complete compliance and dependency to the State.
Send this around as you want. Taking out specific counties for obvious reasons.
A little LGBTQ lesson for you. I have been teaching public school for about 10-12 years now. About 2 years in ***** county (various schools, middle and high), 2 years in ****** county, 1 year in ****** county (south ******), and now about 7 years online. Now, all of the students I have worked with in these counties had below average IQs, some quite low. My current HS students (some 20 years old) now are our department highest level and I am teaching them coin identification and tell time. 2nd/3rd grade stuff. So, their intellect is quite low. And like vast majority of special ed kids, they have little to no filter when they speak. They have no thinking much beyond the immediate. They don’t have deep thought processes. In other words, they don’t have the capacity to think or talk something that isn’t true in their frame of reference. An inference if you will. Their thinking is concrete of what they see and know what they see.
So, a 10-12 year observation of students and their parents/family. Not once have I had a student in my classes (probably 150-200 over the years) who would say they are boy or girl when they are not. In others words, they did not “correct” me if I say something that “isn’t” what they are. Also, i always respectfully address the students as Mr/Miss sir/ma’am and not once have I had a parent correct or admonish me for saying the wrong thing…..misgender. These parents have the very real prospect of having their kids live with them their entire lives. They dont have any time for the latest silly fad sweeping the nation.
Thus, if not one kid in 10-12 years has said something they are not (they only say concrete things), the origin of the increase of the gender confusion issue is very likely found in the 6 inches between their ears.
6 inches between the ears is 99.9% that of the parents.

They’ve passed a law mandating gender affirmation as the state/school dictates. Liberal California also mandates vaccines for children and persecutes doctors for speaking contrary to the legislature’s beliefs. She may have authored the bill, but they voted for it. A functioning country would have pushed back on a legislature giving itself such absurd powers.
