No, masks are good for larger particles like sawdust and liquid globules like spit. Doctors in surgery wear them to prevent their own vapors and saliva from getting in open wounds, NOT to keep the doctor from catching something.
I worked in the ER for over 20 years.
Each flu season the topic of masks came up for clinical and other staff members.
ER docs would tell us jokingly that the ear loop soft masks are ineffective against getting colds and/or the flu. Told us continually to wash our hands and pop some Vit C and D. But if it made us feel better to wear a mask, go ahead.
I’ve already noticed more people in stores wearing masks. The State totalitarians know exactly how to bypass the prefrontax reasoning cortex and head straight for the emotional fear centered amygdala.
Maybe to make the point, anyone could send a box of cheap masks with the warning highlighted to those who advocate or rule that masks should be worn. Sand!

They Keep saying that…but the truth is dems do want Biden and Repubs do want Trump. Otherwise neither would have secured the majority support of their party. You know who they don’t want? Larry Hogan.
What they mean to say is:
Dems don’t want Trump; and Repubs don’t want Biden.
And Republicans don’t want Trump, and Democrats don’t want Biden.
None of them want democracy. Both want power.
Thing is: there is a big difference between wants and NEEDS.
