Thinking of Governor Green, he is the only governor of all our 50 states who submitted – and personally presented – a report to the UN on Hawaii regarding climate change efforts –
also, just about two weeks before this horrific “not-natural” disaster he put forth a Proclamation wherein the State of Hawaii could go in to rebuild in the aftermath of a “natural disaster” and rebuild without regard to historical considerations, land rights, private property, etc., all in the name of remedying the “housing shortage”.

Retired Magistrate here: I saw that over at Gateway Pundit. From the article it looks like the veteran was 100% disabled and suffering from PTSD but was getting help. Paralyzed Veterans of America and Disabled Veterans of America do a good job of providing assistance. Help Hospitalized Veterans provides craft kits for hospitalized veterans.
Our veterans have been through so much and now they have to worry about the brown shirts breaking down the door and killing them. At this point in time I don’t know why anyone would want to join the service.
The worry is the motivations of the people who will want to join.

This information is valuable for the following reason: In that it represents post-election data (not falsifiable, pre-election data!), in the event these anomalies had been hypothetically submitted AS GIVENS to any professional election forecast group BEFORE ELECTION 2020 with the request for a pre-election 2020 forecast, such a forecast, with all its prevailing assumptions for 2020, would have very likely set Trump’s likelihood of victory at above 95% (at the very least).
In other words, knowing and understanding the significance of these data–as President Trump and his team surely were– was, in conjunction with boxloads of other data, certainly sufficient to form a conviction that election 2020 had indeed been stolen, and to rebut the idiotic allegation that President Trump knew the election was not stolen because the lying Dems and Rinos said so!

I argue that most innovations happen smaller firms that are eventually bought up by larger firms. What is more, the cuckolded nation states groveling before global oligarchs is not the ideal and should be replaced by a better system. Governments could start standing up for their citizens instead of committing synchronized suicide for the sake of global warming. …
Agreed. While making a good point about things having changed, he completely ignores that the root of the problem is that shareholders are divorced from the long term health of a corporation. Making employees automatic shareholders or other ideas to prevent boards from driving corporations into the ground for legal payoffs would instantly create a more level playing field.

The People’s Court (Volksgerichtshof) was a “special court” of Nazi Germany, set up outside the operations of the constitutional frame of law. The president of the court often acted as prosecutor.

Agree completely. Reminds me of Mayor Guiliani’s “Broken Window” approach to crime when he cleaned up NYC. He focused on saying No to the little crimes that people had given up on fighting, like jumping turnstyles or breaking windows –and it did a lot to prevent escalation to the bigger crimes.
It can be tempting to just comply on the initial control maneuvers, telling oneself it is no big deal to comply for a few minutes of mask wearing in a store–they count on that.

Now, the estate of Joseph Rosenbaum is suing Rittenhouse, Kenosha officials, local Sheriff’s departments, the City of Kenosha, the City of West Allis, and several counties for “compensatory and punitive damages” for the “wrongful death” of Rosenbaum.
During the Kenosha incident, Rosenbaum confronted and chased Rittenhouse, eventually throwing a sack of items at him. According to witness testimony, Rosenbaum reached for Rittenhouse’s gun. Rittenhouse then fired four times, killing Rosenbaum. Ultimately, Rosenbaum’s death set off a chain of events that led to another death and injury as Rittenhouse protected himself from a mob of protestors.
During Rittenhouse’s trial, Rosenbaum’s fiancee testified to his extensive mental health issues. It was also uncovered that Rosenbaum spent most of his adult life in prison for sexual contact with five preteen boys.
Rittenhouse was acquitted of all criminal charges in 2021 and has since moved to Texas.
“These lawsuits are making it harder and harder for me to move on with my life,” Rittenhouse told Texas Scorecard. “It is extremely difficult to go outside without fear of being harassed or assaulted because of the lies spread in these lawsuits. No one should have to continue to defend the fact that they acted in self defense.”

Its virtually guaranteed, if you shoot someone, you will likely be tried 3 times; criminal court, Civil court and the court of public opinion.
Frankly, if I ever was in that unfortunate situation, unless there was a crowd around, I would be very tempted to flee, rather than staying to answer police questions, because i was acting in self-defence.
Rosenbaum played a stupid game and won a stupid prize. Couldn’t have happened to a sleazier guy.
BTW, as a convicted felon Rosenbaum was prohibited from possession of a firearm which is a felony. How the district attorney charged Rittenhouse is beyond belief when the felons who assaulted him weren’t even allowed to have firearms!

You can keep them just placated enough not to rebel on the street. I think what the choice that our current Elite has made instead is let them be as angry as what they want, we’ll just paramilitarize the society enough with surveillance, with paramilitartizing our police force so that any kind of protest effort will be instantly crushed.
If you ask me to describe the United States in terms of how it functions with one word I would pick oligarchy.
