They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding.”
Ball quotes Eisen in the article. In early September 2020 the Revolver.news website described Eisen as the “legal hatchet man and central operative in the ‘color revolution’ against President Trump.”
The Time article also notes the efforts of Bassin, who The National Pulse exclusively reported on – also in September.
Ball writes that “participants” like Eisen and Bassin now “want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information.”
Ball identifies Mike Podhorzer, political director at AFL-CIO, as “the architect” of the conspiracy.”

I watched this interview below and I believe some of it has been cut out of the video. In the version I first saw:
Phillips mentioned they had the receipts, that someone did come forward giving information on the movement of the mules.
I believe Phillips tells Bannon they know the names of the people from the cell phone geo-fencing who were paid, and who and how much they were paid at NGO’S locations where the mules bounced back and forth from a UPS store, a library, an election office and the drop boxes.
The President does not have to prove he won the election in Georgia. All he has to do is show the court, that what Georgia did was illegal.
Georgia violated its own election laws when they dismissed his case he brought in 2020.

Actually, due to the nature of the charges, PDJT dors NOT have to prove, that what they did in Georgia was illegal.
ALL he has to show, was that he BELIEVED there were election irregularities that gave reason to BELIEVE the results were questionable.
They charged him with FRAUD, and in order to convict fror fraud, he had to KNOW there were no irregularities, he had to KNOW the election results were legitimate, but engaged in efforts with his co-conspirators to contest the election results, while KNOWING his allegations were baseless.
THATS on them: they made the charges against him.Burden of proof is on the accuser, in this case Fanni; she has to PROVE, with admissable evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt, that PDJT KNEW the election results in Ga., and OTHER STATES, were valid.

Trump was THE President(!), tasked by Article 2 itself to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” He believed that in Georgia they were not. He was therefore duty-bound to speak up, and standing firmly in his Article 2 role as “the Executive Branch” as he did so. HE thought he was right, and that’s all that matters.
The SCOTUS has already ruled that the President has plenary authority and discretion, and legal immunity, as he exercises his Oath of Office. And that he has plenary discretion concerning “classified materials.” This is settled law.
Therefore, three of these indictments fail for this reason. While the fourth fails because Bragg has not yet decided what the “underlying crime” is supposed to be (because there isn’t one), and so the Grand Jury could not have considered it before doing what they did.
A Grand Jury can no more “indict” the Executive Branch than it could the Legislative or Judicial ones. The concept is legally undefined, and the SCOTUS has already said so.

It will probably require the Supreme Court to enforce this but they have no other choice. The President of the United States is the third branch of the United States Government and cannot be second-guessed by a county prosecutor!

It’s best for the defense to focus on the Donald Trump the President, and not Donald Trump the candidate. In my opinion, no local trial court judge has jurisdiction to judge the prerogatives of a US president when he is acting in the course and scope of his duties as Chief Executive. That means that no one can second-guess his motives, methods or his ability to investigate and gather information at will and with anyone. Furthermore, such prerogatives have no limitations in that such investigations fall squarely under presidential duties as mandated by the Fourth Amendment, and the Fourteenth Amendment.
Again, it’s absurd that such a matter of constitutional importance having to do with separation of powers would be scheduled to be heard by a country trial court.
Only gross incompetence and political vendetta can account for this travesty.
“beyond a reasonable doubt” are the trickiest of words. The “reasonable doubt” has to exist AND be admitted or recognized by at least one member of the jury…a jury selected from the anti-Trump population of corrupt Fulton County, GA. If none of the jurors recognize and all accept Fani’s evidence without question or doubt, our President Trump loses.
We are all well aware how often (like almost always) the sheeple known as liberals accept the government narrative. The grand jury certainly did.

“Eco-friendly” paper drinking straws contain long-lasting and potentially toxic chemicals, a new study has concluded.
PFAS are used to make everyday products, from outdoor clothing to non-stick pans, resistant to water, heat and stains. However, they are potentially harmful to people, wildlife and the environment. They break down very slowly over time and can persist over thousands of years in the environment, a property that has led to them being known as “forever chemicals.”
They have been associated with a number of health problems, including lower response to vaccines, lower birth weight, thyroid disease, increased cholesterol levels, liver damage, kidney cancer and testicular cancer.
The straws, which were mainly obtained from shops, supermarkets and fast-food restaurants, then underwent two rounds of testing for PFAS. The majority of the brands (27/39, 69%) contained PFAS, with 18 different PFAS detected in total.
The paper straws were most likely to contain PFAS, with the chemicals detected in 18/20 (90%) of the brands tested. PFAS were also detected in 4/5 (80%) brands of bamboo straw, 3/4 (75%) of the plastic straw brands and 2/5 (40%) brands of glass straw. They were not detected in any of the five types of steel straw tested.

Every ton of carbon is four times more damaging to the world now than it was 10 years ago, according to a recently published study from the University of Sussex Business School.
The findings, published in Nature Climate Change [no possible bias in that rag, huh?], are based on an extensive analysis spanning four decades of research.
The research, which analyzed over 5,900 estimates from 207 papers published before 2022, used innovative statistical methods such as meta-analysis, and found that, whereas twenty years ago economists tended to advocate a modest carbon tax, they now need to argue for a much more stringent climate policy. This is primarily because the assessment of climate change and its impacts have become much more pessimistic over time.
In other words, garbage studies biased by their source of funding and the need to confirm the narrative in order to establish or preserve ones career are analyzed for a trend.
The serious flaw in that is extremely similar to one that has recently been pointed out about AI: AI depends upon the human knowledge base which can be incredibly biased for political or economic reasons. When that erroneous “knowledge” is then used by AI, it can produce erroneous conclusions. As the percentage of such erroneous AI generated material increases in the once exclusively human knowledge base, error feeds upon error. More and more it becomes garbage SQUARED.

In recent months, Jacob Chansley, the “QAnon Shaman,” received a sentence of three-and-a-half years, even though prosecutors admit he did nothing violent. Riley Williams was given three years for simply trespassing in Nancy Pelosi’s office. Members of the Capitol Police force have been lionized in the media as great protectors of “sacred” government buildings, and any threat to the property or persons of Washington politicians has been equated with an assault on “democracy.”
Yet, had these supposed insurrectionists inflicted these same actions against an ordinary private individual, there’s a good chance the perpetrators would not even be arrested, let alone given years of prison time. Just take it back to the Constitution and settled cases. “Jack Smith” can’t put the President(!) in prison because he disagrees with someone who has the plenary(!!) power to make every decision concerning classified information and to do as he alone pleases. And, if Trump said that he declassified [anything], that has the presumptive force of law. Fulton County can’t imprison the President for “taking Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” Bragg’s grand jury could not have meaningfully indicted anyone for a “crime in support of an underlying crime” without Bragg first declaring what it was and showing them some evidence of it.
A Grand Jury cannot indict “The Executive Branch” for his performance of his Office as he alone sees it. Nor the Congress or the Judiciary, for theirs. It’s already settled that his sovereign powers and prerogatives derive from the Constitution itself and are not subject to process nor review. Other than impeachment, which is expressly not a criminal matter.
It’s both wrong and dangerous for this nonsense to be allowed to go on. When the law is already settled; the rulings already made. As a nation, we must immediately put a stop to this strategy – forever.
