I’m listening to the Robert Barnes’ presentation tonight that some others mentioned.
One thing he says is that this case actually provides the first opportunity for Trump to prove the fraud by allowing him to show things like improper signatures, etc.

I survived based in part to being prepared, mentally fit, toughened up by having gone thru hard times, having my eyes open and aware, by being constructive and proactive, by refusing to be a victim, by knowing how to give the middle finger, by not feeling sorry for myself, by getting up every morning and putting on my work jeans and boots and facing the day as it is and not the way I want it to be.
