Just as a Member of Congress has immunity while on the Floor of his chambers and while travelling to or from it, so the President also has immunity. It is legally impossible to assert that this man “obstructed the Government” when he is literally a one-person Branch of that Government. He cannot commit a crime by carrying out his Oath of Office as he alone sees fit. He can say whatever he wants, in any way he wants, to anyone he wants to address, and no government minion can call him into question for so doing. Let alone charge him with a crime.
And this is already “settled law.”
As a former President, the SCOTUS is his “court of primary jurisdiction,” and he is entitled to take his case directly to them. It is high time that he did so. “Presidency has its privileges.”
The problem is he never fully used his authority. He allowed all of the deep state to to run amok without driving a stake through its heart.

It seems to me, the final verdict of the Classified docs case, is going to be to clarify that the I/C ONLY has “authority” over matters of National Security as a delegated authority OF the POTUS, and so while it IS appropriate for the Courts to defer to DOJ/FBI on any questions of Natl. Security, the POTUS is under no such obligation.
I suspect PDJT is not the first POTUS, that has been told he must defer to the National Security agency, the I/C, and DOJ/FBI and then had the WH Council (wrongly) agree.
Since the President, as Commander in Chief, has absolute, plenary power over any matter HE DEEMS effects National Security, a SCOTUS decision affirming this, and clarifying the agencies authority is derivative of his, and does NOT supercede his, would give PDJT enormous powers in his second term, to pursue his agenda and drain the Swamp.

I believe this picture is a fake. Although, I’m not an expert on the matter. What are the chances that both pictures will have the same background and be wearing the same color shirt? The End Of The Counteroffensive-
Western media have finally change course. They are now admitting that the much promoted Ukrainian counter-offensive has failed. In fact, the acknowledge that it never had a chance to win in the first place.
The Hill, the Washington Post and CNN now agree that the Ukrainian army will never achieve its aims.
That makes it difficult for the Biden administration to get Congress approval for $24 billion in additional ‘aid’ to Ukraine. It does not make sense to pay for a cause that is evidently lost.
The Polish President Duda has also acknowledged that the counter-offensive has failed. Relations between Warsaw and Kiev have gotten worse and Polish interests will not allow for more support or active intervention.
Nothing has come from the ‘peace conference’ which Saudi Arabia arranged on Ukraine’s behalf.
Despite the onslaught of bad news the Ukrainian army is still trying to take Russian positions in the south and east of Ukraine. But it simply does not have enough in men and material to break through the lines.
Even if they would manage to get a local breakthrough there are not enough reserves to push for the necessary follow up. Just one of the NATO trained brigades has still been held back. All others have been mauled in their various deployment zones.
In the northeast around Kupyansk the Russians have started their own offensive which has the Ukrainians on the run. Ukraine has ordered the evacuation of the area:

When I turned on my TV, it was on the channel I watch local news (but it’s an ABC affiliate). The reporter was talking about the special counsel appointment, and said, “We know that Joe Biden is a loving father who’s always stood by his son.”
No, Joe is not a loving father. One thing a parent should not give an addict is access to money, especially lots of it. By using Hunter as the family bag man, Joe gave Hunter the means to acquire more drugs, no matter how many times Hunter had been in rehab.

That’s what collapsed the plea and diversion agreements.

So what will be Garland’s siloing argument: but now it’s a real investigation?
I just looked at the filing. It is crystal clear what they’re doing. The prosecutor, David Weiss, try to push a sweetheart deal through the Delaware court, but the judge, a Trump appointee, said hold on, not so fast. This deal as written doesn’t even look constitutional. She ordered them to re-work it and come back to her later this month. Predictably, both the prosecution and defense were fuming afterward, because she blew their cover and made them look like the laughingstocks that they are. So now we see their solution: Appoint David Weiss “special counsel” and then have him say, well, it looks like we filed this thing in the “wrong venue.” So he tells the judge, never mind, bye bye. We’re taking this case to a sympathetic judge in California and/or DC (won’t be hard to find in either venue), so that we can get the sweetheart deal for Hunter there. At the same time, we can refuse to answer any questions from Congress about the case due to our “ongoing investigation.”
Meanwhile, the filing by Weiss today makes no sense on its face. He’s saying, Delaware was the right venue as long as prosecutors and defendant agreed on the plea deal. But now that we no longer have a plea deal, and the case will have to go to trial, Delaware is no longer the proper venue. This case should have been filed in DC and California, where the offenses occurred. So that’s where we’re going to take it now.
With regard to that judge being a Trump appointee… that means nothing. She was put forward by the two Senators from Delaware and is a democrat.
Same with Weiss, media keep saying he was a Trump appointee… well, no he wasn’t. He was already there and is also a Democrat.

House Republicans should NOT begin impeachment proceedings against the traitor biden and here are some reasons why. Treepers will have other reasons. Given Joe’s current condition (more dead than alive). I’d expect him to exit the 2024 election as some time orchestrated by Obama (after the Kamala problem was solved, t00.) On his way out, Joe will pardon Hunter.
Of course, there is the possibility that Joe suddenly croaks, and Jill has to beg Kamala/Obama/Newsom for a pardon for Hunter. (Assuming she isn’t annoyed at what Hunter said about her in his emails.) He’s only her stepson, and so she might leave him twisting in the wind when Joe is gone, and Hunter is of no more use to her.

Obama recently visited the White House to “consult with and advise” old Joe on his campaign strategy. Most of us have heard by now of the Special
SiloCounsel appointment by Merrick Garfinkel. Most of us have also learned about information silos from Sundance.I saw something that amazed and encouraged me today when I first saw the announcement.
While checking a “spam trap” yahoo mail account, I clicked on the breaking news announcement up top to see what the lefty line was, and when I skimmed the first batch of comments, I was bowled over. Just in the first batch of comments that appeared, with hardly any scrolling and no digging into replies to primary comments, there were many who immediately nailed the true intent of the Special Counsel appointment; to inhibit any congressional or outside investigation. The lessons Sundance has taught are spreading, and I don’t think this genie is going back in the bottle.
I’ll post the link I followed and a few select comments since yahoo will eventually figure out how the comments are trending and censor the good ones. Oh, and the up to downvote ratio was excellent on these comments. They were vastly positive, like 9:1 or 10:1 favorable.

While it sounds legit, one has to wonder if the if the intent is to use “there is an ongoing investigation” to interfere with Comer’s work. Comer definitely mentioned that he gets that sort of answer all of the time when he tries to dig deeper and believe me, it happens ALL of the time.
