Ugh…we had to have a new one recently. One of our huge blessings is our plumber, a former neighbour of our daughter’s. He calls us Miss Betsy and Mr Chris, an old fashioned Trump lovin’, hard working, happy warrior. Hope you’re not going to have to install it yourself!
So HEB has dough leaves?? Wow! We are getting our first HEB for the plebs soon. Close enough to visit now and again. We have an upmarket one called Central Market closer which is an HEB for goodies and epicureans but the prices!!
Happy Birthday to your grandson, G💕 I know your mum gets an immense amount of pleasure cooking and baking for it. Keeps her young I’m sure, and that’s no bad thing😘
Garbage disposal installed! I enlisted the ranch guy this morning and he like the good sport that he is, obliged. I hung around and gave him a hand a couple of times. Didn’t feel like crawling under the sink. Got to skip HEB because our youngest son and his wife took my mom shopping.
Gongrats on getting an HEB! There groceries are so much better than Walmart. A brief siesta for me now and later I’ll be grilling a steak and some boneless ribs. 😍

I’m sorry, that woman may hold engineering degrees but she’s harebrained
Seeks fantasmagoric explanations for various dust and other phenomena rather than obvious and simple ones, like wind and footsteps
Seems mystified by the big “holes”, but the site is underlain by tunnels, basements, underground shopping centers — a city under the streets. She even describes 2 basement levels but seems incredulous that “they’re empty space” (what do you see when you go in most basements?)
From 1:40 on, the mayor (i think it is) explains that much of the “dust” is from all the concrete in the building being pulverized – no mystery. Also explains that the towers “extend 4 or 5 stories down” from street level. The “undergound city” I mentioned before.
Considers the “toasted cars” a great mystery but doesn’t consider that it wasn’t just the buildings that collapsed, but part of the building was on fire, so there’d be a fire-cloud collapse and expansion down the streets. All dust clouds are not the same, some are superheated, a fire-cloud.
Makes a big deal that the building collapse didn’t generate a larger seismic signature.
Well – the entire upper third of the building didn’t topple off and all hit the street at once. It collapsed in a cascade, with only portions hitting at any one instant.
This woman is a real disservice to those who died, lost loved ones, or suffered chronic injury.

You know what else adds credibility to the things Dr. Woods brings up; whether you buy it or not; I saw something recently about how all these inventors over the last hundred plus years, who figured out absolutely genius inventions to run on zero energy; and the government shut them down, shut them up, and in many cases had them killed; and then steal all their work to use for who knows what.
So I have to think logically; why wouldn’t the US Government, when they had a prototype ready for testing, figure out a scheme to pull it off in front of the whole world watching, especially those who they want to bully and scare into submission?
Is it real? The Lord knows. Should we worry? We should read our Bibles and do what the Lord says, and trust in Him for all things.

Dr woods thinks steel and concrete turns into dust. Even if……even if there was such a thing as a directed energy weapon which we have absolutely no evidence for……steel melts…..it doesn’t turn into dust. Hit steel with enough energy and it melts or deforms.

Or how about how the basements were left really hardly damaged? And the shots of the steel and materials disintegrating in mid air? Did they also self pulverize from the mean and sudden trauma?
I think she did in fact a great service; especially for all those who need to learn how to think and analyze on their own, without always relying on others to tell them everything.

It’s been awhile since I watched it. However, I did find it intriguing. I am not a scientist or an engineer. However, we are increasingly realizing that conspiracy theories are often fact. I am just attempting to shift through the data to figure out the truth. Keeping an open mind.

Yeah, even the term “conspiracy theory” we know was invented for discrediting and slandering the one giving a true testimony. I know there are a lot of unstable notions that people get; which leads them down a dead end, and waste of time; but a few others I believe are honest and reliable to trust. It always seems to be these that get the most hostile reactions and opposition. If for example, someone is all of a sudden being interviewed all over the place, about UFOs and Aliens’ bodies being recovered, and reverse engineering, etc.; one with some sound understanding of the Bible and a little grasp on reality, would justifiably conclude, that there was something else afoot, and this idiotic show was only sent out on stage to distract the gullible crowds; and no one would really be upset by it. But if someone points out some very plain to see facts, with the simple question, What really happened here? the townspeople all wanna grab their pitchforks and scythes!
If it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck . . . maybe its a duck? We don’t know how far they have gone with their secret research and development; nor has anyone got a clear answer why the US swooped in to glean the German “scientists” after WW2; who just happened to be already long time working on anti gravity; besides all their unimaginable perverted “medical” experiments on humans.
On the other hand, maybe those angry protesters and stubborn opponents, really have the better idea; in that they just don’t want to know.
As for me though; I don’t want to get caught sleeping and stupid, when there’s suddenly a very grave moral test sprung on everyone; and the state demanding you renounce Jesus, and submit to their new system, “for the good of all humanity.” Its not a happy fluffy subject; but it is reality, and we have been commanded by the Lord to watch and pray, so that we are not snared with the rest who refuse to watch.
7/28/2023 – All the time God waits, the world has space to repent
Genesis 5:21-24 “And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah: and Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters: and all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: and Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.”
Enoch was born six hundred and twenty two years after Creation; and at the age of sixty five years, he fathered a son, whom he named after the revelation he had from God, of the coming cataclysm: Methuselah, meaning, With his death the deluge. The year Methuselah was born, was 687 after Creation; and all the holy ancients were still alive, including Adam.
For more than one hundred years, Cain and his descendants became the dominant and driving influence in the world; building their cities, inventing their industry, and the arts: while Adam begat sons and daughters, up until Seth was born; who was the Chosen of God to father the line of God’s elect, after Abel; whom Cain killed. From that time, men began to call themselves by the Name of the LORD.
The holy calling upon Seth, and so to be passed down through his sons after him, was the faith of the Son of God coming in the flesh, the Redeemer, and the Savior of the world. The word of God was entrusted into the hands of the descendants of Seth, and especially in those chosen heads of the family, named in this fifth chapter of Genesis.
The line of Cain, who made themselves the rulers of the world, were as a matter of identity, deeply, unconditionally, and irrecoverably set against the faith of Christ, and a good conscience towards God; and so made the world after that image and likeness: the same division that is in the world to this day, between the devil and his seed, and the elect of God and Christ.
Next to the faith that he was taught, and himself embraced, in his father’s house; Enoch was given a special vision and understanding of the times from God, along with his calling as head of his father’s house; by which he was moved by the Spirit of God, upon the birth of his heir, and commanded to preach, and to write, out the prophecy which he was given at the child’s birth; of the coming cataclysm upon the world of the ungodly; as the one warning and sign for all time, for all men everywhere of the great and terrible Day Of The LORD, and the end of the world.
This prophetic word was believed and held among the righteous for the next nine hundred sixty nine years. Even while the actual numbers of believers were diminishing with each coming generation; as multitudes succumbed to the enticements and seductions of the world, and became more and more unwilling to receive with the convictions of the Spirit of God, and to keep themselves set apart unto God. The unclean spirits in the world, working together with their own indolence and indifference, pride and ignorance; over the decades and centuries steadily increased in rotting out the whole of society; until at the very end all restraint was thrown away, making themselves immune to the fear and warnings of God.
This was the world that Enoch saw; and the understanding was given him by the Spirit, of what their end should be; when they shall eventually come to complete and utter abandonment to the apostasy, until there was no remedy. And that judgment which the prophets and messengers of the LORD judged from long ago, came to pass exactly as they had seen; and God saw that the wickedness of man was great, and that every thought and imagination of his heart was only evil every day: and both the whole world of man, and all the creation under man’s dominion, had corrupted God’s way upon the earth; and the whole earth was filled with violence.
Enoch preached and warned about these things for three hundred years: while fewer and fewer listened or had any care or interest. Enoch wrote out the Prophecy of the Last Day, the Great Day Of The LORD; and it was kept with his sons after him, who were called and anointed; and was with the holy writings kept with the priests, till the time of the apostles. Many have taken upon themselves to attach the writings of Enoch to their own fabrications and fables, thinking to put themselves out as seers and special ones of the LORD; to be seen and worshiped by men. That book can still be found to this day, called, The Book Of Enoch. The first chapter is a copy of Enoch’s divinely inspired words; as also quoted by Jude the apostle: but all the chapters following are an invention out of the imagination of men who had not the Holy Spirit, nor understanding of the Scriptures; and are complete fables.
Enoch was taken six hundred sixty nine years before the cataclysm and the flood. His son Methuselah was a believer; as was his grandson Lamech. Methuselah heard his father and had him with him for three hundred years; and Lamech also heard his grandfather, and was with him for a hundred eighteen years; before Enoch was taken by God. The evidence that Lamech was a believer, was in the fact that he was also given an understanding and revelation; for when his son Noah was born, God revealed to him, that “This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD has cursed:” which is the meaning of Noah’s name. In other words, For our tribulation, and the patient endurance of faith, which is our appointed time in this evil world, the doom and destruction of the wicked, shall at the same time be our salvation of God.
Methuselah was born in 687 after Creation; and he died the same year that his grandson Noah finished the ark, and the flood came. Lamech also; who was given knowledge and understanding; he also saw the entire time of his days, the advancing to worse with every coming generation; and watched Noah building the ark, up until just five years before the cataclysm, when Lamech died. Who was there left, with the passing of the last of the holy ancients? Where were all their sons and daughters which they begat over their lifetimes; while the world was descending into utter moral ruin, as the result of the great falling away? Well we know where they were: they were busying themselves with their lives in this world: they were marrying and given in marriage, buying and selling, eating and drinking, building and planting, and having long ago dismissed out of hand, all fear of God, all care or concern for their souls and eternity, they had turned away their ears and their hearts from any more hearing the truth, and had invented another Jesus, and another gospel, that gave allowance to their “also being flesh.” And they loved their lives in this world, to the forsaking of eternal life and knowing the LORD.
Ecclesiastes 8:10-13 “And so I saw the wicked buried, who had come and gone from the place of the holy, and they were forgotten in the city where they had so done: this is also vanity. Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him: but it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he fears not before God.”
Those who fall away and go back to the world, deceive themselves into thinking, that the world will welcome them and receive them as friends; not knowing how the separation which God made, cannot be made of none effect; but they only make themselves a reproach among the haters of the Lord, and give them occasion to blaspheme. It doesn’t matter that they don’t think about it or believe it to be the case; the truth is, that devil has no friends, least of all a fallen away coward and traitor to Jesus; and he doesn’t owe any man anything, who is deceived and taken captive by his lies; and there is no reward for the wicked.
2 Timothy 4:1-5 “I charge you therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch you in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of your ministry.”
Why does the Lord wait so long, and bear with so much evil in the world? Why has He waited all these nearly twenty centuries, for the world to come to the point it has come? Why does He let His saints bear up under the tribulation and afflictions and persecutions and indifference of the world? His word is still there! And He waits for the finishing of the building of the ark. All the time He waits, the world has space to repent. When once that space has been squandered away, and the time passed; every one will come to the full of what kind they chose to be; and then the end.
2 Peter 3:9 “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

I just checked my school email yesterday. A colleague and dear friend has stage 3 breast cancer. She has 2 daughters at home. Her integrity and professionalism is stellar. She is the teacher we all wish could teach our children. She is one of the “good ones” ! Would you pray for her?

There are other doctors who offer hope through these things which this one writes of.
Everything is worth trying or at least investigating. May our Father be with them all through your friend’s trial and bring them all out through the other side of it, whole and healthy🙏🏻😘

Methinks there were multiple reasons for the unconscionable demonizing of this wonder drug which seems so good for myriad illnesses or conditions, and not just for covid.

I just want to add, Lorrie; that it is not a coincidence, that as soon as you asked for prayer for healing, others piped up to turn your eyes away from Jesus to doctors and natural thinking. They no doubt believe that they are being kind and compassionate; just like Peter, when he told the Lord He would never go to Jerusalem and suffer all those things. What did the Lord say to His friend Peter, when he was misguided by human thinking, believing that he was protecting his Friend? “But He turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind Me, Satan: thou art an offence (a cause of sin) unto Me: for thou savorest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.” Matthew 16:23
You have brought your friend to Jesus, and he does not turn away any who come to Him with their needs. Believe Him now, and you shall see the glory of God. But if you look away back to man, and man’s thinking, and man’s capabilities . . . you have to decide and hold on to your faith. God can do this; I have witnessed it before: but not when you’re cross-eyed and doubting.
Others chiming in right away to turn you away from trusting in Jesus, are not sent from God to comfort you; but are messengers sent from the enemy to hinder, and steer you away from Jesus! Use discernment, and hold onto the Lord, no matter what.
Think about it: Jesus never said to those who came to Him with every kind of sickness and problem, Oh I feel sorry for you; let Me give you the number of a good doctor! The devil wants you to feel sorry, and look at how terrible the cancer is; instead of looking unto Jesus in faith!
Then again, He may just as well be saying, “I created a perfect garden for you, to feed you, to warm you, to nourish and HEAL you. I’m certain we are ALL here, first believers in the healing power of the Creator directly, but also in the healing “powers” He has kindly supplied us with. It’s not a either or, but both.

There has been a big uptick in gas prices this month.
Just looked, 4.04 now for regular, that is +.30 within the last week.
On a side note, egg prices are down (less than a 1.50/dz delivered wholesale for 30dz) but Mayo is still up 10 bucks a gallon for me, looks like Sam’s Club did lower the price by 2 bucks tho since I got last month from them, wally’s is still ~17 pickup for Kraft was 12 during most of egg crisis which was less than Sam’s.
Tho the gas increase does not surprise me, vacation rush for those that hadn’t before the kids go back to school first week of August for the most part.
Oil prices have risen from about $67 to $80 in the last few weeks. There is usually a lag before the gas at the pump prices reflect the increase.
And apparently india has stopped exporting rice, so expect to see increase in rice pricing soon.

Yesterday was a miserable day here at my place in Indiana. Humidity was very oppressive. I broke a sweat just walking the dogs. Heard lots of Thunder to the W and NW at around sundown but no rain. Tasseled corn leaves pointing up and curling. Yard with large brown spots and I probably won’t have to mow this weekend. Clear signs we need at least a couple inches of rain.
Got spoiled the last few years with cooler and wetter summers. Yard stayed green all summer and the grass grew like it was Spring. Now back to a more typical Indiana summer and even trying to do work outside after the peak heat of the day is just too uncomfortable.
Continuing to watch Indiana Sprint week. Last night the 5/16ths mile Lincoln Park track at Putnamville, IN (about 30 mi east of Terrea Haute) was treacherous and there was a lot of wheel banging and accidents. So glad I was watching it on TV instead of at the track because the heat was so oppressive. If you think the drivers get hot, think about the fire crews that stand around in a fire suit for the whole 6 hours it took to pack the track in, run hot laps, qualifying, five heat races, a C-main, a semi-feature, and then the feature race. They are starting the races an hour later because of the hot weather now and so it was about 01:30 when it was over.
Tonight they run on the red clay 1/4 mile at Bloomington, IN. And Saturday the series finishes at the 1/4 mile track at Haubstadt, IN about 10 miles north of Evansville.

I think we might be getting some rain today; probably not much though.
None for us for the foreseeable future and beyond.
Yesterday we had a man out, on his own, to repair our water sprinkler pipes which were underground. A happy, wiry guy who dug it all out and engineered what needed doing. It took him almost three hours in heat which would drop anyone. We kept him supplied with plenty of cold bottled water. I was relieved when he was done.
And then on to the next job…he’s booked for the next month. I guess one gets used to it…

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

When I don’t I refresh and they magically appear.
It was weird though, because I constantly refresh on GP, cuz their articles load new very often. (On here I don’t refresh often because I scroll and read everything under each article first )

In Massachusetts there’s a place called Lake Webster. But its original name is quite different. As the artist puts it, it has “14 syllables and a great many ‘g’s’.” It’s a name that…requires practice to say.

Cool down coming for most of us for August. The models are changing their tune. Already hitting in Europe. They had summer snow in the Dolomites (Italy) yesterday and there more of the same forecasted for the Alps.
