(Databases & machines are hacked & tracked in real time… showing who voted & didn’t vote; so fraudulent ballots could be printed & filled out for those who didn’t vote, which are then given to the NGOs to distribute to the ballot boxes. The last step of distribution was shown in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Dr. Frank says the ballot box stuffing is a symptom of the fraud. The real fraud took place in the machine. That’s what happened here. She realized something wasn’t kosher and she may issue a “Show Cause” Order asking for an explanation of why the two linked issues were placed in separate documents and then did not call attention to one another.
This was a “hidden” global plea agreement — and the fact that they tried to pull that off is all the GOP House needs to impeach Merrick Garland.
This is clear misconduct and it would not have happened without the approval of the upper levels of DOJ. This is not something an AUSA and the US Attorney in Delaware are going to try to slip thru on their own.
If Garland wants to avoid impeachment he should ask Lisa Monaco for her resignation by COB Friday.

This confirms that the written plea offer is an 11(c)(1)(C) plea.
That means the Court would have to agree to the sentence that the parties stipulated in the agreement — Probation — no matter what the facts might be as determined by the Presentence Report.
I could have predicted that would have been DOA.
I don’t think any federal judge would say “Yes, I’ll agree to allow you to lock me into giving only probation and nothing more when I don’t know anything about the facts.”

Based on conversations with people who were in the courtroom today, and my experience as a former federal prosecutor, I think I know the full story of what happened with the Hunter Biden plea agreement blow-up this morning.
Bear with me, because this is a little complicated:
Typically, if the Government is offering to a defendant that it will either drop charges or decline to bring new charges in return for the defendant’s guilty plea, the plea is structured under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11(c)(1)(A). An agreement not to prosecute Hunter for FARA violations or other crimes in return for his pleading guilty to the tax misdemeanors, for example, would usually be a (c)(1)(A) plea. This is open, transparent, subject to judicial approval, etc.
In Hunter’s case, according to what folks in the courtroom have told me, Hunter’s plea was structured under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11(c)(1)(B), which is usually just a plea in return for a joint sentencing recommendation only, and contained no information on its face about other potential charges, and contained no clear agreement by DOJ to forego prosecution of other charges.
Instead, DOJ and Hunter’s lawyers effectively hid that part of the agreement in what was publicly described as a pretrial diversion agreement relating to a § 922(g)(3) gun charge against Hunter for being a drug user in possession of a firearm.
That pretrial diversion agreement as written was actually MUCH broader than just the gun charge. If Hunter were to complete probation, the pretrial diversion agreement prevented DOJ from ever bringing charges against Hunter for any crimes relating to the offense conduct discussed in the plea agreement, which was purposely written to include his foreign influence peddling operations in China and elsewhere.
So they put the facts in the plea agreement, but put their non-prosecution agreement in the pretrial diversion agreement, effectively hiding the full scope of what DOJ was offering and Hunter was obtaining through these proceedings. Hunter’s upside from this deal was vast immunity from further prosecution if he finished a couple years of probation, and the public wouldn’t be any the wiser because none of this was clearly stated on the face of the plea agreement, as would normally be the case.
Judge Noreika smelled a rat. She understood that the lawyers were trying to paint her into a corner and hide the ball. Instead, she backed DOJ and Hunter’s lawyers into a corner by pulling all the details out into the open and then indicating that she wasn’t going to approve a deal as broad as what she had discovered.
DOJ, attempting to save face and save its case, then stated on the record that the investigation into Hunter was ongoing and that Hunter remained susceptible to prosecution under FARA. Hunter’s lawyers exploded. They clearly believed that FARA was covered under the deal, because as written, the pretrial diversion agreement language was broad enough to cover it. They blew up the deal, Hunter pled not guilty, and that’s the current state of play.
And so here we are. Hunter’s lawyers and DOJ are going to go off and try to pull together a new set of agreements, likely narrower, to satisfy Judge Noreika. Fortunately, I doubt if FARA or any charges related to Hunter’s foreign influence peddling will be included, which leaves open the possibility of further investigations leading to further prosecutions.

Yes, I was wondering the same yesterday on Sundance’s post. That’s chapter 1 in the Dems’ control of cover-ups judicial playbook. The FISA court (plus the Supreme Court) have shown us that even when lawyers try to pull fast ones they get off. The FBI pays no price for misleading the FISA court, nor has the Supreme court found out who leaked the Dobbs decision. A new study conducted by UC San Francisco sheds light on the reasons for extensive waiting periods in emergency rooms, attributing it primarily to a misalignment between the growing patient demand and the emergency department’s (ED’s) capacity in California over the past ten years.
The researchers found that there was an approximately 4% reduction in the total count of EDs across the state, whereas the frequency of ED visits experienced a 7.4% increase.
People wait and go to the er so welfare picks up the bill because they don’t have insurance or money for co-pay.
Actually, that explanation is too simplistic, and was effectively a false narrativve used to justify Obamacare.
It was a situation CREATED BY Fed. Govt intervention of healthcare, so that More Fed. Gov. intervention and control of healthcare could be justified.
If the ‘poor person’ went to a Dr.’s office and they weren’t on medicaid, the Dr. could NOT bill medicaid for the visit and any treatment.
If the Dr. signed them up for medicaid and pre-dated the application, so that the patient would be “covered” for the visit, he could be arrested for medicare fraud.
Think waiting until you get in a wreck, THEN getting auto insurance and lieing about the date of the wreck to get the Ins. Co. to pay to fix your car.
However, I saw hospitals ROUTINELY sign patients up for Medicaid AFTER they were admitted to the hospital, and assure the patients it was ‘totally legal/o.k.”.
“Poor people” aren’t STUPID, and they learn how to “work the system” that THEY didn’t create.
A totally open border will swamp all infrastructure — medical, schools, housing, etc.
Don’t forget that the c-19 bioweapon jab(s) are part of the problem also, as most health/medical facilities and most schools mandated them.

Anecdotal evidence of the lack of criminal arrests/prosecution and video examples of it around the country leading to further cultural decline. Middle class town in Florida, guy walks into Walmart, loads up grocery wagon, walks out, loads up trunk of car parked in front, 2 guys in the car. People learn by example and criminals have learned that it is risk free. Behavior is influenced by rewards and punishment when there is no consequence (other than reward) for bad behavior you will get more of it.
Walmart and others cover this shrinkage by increasing prices on those of us who pay. Walmart loses nothing, the suppliers lose nothing (walmart will restock), the thieves lose nothing.
The losses offset the taxes owed on profits.
The retail industry really does not mind an “acceptable” amount of theft.
A certain percentage is baked into the pricing margin already.
That is one of the reasons why there is such support for cheap Chinese crap by corporate retail buyers. The margin is huge.
And the cost is passed onto the Insurance industry who then raises ALL rates across the board!

All should seriously consider family members (that you cam trust!) having medical durable power of attorney on ‘each other’, regardless of age.
My wife has a signed, notarised copy of my DMPOA in HER medical records, and i have one of her in mine.
I can look at and requedt copies of anything in her medical records (we actually have a complete copy OF oir medical records that we maintain) and the Dr. can not exclude me from the ex room when examining her or discussing anything and vice versa.
Technically he can not do ANYTHING with or to her, without my say so (and vice versa).
Check your State law, know the law on medical informed consent, its not for everyone, in every situation, but its an option.
