I actually bothered to watch that. Personally, I never liked Tucker, and I don’t trust him. I found what he said about Trump to be insulting, like he’s a POS and everyone knows he is, but life is so bad lets vote for a POS.
I actually like Trump’s policies, and I like Trump. I like his honesty, and directness, and his old fashioned ability to say it, and get it done.
Tucker also left out the fact that Republicans cannot change their nature. Its why they should never be elected again. DeSantis, is a prime example.
Why did Tucker not mention people voted for Bush because they were politically ignorant, or a bunch of warmongering AH’s? See his discreet bias? No, I don’t like Tucker.

Part of the problem is of course the fraudulent effort to have an affidavit withdrawn which included over four hundred pages of Congressional testimony that we heard about yesterday, but in large part it seems the judge simply asked the common sense question about the “ongoing investigation.”
If there’s an investigation, there’s more charges that could be coming, such as a FARA violation which the prosecutors are aware of but haven’t charged, so there’s no foundation for a plea deal, which essentially the judge asked of prosecutors and they conceded.

Two CERCLA agencies that I think are very concerning around the East Palestine train crash & subsequent explosion are the EPA and the CDC’s ATSDR (Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry). Both the CDC and the EPA are already on the scene in Ohio. I worry that they will be instrumental in preventing people from using their land and even possibly helping forcibly evacuate people against their will.
CERCLA is the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act. This law is disgustingly antagonistic against victims of chemical spills and potential purchasers of their property. We’ll see a certain chemical Dioxin listed in the short list of EPA’s targeted chemicals under Superfund (CERCLA):

Note how they expressly state they conflate the entire group of chemicals called “dioxins” with the most toxic version of dioxin. This can also be seen in how the news has been covering the term: a purposeful blurring of the toxicity of dioxins to all being equal to the most extreme example of toxicity. I worry this will be weaponized for EPA tyranny in the very near future.
Let’s next turn to the US Health & Human Services agency called ATSDR (Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry). Here’s an excerpt from their site on the CECLA mandate:

Either way Fargo, N.D> or look Mohamad’s name up otherwise you will never hear the story. He was brought over here during the taking in of the Syrian refugees back in 2014 and was even on the terror list perhaps but became a US citizen in 2019. The News does not want us to hear this .
