County Judges are elected in elections RUN BY the County “election officials”; in Az. the County Recorders and County Boards of Supervisors of each County.
Hence, the initial court cases in County courts are a necesary formality, but no Judge who wants to keep his job, is going to rule AGAINST the County election officials.
Moreover call it politucs, or just the psychological or practical reality if how humans deal with Authority and Responsibility; the ‘safer’ way to rule, is to NOT rule for the claiment, thereby OVRRTURNING an election.
Far better for the Judge to “leave things as they are” and have the case be overturned on appeal. “Above my paygrade” essentially, and this applies all the way to State Supreme Courts, hence these cases will HAVE to go to SCOTUS, where there is no “higher Court” to put the onus on.

I have been taking a very low level natural hormone for 14 years, and the past 2 years my private practice dr has done blood tests. She explained that “regulators” are requiring the blood tests to monitor that the hormone Rx is valid and appropriate. The compounding pharmacy is also being extremely careful not to refill short of the 3 month date, and actually the 3 month Rx is actually only 87 days rather than the 90 I would expect.
Some practices are requiring well visits even if you don’t feel you need them, and also requiring colonoscopies and other cancer screenings.

I want to give a shout out to my fellow TH posters. I have been struggling with making a decision about letting my son get the meningococcal boaster. Here’s an approach that might be helpful to you. I used it evaluating covid. Covid carried a series of risks as a disease. I did not see myself as having any elevated risk complications, but that certain amount of risk remained. The covid vaccine carried another set of risks. To get it was to open a second can of worms so to speak. So it was just a matter of calculating the risk of one versus the additional risk added by the other. I try to make all my decisions to be about limiting risk
Just a word of caution.
I don’t know what antibiotics are used to treat, but any fluoroquinolone antibiotic (i.e. Cipro, Levaquine) should be a last resort.
They can have devastating adverse reactions including neurological, tendon ruptures, B12 and thiamine depletion,mitochondrial disfunction.
From personal experience, most physicians and pharmacists are clueless, despite there being a growing body of corroborating research since around 2010.
There seems to be some connection to low magnesium levels. Last I know there is little understanding of whether those with low mag before taking the drug are more prone to adverse reaction, or whether the drug causes mag depletion as part of the adversecrwaction.
A sports medicine Dr I read about advises patients who must take a fluoroquinolone antibiotic to take a high absorbency magnesium supplement before, during, and after the course of antibiotics.

Not everyone is effected the same way by medications.
The most recent recommendation I’ve seen is that fluoroquinolones should not be used as a first go to for things like sinus and urinary tract infections that can be successfully treated with better tolerated antibiotics. They should be reserved for more complicated infections.

That sounds GREAT to me.
He started with his usual Trump flattery, talking about how Zelensky did not attempt to implicate him (President Trump) in anything untoward, as many were pressuring him (Zelensky) to do.
He states that he knows and gets along with both men, but he then says that he will nonetheless tell Zelensky, “no more”, he must make a deal.
That’s fairer than fair. No more throwing good money after bad.
Then he says that he will tell Putin, look, get in on this now for the best deal. That is not a threat, and Putin knows that is not a threat, it is how deals are made.
Again, fairer than fair, and we all KNOW, despite what the MSM is insisting, that Zelensky was willing to sit down and reach an accommodation with Putin very early on. So was Putin.
No one can tell me that Zelensky isn’t even more anxious to salvage what he can out of this, after the way he was treated at Vilnius.
He didn’t actually say he would give Ukraine more “weapons”. I took “more” to mean that without Putin’s participation from the start, Zelensky will get “more” of what he asks for in the final agreement.
Zelensky would probably even get to wear a suit to the negotiations, like a real president.
President Trump cannot say anything counter to the Bolshevik news media. If he does it’s only ammunition to attack him. So, for now he has to go along with the giving weapons to Ukraine narrative!

The left calls Jan 6 a threat to “our democracy.” But the ultimate threat is when politically unaccountable actors literally *remove* democratically elected officials from office. That’s why the pending Jan 6 indictment of Trump is arguably the most dangerous of all to our Constitutional Republic. I believe the federal administrative police state is preparing to invoke the “insurrection” clause from Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to disqualify Trump from running, in a way that past indictments technically would not. This isn’t theoretical: in New Mexico, County Commissioner Cuoy Griffin was removed from office after his election for merely being physically *present* on the Capitol grounds on Jan 6, even though he was peaceful and did not even enter the building. That sets a dangerous precedent for states like New Mexico to try and keep Trump off the ballot, and a prosecution by Jack Smith would only strengthen their argument for doing so. It is un-American for the ruling party to use police power to arrest its chief political rivals. We need to know what Biden told Garland & what Garland told Jack Smith. We should know whose invisible hand is guiding these indictments, which is why I filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) demand to uncover *exactly* what the White House communicated to Garland & Smith to target Biden’s disfavored opponent in this election. We will get to the bottom of it, including by suing in federal court if necessary. I will address this and how we will shut down the corrupt administrative state on Thursday at Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire.
