Thanks for this Ad rem. 🙂 May Our Good Lord bless us all . . .
Boy….you’re fast! 😀
Amen & amen!
Welcome to a brand spanking new Prayer Thread!
Here’s a quick link to the old one…. https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2023/04/06/prayer-requests-19/
Thank you for your patience….as every post at the Treehouse automatically expires within 90 days, I have to remember to update to a new thread. Sometimes I forget! Many Thanks to Miss.Della.B for reminding me. 😘
😘🤗
Ad rem and all the very special people on this most bless-ed thread.
I see many posts about cancer.
I am leaving this article by a doctor about using Fenbendazole and Ivermectin , both of which have shown promise for those just diagnosed and those who have been undergoing treatment.
It gets very technical but about halfway down those two drugs are discussed.
Here is the link, along with my fervent prayers for all who are enduring this terrible disease that our Father’s healing hands will rest on all who are suffering.🙏🏻
https://veryvirology.substack.com/p/curing-the-incurable-cancer
(This is a start for those who wish to investigate further. Fenbendazole is getting a lot of attention.)
There is a wonderful group on Facebook where you can talk to people on Joe Tippens’ Fenbendazole cancer protocol.
https://m.facebook.com/groups/244815949755622/
My prayer request would be for all my fellow treepers. There are families dealing with infidelity, alcoholism, drug addiction, poverty, distrust. May God put his arms around you and help keep your head clear of the steps you need to take to overcome these trials and tribulations. 🙏
That’s a great prayer. Thank you.
Dear Ad rem,
Please pray for me to be open to God’s guidance-I have to quit my job as they are starting transgender surgeries at one of my locations, the other one does sterilizations, none of which I participate in as I am a Catholic.
Unfortunately I also need knee surgery soon, and health insurance is an issue.
I would like to continue to work as I enjoy being a physician but medicine is becoming unrecognizable. And opting out of these is becoming an issue with my practice colleagues. I am resigning for this position Dec 31, 2023 as by contract requirements.
So I hope God would let me know what to do next. And that I listen. There is both fear of income loss and also fear of the unknown- I must admit. I am almost 59, so perhaps this is the time to recognize that I ought to prepare for next life more than this one.
Let us pray.
oh, my, yes. this is very big and requires both courage and humility. God will give you both and place you and take care of you for following Him. I will pray for you, dear friend.
Thank you and God reward you.
Greetings Quoheleth!
I have a friend who is a doctor in Cincinnati.
c. 25 years ago he went with a cash practice: no more following the bureaucrats at insurance companies who think they can practice medicine without a license or hospital bureaucrats.
He also spread the word via health-food stores, gymnasiums, AA meetings, etc. that he was open to non-traditional methods via diet changes, exercises, eliminating damaging behavior (smoking, vaping, alcoholism, gluttony, etc.), herbal-vitamin-mineral supplements, etc.
You could consider that possibility: he was c. 50 years of age, is now 73, and still working and not bankrupt by any means!
Good for you, standing up for your Catholic beliefs in a time when too many of our own clergy (especially the bishops and cardinals) are less than brave in protecting Life today!
Best Wishes!
Ausonius
P.S. Everyone out there still puffing away on anything: my sister (67 or so) is slowly dying of lung cancer with a metastasis into brain tumors and other cancers elsewhere.
Please stop with the habit as soon as possible: she started at 14 (6 years older, I never noticed it, until our mother (also a smoker) caught her when she was 18. Our mother was upset, but could not quit the habit until a heart attack almost killed her when she was in her 50’s. Quitting at that age allowed her to reach 80, although more heart and lung operations followed her initial by-pass.
My sister was too addicted and is paying the price with an early death: I cannot tell you how much I hate, loathe, and detest the habit, which has haunted me from my earliest memories.
Much of my childhood was spent outside and avoiding the smoke-filled rooms in our house courtesy of my parents, two of my grandparents, and assorted visitors!
Prayers for my sister and her husband, who is 60, and also dying from lung, brain, and now liver cancer at the same time!
Praying for your family, Ausonius, that they might experience the peace of Jesus in their lives. The Lord bless you.
Many thanks! We are praying for a miracle cure, even though things look bleak.
Often I am thinking simply: Thy will be done!
Amen — agreeing in prayer from northeast Ohio for a miracle. God is able — take care!
Prayers Up Ausonius! And remember, God only operates out of Love for all His children! We only see the bottom of the needlework – fortunately, He sees the Top!
Thank you! Yes, trust in the Lord!
Thank you.
Unfortunately, I am an anesthesiologist and cannot put a shingle up sorta. Unless, I can pass laughing gas…just for laughs. But even that they’d go after me as it is alluded (BS) that it causes issues with the ozone layer-which has a mind of its own imo.
All my life, what seemed hard at one time, was a later blessing. I pray and hope that this hard turn may turn into a blessing.
I do live in the country where it is much easier to live simply-and that i do and continue to do so. THAT is a huge blessing.
God has a plan-I just need to read His map. And that’s where your prayers help with the clues.
And I’ll pray for your family.
Thank you all so very much.
Ohio is fairly pro-life: e.g. the city of Lebanon, between Dayton and Cincinnati, has outlawed all abortions, no matter in a hospital or a clinic. It is a beautiful area and is definitely PRESIDENT TRUMP territory!
You might consider a move, if that is possible.
Queheleth,
I pray that I may offer something that may be valuable to you???
My dear friend who recently passed away of neuroendocrine cancer was a freelance nurse anesthetist. She incorporated, had her own business, and contracted with a surgical eye center in Indianapolis while her main home was in Valparaiso, Indiana. It was lucrative enough to allow her a second residence in Indy, where she would travel to 3 to 4 days a week to work.
Could this be an option for you to contract with small surgical centers?
We are looking at SANA for insuring our small business employees away from Obamacare health insurance. It’s a bit more expensive per month.. but maybe doable for you… if they’re offered where you are. Please do your due diligence… as we are still investigating. But anything to get away from government stranglehold.
I pray blessings for you and know that God Will honor your decision when made in humility and worship of Him. He won’t let you down.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, I pray for you.
Amen
Excellent idea!
Indiana is also TRUMP Territory! 🙂
Ausonius,
Indiana is a den of deep RINO Establishment and the People of Indiana are sorely underrepresented.
I have been a little too close to them and saw things I would never have imagined. They are a dangerous sort of double-mindedness here. Dangerous sort.
No, Indiana is NOT a safe haven – not in the least. We just “look innocent” and that’s how the Establishment wants to keep it.
We give you in modern times – Buttegieg, Ron Klain, Pence, WEF darling Holcomb, faux AG Rokita, Todd Young, Glenda Ritz and Jennifer McCormick (both IN DOE Superintendents who flipped RepubliCON to DemonRat during their “service” dismantling education) among the other elders who paved the way for these noxious sorts.
But this is the PRAYER thread – let’s keep it Holy. May God help us all!
Ohio has a RINO infestation as well…but I was looking more at those TRUMP signs, some from 2020, others new, yet others homemade, in front yards in the state.
Yes, God help us all!
Amen!
Careful there…south and east of Indianapolis is a Greg Pence HOR region!
Prayers for you! I hope figuring out the map is an easy task.
And with all the CRNA’s out there, the competition is tough, too. But a thought…with your knowledge and background…consider some sort of holistic pain management business…without the need for the regulatory licenses for prescribing etc, should it come to that?
Reinvent yourself! There is a huge shortage of really smart people out there in the world, especially in health care.
I will pray for things to work out well for you!
Blessings on you Quoheleth. This is not an easy journey for you and I pray that through the Grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ, you find your way through this unknown.
Ausonius,
I will be praying for everyone on here who has asked for prayer, and hope my next words do not make me look callous. After losing both my sister and her husband to lung cancer almost 12 years ago (weird coincidence, huh?), I very much do care about the health and healing of everyone.
In this world where we cannot say, ‘There is a cure for cancer,’ instead I just encourage everyone to go to Joe Tippen’s website — mycancerstory.rocks — and read Joe’s fight with, and victory over, cancer.
Being open to God’s guidance is a prayer I think we can all stand to pray; at least I know I can. Praying that the Lord Jesus Christ would give you wisdom & direction in all things, set you on the path you should go, & provide for you in all ways. God bless, Quoheleth.
Quoheleth,
God will Bless you and your courage and conviction. – It is always time to prepare for the next life more than this one, but at age 59 – given your life and Gods will at this time – it’s time for you not to break faith – stay strong and watch as He does the incredible!
Amen! Praise and Glory, Wisdom, Thanksgiving and Honor to the Risen Christ!
I am praying for you. Cradle Catholic here…am praying to Our Lady for your needs. Aggiegirl has been an RN for a way long time….so I get it! May our Divine Physician bring you through the trials and tribulations with little disruption!
I would like to recommend a Website called “WonderMind”! If you sign-up for their FREE Newsletter, that’s delivered by email right to your Inbox, 3 times a week, Mon. Wed. & Fri.
They have professional Psychiatrists & Psychotherapists that they “consult” with, so the advice seems to help, IF you are one who needs such “therapy”.
They say that Everyone at some point in their life, has had Mental Health issues, but the person in Nigeria may not have the same “rights” as we do here in NA.
BTW, this advice is for the 1st Quoheleth comment. Another suggestion that I have for you is to “work for Cash & start making house calls”. IF “Doc Holiday” could do it, so can you.
Just get yourself something economical like a 3 cylinder Chevy Spark & “brush up on your basic doctoring skills & be on time & you’ll make lots of money.
And as a Bonus, Bill Clinton once said, when visiting a Hospital!...”Lets swing by the Maternity Ward, because the young mother’s breasts are as yuge as there going to be”! LOL!
Rush Limbaugh said a few times on his Talk Show, that he always pays cash for any Medical Treatments & he said that he usually saves 75 to 80%!
Maybe study Vit K2 AS MK7 to move Ca from joints and arterial walls to bones (study PubMed and others)
Introduce more Collagen into your body (best is homemade)
Go low-carb (in time you can adjust)
This is merely a suggestion from a pre-med dropout from 50 years ago. In real life I am a cabinet maker.
Will be 75 next Saturday and still have all my original body parts.
It has been a journey to learn nutrition because I had no mentors and many health websites exhibited quacks (not all).
Altogether, the doctors I dealt with had little training in nutrition.
I keep you in prayer, Woodstuff – good to see you here again!
It’s been 27 months since the Fauci cabal murdered my wife with Remdesivir and I’m still seeking accountability for her and thousands of others. A number of organizations are waking people up. I hope that God will help them uncover the corruption.
I’m so sorry, ME. Praying for His perfect will & justice to be done.
Ditto.
I cannot imagine the loss. may God’s hand rest upon you, dear one.
🙏💕
Lord God, please comfort and strengthen ME.
Guide him and work on his behalf to obtain justice for his beloved wife, and thousands of others.
Lord, You know what a great evil has been done to many in our country; we ask Your help to expose the corruption,
and bring the evil ones under Your righteous judgement.
Please shine Your Light in the darkness, O God, and deliver all of those who have been wronged.
Restore what the devil has stolen from their lives.
For Christ’s sake.
🙏
See my post to Miss.Della! God Bless You!
Miss.Della and JWoo always have such soothing and beautiful prayers that help us refocus on the glories of God.
I thank the Lord for both of you ladies as he has given you the gift of the most reverent and touching manner of voicing prayers.
Thanks, Aggie …
All praise be to the Father,
All praise be to the Son,
All praise be to the Holy Spirit!
Thank you, Aggie. Sweet friend.
Just as Miss Della says “All Praise to the Triune God”
It’s not through me, but He! And when The Holy Spirit gets on a roll, 2 AM can come pretty quickly. There’s so much to pray over and whether it is through words or an UP VOTE as others have offered such beautiful intercession… sometimes there is simply no more to say.
Was listening to the Jordan Peterson interview of the maker of Sounds of Freedom with Tim Ballard and Jim Caviezel and towards the end of the interview, they discuss the initial discomfort, but ultimate freedom, in standing and speaking out loud for Truth. There is no other way that I want to live – or die.
May we all stand with confidence and boldly proclaim Who Is The Author, Originator, and Fulfillment of our faith. He Is Worthy of Praise.
Thank you Puddy! What a very pleasant surprise. 🙂
😘 We’re always here! Just click on the little flickering candle in the upper right-hand corner of the blog.
So many things to pray and give thanks for…where would I start?
For our nations citizens held under the iniquities of an increasingly evil and totalitarian world governmental possession…
Ecclesiastes 10:2…”A wise man’s heart directs him toward the right, but the foolish man’s heart directs him toward the left.”
Please join me in praising the Lord for my 51 year old son. He has been an alcoholic since his teens and is now free for over 6 months. Since he quit he has gotten his first real job working for a military training contractor teaching young soldiers battle scenarios in the field. He just drove from California to Wisconsin for another 5 week session. Once that’s complete he’ll find out where the next place will be. I’m so excited for him because he is doing things he loves with military people whom he also loves and get to travel.
This is all such a wonderful blessing from our Heavenly Father that I had to share.
🥰
That is great!
🙏☝👍
So few times, we hear about the successes of sobriety. Thank you for posting your praise!!!!
Blessings on your 51 year old son and continued “one day at a time.”
Thank you, M Teresa. Years of prayers are being answered for him. I’m thanking and praising and glorifying our Lord and Savior for His great mercy and grace.
please pray for my daughter with downs syndronme. She is 53 now and has devloped seizures and decline. she is the sweetest thing God ever made and we love her. Hard to see her suffering. She likes to look at pictures of papa Joseph, moma Mary and baby JESUS.Her brother and I care for her and have to read lots of signs and body language.I ask God to give me wisdom and help to manage the grief. So few medical people have ever helped her. EWhen she was born I was told to put her in state hospital. I took her home and never looked back.
Thank the Lord you took her home! Praying for your dear daughter to receive a touch of the Lord’s healing, & to help you through these difficulties. God bless, Donna.
donna, there is so much love in your house–the most important thing of all. I have heard that taurine helps with seizures–just a thought.
Best thing you did.
No hospital has enough love than family.
And the Holy Family has the most. They will guide you what to do.
I’ll pray for you to discern their voice.
God bless!
Grace and Peace to you Donna in the Love of Our Savior Jesus Christ Crucified!
Do not neglect hospitality, for through it some have unknowingly entertained angels. Hebrews 13:2
I think your daughter is one of those angels.
Pax et Bonum
Sending my prayers for strength from God for you and her brother. Being a direct and personal caregiver is is one of the most difficult jobs. There is little to no direct support either physically, emotionally, or financially.
God bless you for being such a wonderful mom!
🙏☝👍
From one warrior Momma to another, Donna Nicol, I pray with you in solidarity.
Abba, Father,
Lord, You are the Father of Christ and The Giver of Life to all humanity, but Father – You gave us a Mother’s heart – and I ask You often – what did You expect us to do with that??!! We, as humans, and not deity. Parenting can sometimes be so much to bear.
The Proverbs 31 woman sets to task working intentionally to serve the family You Have blessed her with. It is a deep labor and an even deeper love.
Corrie ten Boom who survived the Holocaust and viewed most horrific things coined a phrase and I may be paraphrasing “Lord, help me to hold things loosely because it hurts when You pry them from my hand.” Father, help Momma and Brother open their hands to You and trust You completely with Your Perfect Divine Plan for their lives. Bring them hope and joy in these difficult times and memories that they will hold precious throughout their lifetime.
God, these are our children and there is no greater wish for a loving parent than for their children to find safety, wholeness, happiness, good health, and love. I thank you for the 53 blessed years that Donna’s daughter has realized with her dear, sweet family.
Father, You Are Merciful and Loving and You love this blessed daughter so much that she will realize perfection in Eternity. We praise You for this and thank You for that which You Are Willing and Promise to do! Perfect Eternity.
Comfort this family with warmth and assuredness and give them peace. What a precious life they have lived. What a gift!
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, I pray in unity with all here, AMEN
Prayers…
Dear Blessed Mother Mary…please wrap Donna and her precious child in your mantle. Please bring all the prayers to your Son that He may bring Divine Help and Love to them. Amen.
Please pray for my daughter who is currently on the path of a prodigal one. Her choices are far from what our Heavenly Father desires and it breaks my heart as well as her son’s.
Also, please pray for our second home to sell ASAP as it has become quite a burden to maintain. Hubby is currently doing major repairs that are rather taxing for him physically. He prefers to do them himself instead of hiring someone & it stresses me out worrying about him.
Thank you so much.
Praying the Lord would return your prodigal daughter to you & for the sale of your home. I’ve been doing a number of major repairs on my own home in recent months & I’m not getting any younger, so I sympathize with your husband. God bless.
Thank you, Joe.
many of my friends have prodigal children and, yes, there truly is such a thing as heartbreak. but, God is nearby. we pray without ceasing and God surely hears a mother’s prayers.
Yes, He is. Thank you, linwik.
Don’t break faith with the Lord Suburbanwoman – set your face like flint, be stouthearted – pray for her and remember that “God has given everyone over to disobedience, that He may show them His mercy.” Romans 11:32
He loves us – don’t forget!
Thank you, Tereese DeMetz.
🙏☝👍
Thank you, WebPatriot.
Our son lost his faith in college at a Catholic college no less! He is going to church with his wife and children and us his parents…it is a Presbyterian church. We go because his wife and kids go and our son most of the time will come. He never participates in communal prayers or worship songs he has a glorious singing voice! . I stand next to him often and pray the Holy Spirit reaches him. He told us on the Fourth of July he is hearing the word and it is meaningful for him. Yay God and yay the Holy Spirit and our Lord Jesus. This church is Bible based but the music is all modern…I’d like traditional hymns but I can do this to lead our family to God. God is wherever we are whether the music is to our liking or not! We can never give up!
your home will sell when God deems it. We had lived in a home for over 30 years…lots of stuff…tried to sell earlier and it didn’t sell…realtor told us it it would be 18 months on average the last time…three days and it sold. God has His own timing so keep the faith and carry on! Blessings to you!
Thank you, NanaB
Suburbanwoman,
We know that true worship of God comes along by free will… one on one with God. Your daughter is actively working her own testimony. I pray that whatever God needs to do to reach her, that He does so as swiftly as possible. I pray your faith be strong and that your love for her will want her to experience God in the truest sense of worship – with her heart fully and unquestionably His. You are watching a miracle in the making.
Bless you, Momma, and bless your girl and her son. I pray you all safety and confidence in His Provision and Perfect Timing in all matters.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Thank you, JWoo.
Please pray for my son Justin who is the captain of a division III college tennis team while managing Type 1 Diabetes.
It is very hard to be a tennis player and type one. He has overcome such odds, but needs every bit of God’s continued blessings.
Please ask God for strength, mercy and grace.
I love you all.
Praying that the strength of the Lord & His mercy would be upon your son. The Lord bless you, Mark.
type ones are very special ppl. they have heart and resilience like Ive never seen. prayers for Justin.
Prayers and God’s blessing.
“Wisdom is justified by all her children”
Fear not Mark, the Lord is taking care of him or he would not have been able to overcome such odds.
God loves you too, so more faith less fear would let Him know you love Him.
🧐💕
Lord, please help Mark’s son, Justin, with all that he needs.
You know that his diabetes is difficult, but You have not left him alone.
Give him Your peace and Your grace. Help Justin to look to You for everything as You guide him all of his days.
Please give him relief and comfort from this illness. Show Yourself strong on his behalf, O God.
Deliver him, rescue him, and set him on the Rock of Jesus Christ, a firm place to stand.
Watch over his life, Lord, both now and forevermore.
For Christ’s sake.
🙏☝👍
Father God,
Thank You for giving the world Mark’s Justin! What an inspiration for him to be so accomplished in his youth despite Diabetes. We look forward to the Perfect Plan that You Have for Justin’s life… for strength, mercy, grace, and a blessed marriage, family, and career that will bring him fulfilment and Your Divine Provision.
Bless Justin, Father, and bless his earthy Father, Mark, who no doubt loves You and knows You Are Mighty to save… else he wouldn’t be asking. Thank You, Father, in advance for what You Will Do!
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Please pray for Carol Lopez who is undergoing surgery today at Siani Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Carol is a believer with great faith. Please pray that all who are attending to her care; the surgeon, doctors, nurses and technicians will be at their best; that their hands would be God’s hands, and their eyes would be God’s eyes, and their minds would be God’s mind. Pray that there will be no complications from infection or hemorrhaging and for a complete and speedy recovery. Thanks be to God.
Amen.
How did she do?
Lord God, please help Carol as she recovers from surgery. You are the Great Physician, the God Who heals.
Please provide all that she needs to be restored to wellness. Give her Your Peace as she knows You are with her and in control.
Protect, strengthen, and comfort Carol in the days ahead, as she waits for You.
For Christ’s sake.
Dear friend Mary.
thanks
Prayers for Mary, for whatever the need may be, our loving God knows it. Blessings to you, Meg.
Dear Lord, please touch Mary and supply all of her needs.
Give her assurance that You love her and You will be faithful to her.
Grant her Your peace and grace. Draw her to Yourself with lovingkindness.
Be her guide and her Way-maker, Lord.
Pour out Your blessings on meg, Mary’s friend.
For Christ’s sake.
Amen
Please pray for my Mother-in-law Lucy Carr. She lost her husband of 50+ years and struggles to find any meaning or purpose left in life.
A God-fearing sweet soul.
In Jesus Holy Name
It makes me so sad to read this. I pray for Lucy that the Lord would cover her in His everlasting peace, & that she might know that He has a plan & a purpose for us all right up until the very moment He calls us home. The Lord bless you, Keith.
Help assist her into re-affirming her faith and going to church services. Also, there are many faith-based support groups for bereaving parents and spouses. My Catholic sister, who lost her spouse of 45 years recently joined a Church-based group ; Catholic, in her case. She never quit going to Sunday Mass and eventually found out about this group trough fellow parishioners. They recommended it because it is better to be with faith-based group members rather than in a “city run” or “Town Run” program that does not even recognize one’s spirituality.
💕🙏 praying💕
Lord God, please help Lucy Carr in her profound grief. Give her Your Peace, Your grace, and Your Power.
Help her to sense Your Presence day by day, hour by hour, that You are with her and will never leave her.
Cover her with Your love and mercy. Shine Your Light upon her life and lead her in the way everlasting.
Restore her soul, Lord, and give her rest.
For Christ’s sake.
🙏☝👍
Heavenly Father,
We pray that You Will open Lucy’s eyes and ears to those around her. That she will realize that You have awakened her each day, because You Are not finished with her yet. She has a Purpose here on earth to fulfill and You knit her together in her mother’s womb to fulfill that very special Purpose. Help her to see and hear it, Father. You still have things that You want to show her.
Remind her, too, that her dear husband loves her and wishes her well, as she continues her marathon in Your Service. He would want her happy and living her life fully, as she navigates her new normal. God, You are not done with her yet. She is uniquely suited. Help her find it.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, we pray. AMEN
Keith…I ran across this forum the other day and have kept it for the time when it could possibly help someone.
It is an online site comprised of those who have been widowed.
“Soaring Spirits”
(WidowedVillage Online Forum)
https://soaringspirits.org/programs/virtual-programs/widowed-village/
I pray there may something in this which will help Lucy find, little by little, her spirit once more.
God bless you both, and may she feel the presence of the Holy Spirit and the peace which passeth all understanding every single day.🙏🏻
Please pray for my husband, Gary, as he battles severe anemia due to a colon bleed. Please pray that he is able to recover from this and has no further complications. Thank you all. I am saying prayers for each of you on here.
🙏
Asking for a touch of healing from Jesus for Gary, to be made whole from anemia & internal bleeding. God bless, ID.
Praying for both of you.
Lord, please heal Idaho’s husband, Gary, and help him to recover.
Bring comfort and relief as You strengthen his body – physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Help Gary to trust in You at all times. Restore him to wellness.
Please minister to Idaho, too, Lord, as she supports and cares for her beloved. Draw her close to Thee.
For Christ’s sake.
🙏☝👍
Father God, The Great Physician,
I pray that You will bless Gary, Father, and touch his colon and cauterize the wound from which he bleeds. Whatever irritants may fester or create harm, I ask You to flush them from his system and remove them from his body.
Lord, help his body retain iron needed to build his blood and grant him relief from his fatigue. Return the pink to his cheeks, and the smile to his mouth and eyes. May he gaze on his wife again free of pain and restored in energy.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, I pray, AMEN
landline,
You are following the commandments in caring for your parents and we would not need nursing homes if we all did that. I took care of my mom, and she died peacefully at the house when I lived in the city. Never regretted it although it was very hard.
Do make sure you get some time off or you’ll get the so-called caretaker burnout. And be the son/daughter first, and caretaker second. Love your parents and your own children will learn what is good to do, hardship notwithstanding.
You and all other requests are in my daily prayers.
You are a wise person and blessed.
My prayer request is prayers for my Godson, Joey Barbera, he is dying from cancer. He is only 40 years old with two young daughters, 12 and 9.
Lord, we ask for a mighty moving of Your Holy Spirit to touch Joey & heal him of this cancer. We also ask for comfort & peace to be given to his family. We know & trust that You are able to do all & do exceedingly, & we believe this in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah. God bless you, Friskycat.
Thank you!
Father God, divine Love, help our mortal minds understand Your healing all-power and immortal ever-presence.
Lord God, please send Your help to Joey Barbera and his family.
Provide for all of their needs and minister to each one.
May Your good and perfect will be done in their lives as it is in heaven.
Please show Yourself strong on their behalf.
Give them Your grace and Your peace in this affliction. For Christ’s sake.
Thank you!
Friskycat,
I too pray for your dear godson, Joey, and ask the Lord to surround, protect, guide and heal him — completely. And pray for Joey, his family and friends to find great peace and joy while traveling this journey through the valley of death. But I pray the valley is short, and full of grand, great and good news of God’s mercy and healing — for His glory.
And, I pray that you will visit this website — mycancerstory.rocks — and send the link to Joey, too. Because I know that down the road Joey’s daughters will want their dad walking them down the isle. . .
Peace and love to you in Jesus name.
Thank you!
🙏☝👍
Thank you!
May the Holy Spirit be with your Godson and family and May he be healed of his cancer. Peace be upon him as he and his family battles this.
Friskycat,
I am so sorry to hear of Joey’s battle with cancer. In addition to the prayers set forth to the Lord by our brothers and sisters of the treehouse, I would like to add a gentle suggestion. If possible, record Joey on video, verbally, or even in letters – for his children’s future. Having myself lost a parent at a very young age – memories can fade for children and grief can be quite hard. Those recordings of Joey and his gentle wisdom and love can live on with them.
Additionally… maybe find a seamstress that can make quilts of his clothing as a gift to the children for a Christmas after he passes.
I lost my Mom at 9 years old and in those days, we had no such abilities at saving memories as we have with today’s technology. No one spoke of her after she died, so dealing with the grief of losing her was quite hard alone as a child. Create as many memories as you can and record them.
I pray peace of mind for the children and for Joey, as he struggles through his illness not to leave them. LORD HAVE MERCY. Father, God, I pray for Joey’s healing and I pray that his family will know his legacy for generations to come.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Retired Magistrate here: Please pray for my brother, John, a 69 year old Viet Nam vet dying of ALS. He has had ALS for at least two years and he is at the stage where he is on a ventilator and a feeding tube. He has survived pneumonia 6 times, staff infections and other various infections. Every once in a while he is able to speak and it is such a blessing; he can just make sounds other times and I know this takes so much effort on his part.
He was back here in Ohio two years ago and we knew something was wrong with him then, but we didn’t know what. It took quite a while to get a diagnosis.
He is in California and I am in Ohio and unable to travel out to see him. So I send him cards, paintings, gifts all the time and pray for his peace and comfort. His wife is by his side constantly.
The VA is taking care of all his expenses by they traced his ALS back to Agent Orange exposure in Nam. I love him so much and it breaks my heart that he is going through this.
Marcia, I am so sorry for your brothers suffering and the heartache you are feeling being so far away from him. We feel helpless in these situations but prayer is our strongest weapon and comfort. I will pray for your brother John. I too have a brother Jon…different issue but family is family. You have written so many beautiful posts so I feel as a kindred spirit with you. May God bless you too and give you peace beyond all understanding. You are a dear person.
Praying that John might experience the miracles of our loving Father, & that the Lord’s peace would be with him & his wife, & for you as well. God bless you, Marcia.
Father, God, the Author of Peace, and Decider of Life,
I ask that You lay Your Hands on John and bring him comfort. You made quite the fighter in him having survived Viet Nam, Lou Gehrig’s disease, and multiple infections. What inner strength and fortitude Your John shows his dear sister, Marcia, who herself is a strong and resilient woman. Thank You for their precious family and their service to our country. We are indebted to them.
Father, God, I ask for Your Mercy as they handle John’s eventual transition to his Heavenly Home. There is no weeping, no illness, no imperfection in Heaven and John will be made perfectly whole, perfectly healed. Grant them perfect peace with The Promise of Your Eternity, in Christ Jesus’s Name I pray, AMEN
Dear Lord, Please hold Marcia and her brother and his wife, in your arms and bestow a multitude of blessings upon them. We pray for miraculous cures for all here…
For My Aunt – Sister Alice she is in hospice. Too all you fellow Treepers
MR, This is so hard – I stayed with my mother when she was in hospice care. I’m sorry.
Dear Lord, please surround Sister Alice with Your Presence and Your Peace.
Please safely deliver Alice to her eternal home with You.
Give her comfort and relief, Lord.
Pour out Your mercy and tender compassion upon Alice and make her transition to You a sweet one.
Comfort all of her loved ones during this trial. Strengthen them in the days ahead.
For Christ’s sake.
Amen
I pray for comfort for your family to know that God’s peace is real, & that He would freely give it to you in this time of need. God bless, MR.
I pray for President Putin to thoroughly destroy NATO so that it goes away forever.
First time here asking for prayer help. In order to work my son needs his truck repaired. Can’t find the part. Our Lord has the solution. We are praying for Him to reveal it. We trust Him but need prayers and prayer warriors to help here. Thanks so much Treepers. And may Our Lord bless you in return.
Lord God, Tina’s son needs Your Divine help. You know all about his situation, and exactly what he needs.
Please provide a vehicle for him so he can work. Make a way out of this difficulty and confusion.
Lord, when You resolve this problem, remind Tina’s son that all good gifts come from You.
Help him to understand that You are his Provider and You love him.
Remind him that You will be there for him as his faithful God all the days of his life.
Continue to draw Tina’s son to You, O Blessed Redeemer.
May he glorify You in this situation, Lord.
For Christ’s sake.
Blessings to you, Tina. Yes, God’s got it! Praying that that part will be found for your son’s truck. He can heal cars too!
Tina B –
Junk yards? Back in the day, we called them pick-a-parts. Is it something that a modern parts distributor may not have, but may be sourceable through a wrecked and discarded vehicle?
I pray his answer be found ASAP and that his work to prosper.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
I ask that anyone and everyone share the following prayer. Not so much for me – but for all of us Americans, and our progeny, I didn’t write it, and haven’t been able to find out who did (so I could thank them!), so I sincerely hope the author doesn’t mind it going up here:
Heavenly Father, our country needs You.
We have turned away from You and evil
forces are pervading our land. Pour Your
Holy Spirit on us. Open our eyes and ears to
the evil around us. Raise up leaders who
love and follow You. Give us courage to
speak up so that we can once again live as
one nation under God. Unite us. Protect us.
Forgive us. We ask all this in Jesus’ name.
Amen.
Amen, amen.
I pray for all of you daily. We have to wear the armor of God, always. My dear sweet wonderful daddy died peacefully two weeks ago, Thursday, 23rd he was 99 and 7 months. He knew Jesus, he was a believer. I prayed with him in his last hours- I am still shocked and sad. I cared for him and mom sine 2012, moved them close to me
It was traumatic but better for mom.
She went to Heaven in 2016.
Daddy left a Trust for the three of us children. We are co trustees.
I ask for fervent prayers that this complicated generous gift from out daddy can process through properly and with the absolute grace and love, just as our parents treated us. We are grown now. My siblings have a multitude of problems. I just want to settle this fairly and divide up the inheritance, and move on.
I am so very appreciative
Love, Rosemary
I pray for the wisdom of God to be given to you, to apportion this inheritance with all fairness, & for an amicable resolution to any & all existing matters. I also pray for your comfort & God’s loving care. Praise God that he knew the Lord & anxiously await the day you will be reunited in Glory. God bless you, Rosemary.
Thank you sincerely
Praying for peace and unity in your family, Rosemary, and the memories of your parents be honored throughout the process.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Thank you for your prayers
Sincerely
Pray for the health of my family, especially my Dad
Pray for the success of my independent practice in a medical/industrial complex that is abusing and enslaving us
Pray for the development of a MAGA tactical force in which we can all be confident that our contribution counts and is effective in defeating the enemies of the Constitution, the Declaration, and the Universal Truths of our Creator.
Pray for Revival of discipleship of our Lord and Savior in this country, that we all continue to seek and submit to His will for our lives.
Praying for the Lord to touch your dad with His healing, & that your practice might prosper despite the days being evil. God bless, CD.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Some of you know I lost my nephew Alex and also earlier by a year, lost a niece in childbirth. Now another niece has a bad syndrome/disease after already suffering an aneurysm/stroke. Her fibromuscular dysplasia has given her heart damage and pain and she is hospitalized now. There is no known cure.
Alex’s brother is suffering as well with what we hope is a kidney stone but haven’t heard results of scans. He is terrified he is dying like his brother of Lynch although Alex didn’t have lynch per biopsy. Fear of death is strong in the young…less as we age I suppose…I don’t feel it as much as I did when I was younger. It is strange and so very very sad our young people are dying at a young age. My prayer list grows longer each day. Between this branch and family may Gods blessings flow! May Gods comfort surround us all.
Oh Nana, I’m so sorry that your other niece is suffering like that. I pray for the Lord to touch her & make whole her heart, free from any damage that was done & remove the pain she is experiencing. The last I read you post, it seemed like things may not have been so serious for your nephew, but I guess there is some uncertainty there now? In any case, I pray for relief of the pain for him & God’s overwhelming peace for your dear sister & you.
Praying in unity with you, NanaB. Being surrounded by death makes the living so much more sensitive. We all must experience it eventually, but I agree with you, it is harder with the young. I love The Lord and I long to be with Him when my time has come. He is The One Who Counts our days. Lord, please instill Your Confidence in these children and help them to see You in their adversity. Please calm their storms, Father. In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Please pray for our daughter to find another good paying job. She lost hers 2 weeks ago. She is a single mom of 2 sons. She has applied for so many jobs the last 2 weeks with only two interviews so far.
Praying for direction from the Lord to lead your daughter to the job that is right for her. Blessings!
Please pray for my uncle Steve who underwent surgery today. Thank you
Prayers of healing & recovery for your uncle. God bless.
Landline, God Bless you and your Mom!
Hi — could you please pray for my mom Irene? She is 92, lives upstairs from me in the same apt. bldg, and is basically healthy, sharp and still drives. About 2 weeks ago, I noticed fleeting subtle spaciness/low energy symptoms that reminded me of when she had a UTI two years ago, and I brought her to the clinic for an exam. She aced all the stroke protocols, but she and I think she may have had a subclinical UTI — the initial test had a few trace abnormals, but the culture came back negative, so they didn’t prescribe any antibiotics or meds.
Since then, the spaciness is gone, and she seems neurologically back to her normal self. However, she’s had fatigue that gets better every day, but still hasn’t quite kicked out. (We’ve prayed and had people praying for her — and interestingly, she did have a fleeting vision the other day of a man in a red robe, who seemed like it was Jesus, and right after that, she felt a surge of energy and like she had turned a corner. But that jet lag is still not quite gone…) Please pray that God would completely heal her quickly of the dregs of whatever this is, so she can enjoy the summer. (She’s a conservative, too, who loves Trump!)
Thanks so much — love you, Treepers!
Prayers for sustenance & rejuvenation from the Lord for your dear mom. God bless.
Thanks so much, Joe… Blessings!
Update – thanks Joe and all who prayed for my mom. She ended up needing antibiotics for the UTI, but it finally cleared up the infection, and she is just about back to normal. She just celebrated her 93rd birthday, with family flying in for it. Praise God!
I still see occasional traces of brain fog or leg tiredness — the nurse said it can take awhile for the brain and leg complaints to completely go away. But the infection is gone. Please pray God would finish booting out any residue symptoms… thanks!
My dear friend from high school, a good patriot who went to military school later on….all y’all prayed for him a few months ago…now a pressure sore plus he stubbed his toe and subsequent infection and reduced circulation etc…he went in for surgery this morning for an amputation below the knee…
Please pray for him, again!!! I suspect its the emotional thing about losing a limb…he has been under a lot of treatment to save the leg…he is being a typical male…minimal words, minimal emotion…minimal info until he was under anesthesia….
Gracious God, please send Aggie’s friend Your merciful healing and strength. He needs you, Lord.
Please touch his body, mind, and soul with Your Mighty Hand.
Cover him with Your grace, and give him Your peace.
Lord, help him to realize that although the surgery was traumatic, You will always be with him for the rest of his days.
Please lead him to a place of quiet rest; may he adapt well to his different physicality because he knows You love him and You know best.
Soothe his spirit, Lord, and help him recover to wellness.
For Christ’s sake. Amen.
Amen.
Oh this is awful, Aggie. I pray for your friend to be touched by Jesus’ power & presence, to give him the ability to continue on in this life, & with the knowledge that one glad day he will be made whole if Christ is his Savior. Blessings to you.
Joe, Casco, Miss Della and all….thank you!
Aggiegirl,
I remember your friend. I’ve had a few in my life who were silent sufferers – minimal words – minimal emotion. Compartmentalization to labor through the next step ahead in what sounds like has been a hill and valley journey for a while for him.
While I would pray him whole, I believe too that relief may come from the amputation. It has to be so stressful to fight and the pain unimaginable. I pray him FREE. Free of disease. Free of infection. Free of fear, regret, and dread.
I pray he will be fitted with a new artificial limb, which will give him freedom again. Maybe a freedom he didn’t realize and it will encourage him to live towards that purpose with complete healing and joy!
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
JWoo, thank you. He was to the point of ‘take it and be done…’….No word
at this point, but he does have either 2 or 3 Dobermans, that need him, so they will also be his strength…
The technology out there, for prosthetics, is fabulous…so there is hope. I fear the interim of ‘phantom limb’ pain…I have had people tell me it can be bad.
I hope those Dobermans are well-mannered and don’t pull him around. It is good for him to have someone to look after who needs him.
I hear the same about phantom limb pain. We cannot proclaim to know what his future will hold, but we can certainly pray for Divine Intervention by those skilled in prosthetics. With his military service, I pray it qualifies him for free, expedient, and productive care.
Sometimes we can feel better when we are not fighting anymore… especially against something that can kill us. Blood born pathogens from necrotic extremities can be a horrible death.
Not today, satan. Not today. Bless you and your friend, Aggiegirl.
I bury my Dad next week, some good words would be appreciated.
“Keep in mind that Jesus Christ has died for us and is risen from the dead.He is our saving Lord,He is joy for all ages.
If we die with the Lord,we shall live with the Lord.
If we endure with the Lord,we shall reign with the Lord.
In Christ all our sorrow,in Christ all our joy.
In Him hope of glory,in Him all our love.
In Christ our redemption,in Christ all our grace.
In Him our salvation,in Him all our peace.”
Praying for you Chris during this difficult time.Blessed be God forever. Amen.
Thank you, Casco.
That is beautiful Casco. From your lips to the Lord’s Ears and speaking to Him back the Promises which He so generously gives us. AMEN, friend, AMEN.
I’m so sorry, Chris. I lost my father almost a year ago now, so I sympathize. What has gotten me through most is the peace of the Lord that really does surpass all human understanding. He loves us & Jesus can share our hurts having walked this earth Himself. Don’t ever hesitate to reach out to Him. God bless you.
Thank you, Joe.
Hugs and much love for you! May your grief be easy and the Lord be there for you to heal, be strong and remember that some day, there will be a reunion in heaven. Its a confusing and stressful time, dealing with the business of it all while you may want to cry and the tears don’t come….or the tears come and won’t stop. Gather the family, friends and celebrate a life well lived!
Whatever purpose your dad had on earth, has been done and God was ready for him, “Thy will be done”….
I pray the Lord brings to you, what you need in this time. (I lost both my parents within 8 weeks of each other to the day…I understand).
We are here for you, Chris. You are not alone.
Amen.
Thank you, Aggiegirl
You are so welcome! Much love and hugs!
Dear Chris,
What I am sensing in your request, may be less words for you – but maybe some for your father? If I err, please accept my humble apologies as I do not wish to belabor your grief.
My father during his life was not an easy man. He was a military machine and that made it very difficult when my mother died when I was 9 years old and he was forced to raise a little girl, who he barely knew because of his military mission. It is different to break the spirit of a grown man who the force is molding into a military warrior than it is to break the Spirit of a 9 year old girl who had God in her. God, whom my father didn’t necessarily understand until much later in life. We were forced together biologically, but had very clear and separate walks. My mother and my father – were not my teachers… especially when it came to rearing children.
I was blessed to find forgiveness and through training in books, my work, and life – was able to mold the relationship with my father into something productive, loving, understanding – and accepting of many of his behaviors that the outside world would not… and could not… understand. A lot of mile distance helped for objectivity and boundaries.
I cannot claim to know the relationship between you and your Dad. We are given into relationship with our families by God … for better or for worse. But, always for learning…
I found this song years and years ago – and carried it with me through some torturous losses. I pray my words and the words within this song will help you release your Father into Eternity – with full knowledge that you and he have a Divine Father and Christian family here on earth and in Heaven – who love you both.
May God keep you strong as you do what you must do in the week ahead. Please reach out for prayer again if we can help you more specifically. We pray you PEACE in Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, our Alpha and Omega Lord, AMEN
Thank you, Jwoo. He Served in the Army before the Vietnam conflict, and most people today would not consider him a good parent, but he was an excellent example for me, even though I did not recognize that as I was growing up. There might be a life lesson in there somewhere, lol.
Chris,
Completely empathize. I could not fully appreciate my Army Military Police father until becoming a parent myself. Nor could I appreciate all he went through on behalf of our country and that of South Korea which was a particularly special assignment for him.
Life experience alters perceptions and hindsight is 20/20 …. in most circumstances.
I pray you and your family well, Chris.
“Go rest high on that mountain” father of Chris and may your memory be eternal.
God I pray for our country
In unity, Hanno… through Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Am humbly asking for prayers for employment…my current company is not providing hours and I have decided to move on.
I lost my list of references that I use, panicked and asked St. Anthony to help…15 minutes later, I found it.
Aggiegirl, keep your head up, this change is never easy.
G_D, please be with her in these circumstances, give her the better opportunity for work as Your plan for her life will Reveal. Amen.
Praying that you can find a new job Aggiegirl, one that provides you with the same dedication that you give to your employer.I’m confident you are worth it.Best of luck and may our Lord’s blessings be with you always.
Aggiegirl,
I’m looking forward to hearing of how something better is waiting for you around the bend. Walk in faith and confidence, friend.
Maybe you, CountryDoc, and Queoheleth need to get together! An RN, CountryDoc, and anesthesiologist walk into a bar… and together they say… “Hey, maybe there’s a new kind of medicine?”
I mean… stranger things have happened.
When you all open your clinic.. let me know where it is. We need new a family doctor!
Praying that Jesus would give you direction & guidance to exactly what it is that He has planned for you next. Blessings!
Thank you, all of you!
My request is for an older sister. She has had kidney issues and has been on dialysis for awhile but had been doing ok. She was required to get the Covid shots in order to continue at the center. I asked her not to get the booster, but she did. Since the she has been in and out of the ER multiple times now with high heart rates and blood pressure. Now they found her playlets are really low and so far the infusions aren’t working. . I believe her immune system has been wrecked by the Covid shots. She is starting to really lose hope and started talking about giving up. It is really hard to keep her spirits up anymore.
I will pray for her! Perhaps a good Hematology or Immunology referral might be in order. Praying in the southwest suburbs…for the Lord to reignite her strength and hope. I pray the easy treatments to be effective.
Jesus, we ask for healing and strength for Illini’s sister. Amen.
Aggiegirl,
Thank You. She does have a hematologist now. She has had a platelet transfusion but so far it hasn’t help. There is a new medication that she could try but it is about $10,000 a month so she is applying to see if she can get financial assistance.
I get so upset when I read stories like this. I’m so sorry you’re having to watch this unfold, Illini. I pray that the Lord Jesus would completely cleanse her from the effects of this poison & also heal her of her kidney issues, bringing Him glory. The Lord bless you.
Thank you for your prayers.
Illini not for long,
I am so sorry you, your sister, and family are enduring this. I share in Joe Blow’s anger. Your sister did what she felt she needed to do in order to survive. I believe The Lord knows our hearts and knows why we make the decisions we make.
There is a Scripture I hang on to “Commit your ways unto The Lord and He Will Make your paths straight.” If we seek Him in all things, even if we make mistakes, He Will Make things right in His Perfect Timing. I believe, too, He Will Absolutely Avenge those who have led His flock astray. The coals that will be heaped on their heads!!! There will be no where to hide and they will stand to account! Without remorse, humility, acknowledgment of their sinfulness – their penalty is Eternal.
For those who love The Lord, our reward is Eternal, too. A Forever Heaven where there is no more pain, no more suffering, no more tears and an existence within our very best selves.
I have to defer so much to God, because I believe if we try to take it over and avenge ourselves – we carry such burdens of pain, anger, and madness. I want to be angry. I want to lash out. I want to see revenge in my own timing. But MORE than all of those things, I WANT TO BE HIS. I want to be God’s precious daughter. I want Him to use His Holy Spirits and His Angels to do the fighting for me. I want Him to protect my honor, my person, and my soul.
Take shelter in him, friend. I pray that your sister and your family can walk forward into this unknown with full confidence of Who you belong to. I pray you can stand firm and no matter what they do the body, they can never steal your soul. Not ever.
This is above my eye-line at my desk. I pray it helps you, too.
SUFFERING AS A CHRISTIAN (1 Peter 4:12:19)
Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when His Glory is revealed.
If you are insulted for the Name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of Glory and of God rests on you. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or a thief, or an evildoer, or as a meddler.
Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed but let him glorify God in that Name. For it is time for judgment to begin at the household of God and if it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the Gospel of God?
And if the righteous is scarcely saved, what will become of the ungodly and sinner?
Therefore, let those who suffer according to God’s Will entrust their souls to a Faithful Creator while doing good.
I pray that while your sister and you have time that you will both find your strength to assert your Divine Purposes in The Lord and that you would be blessed and that God would be praised. Make your memories together and find ways to record them. I say it again and again. Those recorded memories will be so precious to you.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN.
Sending you love and prayers for renewed hope in Eternity. The evil in this earth is passing away and it is snarling and gnashing its teeth because the devil is defeated and his time is short. he’s trying to take everyone with him that he can. Don’t let him take your joy nor your strength through this temporary weakness.
MATTHEW 10:28 (KJV) And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Illini not for long,
I am compelled to mention something else. A very dear friend of mine suffer(ed) from chronic kidney disease and has had some success turning it around with Super Beets powder. Could it hurt to give it a try? I trust this dear woman with my life and she has been a long mentor to me.
Here is an article I found – I know places like Meijer, Walmart, etc… carry Super Beets. Are Beets Good For Chronic Kidney Disease – HealthyKidneyClub.com
Thank you for your prayers. I will check out the beets research regarding kidney function.
Praying with Aggie,Joe & JWoo that your sister, and you Illini, shall find strength to face this battle, with the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.Amen.
Thank you for the prayers for my friend. He is doing ok, still shakey after surgery, but ok as ‘ok’ can be.
Now I ask for prayers for a successful recuperation and rehab!
Praise God & amen for a successful & speedy recovery!
Praying in unity with you, Aggiegirl. In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Please pray for my protection from bureaucrats at the Texas State Securities Board: Travis, Joe, Greta, Phillip and others whose names I do not know. They KNOW what I’m doing is good, but they are “compliance” hungry and think they can use Chevron Deference to read the law any way they like. May God move their hearts to work WITH me, rather than against me, as I strive to give my gifts to the world that will benefit millions of children. In Jesus name, Amen!
VegGOP,
In the den of lions, may they lay down at your feet!
May your voice captivate Pharoah and your wisdom place you in role of authority as a Trusted and Holy advisor and leader.
I pray over your situation that the Truth be known and the legislators open to it, embrace it, and assert it.
May they realize that this is their moment to stand and affirm our Constituion and that the role of government is to protect our Constituional rights and those of our legacy children.
May our children and their future families be protected.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Wow! Thank you, JWoo, for the beautiful prayer!! I love it!!! God bless you too!!
BTW, I am not dealing here with legislators, but rather with non-elected bureaucrats in the executive branch of the TX govt.
VegGOP,
It seems “non-elected bureaucrats” seem to be the ones “in charge” in lieu of legislators. Nowadays – potato = po-tah-toe.
How about we revise my prayer to remove the eunichs and inept and may the uniquely gifted and qualified rise to the occassions and the positions?
Yes, I like that. In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name (specifically saving our country!) AMEN
Amen!!!!
Thanks so much, JWoo!
Pray for my daughter and her husband.
Today their baby would have had her first birthday.
Tomorrow will be the anniversary of my grandbaby’s death.
They are trying to have another.
Pray that God would bless them with a child.
Donna, May your daughter and son-in-law be SO BLESSED!! And may the pain they have been through have cleansed their minds and hearts to receive STRONG, BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING, PERFECT children. I am knowing in advance that they are a BEAUTIFUL FAMILY, especially with grandma Donna in the photo! In Jesus name, Amen!
Thank you so much for your prayer 🕊 VegGOP
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, and in The Lord’s Perfect Timing, AMEN.
Thank you 🕊 JWoo
Lord God, please help this dear family in their grief over the loss of their little one, & to know that they will one day see that child fully grown in gloryland. And if it be Your will, Lord, bless these people so with another precious gift of life. I ask it in Jesus’ holy name. Amen. God bless, Donna.
Amen.
Yes, looking forward to seeing my grandchild again …….
Thank you 🕊 Joe for your beautiful prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Before the beginning of the world, You chose this child as Your own. Her angel in heaven had direct access to You, and she is with You even now. You know the excruciating pain of being separated from Your Son in death. You promise eternal life for those who put their trust in You. Please comfort her parents, and reassure them of Your promise that, like King David’s infant son, although she will not return to them, they will join her and You for eternity, and nothing can or will separate them from Your love.
In Jesus’ holy name we pray, Amen
Thank you 🕊 Flora
A wonderful thoughtful prayer 🍃
I appreciate all who prayed with me. 🍃
God Bless you 🕊
Given the news last night and the latest EO…
I want to lift up our armed forces and especially our reservists…in prayer as we face uncertain times…
May the Lord Jesus keep them safe and whole. May the wisdom of the Holy Spirit guide them for safety as we ponder “Thy Will be done”, from the Father.
St. Michael the Archangel….defend them in battle.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN, Aggiegirl.
I have a second cousin who is a firefighter in a major US city and he’s just now been a day or so past having part of his colon removed. His prospects are good in that he’s a strong guy and the surgeons consider the procedure to be as successful as possible. Still, there is danger. He has a wife with whom he’s had 3 children and they’ve adopted a wonderful young son who is now about 18 months old. He’s a patriot and is raising strong and upright children for their and our future.
Thank you,
Lafayette,
Our first responders are special breeds of superhuman and they hold a special place in my heart.
I lift your second cousin up to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for merciful healing and comfort. That the colon removal went successfully and he is in no danger of infection or further complications.
I pray he is completely healed and pain free and that no weapon formed against him will prosper.
I pray him a good, long life, full of The Lord’s Divine Provision and that he may enjoy the growth of his children, together with his wife, and the furthering of his legacy.
May God be praised with His Works in your cousin’s life.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Praying for complete health & healing for your cousin in the name of Jesus. The Lord bless you, Lafayette.
Please pray for my brother, Gary and my sister-in-law Patricia. They are having horrific and life-threatening health issues.
My brother has colon and digestive pain to the point he screams in pain and Patricia’s blood pressure stays in the 200’s over 100’s and she has horrific headaches.
They are suffering. Please pray that God will reveal to them the source of their problems and that they will accept it and act on it.
Thank you and God Bless you.
Praying for your family JannB.May the Lord guide their doctors to find the cause of their ailments and chart a course returning them to normal health.May their suffering cease and their pain be alleviated.Asking this in our Lord Jesus’ name.Amen.
I pray that the Lord would touch your brother & SIL with His mighty healing power, & that they may have relief from these horrible symptoms. I don’t know if I’m reading you correctly, but it seems that perhaps there is something more going on here on their end? Whatever the case, I pray that the Lord would reveal His will to them in this situation & that it be done. The Lord bless you, Jann.
Hi JannB,
So very sorry to hear about Gary and Patricia’s health concerns.
The way Gary yells out… could it be kidney stones? I have recurring and they cause some welps and cries. My daughter also has an allergy that causes anaphylaxis of the gastrointestinal system. She cries out too in pain when that happens.
Could either of those be going on here???
A high salt diet can exacerbate kidney stones and contribute to hypertension that Patricia is experiencing. Double whammy if they’re both eating the same things.
Grasping at straws, but I pray the root cause is swiftly found and their suffering alleviated.
I pray The Lord ministers to each one of them and that their healing brings Him Honor and Glory. That they will know and profess that their miracles come from The Lord and that He’ll never leave them or forsake them. I pray healing waters flush out their systems and purge out that which is causing suffering and that the unknown be made known, so they may move forward in long life and good health.
I pray all in Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Prayers up for everyone 🙏❤️
just an update. Went for my third radiation therapy today. It only takes 90 seconds, yes I counted 😀
easy peasy. Thank you all for the prayers for getting my mojo back I’m feeling much more energized.
so once again I’m humbling asking for prayers relating to the anxiety I’m dealing with. I’m trying to decide whether or not to take a drug called Ibrance. It can slow down the cancer progression but the side effects are awful really scary and it’s made by Pfizer whom I don’t trust at all.
What I need is to have God hit me upside the head with a definite answer 👊
thanks all, as my brother says, love you, mean it.
Hello Bc – I’ve wondered about you and glad to hear this update.
I’m sorry that you’re going through this great difficulty.
May God draw you close and strengthen you with His mighty power.
O Lord and loving Father, Thank You for the tender compassion You have for Your people.
You know all about Bc’s cancer battle, and she needs Your Divine help.
Lord, remind Bc that You love her with an everlasting love, and that You are a faithful God.
You will be faithful to her, Lord, and carry her through this severe trial.
Please guide Bc through all uncertainty and decisions she needs to make.
Please be her refuge in every moment and every need she faces.
Protect her from everything that threatens her spiritual well-being.
Strengthen her in times of testing, Gracious God, and deepen her faith in You.
Remind Bc of her eternal destiny as Your child.
Cause her to fix her eyes on You, dear Lord, and not on earthly, temporal things.
Lord, You know what it’s like to struggle with our mortality.
You were severely grieved in the Garden of Gethsemane, even sweating drops of blood, because of Your impending death on a cross.
You remember our frame – that we are made of dust – and You are touched by our infirmities.
Thank You, Lord, for Your mercies to help us in our time of need.
Lord, Your Word tells us that man makes his plans, but the Lord directs his steps.
You are Sovereign and You rule over all – even our wrong choices – according to Your Holy purposes.
Bc needs to make a decision about taking a certain medication.
Please help her make the right choice.
You are All-wise and the only One Who knows all things.
Even doctors and medical experts cannot guarantee an outcome.
It’s all in Your loving hands, Father.
So, please help Bc to trust You with all of her heart, to not lean on her own understanding,
but to acknowledge You in all her ways. Then, You will direct her paths.
Lord, please calm Bc’s heart and mind when fears and anxieties arise.
Give her Your Peace that transcends all understanding – day-by-day, hour-by-hour, and moment-by-moment.
Comfort her with the assurance of Your Presence. Help her to know You are near.
Remind Bc that You will never leave – even to the end of the age.
Give Bc courage and make her brave, dear Lord, as she fights this horrible disease.
Help her to rest in the truth that You are in control of her life – every minute detail.
You are working on her behalf to accomplish Your will – Your good and perfect will.
Lord, please help Bc to understand that she belongs to You – and You are responsible for her life.
You will always do what is righteous and kind, even when it doesn’t appear that way.
Your ways are higher than our ways, God. And we thank You for that.
You have a beautiful plan for her and nothing or no one can stop it.
Fill her with Your Living hope – and shine Your face upon her.
Bless Bc, dear Lord, now and forevermore.
We thank You for all You will do for her, and may You alone receive glory and honor.
For Christ’s sake, Amen.
Shalom, Shalom, Bc … please keep us posted!
“The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you;
he will never leave you nor forsake you.
Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
Deuteronomy 31:8
As always dear Miss Della B your prayers are a comforting inspiration
thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
I will definitely keep you all updated especially if the Good Lord gives me that smack on the side of the head😀👊
Bc, either way you go, the Lord is with you and will work it out. He’s got you covered!
When we pray for rain – we take an umbrella …
We’re asking Him for guidance and peace. It’s on the way!
😘🙏🏻😘
Hi bcsurvivor2,
So glad radiation is only 90 seconds. That is an answer to prayers in itself. Praying it is doing its job effectively and thoroughly.
How do you like (love) your oncologist? Seems the answer as to whether you take this new medication can be persuaded by how well you feel this oncologist manages your pain and treatments.
Each person responds differently to medication… so just because my ADHD daughter can take something like Focalin or Methylphenidate and be centered and focused… I could (and have accidentally when I grabbed hers instead of my thyroid medication)… and had the absolute worst reaction to it ever!!! Puking, up until 1 AM the next day, racing like a lunatic… and she’s cool like a cucumber… and we are related and share DNA!
Can you start it, and if there’s any adverse reactions.. can you stop it immediately with no repercussions?
I hear you. I don’t want to trust Pfizer with a 10 ft pole anymore either… but if I remember correctly… they also still make ZPACs… a powerful and much needed antibiotic, right?
Is this treatment potentially going to save your life… or buy you much needed time to hit a precious benchmark? We both know what you have to lose… what do you have to gain???
When I think of the crimes against humanity that have happened to all of us.. I think of the Scripture about it being better to drown with a millstone hung about their necks than to harm a child of God. They mess with you, my friend…. that is ALL ON THEM. And Your Father in Heaven loves you with an everlasting love.
I hold onto the hope that there are good, honest medical researchers out there, working their tails off to find cures, and I imagine they wring their hands at the evildoers who have poisoned their community… but I can’t (and won’t) believe all are bad. We just have to dig to find the good ones.
I lift my prayer to our Lord and He bends down to meet my words whispered in His Ear to give you hope and a future. One infinite in blessings and joy.
I pray He guide your mind and body to the right treatments and the right people for you to minister to, as well, so that when you are well… God may be praised!!
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Hi JWoo
Yes I do like my medical oncologist and everyone on his staff, really compassionate people. My doc knows I don’t want to take the Ibrance because of the side effects that lead to taking more pills and infusions to counter them. It is also $3000 a month. However the doc was able to get 6 months for free so I’m wondering if that is the smack!lol
Im also taking an estrogen blocker that has its own set of side effects 🤪 I don’t start these until the end of August.
my radio oncologist thinks I have an 85% chance that the radiation can get it all as They can only see it in a small tumor and a few lymph nodes. As radiation keeps working for a few months after your done they then do a pet/ct scan to see what the status of the cancer is.
Sooooo my thinking is I’ll take the tried and true estrogen blocker and if there is disease progression at the pet scan then I’ll take the newer Ibrance
Thank you for praying for me. You are a beautiful mom and best wishes for your daughter.
I forgot to add that there is no cure at this point. The drugs are to keep the cancer from getting worse and spreading to other areas. But in the end it still will spread. I just don’t want to be feel like I’m dying while I’m dying. ❤️🙏
Bc, your words brought tears … it takes enormous courage to even write them.
You are brave – but I know that God gives us His grace for whatever we need – including cancer-fighting grace – and dying grace.
All of us are dying – daily. Outwardly we are wasting away, but inwardly we are being renewed day by day. (2 Corinthians 4:16). Therefore, we do not lose heart!
There’s good news for those who know the Lord as Savior: to be absent from the body is to be present with Him.
Immediately and forever.
Hugs, Bc.
🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰
I really like JWoo’s sentiment about “Living BIG” yes, that is what I’ll do.
I don’t think I’m courageous, just honest with myself.
This is my 4th time with breast cancer returning and dealing with it. In January of 2014 I was offered radiation but I refused it. For some reason my heart was telling me to save it for later because you can only get it once and here we are.
With everyone’s encouraging prayers and words I’ve decided to be that happy, smiling, upbeat person in the waiting area. I will say good morning to everyone I make eye contact with and I will wear bright shirts and pants to make people smile.
Monday I will bring a big bouquet of Zinnias from my garden.
Blessings,
Eve
Such a wonderful mind-set, Bc, and glad that JWoo’s words encouraged you!
After reading her post, I was afraid that my comment to you was discouraging – although it is the truth.
Oftentimes it’s difficult to communicate adequately on the ‘net – at least for me.
Certainly hope my words didn’t sound gloom and doom, but I had just read a devotional message about our mortality.
It was so helpful in that followers of Christ need to learn how to die – before we can begin to live.
And, so we approach our death with confidence and not as the rest of the world who have no hope.
I pray for your best outcome, Eve.
I’m leaving the prayer thread, since my comments get misconstrued, and I do not want to cause any problems.
I know your flowers and your bright smile will bring much cheer to those in the clinic.
May God richly bless you!
Oh my,
don’t leave.
the prayer thread would be so much less without you and your beautiful prayers.
🙏 ❤️
Della,
I didn’t feel in any way that your prayer was negative or misconstrued. I felt it ENHANCED the prayerfulness. We all go at these situations at all angles which, in my opinion, is most helpful.
None of us have the exact words according to someone else’s interpretation of perfection.
And there’s plenty of room.. and plenty of need for prayers.
This makes my heart happy for you, sweet Eve.
Someone once told me that attitude really affects healing.
Some have said that they really didn’t start living until after they had the scare from cancer and were faced with dying.
I’m not afraid of dying, as a matter of fact I welcome it because there’s no other place I would rather be than in The Lord’s Presence. But while He sees fit to wake me every day… pain or not… then He’s not done with me yet… so therefore we go on living and as Sundance loves to say… living our best lives.
Oh, Bcsurvivor2…
I’m sorry to hear the side effects of the Ibrance and the treatment… for the treatment… for the treatment.
Lord, have mercy.
One can only hope the medications will go easy on you and you will be an exception to the rule of serious side effects. I like those odds on the radiation and pray it does its job and continues to shrink those cancer cells into oblivion!
I pray for your bravery, your levity, and your fearlessness.
I appreciate what Miss Della says…we are all dying daily… and while that goes on… how big do we live?
Thank you for the kind words regarding me and Savannah. She is doing quite well and preparing to resume her mission field in the public school system.
I’ll repeat what I said before… Lord have mercy!
Love to you sweet friend and thank you for keeping us updated.
Your words hit a nerve JWoo. Yes, we are all dying but let’s live big while we can! I’m going to put your words into my heart and mind. Thank you.
to bcsurvivor2…may God so bless you in your fight. 🙏🙏🙏
>>
I appreciate what Miss Della says…we are all dying daily… and while that goes on… how big do we live?
JWoo, my words were guided by the Holy Spirit and Scripture.
They are God’s truth – not mine.
And you left off the most important point: “Therefore, we do not lose heart.”
See my reply ⬆️
yup, going to live BIG ❤️🙏
So glad to hear this update, Eve. I join with my dear sisters here in praying for God to give you that much-needed wisdom & direction regarding what you should do about this drug. I’m glad you’re feeling better too. May the Divine Healer touch you with His almighty power now & always.
Ah! Joe my friend. You are the best. Thank you for thinking of me.
Im sure you remember Ma”ingawkane (sp). We talk quite often. Unfortunately she still has some issues from her chemo. Sad. She is so funny. When I told her of the meds I’m supposed to take she said “don’t do it,don’t don’t do it..
anyhow thanks for your support ❤️🙏
Oh yes, I miss Ma. Give her a big hello for me the next time you speak to her. 🙂
My daughter’s golden doodle, Jake, was bitten by a snake yesterday somewhere in her large yard. She noticed this morning a swollen area on his throat and got him to the vet. The wound was cleaned and aspirated and he’s now on antibiotics.
Please keep him in prayer for total healing along with my daughter for her anxiety over her “fur boy”. They haven’t found the snake so they don’t know what kind it was.
Thank you and God bless you all!
Praying for that dear sweet dog to be fully healed of the snake bite. Blessings!
Thank you Joe. The antibiotics seem to be helping. He is a special and very sweet dog, 10 years old now.
Praying for your GrandDoggo…. what a very brave boy he is! Hope he is healed very, very soon.
Thank you, Jwoo, he looks like he is ok which has reduced my daughter’s anxiety by about 10 levels. She sent a video today of him taking a swim.
God is so good!
St. Francis please take our prayers to the Father, for doggie Jake to ‘heel’ and for his fur parents to rest easy.
I have found a fairly good job opportunity…Please pray that it works out!
Praying for you Aggiegirl! Lord, may we have Your favor in giving Aggiegirl the perfect job for her? In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Praise God for that! May it be according to His will.
Prayer Warriors…they just wheeled my friend back in to the OR….he has an infection and they are going to amputate above the knee, shortly.
While dealing with this, his mother passed away, yesterday…she had been very ill, too….this was not unexpected but it never truly is ‘expected’….
Heaven talks to us in many ways…I had been meaning to get back in touch and would forget as I have really crazy stuff going on here…distracting me….
What are the odds of the following?
I texted him this morning….went out pulled a few weeds and came back in and something made me check the phone…he called and I missed it….
He had texted back about the impending surgery…I called him right back and got a hold of him 5 minutes before they wheeled him out to pre-op holding. In fact I heard the nurse tell him to wrap it up (the phone call)…
this poor guy has been thru so much…
Any and all prayers!
On it Aggie!!! Will pray for him throughout the evening. Please post updates.
So sorry for him losing his mother, too.
Lord have mercy!
Oh my. Lord, we lift up Aggie’s friend before You, & we ask in the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ that You would slow down the attacks of the evil one against this dear man. Give him Your strength & healing power in mind, body, & spirit, & comfort him in his mourning.
Amen.
Prayer Warriors, thank you…please continue to pray for him…his blood pressure is low and he cannot get proper pain relief because of the lower blood pressure. Am guessing, since he has high blood pressure, its related to anesthesia not totally clearing his system. Or infection….hoping its anesthesia related.
Oh dear. Prayers for your friend.
yes I would bet it’s the anesthesia because that’s what happens to me. The blood pressure comes back up in 24 hours. Praying for the same outcome.
Continuing to pray for him, Aggie.
How’s he doing, Aggie? Improving as each day passes as the anesthesia wears off? Such a heavy heart he must have with losing him momma. I pray the Lord bind his heart and He softens his despair.
Pain and BP are a little better…I just posted an update for today, the 24th.
I know I’ve not been here recently because I disagreed with one thing Trump did, but I really need your prayers.. It looks like My husband may have stomach cancer.. please pray for him
Nigella,
Dear, sweet, girl. It’s okay to not agree with one thing Trump has done. I bet if you and I were close sisters – you would ocassionally disagree with me, too, once in awhile. We don’t throw babies out with the bath water, if you know what I mean?
You should ALWAYS feel comfortable here asking for prayers. It is our honor to pray for you and with you.
Heavenly Father,
You know our girl, Nigella. She loves You. She knows that prayer is a powerful thing and, Father, we’ve got some fear here.
We are hearing the words, “may”, “need”, and the worst one “cancer”. Father, thusly things are uncertain.
I humbly intercede for our sister, Nigella, and her husband and ask You to reveal the diagnosis and prognosis, so they can step tomorrow with certainty and to know the devil they are up against. The unknown can be so very hard and it causes us to fret, wring our hands, and go to the planning for the worst-case scenario and the devil loves to steal our joy and send us into worrisome agony.
Whichever direction this fork in the road goes, Father, I pray they are surrounded by capable and crucial hands to treat her husband expediently and effectively. Drive every cancer cell from his body, Father, and allow it never to return.
We ask for this bride’s husband to be returned to her whole and healed and may they bring You Glory, that You so richly deserve. May their legacy be praising You for years and years to come.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Amen!
Amen.
Lord God, we lift up Nigella & her husband to You, asking in the most merciful name of Jesus that You would place Your healing touch upon him. The doctors may have their report, but we choose to believe the report of the Lord. Help these dear people, & we ask it in Jesus’ mighty name. God bless you, Nigella.
Amen!
St. Peregrine, patron saint of cancer patients, please hold this man in your holy prayers in heaven and take those prayers to the Divine Healer. Please ask the Lord to bless this family with courage and hope while receiving Divine Solace and healing in body, mind and spirit. amen.
Asking for prayers for a dear friend (like a brother to my husband). He is dealing with a very very aggressive thyroid cancer and this week his doctors will determine if it’s worth it to continue treatments or move to palliative care. I can’t believe how fast the cancer is growing and we all are in such shock.
I pray that whatever the outcome is, that the good Lord will help him stay out of pain and help us all deal with the potential loss of such a wonderful soul. I pray that we can accept whatever is God’s will.
MTeresa,
I’m so sorry to hear of the aggressive attack against your friend.
I’ve said before and I’ll say again… we are honored to be present in the two most precious times in a person’s life… the day they are born and the breathe of life is given and the day that breathe is carried away and that person returns to our Maker.
I always encourage everyone to make videos. Remembrances of that person with messages that they are inclined to share with loved ones.
I pray for The Lord’s Perfect Will for your friend and that he can use this time with joy to say the things he needs to say. I pray peace over him and his heart and a total removal of fear. In anticipation of His Loving God and Savior and an eternity where our bodies and souls are made perfect with no more illness or tears.
I pray God holds mercifully to your hearts and we are sending our love to you.
In Jesus’s Holy and Saving Name, AMEN
Amen.
Amen. Praying that the Lord will superintend this situation & provide him with the opportunity to use this time to the fullest & as peacefully as possible.
Joe!
I spoke with Ma” yesterday. She was quite touched that you remembered her. She sends you big marvelous hugs🤗❤️
Thanks Eve! Big hugs from me too. 🙂
Besides the usuAL prayers for our nation I humbly ask for prayers for my son and DIL who are separating and have a ten year old son. It breaks my heart to think of him growing up without his Dad.
divorce brings a lot of broken hearts in its wake, this we know. but, God hears a mother’s prayers and we will be praying right along side of you, dear friend. He is the God who heals. Psalms 147:3.
Amen linwik. I pray the parents can be amicable for their son’s sake
Not knowing the circumstances…if reconciling is possible, I will pray for that, as well….and for calm heads to prevail so that the youngster will continue to thrive in this world, without bitterness. A terrible situation…God bless all of them…
Prayers that the Lord will comfort all parties involved in this, especially your grandson. God bless, Liz.
Thank you. Incidentally my grandson is also named Joe. I call him little Joe.
Treeper Prayer Warriors….keep those prayers a comin’….my friend is doing well, other than a small delay…minor oozing from suture line (delays rehab)…but other than that, things are looking very good! There seems to be a plan for getting him to the point he can be fitted for a prosthesis but that is a bit down the road…he has to regain strength and learn how to navigate his house in a wheelchair and with crutches (?).
Many thank you’s to all of you…I am so humbled and touched by the deeply and lovingly worded prayers for my friend, who appreciates it, too….but still feeling ‘gobsmacked’.
Dear God, in a special way, please shower those here, with your l.oving goodness and graces. Amen.
Here’s a prayer for healing and comfort for your friend and that he will continue to be strengthened.
Aggie,
I imagine the wheelchair and crutches practice helps with upper body strength and maybe balance?
Excited to hear his progress and hopefulness for a prosthetic leg. He will need the apparatus to aide in carrying his enlarged and growing heart, which is enduring much adversity right now.
But there is joy in the morning.
It’s coming, friend.
Can you see it for him?
I can see it for him.
His Sonshine is peeping from behind the clouds and stormy skies. It’s coming and He’s Coming.
Love to you and your sweet friend, dear one. How’s that potential job coming along? Keeping you in my prayers as well!
