I just wonder if anyone has ever been prosecuted for anything resembling what they claim President Trump did.
I hear there are a billion classified documents out there in our universe. It seems there are no clear, uniform standards for dealing with or in forcing those standards. If that’s the case then the standards, rules, laws are meaningless.
I would think the prosecutor would have to show that this is not just cherry picking stuff so they can prosecute someone, Trump.
Of course that’s what they are doing IMO. I do not think they give a damn about the documents are how Trump felt with the Archivist. How did his actions hurt anything if these actions have never been considered serious enough for prosecution.

As a constitutional republic, except for a few matters delineated in the Constitution, all other authority rests with the states. The local governments and governors emphatically refused President Trump’s offer to send in National Guard.
Other than running roughshod over states rights and permanently planting National Guard there he didn’t have a lot of options.
And the Constitution does not allow a standing army on domestic soil, so a semi-permanent occupation by the National Guard would have been challenged in court.

Late in his first term, President Trump signed an executive order to reclassify some of the executive branch into policy position classification –enabling easier firing and hiring. Ordinarily it’s apparently nearlyl impossible to fire people or hire the right government employees —I do expect President Trump would re-issue that executive order to help quickly clear out the worst of the bunch.

we have crossed the rubicon. there are plenty of things we can and SHOULD do to get the republic back, but they are unlikely to include anything that was granted to the people by the government or that is enshrined in the constitution, since those are not the operating documents any more. unfortunately that includes separation of powers, law and justice, and voting.
fortunately, the founders did make a point to spell out those innate rights we have, with or without a legitimate government, that they cannot take away because they belong to the people, and that we should constantly reinforce. we are not doing a very good job of enforcing and keeping them, as evidenced by our constant fear of even speaking up, much less protesting or anything else – but they are enumerated in the Bill of Rights.

Democratic lawmakers are attempting to force insurance companies to pay for pregnancy treatments for homosexual couples in California by redefining “infertility” to include couples who cannot reproduce because they have a partner of the same sex.
The California Senate passed a bill in May that for insurance purposes would redefine “infertility” as “a person’s inability to reproduce either as an individual or with their partner without medical intervention.”
SB-729 would repeal and add to sections of the state’s current Health and Safety Code and Insurance Code so that same-sex couples unable to reproduce together would be considered “infertile,” and insurance companies would be required to cover costs for treatments such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) or surrogacy.

Yes, motorcycle deaths were repackaged as covid deaths to make covid seem scarier. And flu cases and deaths were repackaged too.
But it is not that simple because many were killed ‘medically’. Ventilators, Remdesivir, etc., real deaths.
And people who were sick were denied treatments that could help keep them out of the killing hospitals.
And ‘vaccines’ were forced on us and they are killing yet more people but not stopping anything.

Without cash, a digital monster controls everything you buy. An anonymous federal bureaucrat can flip a computer switch and your “money” disappears. You can’t buy food, pay rent, buy gasoline for your vehicle or pay your utility bills. You cannot make payments on your house or vehicle. You cannot buy items to repair your home or apartment.
If you suddenly found you had no “money” to withdraw, whom would you call?
Your “friendly banker” or “credit union” employee cannot fix this.
How could you restore your ability to buy anything?
If you were out of town on a road trip, you would be stranded without gas money. You could not rent a motel room. You could not eat at a cafe. You could not buy an airline ticket.
The central bank or government could do this to MILLIONS of people in one day and anarchy would be triggered in a flash.
Corrupt voting won’t quickly starve you to death but digital money can be used to do it.
Most of our money now is already digital. Just that we are still allowed to use it as we please. We can even go to an ATM or bank and turn bits into dollars. Dollars we can spend without much tracking.
Write a check, use debit or credit cards, they already track what we do with money. Use a grocery card to get a discount? Tracked and sold.
Most of this increases our convenience. But those aiming to strap us into digital only are openly speaking their malign intentions. Intentions to take away our freedom and independence so that they can control us.
They could already do these things to us. But they want a new system designed so they can do them.
They want it to be simple for them and difficult for us. I hope they have a fast and smooth trip to hell.

Interesting timing; before seeing this video had just finished reading an article posted on Facebook by a group called Retraction Watch that posts stories about research papers, and the authors, that get retracted.
Retraction Watch had posted a link to a Counterpunch article about how the American Psychological Association was hiding from publication, by retracting well researched and peer-reviewed articles about the psychological effects of our military intelligence operations.
The retractions of that research by that journal caused editors (who had approved the 4 articles) to resign and those editors found a new way to get these articles into the public (links to them in the Counterpunch article).

I often listen to Dan Bongino’s podcast while driving home from work. Yesterday, while talking about the complete corruption of our FBI and DOJ, he said:
“Trump will need four years to clean this up. DeSantis, if he wins, would do it in two.”
I considered right there to stop listening to Dan Bongino. Is he really that far in the GOPe tank to not see that DeSantis (like Paul Ryan, McConnell, and all the others) wouldn’t clean a thing?
Not a rhetorical question. Is Dan Bongino worth my time?
While I thank him for his service and dedication, Bongino is a hair-on-fire frenzied loose cannon. I kicked him out of my foxhole a while ago.
My suggestion is not to waste your time, you will only muddy your own thoughts by trying to integrate his. Be prepared to drop influence and walk away at any moment’s notice. Time is short, and precious.
