Not a single “explanation” in over 6 days as to why the machine testing failures in the video are not what they appear to be – a deliberate premeditated crime.

If it wasn’t for PDJT using the repugs as a launch site, they would be persona non grata….I don’t see how you can be both a repug and MAGA – they are diametrically opposed.
Other than a lame, and quickly discredited excusebof a water leak, in ONE tabulation center, in ONE State, they have NEVER offered ANY explanation for the ‘stopping the count’ across FIVE key States, on election night.
WE, on the other hand, having finally gotten access TO the machines, copied their hard drives and ‘reverse engineered’ the software, HAVE explained it, and in a way they can not and have not refuted.
There is no VIABLE, logical explanation for ‘partial tallys’ of votes, to include fractional totals, which was the first clue.
HOW can a candidate have something other than a whole #, in a vote total; simply can not have .75 of a vote.
This then led to the explanation: administrative access only programming that ‘allowed for’ weighting the vote; One candidate gets each vote counted as .75, the other gets 1.25.
As the votes are counted, presuming the legitimate vote is near 50/50, it APPEARS like the ‘preferred’ candidate (1.25 weighted vote) gradually and steadily pulls ahead.
And, the total # of VOTES, (votes for candidate A and candidate B) matches the total # of ballots read by the machine.
However, IF the cheaters underestimate the margin of victory of the not preferred candidate, the #’s they assign the candidates are not sufficient to overcome it, and the cheaters only options are to let the other candidate win, OR stop the count, change the #’s in the algorythm, use another option in the “administrator access only” menu, “vote flipping” ADD electronic votes to bring the cheater up close to even, and start the count, again.
The problem after this “fix” is that the total # of votes will then be higher than the total # of ballots counted, which is impossible, and exposes the cheat.
Therefore, they have to bring in 1000’s or 10’s of thousands of ballots, turn off the vote tally function, but leave on the “ballot counter function” (which can’t be altered, as its inherent) and scan thru as many paper ballots as needed to square the #’s.
THAT was the explanation WE provided, and they have NEVER offered any actual disputing of that these “administrative access functions” which have NO legitimate justified reason for existing, nor an alternative explanation for “stopping the count”; cause they HAVE no explanation.
This is why Dominion had a full court press OFFENSIVE legal operation, threatening lawsuits to stifle this story, why they fought so hard to prevent any “3rd parties” from actually gaining access to the machines, etc.
When you catch a liar in a lie, they offer lame excuses, and when those excuses fall apart, they basically go mute, cause they have no answer.
Point is, this video falls into the same category.
“Our” people ‘tapped’ into the Counties security camera ‘feed’ and recorded this AND ADDITIONAL FOOTAGE; according to public statements by Kari Lake.
In other words, this was not obtained FROM the County, as a result of discovery.
WHILE preparations were being made FOR election day, and PRIOR to election day, “somebody” without the knowledge of county officials (so quite possibly “illegally” ?) gained access to the feed, and RECORDED IT.
HAD the Judge agreed to ‘hear’ KL’s request for reconsideration on “Accuracy Logic testing” of the machines, no doubt these videos would have been admitted in evidence.
The KL team DID get evidence admitted, in making their arguments for reconsideration, utilising the “slogs” or individual machine logs, which show that on 3 days, AFTER the machines were “certified” election workers broke the seals, removed the mother boards, changed the programming, reinserted the mb’s, tested the machines with up to 9 ballots, DID get intermittent jamming issues, and distributed them to polling centers.
The county gave a “lame”answer, which the ‘slogs’ BY THEMSELVES, don’t refute.
Supposedly the County has an”extra” security protecol, not mandated or even reccomended; it prevents machines configured for use on election day, from bring able to accept mail in or provisional ballots.
They said, AFTER the machines were certified, that they realised they “forgot” to put in this ‘extra security protecol’ and so thats what the slogs show them as doing, and the intermittent jams that occurred during the test were just alighnment issues, “nothing to see here”.
However, KL’s team alleges that the video clarifies what the ‘slogs’ do not; that they were loading the malware, which would cause INTERMITTENT ballot rejections (due to image size) they then tested TO INSURE THE MALWARE WAS WORKING (as they intended) and then they sorted the machines for distribution to either KL polling locations (deliberately “broken” machines WITH malware) or not “broken” no malware to got to Hobbs polling locations.
Thinking about the task the workers are ALLEGED to have been performing, this is exactly how one would do it.
IF this video HAD been introduced, the hobbs defence team would have had to try to explain this, and likely,..just as with stopping the count in 2020, THEY HAVE NO EXPLANATION, and have no choice, but to stay mute.
ANY comment on their part just draws more attention, which MAY be why nobody is being charged with “gaining unauthorised access to County security camera feed” athough its hard to see any HARM done, its such a crime.
Just as we will no longer see election workers”stopping the count”, sending “everyone home” and then sneaking back to pull suitcase out from under tables, and just as we will not again see ‘2000 mules’ taking selfies before dumping 100’s of ballots in drop boxes, EXPOSURE, with no possible explanation, tends to close off cheaters options.
Hence, every time we see them unable to answer such a question hear a big door slamming shut, not a prison door YET, but a door none the less.
Those who comment they “see NOTHING changed, since 2020/ 2022, and so they will just steal it again!” simply aren’t paying attention.
And, even with that willful blindness, to then argue that “because NOTHING has been done, there isNO POINT in voting” is assinine; WHATS the point in NOT voting?
WHAT does it COST; NOTHING.
Its a massive, sustained effort to suppress MAGA Voters, and our votes.

Reminds me of their “we don’t care what you believe or the facts” we looked at the signatures…therefore there was signature verification . We had checked voting machines even if not operational there were voting machines there that were checked. We held an election even though there was cheating we held an election. We sent out ballots to voters on the voting rolls even though half didn’t belong on the rolls. On and On .

They have been using computers to count ballots in CA for over 20 years now. It is to the point that they have it down pat. Major changes needed, secure the voter roles, no ERIC, same day in person voting, voter ID, thumbprints, no mail in ballots, same day double blind counting and results.
I expect to see no “fractional” results in the uncoming election. This is an easy fix, eliminate all number right of the decimal point. I saw a single vote counted 0.33 for Trump, 0.67 Biden. I expect they’ll fix this. Each election they get better at the theft.

They wouldn’t “by Law” if you had a land patent instead of warranty deed. Thats why in the 1940’s they switched from land patents to making you a tenant on a warranty deed. Good news is you can go get a land patent…but first make sure from land management office there isn’t an original patent on property if there is you inherit that patent. supposedly can do yourself and not that expensive. Makes it impossible if following the law to have you vacate your property.

The Supreme Court’s Kelo v. New London Decision Made It Much Easier to Abuse Eminent Domain
The fight over Fort Trumbull eventually reached the U.S. Supreme Court in 2005. In one of the most controversial rulings in its history, the Court held that economic development was a “public use” under the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
Now instead of a “public purpose,” condemnations would be upheld based on “expected public benefits.” If a property could potentially generate more tax dollars or create new jobs as something bigger and newer, then using eminent domain to replace the current owner with a glitzier development served the public good. Worse, the Supreme Court explicitly allowed seizing private property without requiring “‘a reasonable certainty’ that the expected public benefits will actually accrue.”

Dear Ms Green, the Capitol is the peoples house. Everyone there on Jan6 had a right to be there and peacefully protest. Democrats will figure out how to “outsmart” them in Appropriations or use the end-around provided in the bill. They just kicked the can down the road and assured us they’ll get it later… like RINOs always do.
“Reconciliation” AFTER each House votes on its version of a Bill, representatives of each House meet behind closed doors, to iron out differences between the two bills, which seems reasonable.
However, they can completely strip the bill of everything but the Title, put a whole new bill under that title, agree its reconciled, and as both Houses have voted for it, send it to POTUS to sign.

I recently dropped Gateway Pundit for its obsession with Robert Kennedy Jr. although it seems the writers are still supporting President Trump.
I stopped visiting almost all “conservative” websites a few years ago including Ace of Spades, The Right Scoop, American Thinker. They are mostly against President Trump and now hard selling RondeCon.
The Conservative Treehouse is the only site worth reading everyday IMHO. I visit ZeroHedge once in a while.
The Right Scoop is a complete waste of time. The moderator is a texan (not too smart imo)who went all out for cruz in 2016. I was banned for supporting President Trump. It’s actually a RDS echo chamber. American Thinker is just ok – has some good articles about woke issues. And I think GP is still good, but CTH is the best. I suspect RFK will be more of a problem than RDS.
I had same experience in 2016. Not allowed to support Trump. I stopped going there and could care less about it.
I would caution to not allow perfect to be the enemy of the good.
TGP is extremely valuable for what they do. They cover J6 Gulag inmates and election fraud like nobody else.

I like the idea of a prayer everyday but dog gone …repeat repeat…it even states in the bible to not repeat a prayer over and over. A prayer in my opinion should be a conversation with God. Not always asking for something but asking what one can do. And yes I scroll past as I suspect most here at the Treehouse do with the exception of about 10 people. Because of this many do not get the benefit in actually being a part of a daily prayer and to start your own prayer chain would be ignored because of fatigue with the whole exercise cause thats what it feels like …exercise. Wouldn’t have said anything but since it was brought up couldn’t help myself…Will pray about it.

I agree with SOME all the time, like JB SHURK and CLARICE FELDMAN, and disagree with other.
TGP is more news stories, CURRENT news. If there is a lot of news about RDS, and none about PDJT in a certain timeframe, then obviously thats what they will cover.
TGP has done EXCEPTIONAL Coverage of both the “infighting” in the Republican party (the MAGA insurgency, challenging the RINOS) and equally excellent coverage of the many aspects of the ongoing battles over election integrity.
MOST of what I know, and have posted extensively about here, comes from TGP, supplemented with some “reading between the lines” and,…other sources.
If we close ourselves off from any source that challenges our world view, and shun/chase off any commenters who do the same, we open ourselves up to the very “info bubble group think” we criticise and see leftists doing, which leaves us vulnerable to being blind.

As far as the orthodoxy goes, it is sensible. Where we know about radiation effects, they are linearly proportional to dose. It makes sense to extrapolate that down to lower doses where we don’t know what the effects are.
But, you would expect great efforts at determining those low dose effects. Instead we get real science treated as heresy to be anathemized.
As far as it goes, what I know of such data is mixed. The lower the background, the more damaging low doses can be. If you grow mice in radiation free enclosures, they are incredibly sensitive to low doses. If you are an Iranian mountain villager growing up in doses higher than the American Radiation Worker limit, low doses seem to have no effect.
But it still makes sense to conservatively extrapolate the high dose linear behavior down to low dose linear behavior. And if there is a threshold, it may be different for different people, so no threshold is also conservative.
We are also seeing LNT in ridiculous regulations of contaminant levels. As technology improves, ‘safety limits’ are changed to match the lower detectibility limits. If a few ppb (parts per billion) was considered the safe level, that gets erased once they can detect ppt (t for trillions). For me, if it was safe when they couldn’t detect lower levels, detecting lower levels doesn’t change that. Either it wasn’t safe, or it was. And either way, they are lying to us.
So I was viewing video from John Solomon tweet and he is focusing on how the feds added background noise to footage to make it more dramatic.

But he’s commenting that yeah bad behavior is going on…these are bad people…
How does that really help? I don’t think it does. Is there no other footage to show to help J6?
How about police firing rubber bullets and gas into a peaceful crowd in order to agitate them? That might be good footage to release. But nah. Let’s show the worst behavior that occurred and focus on the fact feds doctored it. People won’t care.
How about footage of the woman being beaten to death?

So Tucker shows the shaman and Solomon shows the footage of the crowd entering doing bad stuff.
This is why they don’t release the footage to the public. They don’t really want to change the narrative. They don’t want to show ashli babbit shot or the other woman being beaten to death.
But that’s what they would show if any of them were on our side. They’re not. They are filters so fakes like MTG can try to convince us her mask didn’t just slip. And she’s totally on our side for real.
Even this latest outrage about the choir. McCarthy and MTG are outraged just like us. See they really are on our side. *eyeroll* I’m just so sick of the fakes.
Identifying each & every federal/DCPD/CP/MI/ci@ disguised-as-Trump-supporter asset, agent, informant, and operative in those crowd-doing-bad-things scenes… easy with facial recognition technology -which is what is ultimately being covered up – would be my standard-of-Transparency-&-Truth for releasing *ANY & EVERY* piece of footage from that day.
Just super-impose their name with an arrow indicating the person & agency affiliation… amateur meme-makers do superimposing with footage all the time so it’s not beyond the scope of technical ability… *show us just how many of the “bad people doing bad things” were there as provocateurs paid to play a theatrical part to defame all legitimate ‘Stop-The-Steal’ Trump supporters*, FFS.
It is, however, beyond the scope of honesty & Truthfulness – moral character – apparently, of the “government authorities”.
