Some of the men had military training years or decades ago, but none had combat experience. A few of them threatened to refuse orders when they were told they were being sent to the frontlines on February 21, citing a lack of training, but they ultimately went.

One man, Vladyslav Yudin, told the Journal that he told a sergeant major that he had never fired or even held a gun before. “Bakhmut will teach you,” Yudin was told.

The men participated in brutal house-to-house combat in Bakhmut. Many of them are presumed dead, but their families are still holding out hope that they were captured by the Russians and are still alive.

The men’s accounts match what Ukrainians fighting on the frontlines had been telling the media while the battle was still raging. They told stories of troops being sent in with little support, training, or ammunition.

The Washington Post spoke to a Ukrainian battalion commander in March who said he was being sent fresh recruits who didn’t want to fire their guns because they were afraid of the sound.

But this all changed dramatically in just the last couple weeks as the ventilator issue came roaring back into mainstream discourse. Most notably, a viral thread by Dr. Craig Spencer brought the ventilator question back into the spotlight.

There’s a lot wrong here. First, Spencer’s initial assertion that all the patients who were put on ventilators were going to die anyway directly contradicts his subsequent, defensive assertion that it’s unfair to “relitigate 2020” because we can’t relate to those kinds of high-stress frontline decisions. If all those patients had actually been bound to die anyway, then there wouldn’t be any mistakes to “relitigate.” And, if this policy of mass intubation was working so well that all the patients who died on ventilators would have died anyway, then there would have been no reason for the medical community to have ever stopped doing it.

That this self-contradictory thread has so many “likes” is somewhat troubling—a sign of just how widespread complicity is in propping up the logically-incoherent official COVID narrative. But the fact that so many people have gotten behind this ludicrous narrative actually presents a promising opportunity. For the first time, we now have something close to an official explanation of why there haven’t been any studies on how many patients were killed by ventilators.

Alright, I’ve been watching like a hawk the squeeze from the Obama/DNC to pressure Biden out of the race. Sundance is right as always, Newsom and Rice will be the nominees but now I’m watching to see how it is done. They were releasing the confidential files in the garage, etc. Now it’s gone quiet. Has a back room deal been reached? Is there an official plan on how Biden will float away into the sunset with Hunter uncharged for all fo his crimes, Biden pardoned and then Newsom and Rice are rolled in?
