The United States has donated $1.16 billion more to Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, to prevent the spread of infectious diseases worldwide.
President Trump provided a statement of support for Gavi at the public Gavi pledge conference , hosted by the United Kingdom, on June 4.
Bonnie Glick, deputy administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), announced this as the largest ever U.S. donation to Gavi. The multi-year commitment reflects the ongoing U.S. collaboration with other countries to reduce the spread of preventable infectious diseases, and prevent a backslide in immunization gains during the COVID-19 pandemic.

More than 20 years ago, I used to support public broadcasting. We received the local monthly magazine listing all their programming. My 7-year-old daughter was looking through it and asked, “Why are these two men kissing?” Indeed, there was a half-page picture about PBS’s gay life program. A few months passed. I got a call from public broadcasting asking why I hadn’t continued my membership. I told her my story and that I chose not to have offensive literature come into my home. The woman responded, “Well, you can’t keep your head in the sand forever. Your children will have to grow up sometime.” This left me to wonder who she thought was the parent in this house…
Perhaps about 15 years ago my husband and I listened occasionally to NPR while traveling. We starting playing a game: Could we listen to the radio for more than 20 minutes without some story promoting gay culture airing? When we realized the answer was no, we stopped listening entirely.

It was obvious to ANYONE who was paying attention that PBS/NPR was full left wing long before 20 years ago.
I threw the TV out the back door 28 years ago partly because of their left wing spin on everything. They were completely rewriting history and passing it as fact, much like the school system does now.
I’m probably older than you, but growing up in the late 60s and 70s in Boston, home of Wgbh, a pioneer “public broadcaster”, I knew by freshman year in high-school, around 1975, that public broadcasting was a cesspool committed to “radical transformation” of the USA. I never gave them a cent. I avoided their programming, with religious fervor.
Please understand what the judge is saying. The legislature did not specify any standards for signature verification because signature verification would require trained experts with specialized equipment. There is not time for that. For this reason, mail-in ballots cannot be trusted. It’s all a big legal joke. All mail-in ballots must be done away with – PERIOD.
Ok then have a recall election. All recall signatures must be accepted based on this judges ruling. Have the recall and throw this bum out and put Lake in her rightful seat as AZ Gov.
Appeal, the judge did not force the county to allow a review of signatures.
You need to realize, then, that all mail-in voter registration forms which are for the purpose of amending (i.e. name or address change) an original voter registration form, which itself may or may not have been witnessed in person by the election official, are not to be trusted.
The signature on this secondary form is compared to the original signature on record. Of course, the DOB and last four of the SSN usually need to be included on the secondary form to validate ID.
So this is way, way more than just voting…we’re talking voter registration rolls also. Then there are all the other kinds of business people conduct through the mail, with a signature on a form.
In general I think the more any transactions can be done face-to-face, in person, the better. But a huge transformation will result if a signature on a document is no longer worth anything.
Why is it when I go to the DMV, it usually takes 2 maybe 3 trips because they always need some obscure document in order for me to prove something to them in order to make any minor adjustments? I have to wait for what seems like forever because the dial up internet doesn’t half work or they can only find 2 clerks to work 11 service windows, then when Ii get up there I invariably find out I need something else and then I leave, go home, find what they need and drive back, then wait in line all over again. It’s bizarre they are so lax on voting verification processes..
They are lax so they can cheat. That is their plan.
If signature verification is no longer an issue, then the GOP needs to start now collecting hundreds of thousands of ballots to mail in.
We have to both appear in person and provide state-issued photo ID to buy our fishing license. Not sure if the rumor about DNA testing for a trout stamp is true.

In order to take out a loan you can sign documents, but it must be in the presence of a notary public.
When someone can take out a loan on your home online….electronic sig….then no your signature is not validated. Then to top it off ….they try and make you prove that you didn’t sign and are not responsible for the debt. Why are these lending companies getting away with this? It was their responsibility to verify your identity and signature. Credit card companies tried for a while to get away with this …until it became so widespread they could no longer force the card holder to pay. IMO nothing this important.. as a loan on a house… should be done online period.
I hope Arizona turns out to be the Republic we all hope it is. But forgive me if I have little faith when the SCOTUS tells the world that a sitting President lacks standing.
Or that Several States “lacked standing” in what is their “court of primary jurisdiction” as per the US Constitution.

Many of us have been saying this for a year now. So how do we begin to collect and or print fake ballots so we have a fighting chance.
IF this is the way someone chooses to go, a little research, particularly reading Jay Valentines articles (Omega4America) would be a starting point.
Focus on the idea of “unSECURED ballots”; mail out ballots that end up “laying around” where “anybody” could pick them up.
Large apt complexes where most occupants are young people.
The ballots don’t fit in the boxes, or have no apt. #, so they are left laying on top of or next to the mailbox, and or many are thrown in the nearby trash can as ‘junk mail’.
Recruiting POC’s to go into section 8 housing areas, and BUY the ballots in envelopes, and nurses working in nursing homes, etc.
Personally, I have advocated for just vacuuming up as many of these “unsecured” mail out ballots as possible, and depriving the enemy of them.
I have not advocated the ‘next step’ of marking them and submitting them.
Also consider how the USPS is involved in undeliverable ballots. Where do those ballots go?
The ballots come from the overstuffed voter rolls. Dem states even get illegals to register while getting a drivers license or applying for welfare benefits……The rolls must be cleaned up. Even states with “republican” legislatures have avoided cleaning up their states rolls. Guarantee if we “cheated” than audits become all the rage.
We know we outnumber them by the millions when it comes to voting for Trump ….We would have to seek out those voters. Whether we set up harvesting sites at popular destination stores or go door to door. Even by enticing the voters “somehow” to a site to turn in their vote. Gonna have to get real creative.
KL was right about turning up in huge numbers on vote day…then they wouldn’t have time to create ballots…..so they had to blatantly cheat in the open. Messing up the machines…..throwing uncounted ballots into the counted ballot box “third box” . Not verifying ballot signatures on phony ballots, disenfranchising voters with long lines and wait times, 19 inch ballot printed on 20 inch paper making the ballot uncountable. All of this had to be done because of the shear number that showed up on vote day. Of course if “somehow” the “machines” did not work at all than would have to go to paper hand counted ballots. You can bet your last dollar the crooks would resort to this if it helped them win.
“Crooks” focused on key states and candidates in 2022. They thought they could ease up on states they knew for sure they would win…(NY CA) Guess what our shear numbers took wins in those 2 “very Blue” states. We must also focus (up their rear end at every stage) in those states where we know they have to win by cheating if they have to.
But wait…with this scenario – the MAGA candidate wins, the Dems will expose all the tricks (which they have perfected) and criminally pursue the GOP winner with vengeance. Can’t win by cheating.

Sonny Borreli, MAGA Az. Senate majority leader has sent a letter to all 15 Az. county recorderd, talling them they must not use electronic voting machines in 2024.
It may just be a stunt, and it would be better if the Az. LEGISLATURE voted on and passed a binding resolution to that effect.
As the legislature has plenary, Constitutional power to detirmine the “time, place and MANNER of elections” such a resolution SHOULD be binding, without any need for a Governors signature.
Given the guarantee clause, I think such a move would ultimately survive Court challenge, so its another way to go.
A # of counties across the country, have already detirmined to toss the machines and go back to paper ballots, so the whole “the States are theclaboratories of Democracy” process which seems ‘messy’ and chaotic, is playing out.
Seems Borreli is using CISA specifications on the vote machines that are deemed part of our country’s national security.
Actually what the Judge is saying is: since the law only requires that they (the county election officials) perform the action of comparing (that they PRETEND to compare), then the signature/ballot is deemed valid.
Another pretense about AZ elections is the County certification – Hobbs sued and won? for a decision ( I don’t think there was a “decision” per se; and there were threats of jail) that the Counties had NO choice but to certify the elections in order to be able to challenge that the election might not be certifiable. A pretense that county is in charge of the election.
Another pretense: the EPM – the Election Procedures Manual – Hobbs was sued by the AZ AG and whether is was legally correct, and then where it was legally correct in it’s timeliness.
And in April: Hobbs Vetoes Her Own Signature Verification Rules Included In Bipartisan Bill – Arizona Daily Independent
So all in all, there are NO STANDARDS in what constitutes a clean, verifiable election in AZ election law. And Hobbs has veto’d all of the attempts the Legislature has made.
And, AND now the (R) Senate Leader, Borelli has sent a letter to all counties telling them they can’t use foreign made election machines in the 2024 elections. Secretary of State Fontes (D) (ran the bad 2020 Maricopa County election) is saying that Borelli doesn’t have the authority to do that.
AND so we have more lawsuits, and more bullpucky being shoveled, with more people with no standing, and a little more than a week until Hobbs recall can start.
It is ALL Pretending. Actions taken to make it look like something is being done.

Trump adopted the Federalist strategy which said that States would individually decide what to do, or not to do, and the Federal Government would provide them with anything they asked for – such as hospital ships that were never used, or FEMA money for building emergency hospitals which also were never used.
My suspicion is that the people who engineered and then released this virus expected it to be far more virulent and deadly than it turned out to be. I think that they thought they had re-invented the Spanish Flu.

Only STATE Governments actually have that power, so when States established laws and regulations for the cultivation, distribution etc of MJ, they were in direct oppositiin to the Feds, and the Feds did nothing, knowing they would lose a court challenge, ditto when one State ‘declared’ IVM to be OTC.
Everyone focused on the distortion of the commerce clause, to justify “gun free kill zones” around schools, but didn’t notice the legislation includes an exemption, recognising State Legislatures CAN decide to”opt out” or leave it up to individual school districts which both Texas and Utah did.
Those who wrote the legislatiin knew that without that exemption, the legislation would NOT survive a court challenge, and if any one State challenged the law, and won (which they would) it would overturn the law, nationwide.
Bottom line is, we HAVE a Constitutional remedy to rein in the bloated Federal Govt, BEFORE we resort to 2A; its 10A.
It is our State Governments, which the Uniparty first gained control over thru our State political parties, that is actually where all of the real POWER lies.
They control and manipulate the whole selection (primary) and election (general) process to insure the officeholders, regardless of party, will NOT assert States rights to challenge Federal Govt. overreach.
Understanding this is how we “got where we are” the “Extreme Federalist” approach is FIRST to take control of the State R party: focusing on the State and County Executive boards, which is where all of the RINOS lurk.
With that control, end the manipulation of election process, so that we have a slate of elected officials in Governor, AG, SoS and legislature that will “push back” on Federal Govt overreach by challenging it in Court.
Such cases WILL be fast tracked to SCOTUS, and the States WILL prevail; and any judgement in our favor automatically applies to ALL States. READ the 10th amendment: there is no equivalent of the “militia” part of the 2A that can be used to confuse the issue; “Those powers not enumerated to the Federal Govt. are reserved to the States and the People.”
And, there is NO legal argument that because States didn’t challenge Fed govt earlier, that they surrendered their authority.
It is 100 years of having State Govts that didn’t vigourously defend their and our Constitutional
power, that got us IN this situation, and it is a corrupted R State parties, so that we effectively have a UNIPARTY, where any elected official is going to faccilitate this abrogation of power to the Feds, that is how we got here.
When your lost, figuring out WHERE you are, and HOW you got there, is usually the first step to getting back on the right path.
WE do NOT need a “Convention of the States” nor any State “succeeding” those are wasted resources, and dead ends.
Concentrating our efforts on unseating the RINOS in control of EVERY States R party, because THAT is the true source of the Elite, globalists power, is where we need to focus.
Everything ultimately traces right back to this.

The Little Free Library movement began in 2009 when Todd Bol built a miniature model schoolhouse, put it on a post in his front yard, filled it with books, and put up a sign stating, “Free Books.” It was a way to honor his mom — a former school teacher — and to share his love of reading with his neighborhood. The idea took off, and now there are thousands of Little Free Libraries.
The idea is simple. You put a small book box up on a post in your front yard, stock it with books, and people who are passing by on the way to the park, or the mailbox, or the ice cream store, or the coffee shop grab a book, read it, and return it later. Or maybe they keep it and replace it with one of their own. It’s a quiet way of building community and of sharing the pleasure of books with your neighbors. It’s simple. It’s something one person can do to make a difference.

At our local library, I looked for biographies for my grandchildren and the only ones they had were Ruth Ginsburg, Michelle Obama, etc. Not a single book about any of the founding fathers or anyone else from before the 20th century. There are also quite a few books that were promoting perversion. This is not a big city library. Public libraries are a disaster now, as is everything run by government.

Pat, It’s just as bad at your local bookstore, believe me I’ve looked. I’ve been unwilling to buy any of the agenda-ridden slop they’re selling for my grandchildren and have had to resort to buying real stories that I remember online.
Also, I keep hard copy books now, who knows what they’ll do to classics like Tom Sawyer or 1984 or Animal Farm.
The same thing applies to schools as to libraries.
Our most important job as parents is to raise our children to be responsible, productive adults.
We “farm out” this responsibility to others, and even though the resulting “product” has been inferior for many, many years, we have (most, any way) continued to do the same thing, expecting different results.
Parents can’t understand how it is they sent their sweet child off to school every day, and as an adult their child is a tattooed, purple haired pierced nutjob, screaming about “Trump”, and running for their safe space.

Way too many seem to think just because they refused the jab or dropped the mask that they somehow should be recognized. Sorry, I do not. We have lost all concept of what true bravery is, likewise what a real hero looks like. IMO, we did nothing heroic or worth bragging about.

Look, in the early days of Covid we all were upset, confused and scared. We had to rely on our health agencies and our govt. leaders to give us info. We did the best we could to follow programs laid out to protect all of us. At that point, very little other info was brought out to counter what we were being told.
I find no fault for people trying to do the right things initially to preserve our health for all of us. What makes me angry is later on we started to find out the real story and facts and then many of us would not face up to them and demand our officials start making the right decisions based on facts and evidence. We let them take over and keep the power when it should have ceased. That is the point where we—not all—surrendered our freedoms. That enabled our officials to stomp us down and insist on the vax where at all possible. We should have been more united at that point. Now we are paying a big price for it all.

No. WE didn’t. Because there was no WE. I couldn’t find a lawyer willing to help me fight against the mandated jab. EVEN (R) lawyers who were about to run for the state legislature. WE couldn’t find out who else within the organization was saying No, because WE didn’t/ doesn’t exist.
WE hadn’t done any of those things for, well, decades. WE didn’t protest, WE didn’t attend school board meetings, let alone run for a seat. WE didn’t push back against the Patriot Act.

Presumably the machine can’t “read” the written in name, so each one must go to “adjudication” where human eyrs view the scanned image of the ballot, attempt to detirmine the voters intent, and then input that detrirmined intent into the machine.

I use to be a regular reader of AT and slowly my eyes started to open to their GOPe leanings. Now my eyes are wide open. When I see a post recommending articles from AT, I see a GOPe propagandist, I see AT is losing readers and they are trying to prop themselves up by going onto anti-establishment sites to go fishing for clicks to their site.
I actually enjoy many – not all – of the articles at AT very much. It is the closest thing to a “daily newspaper.” I pick and choose and read a handful of the articles most mornings. Of course they have editors and therefore “editorial bias.” Every site does.

I read other articles i disagree with, but the challenging of my world view, I believe is a healthy antidote to what Big Tech inherently is structured to do for monetary gain, before you even get to liberal bias.
My point is to say “the writers at AmericanThinker” is, I believe a mischarachterisation, SOME are certainly praising Tim Scott, some RDS, and some are saying “ONLY TRUMP”.

Well now a bunch of police officers have been shot with thire own Sig P320 pistols. The ambulance chasing lawyer alleges the design is faulty and is suing..because why not? I don’t think the pistol is faulty at all…mine has never discharged on its own and pending independent laboratory testing I will withhold judgment. But I know of at least one holster manufacturer whose product has caused negligent discharges.
You have to put your finger beside the trigger guard when putting the gun back into its holster, lest you literally shoot yourself in the foot when you withdraw your hand. You have to train yourself to do this, so that it becomes automatic.
It DOES help if you are smarter than the object/weapon you are attempting to use.

Years back we had a “ Butterfly Holster” on more than one occasion in a struggle the pistol ( S/W .38) came free from the holster.

Heres the thing; HRC inherently threatens ALL companies with low score, effectively cutting off their access to Capital, which is why AB hired that nutjob for the trans ad campaign; to insure their continued access to capital.
After major blowback and lost revenue due to sales tanking, AB tries to walk back a little, which doesn’t do anything to bring back their customers, but DOES piss off HRC, which wanted them to “double down” and so it lowers their score, which reduces their access to capital, which is what they were trying to avoid in the first place.
Hopefully other companies will see this, and see that AB would have been better off ignoring HRC in the first place, taking the hit to their credit score, but at least keeping their customer base, rather than caving to HRC and losing both credit score and customer base.
