Trigger a strong emotional responce, which shuts down critical thinking, as the parts of the brain involved in critial thinking are diverted to experiencing the emotion, and THEN put in your false narrative, and it passes right in, without question: it is accepted as a fundamental truth.

Have influencers place a simple, targeted message in comments sections of sights frequented by “MAGA Conservatives”;
Variations on “Theres no point in voting in 2024, they’ll just steal it, again!”
Upon reading this MAGA, and ONLY MAGA, will feel strong, visceral feelings of anger, frustration, sadness and so no critical thinking to ‘test’ the veracity.
And, they see this message repeated, over and over in different forums, slightly different forms, and over time.
Often, its just a short two line comment, other times its buried in a longer comment beginning “I really support Trump, but,…and somewhere in the middle, or end often as an aside “besides, they stole it in 2020 and 2022, THEY’LL JUST STEAL IT, AGAIN.”
Eventually the reader believes this, as with no critical thinking it seems self-evident; they think they reached this conclusion on their own, and they even amplify it, by repeating it to others in their comments and conversations.
And if successful, MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of MAGA voters stay home, making this a very successful voter suppression effort and a key operation in stealing the election.
SEE how it works?
To counter it, WE must, EVERY TIME this false narrative is expressed, DISPUTE it; don’t attack the messenger, as they may not be an “influencer” but instead be one who has been influenced, and is now unconsciously amplifying.
But rigourously, persistently DISPUTE the narrative, so that as people are scrolling thru comments and see it, feel momentarily emotionally triggered, they immediately see a responce which challenges the narrative, and as the transient emotional responce wanes, “jump starts” their inherent critical thinking, enabling them to reject the notion.
Voter SUPPRESSION is every bit as powerful as ballot stuffing, in manipulating election results.

Being woke requires effort and people do not expend effort unless there is a reward, and that reward is more than monetary. It is also self-preservation.
