I planted Mint which does spread and can be a bit invasive just to make Mojito’s. You can add flavors to it as you like, Lemons, Lime, Cherry, Blackberries etc. It’s quite a good drink. Cuban in origin. Regards & let me know if you like it!

I was taught how to ride by Panama’s first female jockey who also did regular lessons…
when she started her jockey career, late 1960’s… her first race, on either side of her during a race, two jockeys kicked her feet out of the stirrups…she still won by more than a horse head. All those years cowboying bareback as a kid, paid off.
She had the photo on her bulletin board along with her first dollar earned at the track.
That was way before women were accepted in The Sport of Kings….

Her name was Letty Lou Youngblood before she married, yes native heritage. Then she was Letty Lou Millar. She taught me hunt seat, equitation and over fences…I never did anything at the race track. I had scruffy cheap pony back then and just learned to ride.
When home from college, I would babysit her then two littles…
Again, I see that photo in my mind, clear as a bell….she is on her horse, crossing the finish line first, with out her feet in the stirrups…and jockeys have them way short! With the other two jockeys, behind her…on either side…
I never fully recovered from horse fever and pursued it after college…entered some events, did well in some, ended up eating dirt in some others….LOL.

Big red was created by God to run like no other horse ever. He was physically set up to win with a heart and lungs larger than most other thoroughbreds. To watch him accelerate at will is awesome to watch. Take some time and watch his triple crown races on YouTube. He is a magnificent animal!

I was watching some video of the Marine drill teams at Barracks 8th hosting Steven Spielberg and his wife on Good Friday and wondered out loud how many of them, as one small example, would unquestioningly follow the orders of their unified chain of command no matter what those orders were.

Two and a half years of trying to cover up the stolen election ‘by any means necessary’ isn’t working and a growing number of Americans are realizing an unelected Thugocracy robbed them of their right to a free & fair election . . . . and not only that, but there will now be ballot signature verifications in the Arizona case.
Election integrity is a real issue. Paper ballots please.
Yes, paper ballots is what we WANT, but until then WE need to vote in the World AS IT IS, and not in the World as we would LIKE it to be.
And that means WE need to mobilise an army of volunteers, to primarily get FACE time, secondarily to do online, etc. for a DIFFERENT kind of GOTV effort, to EDUCATE our voters.
Firstly, to overcome the “whats the point, they will just steal it again” and “NOTHING has been done to address ballot fraud” FALSE narratives which suppress our voters.
After all, if we can’t convince them to vote, educating them on HOW to vote is of little practical use.
Secondly, our voters need to let go of the notion of voting IN PERSON, ON ELECTION DAY out of “principle” and understand that doing so makes it EASY for our enemies to engage in a variety of classic and newer high tech voter suppression methods, which we can AVOID with awareness.
Thankfully, the theft in Maracopa county illustrated several important points for all to see.
Firstly, they did NOT use the “Drop and roll” election theft system, which has been mischarachterised as “they can just go into the machines, and give (Biden) a zillion votes!”
Suffice to say that “move” was NOT used to steal KL’s win, as her court challenges have made clear which confirms that method is now off the table.
Secondly, the maracopa county elections clearly show WHY our voters should NOT wait until election day, as it facillitates them suppressing our votes.
It also makes it easy for them to vote early, by mail “for” our voters, so that when we show up we are told we already voted, and if we insist on voting we are pushed into the provisional ballot, which effectively nullifies our vote.
They also intentionally “short” our districts Ballots, tell voters in “our” districts they need to use “sharpies” which invalidates the ballot, sending it into adjudication.
Our voters need instruction in how to AVOID “Provisional ballot”, and “adjudication” by generalised changing of how they vote, refined as appropriate to each local.
In general, CONFIRM your info on the voter rolls is correct, and seriously consider requesting a mail out ballot.
Either vote by mail out, or EARLY in person, so that they can’t ‘vote for you’.
If by mail, take your ballot TO the County recorder, rather than mailing it in.
Legal ballot harvesting via churches, etc. who then take the ballots to the recorders office MAY be an option.
Keep apprised; in some States, REPUBLICAN mail out ballots were printed in such a way that you can tell that its a REPUBLICAN ballot, before opening it.
“Strangely” not with Democrat ballots.
Notice that requesting a mail ballot, unlike in person voting, avoids the whole ‘ballot printed in wrong size’ and “sharpiegate” or any method of voter suppression targeting OUR voters, or OUR precincts.
And finally, PARTICULARLY in large metro areas, teaching OUR voters that ANY “Unsecured” ballot, laying out “where ANYBODY could pick it up” can be assumed to be a phantom voter ballot, and WE need to vaccuum them up, get them before THEY do, and DO NOT just “throw them in the trash”.
WE need an army to get mobilised, and the RNC is obviously NOT going to do it, and I would suggest not waiting for “Trump” to do it, either.
Either find local voter integrity groups or start your own, do some homework, develop a ‘curriculum’ with “elevator speeches” presentations, and get busy organising.
This is basic grass roots GOTV, but modified to circumstances; its NOT about “getting our people to the polls on election
day” any more.
Paraphrasing, “Its about the ENVELOPES, STUPID” and this education effort for ‘our’ MAGA voters needs to be MASSIVE, starting TODAY.
In 8 years the sole time a voter came in and asked to re-do his absentee ballot, it was a “mature” male voter who had heard something untoward about our current potus in late October 2020. His ballot (in its envelope) was locked in a sealed ballot box. That was against the rules in effect in our office.
I told him, “Maybe people should wait until election day, because then everyone’s fund of knowledge about candidates could be the same.” Of course, not that it necessarily WOULD be the same, but it COULD be the same. (Pardon my use of capitals; you apparently don’t mind them.) Probably the anti-Trump voters were being flogged to vote early because those floggers knew the floggees were going to hear something bad, which couldn’t be kept under wraps indefinitely.
It was a miserable, horrible time to be working in elections. 8 years was plenty.
I worked ONE time, as a poll worker, in 2012 and was invited to leave, half way through when I voiced concerns over procedures.
I go along with posting comments in ALL CAPS, is like yelling, and rude.
However, as I can’t use italics on my phone, I DO capitalise individual words or phrases, to add emphasis.
If I were talking, face to face I might make such emphasis by changing volume, tone or delivery, but as our comments are written, THIS is how I do it.
I agree, paper ballots; tough row to hoe though altering over 20 years of all mail-in voting in my state where chicanery can often be hidden in the counting process. GOP lost a pretty close governor race in 2022.
It appears our County Clerk and staff are who tabulate votes. We have five ‘PCP’ (precinct committee persons) for our unincorporated area for the GOP but they aren’t involved in anything to do with election tabulation. They function mostly to register voters and get the vote out and answer questions.
We don’t have anything akin to ‘poll watchers’ AFAIK. I would imagine this is pretty normal throughout rural Oregon which is the majority of the state geographically. The Communist incubators in Portland and Salem and to a lesser extent in Eugene run the state.
While not ideal, the ballot fraud occurs pretty exclusively in the large metro areas, and NOT in the rural areas.
For instance, I live in rural NW Az., and awhile back I tried to change my address to a P.O. Box.
Everyone else, DMV, SS, etc had no problem, except the County Recorder, that sent me a form letter saying the County property records indicated the address I gave was a commercial address, and could not be used for voter registration.
In Maracopa County, where the major population center is, I would have recieved no such letter.
The large metro areas, with millions, are where they can stick 100,000 phantoms, not so in rural counties that may only have 30-50,000 ‘real’ residents.
In the 2022 race in Az. this difference was pushed “into the public eye” with rural county recorders openly fighting with the SoS, over a # of issues.
We don’t have “red States” and “Blue States” nor are we a “50/50 nation”.
Those are myths, false narratives perpetuated to distract from the truth.
Virtually EVERY State is Red, with election fraud, both BALLOT fraud and a “Turned” State R party, used to “paint” the State whatever color they want, including gradual “red to purple to blue” transition.
Yep, unless the rural folks are willing to hit the road and take action in the state capital the incubators and their processes will continue to both rule and to spit out more Communists to spread to the surrounding states; in our case Idaho is a big target and is now feeling the heat.
I was a bit surprised that our county voted down the pie in the sky idea of annexing to Idaho. It’s long been in the SOJ (State of Jefferson) annex which somehow still survives as a pipe dream after decades.
In any event, rural, in my case, forest, life, is worth every breath of air expended to get it. I haven’t lived in cities for nearly 50 years. Ugh… can’t imagine it.

The battleground is in EVERY STATE, and a review of whats happened in Az is insightful.
Aftercthe State R party and Gov manipulated the system with “splitter” candidate, to initiate changing our State to “purple”, by installing two Dem Senators (Synema and astrunut) to replace two RINO Senators (McStain and Flake) groupd of MAGA patriots got mad and organised.
First, they went into monthly local meetings, in big #’s, called “from the floor” for votes, and voted out the RINOS running the meetings.
Then, they built the movement, and then expanded into Maracopa County. They got a MAGA State chair, they identified and forced out RINOS by forcing the RINOS to reveal themselves in things like blocking/impeding the Az. Audit.
Recently, they used the Bragg indictments; the Maracopa R District Council, along with the State R party, were remaining mum on condemning the Bragg indictments.
MAGA used this issue, to force a vote, and replace the RINOS with MAGAS, who promptly issued a strong condemnation, coordinated with similar condemnations from the Young Repubs of Az, and the Teen Age Repubs of Az, and then the KL team tweeted, “calling out” the State R party, and forcing them to issue a (watered down) condemnation a full two weeks AFTER PDJT’s arraignment in NY.
It was the actions of Rusty Bower, (Speaker of the Az. House and 40+ year R party leader) in impeding the MAGA push for the Az Audit, that made it possible to have him CENSURED by the party, with the party urging R’s not to vote for him, that got him voted out of office.
Point is, its a long slog battle, working “from the ground up” to tag and bag Rinos; its not fun, its sure not easy, and RINOS are filthy disgusting creatures that will bite, scratch, throw feces, and not make it easy.
START where your strongest; in the rural areas. Pre-arrange to walk into a local meeting (that normally has 20-30 attending) with 100+ plus REGISTERED Repubs (only ones allowed to vote) and knowing the bylaws and with advance recconasance knowing who the RINOS are, call for a vote.
Do this in all of the rural precincts, and then attack in the big metro areas, and just move up.
All of the ‘officials’ in the State Party ARE elected, by the party officials lower down, and by such of the Base that attend county and State conventions and monthly meetings.
They will put new requirements on who can vote, they will change meeting times and locations (with no notice) they will use every dirty trick in the book, to try to hold onto power.
But, if you are looking for “what can I do” and you want to take part, there are still 3000 precinct captain positions unfilled, across America.
IF we see PDJT and the RNC “split” this election, having an on the ground organisation of MAGA, ready to go WITH him, will be essential.
And, if I am wrong and PDJT IS the R nominee, it will be ESSENTIAL to have GOTV efforts running on all cylinders, cause the State R parties and RNC will be trying to undermine him at every turn.

Ballot signature verification is great…
BUT that occurs b4 the ballots are separated from the outer verification envelope.
Once verified, all the now unidentifiable ballots are put in boxes and STORED in storage rooms, throughout the nation, for weeks b4 being counted.
Why would anyone think this is a good idea?
All corrupt political party/candidate operatives need is … the key or code to the storage room … AND to bribe an already partisan election board staffer to provide the info re the number of ballots in each box.
Then, the political thugs just create duplicate boxes of fraud ballots, w/the correct # of ballots in each box.
In the dead of night, the political operatives need 10-15 minutes to SWITCH the real ballots boxes with fraudulent ballot boxes.
Because the ballots have already been separated from their outer identifying envelope NO ONE will know if all those now unidentifiable ballots are the real ballots.
This is WHY I say that the only way to TRUST any of these mail-in ballots is if they are counted every day and those numbers are publically reported every day.
Same with in-person early voting ballots. Those ballots are recorded in the Dominion or other computerized system but not publically known so they CAN be deleted, switched, etc. These ballots also need to be counted every day.
THEN storage of all these cast ballots for weeks doesn’t matter.
In person voting on election day is the form of voting our nation had for 200+ years.
Now, our entire election SYSTEM is very different. The system is truly, even obviously, designed to make massive election fraud EASY to commit.
All votes should be counted the DAY they arrive. A Trump campaign witness and a Biden campaign witness must be present at every location where ballots are counted.
All disputed ballots go into a pile to be debated by reps of both parties/campaigns before election day.
All votes must be counted on election day, with no stopping until complete.
Americans LOVE their conveniences. I don’t think we can put the genie back into the bottle. Americans want to vote early, on their time schedule, and they like the convenience of voting from their bedroom.
COUNT ALL BALLOTS the DAY they arrive in the presence of both campaign’s witnesses. Publish the results.

All they need to do when they verify all these early ballots, especially mail-in ballots is to SEE WHO VOTED. In their systems the voters are frequently listed as dems or Rs so IF an election staff sees that most votes are from Rs, they know to TELL that to Dem campaign political operatives so the Dems can prep their fraud vote boxes.

I’ve got this theory that so many members of congress and other politicians, (Biden, Pelosi, Feinstein, Schumer, etc.) have refused to retire no matter how badly they deteriorate is for the same reason that some business owners and accountants continue working into their 70s and 80s.
If an accountant who has been embezzling for years retires at 65 and someone else gets control of the books and auditing finds that large sums money have been siphoned off, the first accountant could spend their golden years in prison, have much of their assets confiscated and get out old and poor.
They have no choice but to keep control of the books, just like old mobsters.
Once you have embezzled so much money (or in the case of politicians, committed so many crimes against your own citizens, (forced vaccinations, wars for profit for your political donors) in addition to accepting bribes and laundering taxpayer money) there is no choice but to stay on the job until your health deteriorates to the point where they can no longer put you in prison and you have so few years left that you would be unlikely to live through a civil or criminal trial likely putting the riches that you have stolen in the hands of your heirs.
This is also why they are so terrified of an “outsider” (non-vetted, non-career politician) getting higher office (think Trump).
They don’t want someone with ethics or scruples getting into a position where they might expose and jeopardize the multi-trillion dollar scams (and there’s a lot of them) that they have been perfecting for all these years.
The mafia used to vet the new recruits very carefully to be sure no FBI agents could move up through the ranks.

The States are still in charge of the actual “conduct” of Federal elections ad primaries … to include who gets on ballots in each State.
The FEC only “controls” the financials of Party Primaries.
Political parties are essentially free to chose their “desired” candidates.
Donald Trump is NOT GOING to win the 2024 Republican Primary. He WILL NOT WIN enough state level primaries to defeat who ever the RNC wants as their candidate.

After reading Flynn’s article linked upthread, I’m reminded not to become too preoccupied with the national election to the exclusion of our focus on the states.
The same election chicanery attends to those elections as well and in the everyday sense the state can do more damage to our freedoms and liberties and economy than D.C. can. Witness the Covid operation and how widely it varied from state to state. Rinse and repeat for other operations.
IMO, make a decision regarding next steps on the national, store it away and then work on local and state issues. We should scrutinize everthing and everyone from the dog catcher on up. Our freedom and liberty is at stake and there are humans threatening it, and us. The enemy is inside the gate.

This has been policy for federal authorities since 2010 or so and for most cities since at least George Floyd but in most circumstances with the Trayvon incident.
