Early in the Truck driving career I was driving for Schneider National. I pulled up to one of the four fuel islands to fuel the truck at the Indianapolis terminal. Beside me fueling was a female owner operator.
When I pulled up I noticed a cat and a dog looking out the window of her truck. Later as I was fueling I saw a different cat looking at me from that window.
That woman had at least two cats and a dog in that truck with her! I didn’t want to know what her rig smelled like inside.
Years later at a truck stop in southern Wisconsin I watched a guy pull 8 Basset hounds out of his truck to walk them.

We have been tried once with the covid/vaxx scam and have been found wanting. Nobody I know beyond half a dozen people know what’s going on. And they don’t want to know. I would like to say first of all, that I do understand your frustration, and the need to vent. But I don’t think what you say is right. There’s a lot of people who know a lot more than they like to talk about; who do care about their families, their neighborhoods, their cities, and their country: but who are also realistic, in that they know they have no real power to do anything about it.
I know there’s a lot of very good hearted patriotic people, who are really dedicating themselves to trying to make a difference, in whatever way they can. We don’t all however have the resources or skills or physical capabilities, to much of anything on the natural lines. Are you including all of us also in that pile of worthless causes?
Next to all that Friend, the things we see coming to the full right now, did not just happen yesterday: this is the result of many generations working very hard at growing calloused in their conscience toward God and His commandments, and towards being careful to love one another like He told us to do. Love of self, love of money, love of pleasure more than God; has been the ruin of this country morally; and now we’re getting the bill, the Day of Reckoning.
I do want to say again, I totally understand your feeling that way; but we don’t want to be like that poor brain sick fellow out there yelling at the lamp post, (or the ghost standing next to the lamp post). Understand that we are all in this together, and Jesus only is our Savior. All those people which you described as irrecoverable; are probably the ones who are doing most of the praying and crying to God about all that’s going on; and have found the grace and wisdom to know, that He alone is our Strength and Protector; and He rules over ALL the affairs of men; whether they like it, or believe it, or not!
Perhaps a clue can be found in Exodus. Why did Israel wonder 40 years in the desert?? One can cross it within 2 or 3 days. Why did they go around and around for 40 YEARS?. The answer is that after they had personally seen with their own eyes the wonders and miracles God had performed for them they STILL fell to idol worship as soon as their “leader” Moses left them to ascend Mt Sinai. Why did they do so?? Simple – after generations of being immersed in the culture and practices of Egypt, they still lacked the deep faith and trust in the All-mighty. The 40 years was for a few reasons – as a trail/punishment for the golden calf, – they also complained about the mana (desiring the food and drink of Egypt). So,they had be cleansed of all un-Godly attributes and practices, and even thoughts (mindset) learned in Egypt. They had to be “taught” unity, to stand in front of God as ONE. Perhaps we should ask ourselves, where are WE (as peoples and nations) in this process?? I believe if left to our own, we would never accomplish this, however God has promised that if His people call to Him, He WILL intercede – and IS doing so right now as we speak – it’s very difficult for us to see or understand, but have no doubts, EVERYTHING is moving to the completion. Our efforts in our daily lives can make the difference between 2 days or 40 years – symbolically. I have no idea how or for how long we will endure the cleansing. The Lord moves in mysterious ways.

The answer to that would probably fill libraries, but I think we can condense it down to just one word – Ignorance. Now that is not ignorance as in stupid, more like we just don’t fully grasp or understand the Greatness, the beauty, the perfection God gave to us. Life – in all it’s forms and systems, from the building blocks of energy, to the atomic, to the “forces” that govern and move them, a world that sustains and feeds us, that enables us to think, to pray, to speak to Him, to begin to grasp His presence. Outside of that, one is literally in the dark – as I was for most of my life.

I was watching a Documentary a week or so ago, entitled, Hollywoodism, How The Jews Invented Hollywood; and it was both a strong confirmation of things we already saw; but also an eye opener in a number of things. And in reference to your insightful question, When did Pride, (or for that matter, any of that ungodliness) become “alright”? . . . there were a good number of Christian Periodicals and Articles from those early times, which confronted the anti Christian spirit and degenerating affect of the blatant immorality, and constant underlying attitudes against God and the faith of our Christian Country; but the political influence of the money was already eroding the integrity of many in power. Those things, with the crimes of the rich Industrialists and Bankers, all were working together by the direction of one prince of the power of the air, to destroy God’s Sanctuary among the nations.
Those are all really good points! Idolatrous tendencies, a warped and crooked soul from having been immersed in an ungodly culture; Deep seated unbelief, pride, and rebellion; no matter how much they had seen with their own eyes, and HEARING THE VOICE OF GOD SPEAKING FROM HEAVEN, no matter how severe the punishments, they refused the Spirit of the LORD and to have any faith!
Perhaps we should examine ourselves is RIGHT! It is astonishing to me how unfeeling my heart is, and I guess also the hearts of many of my generation. Having been so exposed to and immersed in the ungodly culture and unclean spirit of this age, where NOTHING is kept back; whether it be to covetousness and the lusts of the flesh, or all the violence, horrors, and atrocities, and blasphemies,that are portrayed in popular “entertainment; every Satanic imagination in every direction AGAINST the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; it is a miracle beyond all understanding of kindness or pity or divine power, that anyone from our time comes to Jesus and the knowledge of the truth! And truly, the Lord’s warning about, because of iniquity abounding the love of many growing cold; was not without cause.
I believe that things are absolutely moving to their completion, just as the Lord has said in all His prophets and apostles. It can be said on one hand, that Satan has desired to sift us as wheat; just as it was Satan who instigated Job’s horrific trial and suffering without a cause: but if the LORD didn’t know us and believe that we could come out of it NOT like the devil expects us to do; then we can trust Him with receiving evil, just as we trust Him for receiving good; and not sin!

One thing I do know – the condition of our country is simply a battle between righteousness and evil.

No one can thwart it.

It is time…way past time…to choose sides, and the choice is as clear as it is stark. There is no equivocation. Good or evil. And yes, we are only passing through.
You and I are sisters in thought. The picture and what it says which you posted instantly came to me. I have seen these words before. It is true. And it astounds me that there are millions who still can’t recognize satan’s presence when he walks on this earth so boldly. His collection of souls is impressive and grows daily.
But more so does the Light which is Christ Jesus walk amongst us for anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear. Once one has chosen, how strongly does one feel this warmth and hope in knowing He is a greater power than the discordant voice of the one whose time is short and who, in the end, will be defeated.

This world IS NOT our Home! Where Jesus is, there is our HOME! Right now we are strangers and pilgrims, passing through a country that belongs to someone else, temporarily! We have a holy calling and a charge from the Lord Jesus Christ, to herald the Glad Tidings, and to preach repentance for the remission of sins, and to teach by word and deed to observe all things that Jesus has said. And the world will know that Jesus has come, by our love for one another.

Evil this coordinated only is overcome by martyrs. All 11 apostles, I believe were martyred for the cause. The ones Jesus walked with and talked with directly.
POTUS, Giuliani, Stone, Michael Flynn, Assange, Nunes — not yet martyred with their physical life, but they are laying it all down.
It takes martyrs in the beginning – effectively using their last breath to force evil out of the shadows to show their true colors to bring the next martyr up. We have the people, we have the voices, we have the weapons, we have the Declaration, The Constitution. But those in power will not let go unless we eliminate them. They will not let go without trying to kill us first. They have already shown contempt for our lives and many hundreds of thousands at a minimum if not millions (world wide), have died. Just in the last 5 years.
Someone has to ride the front line. Someone has to be the tip of the spear. Someone has to pray, take a deep breath, and declare, “Its a good day to die”
Even if we are jailed and prisoned for planning, for singling out the evil, for “spying” on the enemies of our own country.
Show us a list, Mr. Green, of the risk you have taken. Maybe you have one, maybe you don’t.
Lead then, if you are so wise. There are many who are ready. They need a leader.
J6 wasn’t about a revolution — J6 as we experienced it was about their fear of a revolution. So they tried to entice us, set us up, and teach us a lesson.

As with our Founding Fathers…all put everything on the line. And many lost all in so doing.
Specifically today I’ll add the name of Mike Lindel. Once lost, so lost, then found. He gives all glory and praise to Almighty God. He will not sit down and shut up. And it has cost him as far as everything he has successfully built. Beaten back as he has been by powerful interests and disreputable judges, he has not withdrawn. He rises again and to fight on.
Mr Green should perhaps widen his view from the four walls surrounding him as he writes. No man is an island, much as he might consider his position to be.
It is said that the pen is mightier than the sword; and many a powerful word has inspired others to go forth. No sane man worth his name throws down his weapon in the heat of battle against forces which are intent on complete annihilation, such as the ones we face today.
There is no question that we are exhorted to fight evil wherever we find it and whenever we see it. With whatever tools are to hand for each of us.
Cowardice is the right word. He might in his quiet moments wish to reconsider.

I agree, of course, that godly leaders are important; and the righteous are bold as a lion. But the Lord Jesus Himself said, Learn from Me; for I am meek and lowly of heart. Part of counting the cost of discipleship is Not loving our lives unto the death; taking up our cross and following Him; Blessed are the Poor in spirit, they that mourn, the meek, they that hunger and thirst after righteousness, the merciful, the pure in heart, the peacemakers, those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake . . .BUT I SAY TO YOU, NOT TO RESIST THE EVIL; etc…
Isaiah 53:7 “He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he opens not his mouth.”

God’s plan is to judge the world when our obedience is fulfilled. When we have demonstrated His grace and His Spirit and His faith, in the face of all the world’s hatred and opposition and contradiction; He will say to those on His left hand, What you did to the least of these My brethren, you did to Me; depart from Me you cursed, into everlasting fire, reserved for the devil and his angels.

Very good question, Della. It is probably the most important thing we have to know for sure for these times, if we are to be able to “endure to the end and be saved.” I’ll try to show simply by the Scriptures, that this is precisely what we are left in the world for this time to do.
2 Corinthians 10:4-6 “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; and having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.”
As I outlined in my previous post, citing the meekness and obedience of Christ; both as our example to follow, and of how we exercise the character traits of children of the kingdom, as described in the Beatitudes; that it is precisely by our obedience of faith, that the fruit of the Spirit is borne.
John 15:4-5 “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can you, except you abide in Me. I am the vine, you the branches: he that abides in Me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without Me you can do nothing.”
Ephesians 5:9 “For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;”
If we go back to the very beginning, when God first gave His verdict, and passed sentence upon the devil and man, on account of what happened; it was told to the devil, in the audience of the man and his wife (the hearing of faith the true testimony), that God had made the enmity between the devil and his seed, and the elect and her Seed (Christ), for the very purpose, that the wickedness and persecution against the LORD’s Anointed (first, and then we also following with Him as His body), would be turned to the demise of the serpent, and the breaking of his head over man. (Genesis 3:15)
Jesus had every right to call upon the Father to send His legions of angels; but His kingdom is not of this world: and in order to redeem this world back to God, and save us from our sins; He accepted the divine hand of justice for us, which was death! We also have to accept as righteous, for the sake of God’s mercy, that death sentence in ourselves as well; if we are to partake of all that Christ has done for us.
So too is it also described in the Book of the Prophecy, Revelation; how that the judgments and plagues and finally the coming of the Lord Himself, was because of the patience and faith of the saints.
This has been something that the Lord has really made plain to me, especially in these most recent years; that He has a purpose for us being in the world; just like the Father sent Him, so He sends us!
In Revelation 6, when the souls under the Altar were crying to God, When will You avenge our blood upon those who permanently inhabit the earth? It was told them, Not until your brethren, who must also be killed as you were is fulfilled. As He also said to the saints in Smyrna, one of the only ones He had not to tell to repent; Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life. He that overcomes shall not be hurt of the second death; but they shall live and reign with Me a thousand years. And I will bring them who exalt themselves over you and afflict you without a cause, to come and bow down, and to worship at your feet, and to know that I have loved you.

I am unable to endure to the end and be saved.
But it is He Who keeps me.

Michael, the majority of folks that I know have a simple child-like faith that Jesus commends.
And, that alone, ensures we are saved.
As kindly as I can say, there is a reasonable way to dialogue with others regarding the faith, but most do not enjoy your dissertations. It turns them away.
I have my carefully and prayerfully chosen Bible teachers, whom I trust. And no more.
Just because you believe that the Lord has shown you things in His Word, does not mean that He has shown everyone else the same things. And it’s not your job to do so.
That’s the Holy Spirit’s role.

For some time now, I have felt the phrase “there are more of us than them” had meaning. But now, I’m not so sure. “WE” are the minority. By this I mean US, the people who read TCTH and like blogs. We who pay attention to what is going on in our government.
If this be the case, then “We”, need to be the insurgents. The ones who infiltrate the parties (Thank You Dutchman for actual guidance in that endeavor). I believe we can be an unstoppable force. But we lack cohesion, guidance, direction…… It seems to me that we too often allow “perfect” to get in the way of being “good”. Looking back at the Founding Fathers, they disagreed on many, many views, but had the cohesion to move forward and work together for a better way than had ever existed.
It seems we work “individually”, but not as a group. Therefore it is always easy for the opposition to divide us and set us upon each other. I believe MAGA is the starting place. But there needs to be a structure, guidance and form. We have the rallying cry, but the cohort just doesn’t seem to exist yet.

I was looking up what the Dictionary defines as a Martyr. The word is Greek, meaning, Witness, as one who testifies. But you can hardly find that original aspect of the word anymore. Almost entirely, the word Martyr simply means, one who is willing to suffer for a religious or political belief.
That’s the way I’ve always understood it to mean. But to my surprise, after having found the word in the Interlinear Greek/English New Testament, and doing a little study into the same word used in many places; I saw it as something quite different to what it was at first.
The Martyrs of Jesus were not combative and defiant to the authorities; they were as lambs given into the hands of wolves; they were persecuted for the word of God, and their testimony of Jesus.
The modern use of the word has so degenerated, that if some poor deluded and ignorant zealot of a certain Middle-eastern religion, wants to blow himself up, just so he can murder Jews, or any other innocent civilians; they call him a Martyr! A witness for the devil, that’s for sure! But just by putting a stamp of Martyr on someone’s actions, does not make them holy and good to God.
The point you bring up is a very good one; about how those who were called to be the closest friends and companions of the Lord, were Witnesses. It was said afterwards about them, after they had received the holy Spirit; that the Rulers recognized them, that they had been with Jesus. That’s what we want to be seen and recognized with us too: that we have been with Jesus.
John was the only apostle who didn’t die a violent death. All the rest were killed in the most cruel ways. NOT for fighting for political causes; but for belonging to Jesus, and being filled with His Spirit, and for being CHRISTIANS.
Michael, you often, for some reason, assume I mean something different that I actually say. You present two definitions of the the word. I’m not sure if the word is used in the New Testament. More it is used by commentators of the new testament.
I have in my mind been contrasting the Apostles/Disciples and Ghandi and Bonhoeffer vs Peter appealing to Ceasar, Jesus overturning the tables in the temple and eventually being crucified.

We should use great care and wisdom in how we spend our lives. I have not advocated violence. I have advocated standing against evil and injustice that the Uniparty/WEF is foisting on us. Paul says honor the King, obey the laws of the land.

Alvin York debated consciencious objection and ended up an inspirational war hero, and a servant when he returned.
I believe there is for Americans, a godly time to take up the sword, to take up the second amendment right. When that time is, is between man and God.
The main point is we must spur one another on to good works.
That is a good way to look at it. I heard it said similar to that, when I was a new Christian, at a Bible Study/Prayer Meeting: how the devil is God’s appointed fencing (sword fighting) partner for us; assigned to train us how to use our weapons.

Dad walked me down the aisle and gave me away. The I dos were said, I was given a gold ring, the ’til death us do part, the kiss. and here we are 59 years later still glad to have another day together even though it’s raining.

What a wonderful, loving sentiment. Congratulations. I was in line at the bookstore and saw a 20 sosmething woman with a book titled “The Myth Of Lasting Relationships”. I politely asked her if I could tell her something . . . She looked at me, smiled, and said “yes”. I told her my wife had died last September but we had been married for 55 years.
I told her I’d like to share our secret. Throughout our time we had both maintained trust and loyalty for each other. I told her this is something you must work at to be successful. But, if you can do this, maintaining trust and loyalty will allow you to have a lasting and loving relationship. She smiled and thanked me.
Given the title of the book she was going to buy, she was probably she was just being polite. But, maybe—just maybe—my words meant something more. Hopefully she will create a relationship based on trust and loyalty and find the longevity the love of my life and I found for so many years.
Sounds like a Divine Appointment to me. A kind word from the LORD, through a fatherly neighbor.

Funny story, Before I was married I asked my uncle how he did it? (he and my aunt had been married over 50 years, probably closer to 60;) and he looked at me very serious and said, I do what I’m told! I laughed, because he was a big strong guy; everyone in Construction in L.A. knew my uncle Stanley; but then the way he looked at me I realized he was serious. Well, sure enough, we’ve been married about 19 years, and I have to say he was sure right. 🙂

Beautiful! My hubby and I have been together for 30 years. You are so right. But, I believe in addition to trust and loyalty, there has to be true respect for ones spouse. It did creep me out. Big time. I was trying to listen to what was being said, and all I could see was this preening, delusional person. Unsettling.

I was admitted to large metro hospital, very ill with pneumonia.
A nurse aide assigned to me enters the room – a very large male, wearing hospital scrubs, but with female jewelry, wig, makeup, painted fingernails, and girly prancing around.
Could not believe this as I was already delirious with fever, and this added insult to injury!
I was kind to “him” and kept my emotions subdued.
All I could do was pray: dear Lord, please get me out of here…
When people need medical care, this type of nonsense does not help their psyche, for sure…

Here’s a little story. Decades ago there was a “transgender” who appeared with husband on the Phil Donahue show. Mind blowing back then.
Fast forward about 15 years, there was a delightful small olde worldy wine bar with excellent food in Llangollen where we’d often stop for a meal. One night we went early. Normally the place would be full, but so early did we go that there was only one other couple there…I had to do a double take…
…for it was THIS person and husband! In our small Welsh town! They’d moved there and had bought two of our very lovely hotels. There was no doubt about it. I’ll never forget the surprise, and I can only hope my southern upbringing kicked in and I remembered to close my mouth. As for surreptitiously staring, I think I managed my side eye pretty well.😏

I’ve been wanting to express my deep concern for medical workers, Dr.s nurses, you-name-it, being in the grocery store or other public place at the end of a work day, wearing scrubs they’ve worked in all day. Doesn’t it just make sense for people to change out of them before they leave the building? Just repulsed by the idea that their clothes are covered in who knows what, biology-wise. Bueller?

Matthew 21:34 “And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it.”
Acts 7:17-18 “But when the time of the promise drew nigh, which God had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt, till another king arose, which knew not Joseph.”
Daniel 7:23-28 “Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse (altered, changed) from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. The sum of the matter is, that the season of the fruits is drawing near; and the harvest-men are getting ready to go to work. The present age is coming to its finish; and God has put in place all the things to make known what kind everyone is; whether we are to be saved, or lost.

That which was commanded from the beginning, God is bringing to completion. The controversy of God and His Anointed with the nations is being pushed to a decision; and the LORD is the Judge, in the valley of decision.

From whence sprang the thorn and the thistle? It must be pulled up from the roots; and the whole ground cleansed and consecrated to the LORD. So they must be separated one from another, the good from the bad, and the bad from the good.
The enmity which God put between the serpent and the elect, between his seed and her Seed Christ; is the law which He has enacted from the beginning of the world; the same day He sowed the children of the kingdom in the world. And as the seasons have continued year by year, generation and generation; so shall the whole be completed as the Great Harvest season for the end of the world.
The wicked of the earth lust after power and control over all, so they can devour and destroy to the end. The Mystery of the Faith is in that, God giving all into their hands, for doing all that they have imagined against Him to do; will be to the everlasting breaking of the serpent’s head, and the salvation of the world. “Hitherto is the end of the matter;” is NOT the fourth kingdom of the times of the Gentiles; but the End of the Matter, is the coming of the Lord with all His holy myriads, and the everlasting kingdom of God over all the earth.
The LORD God has put the lights in the heavens for signs and for seasons; for days and months and years, set in eternity. But the signs are not directing us to no end! That which has been made an eternal bringing to remembrance, must eventually yield to the That to which it has continually pointed. That which is in part, and seen only obscurely, for as long as the time of this world has been; must come to its conclusion, just exactly as it has been shown in a pattern till now.
Isaiah 28:22 “Now therefore be you not mockers, lest your bands be made strong: for I have heard from the Lord GOD of hosts a consumption, even determined upon the whole earth. Whatever the wicked think they are going to find, and whatever they think they will accomplish; the end of our story is with the LORD for ever. The sickle is used to bring in the harvest; for bringing the good fruit into God’s barns. The end for us is not the being taken out of this world, but being gathered unto our Father in heaven, and our Beloved Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The sickle for us, is to life; but the sickle to the ungodly, is unto death, unfit for the Presence of God.
John 12:25 “He that loves his life shall lose it; and he that hates his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.”
John 5:24 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hears My word, and believes on Him that sent Me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”

There’s a method to the madness…and I have to move quickly to claim my spot.
My Irish Wolfhound slept with husband and I and we all just fit. But if he and I lay down first, there was always danger because he never bothered to look when he flopped down and that guy was HEAVY.
Sometimes sleeping arrangements between humans and larger dogs resemble a jigsaw puzzle.
No need for central heating. Just brace for impact when they decide to jump on the bed.

Good morning Treepers, one and all.
I think I’m done with sawing tree limbs and clearing brush from the yards around the house. Now I need to haul the stuff to the curb, stack it, and rake up the small stuff. Lots of shingles laying around in the back yard that need to be picked up and tossed in the trash. Neighbors on my street doing the same thing; looking a lot better around here.
I’m real happy with my little 14″ Remington brand chain saw; it did the job. Was careful when cutting larger tree limbs, but it worked. Running the extension cords out to the trees in the back yard was no big deal as long as I didn’t get tangled up in the brush and limbs laying around.
After cutting tree limbs, I took a short drive to a Shell gas station C-store to pick up some beer, chicken strips, and potato logs. Their cooler was full, and I mean full, of Bud-Lite and Budweiser regular beer. Apparently, Bud isn’t selling very well. Wonder why…./s. I’ve noticed the same thing in other stores.
I drove home with a 12 pack of Sam Adams ale, my favorite brew. Some left in the fridge for later.
No need to head to the gym for you! Watch your footing and don’t strain your back too much. You’re an inspiration.

I made little clearings around the places I was sawing so I wouldn’t trip over branches. I agree, it was a good thing to watch my footing when using that chain saw. Wore safety glasses and work boots (Ariat brand Workhog leather boots) when I was going at it. Kept an eye out for any loose branches that could fall on top of me. There’s a large tree that’s still leaning in the corner of the yard which I avoided.
I took my time but wanted to get it done before it started raining. I’d say that I got a fairly good workout in; the trip to the C-store for beer and munchies was my reward.
Roads are starting to open up; some are still blocked off. The devastation in Shawnee is unreal. It will probably be months before everything is cleaned up, repaired, and back to normal.
Dazed and amazed at the news about Tucker Carlson. Last night I watched the speech he gave at Heritage. Wow. He called it.

Do you think they’re all gonna just try to keep their noses clean; or are they also on the chopping block? None of them, except for possibly Maria B. is really so bold as Tucker Carlson; but I think some of them . . .well, maybe not.
I’m thinking Hannity and Maria Bartiromo are very nervous about job security (and paychecks); they’ll probably toe the party line at Faux News Channel. Who knows, Murdoch might decide to fire those two along with Jeanine Pirro.
I saw an article in msm news months ago that said there was a possibility that Hannity and Bartiromo might get the axe.
So, we’ll see. Tucker Carlson was the only one I watched on FNC, and that was not on a regular basis. In fact, I didn’t know for sure whether Pirro still worked for Faux News or went somewhere else. That’s how much I follow FNC.
Murdoch? He may be wealthy, but not immune to pressure from those above him in the globalist food chain. Murdoch caved. He’s afraid of somebody. Or something else.
I do believe that God has a sense of humor. Look at what happened to Don Lemon.

Better to slice the cord than the finger. It was only a small slice. Got rid of the hedge and the clippers!! Still have the scar on my finger, guess we all live and learn where not to put our fingers.

I remember learning about existential art, where the artists PLANNED the imminent destruction of their artwork. Unlike Leroy Neiman, I think it was, who painted on such cheap canvas that the first thing a museum did after buying his work was to lift the paint and replace the canvas beneath. (No memory of the description of how they did that.) But now I realize that the modern version of existential is coffee art. It takes amazing skill and yet it’s gone in minutes.

Peter exhorts his readers to show hospitality to one another without grumbling. There can be a cost to showing hospitality, in time, money, and patience! Yet the ability to give and help one another is a great blessing. The “without grumbling” part speaks of your attitude and inner character. Inviting someone into your home and being gracious about it is what the Lord smiles upon.
Not only are believers to show hospitality to one another but to strangers as well. Hebrews 13:2 says, “Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.” This implies that strangers in need around you can actually be angels.
In Matthew 25:31-46, Jesus describes a scene at the time of judgment. He reveals that those who are kind to others have been kind to Him and those who have ignored the needs of others have ignored Him. Seek God’s wisdom in giving to strangers so that you avoid supporting others’ bad habits, thievery, or inviting someone into your life who could harm you or your family.
Pray for discernment and balance as you show hospitality to others, first to those of faith and then to others who the Lord may put in your path. Ask God to help you have an attitude that pleases Him. Pray for church members to grow in the area of showing hospitality to one another and to all of those in need. Pray for wisdom for government officials in their dealings with policies concerning those who are needy.

They do have the top of the hour news from SRN which I could do without. Overall it is a good place to land if you want cut the TV cord.

Daily train loads of Abrams tanks and supporting equipment headed south to the port of Houston. Possibly just normal activities but I’ve watched these tracks for years and it’s unusual. Something’s up. Funny how they move them at night and barely caught at the break of dawn. One each morning for the last 3 days, each with 50 or so tanks. Load is mostly Abrams with various other equipment.

The logical question is then, is there other equipment on the trains? Bradley Fighting Vehicles, HUVS, trucks, radars, etc?

They deploy whole armored brigades for training at times here in the states, other than those units they also deploy overseas at times for joint exercises.
That is why I was asking about other vehicles on the train cars. They don’t just ship the tanks by rails for such exercises.
That was my thought too. We used to see the trains going into Barstow for the annual unit training at Fort Irwin. Always included other track and wheeled vehicles.
They rotate a brigade at a time to the NTA at Irwin. Every vehicle and troop taking part in the exercises are wired. They can replay everything and do to critique what was done.
BTW it was Patton that set up Ft. Irwin as a training area for the training of armored units. He had a pilots license and flew around the potential areas of his native state looking for the right area for such a facility. Then later as it’s first director, he would fly around to observe maneuvers.
I didn’t know that or I’ve forgotten. I’m sure my brother would have told me. He was a tanker in the 7th Cav, DMZ Korea and Patton was his hero.

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
