(Databases & machines are hacked & tracked in real time… showing who voted & didn’t vote; so fraudulent ballots could be printed & filled out for those who didn’t vote, which are then given to the NGOs to distribute to the ballot boxes. The last step of distribution was shown in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Dr. Frank says the ballot box stuffing is a symptom of the fraud. The real fraud took place in the machine. Then they have a variety of means of sweeping up all of these ballot envelopes they send out, requested or not.
And, in most cases in order to inject ballots into the count, they need the MAIL IN ENVELOPES, with voter Identifying info on it, to get past the first screen.
And, they need to suppress as many of OUR votes as they can, and inject as many fraudulent ballots in as they can, especially to overcome an opponent with a big lead.
Hence, “Swamp the vote” IS an important part of the strategy to counter the steal.
Voting as early as possible avoids the ballot in your name, the ballot size reset and probably the sharpie, as well.
SCOOPING UP ANY unsecured ballots, and NOT throwing them in the trash (where they can be recovered by dumpster divers and sold to harvesters) so as to deprive THEM of the vital mail in envelopes is something we ALL can do.
Valentines efforts need to continue, until the last envelope is processed, because any name his fractal teams get struck from the voter rolls, means an envelope that won’t get passed the initial envelope screening, and so won’t be counted.

Michael Moore is (to be kind) not rational. Brainwashed and delusional, or else inexplicably insightful about some things while completely ignorant about other things. Or maybe he is just desperately sucking up to Hollywood in a bid to regain relevancy.
