Apparently the HPUs (hydraulic power units) for the TVC (thrust vector control, the ‘steering wheel’, if you will) failed just prior to stage separation. The FTS (Flight Termination System) ended the flight when the supersonically tumbling full stack strayed out of the safe course envelope.

— surely this is a routine checklist done at a nearly clerical error. There should be someone who can explain why they are not there or who refused and why.

Courts, and sometimes Congress put people ‘under oath’ when they testify. Intent is to get them to tell the truth. And there are severe penalties for those caught lying. Well, not for Democrats that lie to Republicans.
The oaths of office were also intended to get people to behave honorably and obey the laws. But they have even fewer consequences in store for oath breakers.

I thought the consequences for lying under oath were much greater.
Just like being unruly in public is not as great as contempt of court, and warrants steeper punishments. Of course this requires prosecutors and judges who respect the constitution and the rule of law.

If this is true they probably did it to avoid treason charges would be my guess. They knew what they were doing equated to treason. So they purposely didn’t take the oaths so they could avoid the death penalty if they ever got found out.

Unlike the undercover fedbois, I don’t believe that ANYONE should be banned. I don’t believe there should be ANY censorship on speech in America. I don’t even believe that undercover fedbois like Dutchman should be banned. The answer to online psyops is not less speech, it is more honest speech.
A better solution would be to just give Dutchman and every other signature reduction operator an FBI badge for an avatar as soon as they expose themselves…make it easier for the newer people to identify the Ray Epps in their midst.

I sarcastically commented sure thing, there are constant examples of laptops with thousands of detailed and timestamped files that match perfectly to the whereabouts of the creator and participants, and thousands of naked photos including with underage relatives, why all zero previous examples proves that.

Also, I look for language and cadence that is indicative of lawyers, one class of humans highly educated in the art of influence and argument.
The poster here apparently casts a wider net, including those who work for the government and law enforcement; that’s smart. Those humans are also highly educated and talented in such matters. Witness the Covid operation as one recent example.
Everyone, to me, is anonymous here so I generally take what is offered, do my own due diligence, apply the appropriate skepticism, and move forward. Neither forums nor politics are a full time job.
Agree; same here, assuming we all come from the widest array of backgrounds and experiences and generally will get a gut feeling when reading various commenting styles. I do think the majority that comment here are like minded when it comes to fixing our nation, we just have a similarly wide array of approaches to it.

I’m not selling anything. I am a patriot that was targeted by the feds during operation Vigilant Eagle in 2010. I live with them up my azz constantly, so I do everything I can to make sure that I can interfere in their plans. But none did so with as much devastation to human life as was done by the SARS-CoV-2-WIV virus.
But we also know this was not a natural disaster, this disaster was man made.

In a recent interview, famed astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson was challenged on his scientific views about COVID-19 and he said “I’m only interested in consensus” – words that would have Nicholas Copernicus and Galileo Galilei rolling in their graves.
The appeal to “scientific consensus” is fraught with problems, just like “The science is settled” and “Trust the science” and other authoritarian tropes that have dominated the pandemic.
A widely accepted theory, such as the theory of evolution, depends on a consensus being reached among the scientific community, but it must be achieved without censorship or reprisal.
As Aaron Kheriaty, a fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, recently said:
“Science is an ongoing search for truth & such truth has little to do with consensus. Every major scientific advance involves challenges to a consensus. Those who defend scientific consensus rather than specific experimental findings are not defending science but partisanship.”
It’s not difficult to reach a scientific consensus when you squelch dissenting voices.

They are currently re-writing history for AP History courses. Most of these young kids will absorb this material as fact. Very few high school students are mentally mature enough to see through the lies in these text. Orwellian to say the least.

Out of that third, only half take the tests. If one doesn’t take and pass the tests, it can have no relevance toward getting into a college. Of those taking the AP US History test, only 48% pass. It’s not really “Orwellian” if a small minority are even participating in the process.
What this indicates is that this particular AP course isn’t very influential, even to the students who take the class. Out of the 15 million kids in high school, approximately 300k passed the APUSH test. Other AP subjects, especially engineering and language courses, have much higher test and pass rates, up into the 80% range.

Note that the authors restate what I pointed out in early 2021 and which was known and not brought forward in December of 2020 before any of the jabs went into arms — the spike protein, in the circulation, is directly dangerous. It was ridiculously false to suggest that this was “an acceptable risk” because we knew coronaviruses, including this one, only became viremic — that is, the virus got into the circulation — in severe and fatal cases and we also knew most Covid-19 cases were not severe and thus not viremic.
We thus knew before the jabs started that the jabs would inevitably expose you to a risk of serious (or even fatal) injury that most of the time an infection did not expose you to, and there was no way to give an injection while avoiding that as it happens to some degree each and every time you give someone an injection of anything.

I don’t trust this poll. IIRC, Sundance posted about GOPe leveraging wokeism to attain some of their real objectives and DeSantis has a congressional history of supporting cuts to medicare and SSN. Indeed, numerous state legislatures have already passed laws regarding trans issues and more are in process (NC has 2 bills that need to be reconciled)
As such, why federalize it? IMO, it’s all a head fake to “quietly” get to the financial cuts, again, impacting the most on the middle class.

Yes, one can find video of the Surgeon General outlining social distancing and avoiding groups of ten or more people and ‘if we all pitch in for 15 days, we can flatten the curve’, augmenting publicly the CDC guidelines put in place.
However, do we know what privately took place between members of the administration and state and local officials? We should remember that the federal government provides a lot of state and local funding and money is a big stick to use covertly to ‘persuade’ certain actions to occur.
