(Databases & machines are hacked & tracked in real time… showing who voted & didn’t vote; so fraudulent ballots could be printed & filled out for those who didn’t vote, which are then given to the NGOs to distribute to the ballot boxes. The last step of distribution was shown in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Dr. Frank says the ballot box stuffing is a symptom of the fraud. The real fraud took place in the machine. I have a sort of answer to your last question. I know a few gay people (I’m straight!) well enough to talk to about these issues. What I’m hearing from all of them is that there are no transgender people. They are claiming that “Trans” are gays who won’t come out of the closet. The reason “Johnny” is attracted to men isn’t because he’s gay. That’s disgusting! He’s attracted to men because he’s really a woman!
My take on it is that almost every (99.9999%) trans is a gay. I have a brother who had all the surgeries and now pretends to be a woman. He’s gay and has always been gay.

Chinese companies are able to “leverage China’s one billion internet users to test user preferences and optimize their AI models at home, then export the tech overseas,” The Wall Street Journal notes. But given censorship demands in China, American tech firms can’t reciprocate.
Driving the news: In the past 30 days, four of the top 10 most-downloaded apps in the U.S. across Apple’s iOS store and the Google Play store are owned by Chinese companies.
Consider my words the ravings of a mattoid. I think that the deep state has just pulled off an operation with the shooting and I hope that I am wrong. I think that the deep state has several geniuses in their ranks. Malevolent geniuses, but, geniuses all the same. There is a dark and terrible beauty in what they do and it is too tragic that they don’t use it for good. Future founders who attempt to form a more perfect union or future tyrants will study their actions and words, like we study the Sumerians, Hittites, and Romans, to build their governments.
If I was in their shoes then this is how I would pull it off. And, I would quickly add that they have probably done these techniques and then surpassed it with more sophisticated techniques, learning from previous shortcomings and mistakes. We have had the internet for more than twenty years. I would have ordered, back in the day, that all internet usage for each person be documented and preserved carefully. The storage capacity for that mission alone would be enormous and I am currently keeping an eye out for any articles along that line. Suppose that the internet usage for each person is stored. That is the database for this country and probably all others in the five eyes.
I would then study specific cases of serial killers. I would look for commonalities in their internet usage, specifically with pornography, violent images, and their words. My assumption is that they do have a commonalities or, more generally, categories in which their are commonalities of various types of serial killers. For example, jihadis and children from broken, abusive families would create, I conjecture, two distinct categories of killers in which there are different patterns of internet usage, ie, porn, violent images, etc. The former would have words and word order like “I” “want” “death” “for” “Allah” and the latter would have words and word orders like “I” “hate” “life” “meaninglessness”, etc. You get the idea.
There is a slew of mathematics to discern which internet footprints and internet footprints are associated with serial killers. Here is an example. Squids are found as stomach content of killer whales. This example was in my linear regression text book. Various aspects of the squids are measured, ie, length of tentacles, length and width of body, the length of the beak, size of the eye, and other physical aspects. The objective was to do a shotgun analysis using linear regression to discover which attribute predicted the chances of the squid to be eaten. It was discovered that the attribute which could be used to assign a probability of being eaten was the size of the beak. This makes sense because killer whales use sonar and the beak is the only hard part of the squid. That is the power of linear regression.
Linear regression is one of many, many tools to use for predictions. You can also use artificial intelligence using back propagation, evolutionary programming, etc. on the database to find the attributes which best predict a serial killer, that is, assign a probability to being a serial killer. We have many killers with which to trains our models. That was not a ding against us. All countries have serial murders.
Once the tools are trained and verified as predicting those who are most likely to be serial killers then one can assign an agent to talk to them over the internet to support their murderous slant on life and encourage them to do something about it.
That is more or less what I think is happening. Plus, these tools can be extended in many other ways. Who are likely to be powerful politicians? One can study the various personality types in great details. Really, the sky is limit. I suspect that these days are golden years for such top secret research. I bet this is what they talk about in the scif’s.
Oh, by the way, the database will have everything, not just internet usage per person. The database will also include cell phone information, that is, all calls, all texts, geolocation data, etc. If the geolocation data has people identified as being in church regularly then you know that they are not serial killers. Additional data will also be what is heard in the ambient, that is, ambient sounds. You can actually hear the people react negatively to a political ad on the radio while they are driving, etc.
The data that the deep state has on us allows them to build a crystal clear mental profile of all of us now and, addition to many other things, accurately predict serial murderers.
I can feel it in my soul that they are doing this. This is just too damn compelling for them not to do it.
