Wonderful. Completely healthy, active. I felt better than I had in my whole life.

I was extremely hesitant to get it, because of the rush implementation and lack of data regarding testing and efficacy.
When the Federal mandates were announced, and companies were allowed to require vaccination to retain employment, coupled with the extreme pressure I felt to keep my son and my mother safe, as they have severe medical issues, I went ahead. I got the doses in May/June of 2021.
Q: Have you had Covid before?
Yes. Even after I took the vaccine – I still got Covid, because it was not even effective.
Q: What was your reaction, symptoms, & timeline?
I have been battling every day with debilitating side effects after receiving the Moderna vaccine.
Almost immediately following, I noticed I was losing my vision. I had to undergo many tests by multiple hospitals and facilities. I was referred to numerous specialists. I underwent numerous MRI’s, spinal taps, blood testing, brain scans, angiograms and more. During these tests, I discovered I have deteriorating vision loss and now have to receive injections every four weeks. I have swelling in my brain. I have vascular leaking and swelling. I have bilateral hearing loss, which has diminished hearing in both ears. There are many other minor issues that I will not waste time mentioning, as I try to focus on fighting to keep my vision, hearing, and brain stable. My brain swelling is the most frightening, as there is no way to monitor that personally on a day-to-day basis. The constant headaches are difficult to manage.
I have to take at least 15 pills a day, just to attempt to keep things stable. I have to take more when I have flare-ups and have to fight to get things back under control. The vision in my right eye, which was my dominant eye, has almost been completely lost on multiple occasions. Thankfully my Retinologist has been able to fight the deterioration off as long as he has.
There is no help for people in my situation. There is no relief. There are no treatment options being provided. Many doctors I have spoken with do not know what to do with the reactions they are seeing.
My medical bills from May 2021 through December 05, 2022, totaled $83,289.58 (redacted photo attached for verification). That does not even include injections, surgery, follow-up appointments and prescriptions that I have yet to have this month and will continue to have going forward. I regularly travel to seven medical facilities in two states for these appointments, so the time off work and the travel expenses also add up quickly and tremendously.
If you have made it this far now, I can explain why I have created this. An attorney in the Washington DC area contacted me this morning and offered his services to take me as a client for $2,500 to expedite my counterclaims injury compensation claim and fight the impending rejection by the government. Most people do not know that you must file within a year of the countermeasure (shot), or you are entirely out of luck. I was proactive enough with my research to at least cover myself that way.
Once that claim can get approved or even responded to, only THEN can I move on to explore other remedies. The PATH Act states you must exhaust all administrative remedies first, so I genuinely need to gather these funds even to have a shot at future remedies or help.

Yes, I found restrictions in the libraries of private, for-profit colleges. But I lived near a state university, and checked out books from there since age 10. I just filled out the forms for inter-library loan using my Public library ID. You don’t have to go to libraries to get volumes sent to yours.

Again, NO! If the police have “so much evidence,” it should in fact narrow down the number of suspects to ONE!

My brother and I 40 years ago were one day discussing a movie, which we thought was ruined by one glaring plot flaw, a flaw easily corrected, but one which either escaped everyone involved or…worse, they knew of the flaw, but shrugged and ignored it.
Today, plot flaws abound everywhere! Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Edgar Allan Poe, et al. would laugh at the worse-than-amateur writing going on.

YES! One of my favorite things to do when watching any type of “whodunnit” is to look for any inconsistencies with reality in the plotline…quite often, an author/director messes up a small, but significant, detail simply because they don’t take the time to ask someone who knows about it before they include it in the story.
Case in point – in “The Pelican Brief” Julia Roberts finds a key to a Safe Deposit Box and pretends to be the wife of the box holder in order to retrieve the tape inside of it. But, as anyone who has worked in a bank knows, it doesn’t work like that and she would never have been allowed to get into the box. It’s a “minor” point in the movie but a “major” mistake on the part of whoever included it in the story. (Never read the book so I am not sure if Grisham wrote it like that or if that scene was put into the movie later, but either way, it rendered the whole story as unbelievable in my mind and ruined the movie!)
Those things negate the ‘suspension of disbelief’ which is what makes movies enjoyable.
Amen! That is an excellent example of nobody catching such a dumb scene before the filming begins, or at least during it!

The director, Howard Hawks, got his writers immediately involved and they couldn’t figure it out. Someone called the book’s author, Raymond Chandler, and he supposedly yelled something to the effect of, “Read the damn book!”, and hung up on them. The next day Chandler called back and admitted he had no idea.
Hawks left it as it was because, frankly, most people are trying so hard to follow the plot that they miss this.
In “Young Frankenstein”, not too many people are bothered by the Dr.Frankenstein-Monster song and dance recital scene where all the high society audience members, out of nowhere, are suddenly pelting the stage with rotten produce including heads of cabbage. Of course, in a comedy, it might be argued that this makes that scene even funnier?

However the colossal ineptitude of those experts was only eclipsed by their propensity for authoritarian impulses.
Many, including the puppet media and politicians, were solidly convinced that those they relied on, people like Anthony Fauci, Jerome Adams and Deborah Birx, were unquestionably correct in all of their assertions.
That belief was unbelievably misplaced, as they quickly demonstrated.

Speaking of drug cartels, in my line of business, it’s not unusual to see one person taking ten different medicines just to, for instance, control blood pressure. It’s quite the racket they got going there. Another one of my favorites is to see antiseizure meds given to patients just to lose weight. Their insurance rates skyrocket because they get classified as epileptic. The doctors don’t explain these things to patients, and the patients don’t ask nearly enough questions.

Two observations when picking up this morning’s “Wall Street Journal” from the driveway . . .
the big front page above the fold photo for the day: a protest against President Lopez-Obrador and the color they are using for that is pink.
The other thing, far right column headline is about the US Department of Energy investigating the origin of the “Covid-19” . . . we have been seeing news about the DOE looking into that but WHY the DOE? What does the DOE have to do with that? Like, WHY was Hillary as Secretary of State assuming the power to “approve or not” the Keystone Pipeline?
Shocked the C-vid story was above the fold in the WSJ…didn’t see any reference in my lefty paper.

The Court’s refusal to hear this case shields one of the most far-reaching government surveillance programs from meaningful judicial oversight.
It has allowed baseless claims of secrecy to prevail over the rule of law.
Did they publish the ruling or simply whisper it into the flowerpot?
Refusing to hear a case is not a ruling. It’s declining to rule at all. They don’t have to publish why, and in most instances they don’t.
The American People have no standing with this court (of cowards). Conservative court my azz. Emphasis on the “con” they have played on this country’s citizens. And we hope they will fix the election issues?

The senseless loss of my classmates to the conflict in Vietnam helped me become more religious and pacifist. The covid origin debate was basically a one question IQ test. If you actually believed that covid originated in a “wet market” right next door to a high security bio-lab that actually experimented on bat viruses as well as gain of function research then your IQ is certainly below 100.
It’s not really necessary to know how a disease originates to be able to devise treatments and ways to mitigate the undesirable effects. It’s more important to understand how it is transmitted, and the mechanisms of damage that progress inside a body after exposure. When COVID first hit the ERs in WA, nobody in clinical work was focusing on how it started, just on finding ways to keep the worst cases from dying. It took many centuries to understand the true origin of the Black Plague, but a variety of treatments and mitigation techniques were still developed that improved outcomes through trial and error.
