Every life insurance policy says if you take drugs not approved by the FDA, such as being a paid “volonteer” in a drug trial, and the drug kills you, your policy doesn’t pay off.
So, theyCAN avoid being bankrupted, by using this clause to avoid massive pay-outs.
But, if challenged BY families, in court it WOULD focus attention the authorities do not want, on the whole requiring people (“Mandating”) of an untested anf unapproved treatment.

Sorry Dutchman but this isn’t true. I’ve been in the life insurance industry for 25 years. There is a contestability clause for the first 2 years of any and all policies that gives the carrier the capability to investigate the claim. If you knowingly lie on an application about your health and you die in the first 2 years, they can investigate that. If they found you lied, they can deny the claim. After that 2 years, as long as you pay the premiums, if you die, your beneficiaries are paid…no matter the cause. They are not going to deny the claim over the shots, even in the first 2 years. There’s no fraud involved in that…the government was requiring it.
This very well could bankrupt several carriers. They work off an average of a 3% death rate. When that jumps up 40%, like with One America, that will cause problems down the road for the stability of the company. Interesting times ahead!
They don’t pay out, for suicides, even if it can be shown the person suicided as a result of a (mental) illness.
If the person signef up as a paid “volonteer” for a drug trial, and THAT is what killed them, the Insurance company pays?

This is a contract between the insured and the carrier that cannot be broken except for non-pay of the premium. If you want to go wingsuit flying and you’d never done it before…it pays! It’s a good thing they don’t exclude stupidity…they’d be richer than they already are! 😁 But, in the wingsuit flying scenario….had they been doing it for years and didn’t admit it on their application and they died in the first 2 years…that claim would be denied. There is a “do you do stupid stuff” question that includes wingsuit flying so they would have lied on the application. If death was after the 2 years, it pays.
Property and casualty policies are completely different. It would depend on the wording of the policy. Some carriers would pay out on your scenario. This 2 year contestability clause is on every single life policy and the contract works the same way with all carriers. They cannot go in and increase your premiums or cancel the policy for anything…it’s a legal binding contract. The only way it can be canceled is if the premiums cease to be paid. On term policies, this applied until the end of the term. If it’s whole life policy, it’s for the life of the policy.

It’s a good idea to be careful about data that’s presented without mentioning the sample size, whether or not it matches your suspicions.
This sort of report, which only mentions numbers of adverse events and deaths, without referring to the total number of people, is made to push an agenda, not inform people. Including the total number of people in the group that had the 501 patients with adverse reactions and the 16 patients who died is such a basic and important fact that any time you see data without this info, it’s either somebody trying to manipulate you or somebody who is incompetent at analyzing data.
I also read the link, to see if the info about total sample size was there, but it’s not. The link promotes the idea that these numbers of adverse effects and deaths are terrifying and scandalous, yet it doesn’t mention how many people were looked at in total. If this was out of 100K people in total, the numbers would be horrible. If this was out of a billion people, the numbers would actually be good news about how rare such reactions were.
I tried looking up how many people were vaccinated during the first 90 days of the rollout in the UK–that number seems to be around 32 million people. However, I don’t know how many of these were the Pfizer vax and how many were made by other companies. I’m sure that data is out there if anyone wants to take the time to look it up. It may confirm that this is alarming or it may actually turn out to show that this really isn’t anything out of the ordinary when looking at such a large number of people over a 90-day period. I don’t know and I’m not claiming to know. Either way, for the people at the link to present this data in this way is unfortunate and doesn’t help matters.
Nobody can tell anything from data without a sample size–we already know adverse effects and deaths can occur, but the big question is how often and whether the likelihood is higher than we’ve been led to believe and high enough to really be worrisome. I’m not saying that’s not the case, but you just can’t tell from this… it’s like trying to figure out whether somebody is good at shooting free throws in basketball by only knowing they made 8 free throws. How many did they shoot? If they only shot 9, they’re good. If they shot 20, not so good.
Using utter jabberwockies, the fed-centric daily news flush is scaremongering with no regard to the truth.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, MAGA is concentrating on America First’s business at the state / local levels.

This will shift the balance from “purple” RINO to full-blown leftist activist. The conservative opponent is a loser from a few years ago for the same position and will lose this time by 20% or more.
The state of Wisconsin is slowing moving back to the hard-left with the court and all state-wide offices now under the control of the left. The state senate and the house will be next and likely flip quickly. Please don’t crow about Ron Johnson just getting reelected. It is the Joe Hoft Radio Show, and while the main guest is a newly married Garland Favorito of Georgia, there are about 15 minutes in front of that where Joe talks, then has another guest on who goes over the Ukraine, Soros, Biden… fiascos.
