My husband started in the adhesive business in 1980 in South Florida, his customers included Tropicana, all the farmers and packing houses, Bertram Yacht, Lou Taylor bags , Firence Shoes and I could keep going on and on. The citrus industry had over 40 packing houses it is down to about 10. Most of these businesses closed and were sent overseas. Tropicana gets most of their oranges from other countries. The American people just don’t get it.

The US Constitution has been changed (Amended) 27 times already. Amendments are the proper way to “update” the Constitution. Unless you and “Cjzak” are against Amendments than it would seem that you both agree the Constitution needs to be updated from time to time.

Am I the only one that find public school’s curriculum in January and February appear to be dedicated mostly to one type of history study..
Not only is January taken up in most schools with MLK and the blacks that were instrumental in the past & currently with the Black Civil RIghts movements. Then comes February/Black History Month with even more study of blacks and their contributions to the world & America.
In the last few decades I’ve seem more & more K-6 schools dedicate almost all of January & February to Black Studies with a bit of American Presidential studies thrown in.
Bet if one went out & asked kids 7 to 10 why today is a holiday, along with which presidents were born this month, many would not even be able to tell you.
He keeps hinting for us to rise up….but it falls on deaf/dumb ears…..He can’t say outright would be charged with insurrection.

Recognizing The War Is Lost The ‘West’ Seeks An Exit:
U.S. President Joe Biden is in Kiev today to rescue his lunatic project of destroying Russia by proxy war. But there is no good way to do that.
A review of ‘western’ media shows that the inevitable outcome of the war is now recognized. The only still open alternatives are to risk a large nuclear war or to retreat from ‘western’ dreams of its permanent hegemony.
Few ‘western’ officials will admit that the war is lost, that Russia has won in Ukraine. But it has. It had won the war when it successfully trapped the Ukrainian army into a war of attrition.
