Prosecution is a sideshow to me. Exposure is the real value in this venture. Exposure will be plenty difficult given the monumental ignorance of the crowd that finds info via social media and believes google gives them the ability to find information.
main stream media can effectively blackhole ANY AND ALL public facing evidence, as they have successfully in the past, present, and presumably into the future.
however, a very real criminal trial (dozens, hundreds?) cannot be so easily blackholed.

it serves justice for very real crimes, committed by very real criminals
this establishes A RENEWED anchor to the fundamental principle that USG and it’s officials cannot use their powers unlawfully to influence an election, unlawfully abuse their powers to persecute political enemies.
it also provides a serious consequence of deterence.
prosecutions to the very core of the DOJ and FBI, DOD, Homeland security, state department and former occupants of the white house and their knuckle dragging dung chunkers. This cannot be understated. This presents a visible and loud and clear alarm that ALL PARTY ZEALOTS need to heed: You cross the line and break the law, no matter what your political idealogue IS, you will be brought to justice.
This is why I believe prosecuting is absolutely necessary and critical.
I also, like you, believe that public sunlight must happen, but again, unless you are going to alt news sources of integrity, you are not getting these fact based stories of corruption.
In order to change the hearts of minds of millions of Americans over these criminal activities, they need to hear them, and they need to see these criminals charged and convicted. Only then, will the paradigm change in the voting electorate.

The social media companies are protected assets of the intelligence community, and the employees know they are immune from criminal charges. None will be charged with any crime. And to believe so is wishful thinking.
while I agree that non governmental companies/entities are not forbidden to censor and violation 1st amendment protections, it is clear that the USG was intimately involved and did DIRECT censorship against citizens of the United States.
I can “live with” non-USG companies not being prosecuted criminally and I would even defend against anyone even thinking about holding non-USG companies to discriminate and even censor as they see fit. It’s a free country. I want the ability and the power to discriminate as I SEE FIT on my business. I am NOT THE USG. So, I am less inclined to measure out any radical changes to law and prosecution (criminally) of non-USG companies.
The focus should be on USG agencies, specific individuals who directed these efforts, which can be argued as a criminal violations. Proving this, seems as easy as using the congressional record of testimonies and depositions, as well as the twitter files.
The only way to prevent this from happening again is to hold those to account who violated the law and make the penalty a severe warning shot for deterence against the misconduct. Real Jail time, stripped of federal employment, ineligibility to hold any federal work or contract and seat of office.
There should also be a higher penalty toward ATTORNEYS, who would have an aggravating charge because they should KNOW the basic 1st amendment delimits on USG to censor.
There should also he a higher penalty towards THOSE WHO HAD PRINCIPAL POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY who acted to design, conspire and to violate these protections. For instance, Directors, attorney generals, field office supervisors, counter intel chiefs, agency secretaries and deputies.
the aggravating charges must be measured out to those who were in the position of authority to stop these unlawful actions, but whom did not and instead promoted them, funded them, and resourced these crimes.

I’ll raise you: even IF these mandates can be proven effective (bear with me), the USG should never be in the position of power EVER to direct health decisions and manipulate media (and pay for that influence). At issue is not really the power of the law that provides a President to issue Emergency Orders. What is really at issue is the power to DEMAND “shall”…”must”…etc. These particular details about declaring emergency orders wrt health decisions should not be a domain that the USG should ever be permitted to engage. Soft efforts to persuade are OKAY in my book. Laying out consequences for disobedience to mandates and then enforcing those mandates and consequences is a bridge too far.

I am guessing we all are experts on everything COVID shots, CDC, FDA, mask. But we post every article discussing said subjects and info we already know backwards and forwards. I am a teacher. Kids play with the masks. They slide them up and down. Drop them on the floor. Step on them. Put them back on. Their hands are constantly on their faces. This is middle school — not preschool.

I had an entire year of middle school students that I currently don’t recognize when they seek me out “maskless” this year. I never saw their faces the year that I taught them.
This is child abuse.
I suspect most teachers would not have complied with mask mandates because of exactly what you said. I also suspect that good/great teachers would not comply with many directives that come from school administrators because they are counterproductive to teaching and learning.
But teachers have to comply to keep their jobs. I certainly do not know, but it must be hard for the really good teachers to stay motivated when they are told to do things that makes teaching and learning less effective.

Our Free Will, therefore, reflects the obvious desire of Divinity that creation is not a foreordained puppet show. In today’s world, Free Will has been under attack as an illusion (e.g. B. F. Skinner’s theories, Benjamin Libet’s theories, et al.) or as a predetermined, genetic activity in the brain.
The contradiction in such things is obvious (but apparently not to the scientists involved), i.e. a scientist denying free will must therefore have been conditioned or pre-programmed to issue a denial of the idea, but if free will does not exist, how could the idea of free will arise to necessitate a denial that it exists?
Such contradictions were pointed out in the 1970’s against B.F. Skinner, but the faddish cult of Psychology would not listen.
Today we see governments and our entire civilization attacking Freedom as something increasingly in need of limitations, either to “protect” it or to ensure “fairness.” Note the Orwellian DoubleThink in limiting Freedom of Speech in order to protect it.
Since our freedom comes from God, it would seem that any attack on Freedom is also an attack on God, Who obviously does not want puppets in His universe, but desires that Love, freely given, freely willed by free creatures, be exercised.

Have a closer look at Türeci’s slide, which tells a very different story than that which the CDC has been telling Americans for the last two years.
Far from “staying in the arm” and entering the muscle cells at the injection site, the injection site is only the point of departure for a journey that is supposed to take the mRNA rather to the lymph nodes. The subtitle of the slide is “Bringing mRNA to the right cells at the right places.” The deltoid is not the right place; the lymph nodes are.

That’s because sooner or later the Establishment ALWAYS oversteps boundaries and veers into totalitarianism.
I haven’t voted for any lib/dem since Jimmy Carter but if/when the cons. seize back control of the Establishment, I’ll slowly but surely cross over to the other side.
