Today is 2/9/23, the House of Representatives have been led by Kevin McCarthy since 1/6/23.
To all members of the House of Representatives, what day were the illegally held “1/6 prisoners” released?
That is not a rhetorical question.
The new House of Representatives need to either get the 1/6 prisoners out of jail or get Kevin McCarthy out of the leadership.
He was complicit in illegally putting the American citizens into jail, and he will not take the action to release them.

Let’s get to the punchline: Fauci had every reason to believe Covid, being a beta coronavirus, could not be controlled by vaccination. He knew why too; it was not, by any stretch of the imagination, expected to work. To the contrary he never expected it to work.
As such he knew that that the CDC’s and Biden’s statements that you won’t get Covid if you get vaccinated were almost-certainly false and yet he said nothing. The CDC knew everything he did so all the CDC’s statements were intentionally false and fraudulent.
Let’s go through it, because while the other folks who have written on this have made hay about it I want to highlight the actual reasons that he knew, which are laid out in this paper.

I fear that the Well trained doctors are a thing of the past .Mine who was 80 just retired….I hated to see him go. The new one hasn’t put a hand on me in 3 years. In retrospect I should be grateful. Now they just try and entice you to take this test or that ….I will not aid them in trying to find something wrong. Doctors use to be hands on.
Forgot to say my beautiful M-I-L died in hospital as well from COPD….There for a month and it was obvious that they were to let her die or were told treatments were not for someone her age…85….she was a vibrant person otherwise. Caught pneumonia while there then blood poisoning. She laid there until her muscles wasted away. I remember when her COPD doctor came in to check on her she boasted and boasted what a good doctor he was (her nature). He visible hung his head as in shame and said I don’t know about that. I wondered if he had known he did not do all that could be done. As in wasn’t allowed to.

there are no individual doctor practices in my community.
In order to receive hospital privileges in our local hospital
a doctor must be part of a large group where bean counters
are running the show.
At my age LOL I have a few doctors. I believe in having
doctors that specialize in whatever medical condition I have.
For instance my thyroid doctor only treats patients with
thyroid issues. She is in her own individual practice.
I find that one gets more time and better care. I have
to drive 30 minutes to see her but I don’t mind.
The other issue is that prescription drug insurance for
medicare will mostly cover generic drugs. And there are
many drugs they will not pay for. I always call and ask
BCBS what meds they will pay for when they deny
coverage for a prescription. And have your doctor
send them a letter to request an exemption so they
will pay for whatever med works for you. A warning,
though, they want you to first try a few and then
your doctor will write a letter saying it gives you
headaches, bathroom issues, etc. before they even
consider it.
My advice is to not put off surgeries for hip or knee
replacement, etc. I have a friend who is 82 and
is in excellent health and takes no medicine.
Not an ounce of fat on her (I am so jealous lol)
However, she has a bad knee that needs replacement.
The doctor group she is with turned down her operation
because of her age and blamed it on the insurance company.
That wouldn’t surprise me.
My other advice and I am not a doctor LOL is to choose
plan F (Plan F may have been retired but there is a replacement
plan) with your medicare supplement. I don’t need
a doctor’s referral. And I pay no copays. it costs a little
bit more, but is well worth it in the long run.

That video encounter was too personal to O’Keefe. He should have sent someone else to be the “journalist ” on the matter.
It is easy to armchair quarterback, but the fact is, there was some personal animosity that showed they got under his skin – and even if he didn’t go over the edge legally, he gave the other side something to work with.
Undoubtedly, attorneys are involved and issuing lots of advice and we don’t know what we don’t know, so best course is to reserve judgment.

So… motion to suppress, but as we’ve seen via Trump’s Mar-a-Lago case, that seems to work well only in court as a defense against criminal charges and not if no criminal charges are filed. Which means that if no criminal charges ever are filed, the invasion of privacy and other damages (being without one’s property for a time, court costs and attorneys’ fees, reputational damage, e.g.) from an illegal search or search warrant just goes unaddressed, even if the ostensible criminal investigation need for the search was only a specious pretext to harass someone for political purposes and/or to gather private non-criminal information for other uses. So much for the Fourth Amendment.

Content creators on Youtube have been fighting Alphabet for years, even those who toe the party line but aren’t ‘corporate’. Youtube arbitrarily and selectively censoring PV or even deleting their whole channel wouldn’t surprise me in the least. They’ve done plenty of it over the years.

Amjean, I wanted to provide you a bit more explanation, so below is a link that goes over some of MTG’s uncharacteristic behavior during and immediately following the Speaker race with video clips included. (not sure if you’ll see this as it is a late response, but posting just in case)
During that week, MTG uncharacteristically and repeatedly smeared the heroic 20’s motives in front of the media. Worse, after McCarthy won, she ought to have just moved on to focus on hearings. Instead she made the rounds of media and continued to continue to smear the 20’s character and motives.
And she flat out lied on air saying that the 20 achieved nothing from the 15 rounds except a slight change in the number of people needed to call a vote of no confidence. That the week was just theatrics with no results to show for it. Which was a flat out lie.
Due to the pressure of the 15 rounds, McCarthy bit by bit bowed to a large number of MAGA demanded changes to the House Rules — as a result a three page addendum was added to the House Rules providing the MAGA wing of the House the leverage and internal procedural power to oppose the Left and bring forward MAGA priorities.
The icing on the cake –MTG was asked on air whether she agreed that Biden is in the president. She laughed and said that was a silly question, “Of course he is the president.” No mention of election integrity concerns of the base.
Hope she heals her rift with the 20 and her actions and words return to the MTG I have so appreciated. Anyway, here is a good overview on Rumble that includes clips of some of the on-air behavior I mentioned.

We have some really great folks on that committee who did a great job today, especially when calling out the supercilious lobbyist on his Pfizer and Google ties. Several made reference to this being a 2 year long haul. They understand what they are up against and how long it will take to go through the litigation battles, probably up to SCOTUS given a very partisan DC bench.
I don’t know what is going on with project Veritas. Some think it is a hostile takeover.
I guarantee, though, if they oust James O’Keefe….he will likely tell the story about who was behind it and why.
He would likely start over and build a new organization also.

When myorkass couldn’t “process” the Invaders fast enough because of the limitations of available “judges” to hear and then decide if the Invaders claim was credible before turning them loose into our country.
Myorkass simply rewrote America’s immigration laws and just”redirected” the judge’s authority to the NGO’s that helped facilitate the Invasion and help the Invaders file their request for asylum.
So, unbelievably the folks facilitating the invasion now get to decide if the Invaders they facilitated qualify.
IMHO, Mayorkas wants the United States to fail. He was born in Cuba. His father was born in Cuba. His mother is Romanian but google will not give her place of birth.
This is one thing wrong with our country. We have too many foreigners in powerful places who have no loyalty to the U. S. This seemingly began with Obama. Because he got away with it, he managed to appoint other foreigners to places in government where they don’t belong.
The po-tat-to has followed up by appointing all sorts of foreigners to powerful spots using many of those originally appointed by obama. These people do not belong in the U.S. government, in positions of power, in congress.
No wonder they don’t represent us anymore. JMHO.
