Court Slaps Down California’s Attempt To Muzzle Doctors Who Dissent From Covid Groupthink
A federal judge halted California’s attempt to censor doctors when, last Wednesday, the court enjoined the state statute that banned medical professionals from spreading purported “misinformation” or “disinformation” to their patients about Covid-19. The decision represents the latest victory against the authoritarian edicts that quickly followed the outbreak of the pandemic three years ago but continue to this day.
In August of 2022, California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed into law Assembly Bill 2098 (AB 2098), adding a new provision to California’s extensive regulations governing the professional and ethical conduct of physicians — regulations that ban practices ranging from human cloning to performing a pelvic exam on an unconscious or anesthetized female patient without her knowledge or consent.

It was a brilliant move that one of the physicians listed herself as a defendant, not as a physician but as a patient. Because patients are what really should be the topic of conversation here. Patients are entitled to know that the advice which they are receiving from their doctors is not clouded by fear of reprisal. Only with this can they make “informed consent.” The State of California desired to take away that concept of “consent” altogether: you must be injected with whatever Pfizer gives you, even if it kills you at the age of nineteen.

There is an option with Medicare where patients can opt out of patient medical information sharing with your primary physician. In other words. if you opt out of this program, if you visit an ER, that medical info will not be shared with your primary.
However, you must call Medicare to opt out, otherwise you are automatically included in the info sharing program with your primary.
The office staff always looks surprised when I refuse to open a patient portal and I withhold my consent to share medical information on all the paperwork. I do this as a matter of principle. I guess that most other patients, like those who dutifully took their poison death shots, will regularly sign away their confidentiality at the drop of a hat!
They passed more than 700 laws last year. We thousand of laws on the books and nobody knows WTH they are. One example is if you get hurt out of state and saw a doctor in a different state, then, when you come back to CA you cannot see another doctor in CA for 90 DAYS!
Although I don’t live in CA, this is why I will never trust another doctor anywhere ever.

I just cringe when I see stories like this. Even when Covid first hit our country, it was pretty much known that the primary people at risk from the virus was older people (65+) and mostly those with weakened immune systems, and people that were over weight had diabetes, etc.
Younger people <65 that were healthy were at minimum risk for having severe effects. Kids in the K-12 age group had virtually no risk.
we had no knowledge of the short term or long term of the effects on humans from the so called vaccine.
It made no sense to require people to get injected to keep their job or go to school.
This is an example total Government Controlled Medicine which the left wants for us. We have no choice, but to do what government requires.
I keep wondering why. It may have been all about money and enriching the pharmaceutical companies, but I think it’s more than that. Possibly population reduction, short term and long term. Possibly a test to see how people will react to total government control of our lives. Maybe all of above.

I wouldn’t go so far to say Covid was a complete lie. Covid is a real disease and a lot of older people did die who had Covid. Yes, many of those who died had other problems and were older, but it definitely contributed to the death of those people. Think of all the people in New York nursing homes who died and who would have lived a few more years to enjoy family and friends. The older I get the more I appreciate a few more months or years.
I had a friend who died of Covid and Covid affected her heart and lungs enough that she was hospitalized. I will always believe that the treatments given by the hospital were as bad as what she had: respirator and Remdesevir. That if she had had access to Ivermectin, she might not have had Covid serious enough to require hospitalization.
The hospitals were paid a lot of money to put people on ventilators, and give them remdesevir (run death is near). At the same time they had to deny other treatments. Hospitals were paid to maintain the CDC protocol which murdered countless people.
Don’t forget the governors of New York, New Jersey, and California sent Covid infected patients back to nursing homes and murdered those old people too. Nobody would go visit their grandparent when they were sick with the flu, this was intentional murder to add to the deaths from Covid. Nobody’s that stupid to do this accidentally.

Treatment was withheld at the early stages of illness. Who does that? For one year, with nothing else available, doctors were vilified for saving their patients using safe, off label medications.

I would venture to say your friend didnt “die of COVID”, she died due to malpractice that was the standard of care across the country and THAT is what people died of.

He went into the hospital, put him on a respirator, and he died. The family begged for Ivermectin, were told they could not give it to him. Today, that same hospital is giving Ivermectin for Covid. Actually I’m not sure it was a lie. It may have just been a new flu virus-the 2020/2021/2022 version. Whatever it was, people did get sick from it and some died because of their special circumstances.

With the Democrat Party —I did not sign up for woke child abuse, global-corporate tyranny, and batshit insanity. The corruption of the Clintons and Obamas was frightening.
The Democrat Party evolved into an insane gobbledygook of Marxist terrorists.
Yet, Cheney, the Bushes, etc. with ties to Intelligence and the military industrial complex certainly weren’t the answer. The betrayal of Romney, McCain, Ryan, etc. was as bad as the communists in the other party.
The realization that neither party (the Uni-folks) represents most of the people in this country is both terrifying and exhausting. I don’t see any path forward without Donald Trump in the Whitehouse.

I was in college in the late 1970’s and I was for free speech, equal rights, and against stupid wars. Yet, I voted republican until Clinton came along. After voting for Bill Clinton for his first win, I returned to voting straight RINO (I did not know they were uniparty). Then PDJT came along and I will vote MAGA.

MAGA’s main duties lie with the state and local entities…….. those entities control “everything election related”….. paper ballots vs computer, voter rolls, election laws, hiring election workers, limiting mail in ballots to only the real needy, voting day not week or month, etc.

If you care to tune into the transponder frequencies, you will usually find that there are about a half-dozen weather balloons in the stratosphere at any one time. Since the data stream format is public, you can actually download it and read it.

They should easily be able to determine if it has a transponder, and if so, what data it is transmitting. The data stream formats are all public. If you are so inclined, you can tune in to them yourself.
