Has anyone been following the lawsuit against congress members filed by Raland J. Brunson? It has made it to SCOTUS, Docket #22-380.
Jan 6th 2023 is the date set by SCOTUS to vote on whether or not to move forward on giving it a hearing. Very interesting story on how the lawsuit made it this far.

Have you ever heard of a Federal Court ruling that an illegal immigrant, criminal, Black, Hispanic, Muslim, Gay or Transgender didn’t have legal “STANDING” to file a lawsuit no matter how ridiculous the lawsuit was???

I read it, very interesting. Robert Barnes commented on it last night. He thought it had “zero” chance of being taken up by the SCOTUS. He did give them credit for getting it this far. Robert is usually pretty accurate with his predictions, though I hope he is wrong here. Based on recent SCOTUS behavior I find it unlikely that it moves forward. We’ll see…
The Supreme Court agreed to hear this under an emergency rule and then when the federal appeals court responded, the Supreme Court past again to see the case. They are going to vote on this and while the probability is not high possibility is amazing. It’s very clear the members of Congress broke the law when 100 members of Congress filed a claim voter fraud and the rest of them voted not to investigate breaking their constitutional oath.

I discovered this video on the treehouse and have been following it. Not much update but the possibilities are amazing. January 6 will be a very big day as the US Supreme Court went along with us when they could have walked away. Everyone should watch the video and pray.

That oath has been broken more times than anyone could count so far. The supreme doesn’t seem to really give a rats hind end about the actual laws; any more than the supposed elected officials do. They all lie and ignore their oaths these days and nobody even mentions it (at least not out loud).

IIRC, there is ANOTHER case pending, that could also be quite substantial.
It is asking the SCOTUS whether the Constitution means what it SAYS, when it says it is up to STATE LEGISLATURES to detirmine the manner of elections.
Specifically, can Courts overrule Legislatures on districting (thats the issue before the court) but it also addresses ANY intervention by the courts, which overules the legislature.

I don’t know how many people know about terminator seeds. It is a long story with a lot of repercussions.
Basically, all planted crops cannot be harvested and replanted from the harvested seeds from the crop planted. You have to buy new seeds from Monsanto or whomever.
That is the reason for the push by preppers to get heritage seeds.
My husband has been a prepper for 40 years.
Our close friend does big business in heirloom seeds.
We have heritage/heirloom seeds.
I buy a LOT of heirloom seeds each year, many different varieties, vacuum seal them in mylar and store them in refrigerator. 🙂 Don’t trust Big Ag at all.
I’m a gardner and a seed saver. I buy only heirloom seeds and keep them ziplocked in the freezer. Last summer, I planted pepper seeds from 2015 and surprisingly, they all came up.
I ordered a bag of heirloom seeds last year (over a year probably) and kept them in their original storage bag, in a closet.

The Round-Up ready seeds are patented. So, even though these seeds will reproduce, you can’t save them. Monsanto spank. Don’t know how they would know you are doing this, but that is what I was told.

I imagine there are bigger but the tricky part is private ownership. Back when I was servicing ag, one large customer, Jim Boswell, had over 100,000 acres in crops. Another large customer, Simplot, was around that too but I’m not sure that was a single family at that point. Also, there are far larger ranch holdings but that’s not land under cultivation.

One family in your linked article, the Resnicks, I don’t know much about them but they run a top drawer pomegranate processing/juice business, Pom Wonderful. I learned about natural gas powered fuel cells to produce electricity from their operation.

It may not have anything to do with the “green,” or farmland, beauty, wildlife, etc.
It means wherever green is missing is because the areas have been developed for dense human living: high rises, apartments, subways, asphalt, etc.

The current course of action would be to do everything they can to make sure their states are won by anybody but DeSantis in the 2024 primaries. It’s not enough to be just pro-Trump, it’s also now necessary to be #NeverDeSantis.
But, in order to DO that, you need to be a REGISTERED REPUBLICAN, so that you can vote in your Republican State and County conventions, not for CANDIDATES (for Public Office) but for your State party leaders;

These people, along with the precinct captains, are the ones that detrimine which candidates the State party will endorse, and a Candidate MUST HAVE that endorsement, to have their name, on the ballot, followed by (R).
They also pick the delegation that will go to the National Convention, and vote for the nominee for POTUS.
Of coarse, if you have registered as “not affiliated with any political party” which many call “Independant” you can not do ANY of that, and so have little voice in detirmining DeSantis or Trump, in 2024.

A question like “was this tested on pregnant women?” What were the reasons for each of the subjects to decide to drop out?” “Where is your test for transmission elimination?” As I recall, the real experts discovered numerous holes in the testing data submitted and appears to not have been reviewed by the elitist experts at the FDA and CDC, unless they are as inexperienced as all of us lay people.
PDJT wanted the vaccines to be a success so that the country could open back up 100%. The rollout of the vaccines is where the mistreatment of the public occurred. The fear porn was stoked to a fever pitch all during election season. The fear porn was during Trump but the rollout of the vaccine itself was under Biden who bears the responsibility for mandates, people losing their jobs, etc. Trump neither controlled or had any influence over that debacle.
My only wish is that he would admit we have all been taken for a ride by people who lied and continued to lie and that the vaccine is now nothing more than a weaponized money grab.

I’m going to pose something that is controversial. Since none of us can know, I ask, what if it is God’s will to control our population via lab created viruses and vaccines that kill and sterilize significant numbers of the human population? If God is all seeing and all knowing as we believe, then what if God sees into the future and understands that unchecked population growth will ultimately lead to the demise of man? There are only so many fish in the sea, and so much capacity for growing food, etc.
One could extrapolate from this that the great wars we have experienced were also God’s will, for the same reasons. The bible is full of stories of God taking sides in wars and battles, so this is not unprecedented. It would also explain why God has not intervened to prevent or stop these calamities.
None of us knows for sure, so all we can do is to speculate.
I will probably be flamed repeatedly for saying this, maybe even become a pariah, but these thoughts run through my mind on occasion.

Ever hear of tough love? If you love your cattle but some of them develop anthrax or mad cow disease, wouldn’t you cull them?
Sooooo…about 1% of the population commits about 60% of the violent crimes
Should we cull them?
Set them free on personal recognizance bonds over and over and over?
Or should we eliminate them?
1% of the population being fudge or minus about 30,000 individuals…if those bad actors were removed from society…i.e. Executed…the crime rate would drop to almost nil…
Should we as a society do that?
Take away the murder stats for three or four urban areas and the USA becomes one of the safest nations in the world….

I cannot fathom what God does or why. Evil does walk among us. The Old Testament contains many lessons of both God’s grace and his wrath. God even sent a great flood which took the lives of all on earth because they refused God’s law and chose a life of sin.
If there is something akin to what you call a cull, I do not believe it is passed down as to who will live or die on this earth, because we all will face death. If there is any cull, it lies in who will live forever in heaven. We all have the choice to make. I do believe there is great evil at work now and many have chosen that master.
Yet, God has given us the answer. Everything changed when he sent his Son to die so that our sins might be forgiven. Not for some of us but any one of us who believes .

Interesting question, indeed.
A complex issue, so here is only one facet (of many) to consider: this question seems parallel to me of another often asked about why God allows evil in the world.
Of course, God does not “allow” evil but expects humanity to stand up against it by exercising our free will, choosing to do so. This includes those who are propagaing the evil upon other humans.
By setting the standard for what is right and good, the opposite is automatically created. God says the right and good are life, the opposite will be death. Choose life, choose it abundantly.
We can see some are agreeing with the evil and death while others are standing up against it for life. I expect that God will enable us to overcome this evil when we join together in unity with His help.
Another facet for your question:
Looking at historic population tables might shed light on whether God needs to intervene in population control? With civil stability, does growth slow and when there is natural devastation or war, growth increases? Of course the introdution of birth control is another factor. I would ask if humans are more self-regulating than “experts” declare us to be and that it might not actually be an issue for God Himself to handle?

Birth control is mostly available to the more wealthy and successful nations, so that will eventually lead to an imbalance in demographics. Instead of the strong surviving, the opposite occurs.
I highly recommend seeing the movie Idiocracy. Although it is a comedy, to me it seems like a prophecy.
I think the heart of your question lodged in the notion of scarcity.
As a factual matter, there is no real evidence the world is overpopulated or that the level of population exceeds the level of available resources. There is plenty of food in this world to feed every hungry mouth. Yet the WEF is intentionally creating starvation conditions. That is not Godly. That is evil.
Most evil human behavior is driven by two things: a desire to hoard/control wealth, and a fear of scarcity. Soros wants to be one of a very few people who will together own every resource. Mobs go rampaging through stores shoving children aside to get the one TV priced at 50 bucks because of artificially created scarcity. Scarcity can be as much an illusion as reality.
Jesus directs us to store up treasures in heaven, not on earth. Jesus tells us to rely on God for provisions. With those two commands, probably 80 percent of humanity’s evil could be erased if only we could follow them.
God allows evil rulers to arise when we turn from Him. He leaves us to suffer the consequences of our own depravity. As I see it, the gain of function and the death jab are exactly that. God turning His face from our land because we turned our faces away from Him.
God promised Israel that if the people repented and turned back, God would heal their land. If we, too, turn back and repent, and pray for divine intervention, maybe He will do the same for us.
Not a bible scholar, but Matthew 24 speaks of a great tribulation as never was before and never will be again.
Verse 22: And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.
My simple mind understands that to mean at some point there will be a mass die off. How or why, it does not say.
The bible speaks of tens of thousands of people being killed in battle in one day on a number of occasions.
What was the population density of the world and how was it supported with no mechanized implements?
IIRC, in the battle of Antietam, 25,000 men were killed on the first day, and over 100,000 total. Gettysburg was worse but I don’t remember the numbers.
I believe the end is near and we have no say in how it happens. The depravity is overwhelming.
