If PTrump is the nominee, he has my vote with no questions. I support him until he gives me a seriously bad reason not to and then I still will vote for him over any Dem running.

Re: Vitamin D blood test, a patient can simply request it and the PCP will order it. Sometimes the cost is covered, sometimes not. Runs about 95 bucks.
One can also just go to a walk-in lab and get the test.

It can’t hurt to know your level. Mine was low a few years ago because I am in my 70s and because it was winter, my back was bad so I hadn’t been going out for a daily walk to get some sunshine.

Wisconsin winters don’t give you enough vitamin D due to the length of days and angle of the sun. Supplements are what you need in winter but when the days lengthen in spring and summer we should definitely get our 30 minutes of sun a day.

I’ve long wondered if one can defibrillate themselves. If not, kinda pointless unless other humans are around. For those of us not living in human populated areas, a wide swath of America, that can be quite a challenge.
Portable AED’s are designed to be fairly easy to operate properly.
When hooked up to a patient it will analyze the heart rhythm and will instruct the care-giver to administer the ‘shock’ by pushing the button.
I think that a person in serious cardiac trouble would have difficulty in correctly setting the machine up, applying the pads AND delivering the shock.
Performing effective CPR is also a key component to this life-saving endeavor.
Here’s an idea for y’all creative types to run with….
Somebody should come up with a backpack version of it that can be worn at all times and would automatically trigger if your heart stopped.

We lived through all you suggested in the 60’s and 70’s, including violence and assassination and IMO discussing those realities doesn’t make someone a glowie, rather a realist. It’s part of our history. The U.S. has had quite a bloody history. It’s in our genes. In it we have had leaders, often unwitting ones. Conflict births spirit in humans heretofore undiscovered.
The question I ponder is will the gentle readers here support and secure those who oppose the regime or roll over for the regime to seek to ensure their safety and security. It’s often on my mind, most recently during the rail strike discussion.
The electoral system is run by people. Government in the USA is “bottom-up.” This means the locals run the elections. BECOME GOVERNMENT and/or encourage others to BE GOVERNMENT. If a county gets good non-swampy/corrupt officials the way the parents of S.Carolina elected school boards, then that county’s elections will be good. If that happens in every county, then the state’s elections will be good.
It requires corruption at every level to make these things happen.
And I’ll point out there’s a REASON Soros funded candidates of many positions, not only prosecutors.
And LOOK at Arizona.
It has 15 counties, only 2 are corrupt, the rest have MAGA not just the populace, but the people conducting elections.
And, Gates and Richer ONLY got elected to those key positions, by RUNNING as REPUBLICANS, with a corrupted State party that didn’t vette them at ALL, and some corrupted party officials that sponsored them, like Rusty Bowers, former Speaker of the az house, who was PRIMARIED this election, after the state R party formerly censured him, and urged no Republican voters vote for him.
Richer and Gates have ALSO been censured, but unfortunately, as too many voters voted “straight R” and so voted them into office, they still hold their official positions.
For that matter, Rusty kept getting elected, for 40 F’ing YEARS, because far too many voters voted for

THE reason KL, BM, AH, and MF won their primaries was because they did not have “splitter” candidates, dividing the MAGA vote.
And the reason they didn’t have “splitter candidates” is because patriots, registered as Republicans, began implementing the precinct strategy, in 2018.
ENOUGH MAGA control of the State party, made the difference between the MAGA candidates “washing out” in the primary, leading to low turn out of MAGA in the general, and the D candidate winning, which is how we got Synema in the Senate.
Apperently they didn’t have ENOUGH phantom voters that were registered republican, to cheat and give Robson the win in the Primary, and were forced to expose their General election steal.

As a former third party candidate, there are immense hurdles that have to be overcome and the first major one is ballot placement. Third parties are doomed to be designated to lever C or lower, and on ballots would also be placed down the list.
That was our biggest obstacle. The media also ignored us. The game is rigged for Democrats vs Republicans. Ross Perot and the Reform Party besides Splitting MAFA, proved third party handicap.

Bannon often indicates that MAGA is around 5o% of the voting citizenry. Of course this includes establishment Republicans. The trouble is, MAGA folks have no home of their own. They deserve one.

There WAS a time, several years ago, when I had and expressed, on these pages, major concerns about the sustainability of MAGA.

PDJT has personally encouraged activists like TraceyBean to pursue the “precinct strategy” across the country, to battle the GOPe RINOS in control of State R parties.
PDJT ‘s team, including Ric Grennel and others, worked closely with the KL team in Az.. and similar teams that formed in Nv, Mich., Penns. NYS and other States to lesser degrees.
In Az, we didn’t see “splitter” candidates in the primaries; this is a major victory, recognised by few.
IF Rino controlled State party had been able to advance a MAGA splitter, against KL, BM, AH and MF, Robson would have run the primary, MAGA voters (in disgust at Robson) would havr stayed home in sufficient #’s to ‘give’ the win to Hobbs, and we wouldn’t be focusing World attention on the obvious steal.
Anyway, my broader point is I now feel confident the MAGA movement has reached sustainability;
We have these Candidates that stepped out of their careers, marked themselves as MAGA, taking all the assaults that entailed, and each one had staffs of volonteers and campaign staff that also committed.

Showing that the zip codes were changed doesn’t “prove” the fraud happened that way. It makes sense, but it’s just like Lindell’s statistical anomalies from 2020. We all know it happened, but proving it legally in a way that forces some kind of action is a different matter.
OTOH, I don’t know that not naming the county is indicative one way or the other. They’ve found an anomaly. Announcing the anomaly without naming the county may be just caution against lawsuits, and it may be interesting to see the reactions. if you throw a rock into a pack of dogs, which one yelps?

“undeliverables” are designated that way by a machine and a new address sticker is applied so that they then go back to whomever sent them likely intermixed with all the other undeliverables resulting from the expiration of forwarding. If the zip code is simply incorrect the machines may default to the address, print a new label and it gets to the correct zipcode.
USPS does not rely on only one aspect of address. An example is Bloomington MN zipcode identifies the mail as going to the main Minneapolis processing center. Something addressed to Minneapolis could have a Bloomington zip code and street and will get delivered to Bloomington. When ordering something online the webtech always tries to correct Bloomington to Minneapolis, even though it is not.
I just can’t see some USPS employees standing at the conveyors of machine mail trying to pick out the ballots from the rest. Do the machines have the ability to sort ballots from all other mail?

TTV initially wanted to do door to door canvassing, to simply contact registered voters and confirm they voted.
They focused these efforts in,…Maracopa county, as a follow up to the Az. audit.
They found anomolies.
They wanted to expand the operation to 10 counties, in 10 States to confirm the anomolies were widespread.
Have to purchase voter rolls from the counties, and they aren’t cheap.
Lindell helped with raising funds. They got the voter rolls, and attempted to use SS death rolls, USPS change of address, property records and similar public records to compare to, in order to “find” phantom voters.
They found voter rolls had been clogged with punctuations hyphens, commas, etc. and alternate spellings with thwarted the efforts to create “web crawler” type ‘search engines’ in order to efficiently make such comparisons.
Enter Jay Valentines small group of techies, who with 30 (?) man hours, using “fractal programming” constructed a search engine which wasn’t confused by such put in place roadblocks.
They could, in moments use this “tool” to identify; voters “on the rolls” born before the civil war, 157 people living in post office box, etc.
Lindell then raised the $ to purchase the voter rolls from 20 States for analyses.
In the most recent midterm, the reason Ron Johnson won re-election is said to be due to beta-testing this system for finding, contesting and removing phantom voters from the voter rolls.
So yes, anyone commenting here about the steal, what should be done about it, “its no use” etc. who has not thoroughly edumacated themselves on the work of Lindell, TTV and especially Valentines work, is frankly talking out their *ss.
I learned all this, by studiously watching for and reading every one of Jay Valentines articles typically cross posted in TGP and AmericanThinker, and only recently following the link to ga4America, where it is all layed out.
These people have been working on solutions to the “ballot vs votes” conundrum Sundance has recently injected into the dialogue, for the last two years.
WE do NOT have to resort to ballot fraud, to “fight fire with fire”.
We CAN render THEIR phantom voters inert, and without the phantom voters, they don’t get the ballots to inject into the system.
This, along with LEGITIMATE efforts to legally maximise our ballots, CAN overcome the enemies advantage in ballots vs votes.

Address verification and standardization is nothing new. Any business that does any quantity of mailing uses it.
Regarding names, soundex or similar technology (which is nothing new), can be used to handle alternate spellings. While not as precise as address standardization it can help match names. For example Smith, Smyth, Smithe, Smythe would be the same name.
Neither address standardization nor soundex are new. Far from it. When someone wraps them up and calls them “fractal programming” my hand-waving meter is pinned.

In January, you tried and failed to federalize US elections, but gave us the Build Back Better Act and the American Rescue Plan. These have proved disastrous for the economy and devastating to regular Americans.
In February, you funded yourself at 2021 levels – despite the fact that the economy was tanking hard – with, “An Act Making further continuing appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, and for other purposes.” Interesting choice of words. You also passed the first step of your master price fixing plan with the PRICE Act in the second month of the year.
In March, you passed the Extension of Continuing Appropriations Act, 2022 to combat an expiring continuing resolution. Your limits and deadlines never mean anything. You just move the date and add more zeros to the American People’s bill.
April was a big month for you all. You “reformed the Post Office”; that is, in the name of addressing the finances and operations of the US Postal Service, you introduced new regulatory agencies and new perks for postal employees. April was also the month you began trying to look tough for Putin, passing the Ending Importation of Russian Oil Act and the Suspending Normal Trade Relations with Russia and Belarus Act. The only ones who lost in that exchange were the American People. $7 gas anyone? We’ll save the whole “Shadow Wolves” topic for another day.
In May, you upped the game, further erodeding America privacy and civil liberties – in the name of “safety,” of course – in passing the Better Cybercrime Metrics Act. You also began the Lend/Lease program with Ukraine that is sinking the country into debt they can never repay and placing the burden of that debt on the American people. After that one you passed additional appropriations for Ukraine just a 12 days later. As more is revealed about FTX, the magnitude of the Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act of 2022 and all these additional appropriations are really coming into focus. You passed a ceremonial infant formula act, which is hilarious since it was your actions in shutting down formula plants that led to the infant formula crisis in the first place. Also, your safe sleep act opens up a whole new set of challenges for new parents. Well done, guys.
In June, you passed the Homeland Security for Children Act which, given what has been exposed about DHS’ role in the human trafficking scheme at the border, is a terrifying proposition. This one also gets FEMA all spun up with authority over vulnerable children. You also passed continuing support for victims of radiation and uranium exposure with the RECA Extension Act of 2022. Sadly, this government continues to commit atrocities against vulnerable people, notably with regards to uranium and the Native communities. It’s cool though, as you continue to poison Native children with uranium in their water, you established the Commission To Study the Potential Creation of a National Museum of Asian Pacific American History and Culture Act. #CongressionalPriorities.
In July we got another baby formula act as well as the Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center Access Improvement Act. The latter authorizes a land purchase, but begs the question as to why the Native Americans have to have authorizations from the federal government to buy land and build a wellness center. #Freedom
August gave us the Inflation Reduction Act which, naturally, has increased inflation to record levels. There were also some commemorative coin acts and other nonsense because, priorities.
In September, we got “Making continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2023, and for other purposes.” Again, the money flows, there is zero accountability, and the American People get stuck with the bill.
October gave us a flurry of legislation, from pretty much every committee, and another baby formula act. You guys are so intent on writing legislation about baby formula when, really, you just need to get out of the way. You caused this problem. You cannot fix it because you are literally incompetent. But at least you opened a bunch of Post Offices. October was also the month where your election promises – legislation intended to buy votes and manipulate elections – really came into play. But the most incredible bill of October was the “End Human Trafficking in Government Contracts Act of 2022,” which caused most Americans to say, “Wait a second, how is THAT a thing?”
These are just a sampling of the bills that became law in the past 11 months. We can’t wait to see how you abuse the American people during the Lame Duck Session as we ride out historic 2022 together. We will be watching intently and taking copious notes.

I have talked with 100’s of such non-voters, and the image of them as clueless and apathetic is the rare exception, NOT the rule.

Information recently came out that the Long-term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP) has been suspended for 2 years.
