I am vacillating between resignation that it will probably happen again and cautious optimism that maybe the Red Wave will be enough to drown out enough of the fraud to pull off a victory…and then back to resignation that even if the Republicans win, we’ll still be stuck with McConnell and McCarthy and nothing will really change!

They hauled in boxes of ballots last time in the dead of night through the empty parking garages; we saw them do it in Atlanta on CCTV. So, what if the cars with the boxes couldn’t get into the buildings? What if some semi-trucks just happened to break down at the entrances to the parking garages, leaving only one way in and out with that being surveilled by people with cameras? If TPTB won’t fix the system, let’s make it difficult for them to cheat in private. What the people in AZ are doing to monitor ballot boxes needs to nationwide, especially in the states with tight elections.
We have a many volunteers who are looking for the fraud and are even standing watch around ballot drop off boxes. It will be difficult for Dems this go around. Also make sure machines have no ability to go online.

There is a basic element of criminal justice that is constant and has always been present. To deter crime you must make the basic criminal computation from the perspective of the potential criminalnegative. That is:
(Odds of getting caught) * (Penalty if caught) > (Benefit of the crime)
Houchel, Witmer and others have all taken a “That’s not important” sort of view toward criminals and their acts. This is true across the board.
It is illegal to cross our border as a non-citizen without going through a formal point of entry and gain permission from Customs before entering the nation. Think not? Go to any regular border cross and what is the process? You have a gate, a person there who examines you and your credentials and makes a decision. You have no right, as a non-citizen, to simply ignore said person. That’s fact.
The same is true in the “blue” cities — all of them, basically. DAs do not prosecute and thus cops arresting is a waste of time because the person caught will be back on the street within hours and never spend any time in prison for their acts. Without prosecution there is no punishment, of course.
So here is the question we must answer: Is this going to change, or is the only answer for those of us who are now expected to simply be victims to either accept being victimized repeatedly as criminals may choose or do we act on a preemptive basis ourselves?
The latter is not a good place for a society to go. We have a formal “Rule of Law” for several good reasons, not the least of which is an expectation that you must first prove the person accused really did it before punishment is imposed. If all that’s left to deter crime is preemptory acts by ordinary citizens that protection is gone. This is objectively bad yet it, and derivative acts aimed at the politicians who turned ordinary citizens into involuntary victims, is to be expected when one is told that they must submit to armed robbery, rape or worse.
This is, interestingly, a real difference between the political parties vying for office in a couple of weeks.

Here is an article on an Upcoming SCOTUS case Moore v. Harper (Dec 7th). I think this is very important. This case is about state legislature ability to choose the Electors to represent their state in Presidential Electoral College. I know we are a bit off Dec. 7th but I hope everyone gets a chance to notice the left positioning of this important Constitutional Law.
