In an effort to keep the Daily Open Thread a little more open topic we are going to start a new daily thread for “Presidential Politics”. Please use this thread to post anything relating to the JoeBama Administration and Presidency.
“This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can’t be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won’t be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.”
“But I tell you this: We will not go gently into that bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we will make with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from that day forward will be forced to note, even if they despise us in the writing of it.”
This thread will refresh daily and appear above the Open Discussion Thread.
Whenever the possibility presents, throw sand into the machinery…

SCOTUSblog
@SCOTUSblog
NEW: SCOTUS agrees to take up NINE new cases, including Gonzalez v. Google, involving the scope of tech companies’ immunity under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. The order list is not yet posted on the court’s website, but here is a link:
https://scotusblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/100322ZOR.pdf
Ring the bell……but could it put this platform at risk of leftist lawsuits?
.
CTH is a private website and can set whatever rules it wants for comment section. Has nothing to do with Section 230, which addresses what should be disinterested platform providers on the order of the telephone company. Internet platform providers, ISPs, FB, twitter, etc. ordinarily should have no liability for what others post any more than the telephone company is responsible for what people say or text.
Under common law though, if a so-called neutral platform provider undertakes to meddle with others’ content, then it effectively removes itself from being merely a disinterested platform provider and turns itself into being a publisher or editor, thereby taking responsibility for all the content on its platform.
What Section 230 does is permit these platform providers nevertheless to censor others’ content (the intent was to remove kiddie porn and other illegal material) without thereby rendering themselves into publishers/editors/providers of the content.
Properly analyzed, a truly neutral “hands-off” platform provider should be looked at in the same way as other common carriers, and there should be a requirement of a court order before they meddle with what is posted.
.
The issue of section 230 is important but is also a distraction in light of clear evidence the US Government at large has been requesting the censorship and deplatforming of people. The government is forbidden from this activity as previous federal court rulings have shown including the SCOTUS ruling that the government cannot request actions by a third party which it cannot do under the constitution.
This ruling also makes me wonder about the use of private military contractors…
In the case of Twitter, it couldn’t exist without the full technical support of the US government. (Sundance’s Jack’s free coffee)
they are already operating unconstitutionally when they act at the government’s direction they become government agents and are restricted to the same constitutional rights as the government
Bingo!
No it’s not analagous
They threw out Mike Lindell’s law suit. So, that tells me they are never going to address any stolen Demonic election. It’s open season now for the dems. to steal every election.
they did decide to review if the election laws are the sole proprietary of the state legislatures…..about two years late for that decision to have the relative impact it should have had
Oh, what a surprise! Not.
BOOM!!!!!!!!
-ilDonaldoTrumpo gab
Did he WIN? No Boom unless he does.
Will the judge be amy burman, juan Contreras or any of the other corrupted judges in Virginia?
Let PRESIDENT TRUMP sue them in North Dakota.
Ketanji and the other libbies already know how they’re going to rule.
EXPECT no favors from the this session of the Supreme and lower your expectations … that way you will not be dissapointed.
There two bigger cases the Court chose NOT to consider.
Korf v. United States, that dealt with the legality and constitutional issues surrounding the DoJ using INTERNAL 3rd parties of DoJ employees, no assigned to a case, to act as the filter team for materials seized by the DoJ and FBI…much as the DoJ is trying to claim vs President Trump for mar-Lago materials.
https://www.ntd.com/supreme-court-declines-to-hear-case-on-doj-filter-teams-used-after-fbi-trump-raid_850256.html
The court refused to consider the suit brought by Mike Lindell’s defamation suit vs Dominion.

The Court refused to hear challenges to JoeBama’s COVID INJECTION mandates for healthcare workers.

Re vaccine mandate/mark of the beast:
Matthew 18:6 If anyone causes one of these little ones–those who believe in me–to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.
Lower your expectations – isn’t that a meme from when Jen Psaki was the White House press secretary? No thanks!
Sometimes the court refuses to hear cases because they aren’t fully ready to be heard, they need to be worked on through the lower courts which, through that process, accumulates like glue, various laws that need to be given a sharper look by the highest court in the land.
I think the entire Dominion case, with all of the different individuals and companies they have sued, and been countersued by, in all the various different States, once those individual cases have been ruled on will be brought together into one large single-focused Supreme Court case.
That takes time, a lot of heart break, but it how the Rule of Law is meant to work, and so it is a process to be expected, and all those people involved in those types of battles, they have to be aware of that, that each one single step gets them closer to the real target – which is a Supreme Court ruling.
Just my opinion. And is why expectations should be raised higher, not lowered. Climbing uphill means taking dips and turns, climbing over boulders and occasionally tripping over a log now and then, but it’s important to keep on climbing to the top. Living a glass half full is the way to handle these apparent downturns.
Good catch, doc. SCOTUS is an exercise in frail hopes, even with Thomas. I think he declined to hear any 2020 election cases.
If we lose our freedom with stolen elections, what else is there?
The Supreme Court needs to put on their big boy/girl pants and get
to work on the underlying foundation of a free country – legal and
honest elections.

So happy to have helped a great person and leader get into the difficult to achieve, with other Conservative candidates and certain difficult rules and regulations, run off for President of Brazil. The Voters made a great decision in giving such strong backing to the brilliant and very hard working current President, Jair Bolsonaro. Now, for the sake of Brazil and its future greatness, they have to get Jair over the finish line, against a Radical Left Socialist, on October 30th. Go Bolsonaro!!!
Scoop: House GOP expands map with new $14 million ad blitz

Worth watching interview on TGP of german PM Petr Byrstrom by Jim Hoft, covering a # of related topics.
Makes it clear ALL that we are seeing here, the oppression and intimidation of conservatives, the rise of “alternative media” etc. is occuring in ALL “Western Democracies” with exactly the same tactics.
This IS a Global war, and a war of Populism/Nationalism vs Globalism/NWO.
And, it all comes down to America. Again, well worth watching.
See my post above. Trump has never apologized for being asleep at wheel during The CCP/Fauci Flu – by the way the NIH just gave Peter Daszak, the devil behind the CCP/Fauci Flu more money to do gain function research on viruses:

IMHO,…
Politics is the art of the possible, and the idea that a politician should ‘educate’ the public, is a very slippery slope.
If you get too far out ahead of the concensus, you get cut off at the knees.
I am not at all sure as you are, Illuminatus, that “Trump doesn’t know” that covid was a hoax.
Its a matter of speaking the truth, and losing an election over it, which means being able to do a LOT, …
Look at Climate Change. During 2016 election, and during his first term, he gave lip service to CC, because at that time, being labeled a “climate denier” would have cost him votes.
Now, the truth has sufficiently “caught up” to the CC lie, that he can say “change the temperature 1/50th of a degree, in 300 f’ing years!”
The Covid hoax IS being exposed, and every day the narrative is shifting, a LITTLE bit.
I still think, POLITICALLY the expedient thing to do, is to condemn MANDATES.
Soon, we may reach the tipping point on the Covid hoax.
But, we will reach that point thru “opinion shapers” hammering home the TRUTH, NOT by having politicians commit political suicide.
Politics,…”Its Chinatown, Jake.”
I agree. Once people have crossed that Branch Covidian rubicon it’s near impossible to reel them back in.
And why should that be President Trump’s responsibility, in any case? He advised everyone, very early on, that HCQ was a “game changer.” If they didn’t listen to him then, what makes you think they will now?
He has always been against mandates, which means do what you want to and quit harassing everybody else.
My advice is that when you encounter a blind stampede of mass formation Branch Covidians, do NOT step directly in their path. Pivot away from them like a Matador does in a bull ring so you’ll live to see another day.
“asleep at the wheel”? YOU knew what the world health organization,
NATO, World Economic Forum, Pence, Fauci and his crew, along with China,
Great Britain, Italy, etc. were doing while no one else did?
He didn’t need to know every detail they were up to in order to know they were not to be trusted.
…. As if
Not one
but two (2) impeachments weren’t enough.
The 25 th was talked about also.
Imagine (gasp!) what would have happened if President Trump called out the “vaccine” . 😱
I would have preferred he didn’t fund it or lift regs, but if what you are saying is that he cannot speak up due to fear of what TPTB will do to him, I understand. What makes you believe that if he presided again that things would be any different? Afterall, the same power structures are still in place. They are attacking him even more now.
MANY more people know what’s going on.
MANY of the swamp scum have exposed themselves.
President Trump has been speaking quite a bit more specifically; naming names.
~that’s just for starters.
(note: wasn’t yelling 😁)
Well, I am a firm believer in removing the snakes not exposing them. 😁
So, instead, he PUSHED it and still acts like it’s the best thing since sliced bread.
When did you know?
March 16, 2020. The day he held the presser to shut us down (“15 days to slow the spread”) and Warp Speed, giving COVID cash to pharma and lifting regulations on trials.
I have posted many times that I emailed the Whitehouse that very day. I have no gift of prophecy so could not imagine the extent of damage that would unfold, but I knew it had the potential for disaster.
For a man that many here believe knows more than we do about everything under the sun, can see around corners, he was blindsided on this. I have always held that it was very bad judgement on his part with the vaxx aporoach, but even worse, unconstituional actions by removing our freedoms to work, worship and gather. All the excuses in the world do not alter what was done on that day and everything that has happened due to those actions, culminating in mail in, fraudulent elections.
Oh shut up! Walk in his shoes for a day, and you’d be dead by the end of it! Fricken armchair warriors!
Anyone think John Galt wasn’t absolutely terrified of Covid at the time the US announced the 2 week lockdown and then extended it? Anyone think he didn’t defy the mask mandates?
Even if he denies it, no one would believe him.
There were lots of us that were never afraid of a cold. There were lots of us who said no to lockdowns, masks, death jabs. Many of us lost jobs.
Personally, I made a point to make sure my kids were told that every person in a mask was a moron and a coward, and told them stories about the health hazards our founding fathers and settlers faced without whining. Then explained how many Africans died everyday from infectious disease yet we in the first world hid from a cold.
I wish they would all take a long walk on a shot pier.
more like bar room lawyers
It would be nice but Trump did the right thing at the time. We’re speaking of a lot of “hind sight” here. Do you think Trump could have survived if he acted in any strong manner against this global crime against humanity? The important thing he did was:
.
If he posed a direct threat to that plan, they would have unanimously removed him from office and ended his chances for re-election. It’s as if you can’t see what they would have done even in hindsight.
^^^^^100%^^^^^ … Trump had to triangulate the political trap being laid for him. He managed it brilliantly. So brilliantly that the only option left for the Dem’s. was to cheat the vote.
Trump was sabotaged by many on the task force, primarily Matthew Pottinger. Here they all are, many have proven to be traitors to Trump. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_House_Coronavirus_Task_Force
Exactly. Many don’t appear to remember that early in 2015 campaign, Trump
spoke about injecting small infants with enormous syringes of vaccines, with unpleasant outcomes. Trump dropped that quickly because vaccines were a taboo / indisputable/ sacrosanct topic even among people who ate conservative on other matters. Normal discussions were not allowed regarding anything labelled “vaccine”.
Do all babies born in hospitals receive mandatory injections? Does the staff accede to the wishes of the parents or do they just take the babies and jab away?
When faced with a frothing Cuban female Doc from the practice I chose as my newborn’s Ped (she was not the doc I’d interviewed, who had no issues with my stance on vaxxes) who threatened me and told me she’d do the newborn check as a courtesy from the room’s doorway, but I’d need a new practice for kidlet, I threatened my pediatrician’s practice and the hospital with a lawsuit if they poisoned my boy.
My son did not get any injections at birth. Certainly not for a filth s3x disease, Hep B. He wasn’t ever going to ‘daycare’ so no other filthy kid could bite him and infect him anyways.
I got a great Doc for kiddo after a few duds. Doc has never onced berated me for limiting vaxxes to tetanus, and that solely because we live on a working farm.
Yes. Parents prevail when they stop cowering to the White Coat Mafia.
To this point, we are maskless and jabless purebloods. I never missed a day of work and our Homeschool never went to Zoom.
your opinion is great for people living remotely
They harass the heck out of you but you can get them out without the hep B. They do take their blood and send it off without your permission though.
They never explain why an infant would need a Hep B jab when it’s transmitted by IV drug use, sex, and blood. It also wears off in around 8 years so there’s 0 justification for it.
I remember distinctly the time he brought that forth to the public. I thought that perhaps Barron would have been affected by infant vaccines, so he knew first hand.
I agree with him. We need to look at what is happening with some common sense.
Does Robert Kennedy, Jr.’s non-profit address this issue?
PDJT went with his political instincts. They usually serve him well. But now we have already seen the Democrats try to blame him for any ill effect of the vaccine. My opinion is he should say they lied to him. Tell he didn’t know Fauci and others were getting rich off of it.
80% of the population is vaccinated and most have not had any negative side effects.
That is s simply not true.
The % that have been shot (who have had at least 1 shot…) is around 50%, according to famous fauci..just recently.
“Hindsight; the first thing you see, when you jerk your head outta yer *ss!”
and we have ALL been there, at one time or another.
He could be saving that for after he formally announces and maybe waiting to see who he will be up against. Might have more impact if he could direct it at his opponent.
While I do get your point , the cat of getting elected has to be skinned. …….. There are some actions against the Vaccines that would bring massive money backing to his enemies , and perhaps bring court cases that would be hard to beat under present laws. ………. President Trump is not perfect , and will make some mistakes , but he is more competent than you and I to plan his campaign.
Could it be what
“Chy nuh virus”
and
“Make chy nuh pay”
-is really about?!?
I won’t vote for Trump is he doesn’t reverse his Covid vaccine position and hold big pharma AND THE ENTIRE MEDICAL PROFESSION responsible for perpetuating this crime against us.
And to those who say ‘what about all the good things he’s done’ – yes there were many, but the vaccine mess is his elephant in the room, and lives were lost…many, many lives.
“Waaaaah! Trump didn’t do every single thing I wanted him to do so I’m not voting for him in 2024! Waaaaah! Where’s my pacifier, mommy?????”
please stop with this nonsense
I still wish Trump would educate himself about the vaccines
Does Trump need to be a God or something? He’s a little busy right now, continuing to suffer major persecution by the Dems, dealing with lawsuits including one of his own, he’s holding rallies, and he’s probably preparing to run in 2024.
He doesn’t need to get up to speed on anything right now. He’s not the President and not holding any other political office. He’s a private citizen now.
Ukraine Wants to Build a Nuclear Dirty Bomb
Oct 2, 2022 United States and worldwide Geopolitics analysis. Russia Ukraine conflict latest news update with Colonel Douglas Macgregor.
In the first few months of this the Ukrainians were getting their butts kicked and 10’s of thousands of Ukrainians were killed. However Ukraine is now doing the butt kicking with billions in aid and weapons. This is something Macgregor and many others said could never happen. But that is the ebbs and flows of war so I will take what he says with skepticism.
One thing to note though is that 90% of the fighting has not been done by Russians troops. It’s been done by the separatists, Chechens, private military contractors (Wagner) etc. What will happen when the Russians go all in with their troops? The Russians definitely appear to be holding back and are either doing it on purpose (WHY?) or they are not as formidable as the world has thought. I guess they could also be incompetent.
Why would the Russians be holding back on their firepower etc?
As I have read here and elsewhere, they have no interest in destroying infrastructure and the such for those persons who will be (soon) under the Russian umbrella of protection.
Having said that, there’s plenty of indications that in the west of Ukraine, a large swath of land along the border (where arms, supplies, etc. are crossing) will be laid to waste. Not with tactical nukes, but only with conventional (albeit rather strong) munitions.
Good luck to those misplaced souls trying to get armament into Ukraine!
🙂 🙂 🙂
Right I get that BUT those people who just voted to join Russia are now failing under Ukraine control in multiple areas of the front as the Russians continually move back. They will be slaughtered by the Ukrainians. Zelensky already put a law in that anyone that voted will face 10 years in prison. Why let it even get to that point? Shouldn’t they have been bombing the armaments coming into Ukraine to prevent the retaking of the Oblasts since the beginning? They either have some master plan that I’m too stupid to understand or they are incompetent. Rumor today is several generals/commanders have been sacked so I’m leaning more to the incompetent at this point.
This is not correct. The areas taken back by Ukraine are largely abandoned villages in the KHARKOV region that did NOT vote in the election.
The Russians in the towns they abandoned were woefully outnumbered and fought as long as they could. Less than 1000 Russians against more than 10,000 Ukrainians. The Russia s left systematically and took all their armaments and equipment with them. It was a planned retreat to spare the troops to fight another day. Russians also use retreats as part of their strategy to suck the enemy in and kill them.
The recently mobilized Russian soldiers have not arrived yet. Mind you, not all of them are designated for combat, but when those that are do arrive, all hell will break loose.
The Russians and their allies in the Lugansk, Donetsk and Wagner militias have been fighting with far fewer soldiers…at least a 3 or 4 to 1 ratio against the Ukrainian army. In addition, Russia rotates out their army around every 6 mos, so when you do the math starting the end of Feb, the overall army is currently undermanned until the new army arrives.
Putin clearly espouses Russia First and is not going to be drawn into a CIA/Ukraine false flag theater.
“What will happen when the Russians go all in with their troops? ”
The young men of draft age in Russia are fleeing to Finland, Kazakhstan, Turkey and anywhere else to avoid being called up. There always women that Putin can draft.
I saw that as well. Definitely doesn’t seem anyone in Russia actually wants to go to war and fight accept for the incompetent leaders at the top. It will be interesting over the next few weeks for sure. Wars are notorious for not going the way it was planned so it would be nice if cooler heads can prevail and sit down and end this before something happens that we all will regret.
This is more like it.
https://t.me/intelslava/38283
And so did thousands upon thousands of American men draft dodge by fleeing to Canada … meh. We still had plenty of troops to send to their slaughter in VietNam … what? 50,000 names on The Wall? Big deal. Cowards fled. We lost. Patriots died. War is hell. Russia will have all the men they need to fight, if they want to escalate. Just ask Lyndon Johnson
Demographics don’t support your argument. Big trough in Russian births in the 90s.
Finland has closed the borders to Russian civilian civilians.
If they were my enemy I would fear the young men who stayed to fight for the Fatherland. Not chearing for the ones that fled.
Only a matter of hundreds fled, and Russiya is better for it.
They had more show up for mobilization than they needed, many were turned away.
The MarxMerdia is gonna inflate every tiny little bad and ignore every good all the way down.
McGregor said Russians are waiting until the ground freezes so the tanks don’t get stuck in the mud. Beginning of November?
Possible for sure. I guess looking at several maps and movements of the front it could be that they are doing a coordinated retreat. Russians were on the offensive for several months attacking a defense that was hardened and built over the last 8 years against far more manpower. It was slow slogging for sure and probably cost a lot. How do you attack a dug in military that’s constantly being reinforced with men/money/weapons? You let them come out of their holes and go on the offensive. You then pummel them as you tactically retreat which seems to be what is happening at this point. Russia giving up ground to Ukraine while smashing them out in the open. Believe it or not I played a lot of Risk growing up and with my kids as well and that is a strategy I would use. Instead of going head to head on the attack put large troops in the back let the other player take land and get spread out and then at the right time smash through them and they don’t even realize what happened.
Of course playing a game is not real war and real war between people is sad and ugly.
You just described the winning Ukraine tactics perfectly.
Russia controls the air. Unless Ukraine gains significant air power somehow, Ukraine cannot win.
I suspect that only the US could field enough airpower to regain control the skies over Ukraine.
Aircraft aren’t all that would be flying if we take that fatal step.
Russia’s Airforce has been conspicuous by its absence. Must be waiting for freezing weather like the tanks and fresh reserves.
Weather is variable … as are such predictions. Doesn’t make the principles behind the predictions erroneous though
CISA Report on Vulnerabilities Affecting Dominion Voting Systems
https://www.cisa.gov/uscert/ics/advisories/icsa-22-154-01
Released in June 2022 CISA’s report is based on Dr. J. Halderman’s report yet Halderman’s report is still sealed by a Georgia court. The CISA report must be just the tip of the iceberg, a limited hangout.
The Official Summary:
“Any election official can hack these voting machines and change the result, but everybody’s just too gosh-darn nice to do anything like that!”
No More Honor System Voting with the Honorless.
#VoteAmish!
Anyone been watching the Brazilian election? Chicanery of the electronic sort fostered by USIC wouldn’t surprise me….
Is there any actual supported evidence if “unusual data traffic”?
TBH, I’m past the point of doing deep dives into the chicanery of the Communists. I did it back in 2016 and to an extent during Covid. I’m clear on everything I need to be clear on and have a plan of action in place.
The rest is discussion and entertainment. It appears others are discussing the same topic far downthread on a subsequent page. Perhaps they have more insight.
I’m not accepting some random twitter user’s claim of unusual data traffic. Any person can take a map image and draw some curved lines between Saginaw MI and Sao Paulo Brazil. I’m not clear on the significance of Saginaw though, perhaps the artist thought that’s where Washington DC is ?

Girls Volleyball Team Banned From Their Own Locker Room Over Complaint About Male “Transgender” Student
https://www.dailywire.com/news/girls-volleyball-team-banned-from-their-own-locker-room-over-complaint-about-transgender-student
They complained he wasn’t practicing safe sets 🙂
Cry me a river. According to the article, the girls fully support the guy being on the team, they just didn’t like changing clothes in the same room as him. Tough sh1t, ladies.
You asked for it, you got it.
Until women start to stand up for women, men will continue to infiltrate women’s sports and dominate. If these girls have a problem with a man on the team, then they should have stood up and refused to play on the team on day #1, way before he got into the changing room. But, as long as they continue to play ball, then so will he.
You got it.
Yup. And if they remain on the team at this point, that is compliance. In my opinion.
The school’s athletic department could probably care less if the girls volleyball
team took their ball and went home. More money for football and basketball.
I don’t think people remember the fight it took to get girls’ sports in the
high schools.
Indeed.
It seems few are willing to defend the girls, citing their being bullied or brainwashed into silence and compliance as complicity.
Laying it all on the fairer set to address their abuse seems a mite unfair to me.
Not that I wouldn’t like to see a campaign of well-timed walk-outs, say, just as the massive attention seeker takes his set at the starting line or at the pool’s edge. But they need cheers not jeers in order to get there.
I am not jeering. Rather, IMO, it’s on the athletes to stand up for themselves first.
And until they do, I don’t have much sympathy.
Well, I do.
They did not create this mess and oughtn’t be left to figure it out on their own.
I, for one, do remember. It was a long road and as a brother to two athletic sisters, a husband to a marathon-running wife, and a father to two soccer/cross-country/lacrosse club and varsity playing daughters, I know the challenges.
And I respect the women who put women’s sports on the map, both in HS and at the collegiate levels.
But, it’s not the men ruining the day (though you are correct in that many men would rather spend the budget on the big-dollar sports). It’s women allowing this in their own sport organizations.
No one to blame but themselves.
I can tell you that both of my daughters would have immediately quit any sport if a guy was allowed to play. Gone. No way. The HS would have lost their 4 year varsity center-mid and their 4 year varsity center fullback in an instant. And probably most/all of the rest of the team, too.
I am surprised that this has yet to happen. Women are allowing this to happen.
They’re juveniles. Don’t blame the girls. Blame their parents. Where are the parents?
I agree on the parents for sure.
But I watched the collegiate PA swim team line up to applaud the trans swimmer. Then they got in the pool and watched as he destroyed many all-time records and forced women off the winners platform at each race.
And this volleyball team largely supported this guy. If their parents stepped in, they would have been upset probably.
Woke people, including teens, like to be woke right up to the point that it adversely affects them. Then, they cry.
They’re afraid, especially the ones at the top of their games. They’re afraid of losing scholarships or other things most winners would receive. They’re afraid of being bullied to death or cancelled. Look at the atmosphere the Dems have set up, if you say one wrong thing the mob attacks and they’re vicious. Even young woman in their early 20’s are too young to bear the burden. The parents need to bear it and we need to help.
You are correct. These girls have worked years on perfecting their sport
and don’t want to make a misstep whereby it is all thrown away.
The boards that govern their activity are at fault. No one else.
Until women start to stand up for women
Well these are high school girls so it’s really up to their lazy brainwashed parents to do something. We shouldn’t expect 16 year olds to do all of the work.
Agreed. But, I do expect 16 year olds to have a voice for themselves, too.
Not in this environment where saying a single wrong thing triggers death threats. And trust me they are well aware of it.
Have you not considered the sociopathic social juggernaut they face if they try?
Emails: Biden-Backing Billionaire Michael Bloomberg Tried To Meddle In Pennsylvania’s Election
https://thefederalist.com/2022/10/03/emails-biden-backing-billionaire-michael-bloomberg-tried-to-meddle-in-pennsylvanias-election/
Fulton County PA Sues Dominion Voting Systems! (substack.com)–Emerald Robinson:
Was someone in Canada running Fulton County’s elections?
On September 20th, Fulton County (PA) filed a lawsuit against Dominion Voting Systems for breach of contract and breach of warrant.
Need I tell you, dear reader, that America’s corrupt corporate media ignored this landmark lawsuit?
Here’s page 13 of Fulton County’s 29-page lawsuit (read it here) and it’s a killer for electronic voting machines in America.
It’s a very simple and very effective argument: if the Halderman Declaration is accurate (and neither the federal government’s cybersecurity agency nor Dominion Voting Systems have claimed otherwise) then Dominion Voting Systems could not have delivered properly certified machines according to the contract.
The Federal government’s own cybersecurity agency CISA has already conceded that the Halderman Declaration is accurate because it has issued a warning bulletin to county election officials who use Dominion Voting machines about nine major vulnerabilities that can be exploited.
Fulton County hired another company called Wake TSI to review the Dominion machines, and Wake TSI delivered a report in February 2021 that showed five key issues:
A few months later in 2021, the the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
decertified the Dominion Voting System machines in Fulton County, “purportedly because Fulton County had used ‘a third-party consultant’ to inspect its electronic voting devices as part of Fulton County’s inquiry into the integrity of the system’s performance during the 2020 election.”
So Fulton County sued the Secretary of the Commonwealth and challenged the decertification of Dominion voting machines in August, 2021 — that’s Case No. 277 MD 2021 if you’re interested.
That particular lawsuit maintains that the Secretary unlawfully decertified Fulton County’s two electronic voting machines; that the Pennsylvania Election Code authorized the County to inspect its electronic voting devices as part of its statutory duty to ensure the safe and honest conduct of elections; that the Secretary tried to prohibit all county boards of elections from inspecting their electronic voting devices with the assistance of a third-party consultant and that such a prohibition violates Section 302 of the Election Code, 25 P.S. §2642; and that the Secretary unlawfully withheld funding from the County that it needs to acquire replacement electronic voting devices.
In January of 2022, Fulton County stopped using Dominion Voting Systems and contracted with another provider. How did Dominion Voting Systems respond? Dominion sought to “intervene” by claiming that it was intervening “for the limited purpose of securing a protective order to enforce the terms of its contract” with Fulton County.
In other words, Dominion wanted to force Fulton County to use its machines even while Fulton County was suing them for breach of contract!
Does that sound like the behavior of a third-party vendor and a private company — or more like the behavior of a much more powerful entity pretending to be a third-party vendor and a private company?” …….
Read it all.
In completely rural and heavily Republican Fulton County Pa. 85% of the population voted in-person. Voters likely drove several miles to do so while only 15% of the voters trusted the mail. Trump won the in-person vote by a 12 to 1 ratio, and the provisional ballots by more than 11 to 1, but, ‘amazingly,’ Trump only carried the mail-in vote there narrowly by less than 7 to 5?
You would think that the 12 to 1 swamping would also be reflected in the mail-in vote, since rural folks do tend to be homogeneous—they think alike, they vote alike. However, when they voted by cover of mail something strange happened—the mail in vote ratio dubiously insulted the in-person ratio and padded Biden’s vote count. All of the more than 500 by mail ballots in Fulton should be audited.
Your comment provides an example of how the Hockey Stick Algorithm and Voting Machines actually work, in combination with mail in votes as well as drop box votes collected and counted after election day.
True the voting machines can be hacked and, votes flipped and some votes added…the primary role of voting machines is COUNTING and ANALYSIS. The machines can give a real time count and project how many are needed for an outcome withing a desired range of victory.
The hockey stick algorithm allocates where the votes need to cast to draw the least attention….Donald Trump won where he was supposed to win but at smaller margins and lost where he was supposed to loose by massive margins. What counts in a presidential election is the aggregate STATE level totals.
The weak point was the number of PAPER BALLOTS needed via mil to drop boxes or just boxes directly dumped at the counting locations. The digital system was not up to handling the number of votes needed to overcome the level of victory President Trump achieved. This would have been a repeat of 2016, the fix was in but the UNI-PARTY greatly underestimated in 2016 and again in 2020 the number of votes cast for Donald Trump.
Unlike 2016, in 2020 they took the risk to dump millions of votes and bribe the courts to win.
They had paper ballots ready to go from Jesse’s truck.
There were virtually no mail ballots in PA 2016. Counting all ballots (in Philadelphia CO) Clinton beat Trump 5 to 1.
In 2020 Biden beat Trump nearly the same ratio 5 to 1. So the algorithmic mark to hit in Philly for 2020 was 5 to 1 based on the old 2016 ‘cheat’ scheme.
The Story Fact: 50% of Philly voted by mail and 50% voted in person—the in person vote favored Biden, but by (ONLY) 2.5 to 1. Now that was about 350,000 Philadelphians voting in person, and it might indicate that the people there are not so heavily Democrat.
So how did they hit the old mark of 5 to 1 for Biden with the two types of ballots—mail in and in person?
In order to keep the same 5 to 1 ratio favoring Biden, they needed a 12 to 1 margin for him counted on the mail in side. They isolated the ‘cheating’ and maneuvered the numbers only on mail in side.
Evey PA CO shows the same scheme. It’s right there in the open statistics from election returns Pa.gov
and because there were no repercussions whatsoever, the fraud effort will be amped up double or more
it is beyond obvious
It sounds like exactly the same behavior and intent behind the failed legal efforts against dominion in california in the early 2000s.
I pray this case in Pa. fares better.

Surprise! Latest cut in production has created a shortage such that vinyl window frames and glass pane dividers no longer exist. Sorry greeniacs, your actions have caused modern insulated windows to be no longer available for all your green building remodel projects.
In somewhat related news… I’m currently working on a Blog Post intended to provide useful tips and techniques on “burnable items” around the house. Not just furniture, but anything that can be… you know… “repurposed”. Unused pantry shelves, unused dresser drawers, that sort of thing… as well as more complicated topics like how to safely disassemble portions of a knee wall in the attic so as to not affect (within reason) the overall integrity of the structure. I might do a video series… we’ll see…
That’ll work only if the roving bands of Berserkers don’t burn homes or neighborhoods entire for warmth and entertainment.
The border is down for a reason.
…worn-out spouses…
🤣
That can work both ways, ya know….
Oh, you don’t know the half of it…
In case no one has noticed, the Great Reset is well underway.
It’s October….surprise!

In case anyone has not already heard, PayPal has changed their terms. They have granted themselves the ability to impose $2,500 fines for unacceptable speech starting November 3rd. That is $2,500 per occurence. Robert Barnes says the way it was done, it probably is legal and enforceable.
You must close any PayPal account you may have before November 3rd to avoid getting caught up in this. Don’t simply quit using PayPal — close the account. Tell your churches to close their accounts too.
https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/upcoming-policies-full
What does that mean? Unacceptable speech where ? On social media ?
“We are expanding the existing list of prohibited activities to include the sending, posting, or publication of messages, content, or materials that meet certain criteria.”
https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/upcoming-policies-full
Click through to see this:
5. involve the sending, posting, or publication of any messages, content, or materials that, in PayPal’s sole discretion, (a) are harmful, obscene, harassing, or objectionable, (b) depict or appear to depict nudity, sexual or other intimate activities, (c) depict or promote illegal drug use, (d) depict or promote violence, criminal activity, cruelty, or self-harm (e) depict, promote, or incite hatred or discrimination of protected groups or of individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (e.g. race, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, etc.) (f) present a risk to user safety or wellbeing, (g) are fraudulent, promote misinformation, or are unlawful, (h) infringe the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights of any party, or (i) are otherwise unfit for publication.
Sherri Young: I’m offended by PayPal’s list of prohibited activities. Where’s my $2,500?
(b) and (e) are contradictory.
Sanction Pay Pal.
Seems like all sorts of leftist activities are covered under that broad set of “prohibited activities”.
I doubt that the leftists will suffer under this plan.
This technique appears to be a warm up exercise to the proposed international digital currency. That is scary given the “legal” ability to penalize and ban PayPal users at the central power’s discretion.
It’s lawyerease; it means whatever they ‘interpret’ it to mean. Corrupt judicial system. No real surprise. Watch how they make new attacks on our freedoms and liberties ‘legal’ every day. That’s what they are and what they do.
Putin said that people in the West don’t seem to realize that we have Nazis in high positions.
PayPal just proved Putin’s point.
I have a PayPal debit card from the time I use to sell on eBay. I use this mostly on the internet to pay for purchases in lieu of using a bank account debit card, thought it would be safer.
eBay no longer uses PP & I no longer sell anything thur PP.I do not have a payment processing device or account. I don’t quite understand how I would be abusing these new terms as long as I am not purchasing sexual or illegal items.
Is there still a danger? Legalese is meant to be confusing.
PayPal says if you don’t want to be subject to their new terms, you must close your account before November 3rd.
PP is not limiting themselves to punishing speech that appears on their platform. Read what they say. They are going after messages, blog posts, pretty much every bit of speech that is transmitted across the internetl
Yes, there is a danger. Close any and all PayPal accounts. That is my free non-lawyer advice.
So……PayPal is tracking every post and website everyone makes a post on?
Sounds like it to me.
Or they want you to think that’s what they’re doing.
Yep… Control what people think and you can control their actions. In other words, shut them up!
Maybe one of our IT gurus can answer a question or two.
When using AI to winnow through bulk data, is excluding unique identifiers such as email addresses or cell phone numbers essentially neutral to the continuous task or does it add enough complexity to make much of a difference?
IOW, would you charge more or less?
Would you segregate the exclusions into a separate folder and market that data as an outliers report?
Thanks.
Depends on your customer and their requirements. You charge for as much or as little info as they require.
If you’re not using your account, would strongly recommend closing it. One less site with your info to be potentially hacked. I just closed my account.
Slowpoke. I closed mine over a year ago.
I closed mine a few years ago and they still hack it. Stay on top of credit histories.
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/restoring-america/equality-not-elitism/paypal-removes-gender-critical-organizations-platform-hate-speech
PayPal removed multiple “gender-critical” organizations from its platforms on the grounds that they engaged in hate speech.
The payment platform and its subsidiary Venmo on Tuesday removed the accounts of at least two groups that have regularly criticized gay and transgender rights activists. This included the PayPal account of Gays Against Groomers, a self-described “coalition of gays against the sexualization, indoctrination, and medicalization of children.” PayPal also closed the accounts of the Free Speech Union and the Daily Sceptic, two websites operated by the conservative British editor Toby Young.
“PayPal has closed the accounts of the Daily Sceptic and the Free Speech Union, a new low in Big Tech’s war on free speech,” Young tweeted on Tuesday. “Not only can you not express certain views, you can’t defend people’s right to express them
If you use PayPal and can stop using them, stop using them ASAP.
Good info; I’d expect it to widen in scope as we move forward in the division of society into those who are ‘of the body’ and those who are not.
I saw the writing on the wall a number of years ago, after the last crash, and closed out nearly all connections with the financial industry. A couple credit union accounts is all that’s left and they are at or near zero most of the time.
Harsh times call for harsh measures. I expect economic warfare to escalate. Plan accordingly.
THANK YOU. Just closed the account. Hopefully. They make you jump through a whole lot of hoops. Awaiting confirming email that account was actually closed.
You shouldn’t have a problem assuming everything at zero balance. It took me less than five minutes to close and receive confirmation it was closed.
Lot’s of hoops, I’ll say!
Husband is having lots of trouble closing. He got just about to the end of it all, withdrawing his balance for a check to be sent. Then got an error that now his account balance is in the minus. He gave up to try again when cooled down.
The $2,500 mentioned isn’t a fine that can be exercised outside of PayPal. You would have to have that amount in your PayPal account that they might freeze or seize. I suggest that everyone actually read the terms and conditions carefully before they panic, then act accordingly.
This is a possible threat to an account like that held by The Last Refuge, but not to someone with no money in their account. I have a PayPal account connected to my website, but always immediately transfer any money to my personal bank account.
https://www.paypalobjects.com/marketing/ua/pdf/US/en/acceptableuse-full-110322.pdf
PS: You don’t have to have a PayPal account to donate to this or any other website.
I closed my PayPal account which closed my reoccurring donation. I just tried to donate using my credit card and I couldn’t complete the transaction without generating a password to open a PayPal account! Is there another way to donate?
Thanks for all you do.
Thx Melinda, you just answered my question right below. Didn’t see your comment before I posted. 😬
Stella, Re: the window that gives option to donate via PayPal or credit/debit card has me a bit confused only because the options are in the same window.
Does PayPal process my credit card transaction for CTH? Or was that just how the window was designed?
Thank you, stella. Very much.
Is it not fair to assume the PayPal would have flags on our accounts and automatically seize any money the nanosecond it landed in a flagged entity’s account? $2,500 per occurence means that multiple occurences can be stacked. PP would never run low on politically incorrect speech from me.
If not for the fact that my tithe goes to a couple of ministers overseas, my account would have been closed a year or two ago. Beyond the fact that I do not want PayPal to harm those ministers by seizing the money intended for them, I don’t want to feed the cyberstalking industry. If I take down my account, I decrease demand and take my little bit of fuel from the fire. No need to self-immolate.
BTW, thank you for hanging in here through these difficult times.
Appreciate your clearing that up for us. I only use PP for on line purchases – it’s convenient. I don’t receive any payments, so therefore, no worries. I use Venmo (unrelated), but always transfer funds soon as received.
https://fourweekmba.com/who-owns-venmo/
PayPal owns Venmo.
Have you guys investigated AlignPay as a safer alternative for CTH?

Remember during WW2 when we used dumb bombs, dropped by the tens of thousands, to take out targets and civilian casualties were often indiscriminate and acceptable collateral damage?
Apply that to biological warfare and posit that wide swaths of the population are the new target. If some ‘friendlies’ to the regime get taken out, acceptable collateral damage.
Covid has been an excellent weapon to weaken resistance with deniability and fungible casualty statistics. I’d expect it to continue, even though I heard Brandon say something about it being ‘over’ as of Oct 1. We know how that goes now.
Covid is over? All that means is they have another means to introduce their poisons to cull the population. Poison death shots are soooo yesterday.
We don’t need no stinking tests! So we might kill everyone, so what?

Side comment about videos like this … I refuse to click on any video that has a teaser image of what appears to be an Insta-ho hoping to make more money through clicks.
I refuse to click on links to videos where the woman has painted on a little wing pointing up on the end of her eyeliner. I’m not into the Cleopatra thing.

Professor Jeffrey Sachs [Columbia] on Bloomberg causing chaos saying US was most likely involved in Nordstream leaks
I wonder if some scientists, economists, and maybe others are finally starting to get really irritated that their honored professions (that they have spent decades in honorable work and devotion) are being hijacked by political hacks. And seems especially from liberal collegiate fiefdoms of the left (this dude from Columbia). Frankly, I will welcome them with open arms and not ridicule, “where have you been?”
Monkeywerk raises some interesting points on how the pipeline was destroyed. Here’s his report. The accompanying video starts at the 11 min mark.
https://www.monkeywerxus.com/blog/the-nord-stream-2-pipeline-sabotage
Mnkwrx is a reliable source. Looks like he ID’d the US plane that flew around the pipeline sabotage locations and could have been providing comm/cover for underwater Demolition ops. Start at about 11:00 where FJB tells the world the US will shutdown NordStream II.
Some one posted that vid over at Citizen Free Press yesterday on the Sunday Open Thread. The actions of that P8 Posiden and the KC135 are certainly suspect and I understand there were US ships within 30 km at the same time.
MonkeyWerx identified the flight path of a US P8 aircraft that refueled in the air nearby and then flew directly over the Nordstream pipelines near the Danish Island (forget the name) in the early morning hours on the day of the demolition of the pipelines.
P8s are sub hunters (next generation after P3s, which are still being used). They also do comms to underwater vehicles and could have been the means by which the charges were detonated, which could have been placed in July 2022, when the US Navy was practicing underwater demolition in the area (sorry don’t have the link to the source on that handy).
P8s carry devices called radiosondes, which are dropped out of the plane. They are bouys with a radio on top and an ultrasonic acoustic transceiver in the water. So the plane sends radio messages/commands down the the radiosonde, which in turn transcribes the signal to ultrasonic waves which propagate in water quite well (unlike radio signals). This communications link is bidirectional. A sub can send up an ultrasonic message which gets translated into a radio transmission to the plane.
So it is possible that the P8 was used to either detonate a previously placed charge, or they sent a command to execute a demolition operation to an undersea vehicle.
I have no proof of any of this. I am just pointing out the technology that is available and what might have transpired.
Economists have been whoring for political hacks all my life. Hardly a political cycle without hundreds of economists signing on to some politician’s economic lies.
Scientists sold their souls to their government grant masters and have been playing politics for decades.
But the human ability to pretend whoring for political hacks and selling your soul for grants from political hacks is honorable work is amazing.
the more I think about it the more I agree with this blog’s author – stupid typical Russian maintenance incompetence. This was linked from yesterday’s Clarice’s Pieces American Thinker article; this author has a more recent one with links and diagrams in it that discusses the needs of maintaining and operating oil and gas pipelines, and makes a lot of more sense than whipping up unprovable blame games:
https://thelawdogfiles.com/2022/09/nordstream.html
Here is his Part II:
https://thelawdogfiles.com/2022/10/nordstream-ii-electric-instapundit.html
Really, sometimes we have to go back to simple human error, especially when all the neo-cons are pushing for war!
Clarice Feldman is a Female.
The Law Dog website isn’t specific, but I’d guess it’s run by a dude.
Gazprom contractually doesn’t perform the maintenance, they only supply the gas. It stipulates in the contract who performs the maintenance, what the maintenance schedule is, what equipment is checked and who performs the work. Large industrial projects like a gas pipeline have all the maintenance terms spelled out contractually in order for the insurance companies to have confidence to insure the pipeline. Insurance clauses will also require the maintenance is performed according to the contracts mentioned above. Thought the writer would know this. Basic business 101.
The Russians have been operating pipelines for many decades and know what they are doing, so not sure what basis there is for alleging ‘incompetence’.
The US also sabotaged one of their Siberian pipelines in the early 80’s by having Canada insert a Trojan horse into some Russian pipeline equipment and the pipeline was destroyed. That is why Gazprom would not allow the Canadian repaired turbines by Siemens for NS1 to be installed without the proper paperwork from the Germans. This isn’t Gazprom’s first rodeo.
.
Maybe think some more. Maintenance “accidents” arising from a commonly-known issue just don’t happen simultaneously in the same geographical vicinity to two different pipelines that are operating under very different conditions. ONE might be plausible. TWO, no.
(You might also re-think the ad hominem “stupid typical Russian maintenance incompetence”. As compared with… 2015 Gold King mine disaster? the Three Mile Island meltdown? the Champlain Towers condominium collapse? the Enbridge Line 3 pipeline spill, and others…)
.
Seismographs also picked up the multiple explosions. Gas lines don’t explode unless there is oxygen mixed with the gas and there is an ignition source.
There were 4 breaks in the 2 lines. This ensured that they were not easily repairable. The two pipelines are probably total losses now that seawater has entered the pipes and started to corrode the steel cores. Rust never sleeps, especially when in the presence of sea water.
Especially when we’ve ensured attempting repairs would be impossible or immediately undone via more mischief.
no. this is jumping through lots of hoops to try and ignore the obvious
Colonel Douglas Macgregor says the most likely culprits behind the Nord Stream pipeline blasts are the United States and Britain, and that the attack was carried out to prevent Germany from bailing on the war in Ukraine.
Berlin was drifting away from this alliance. [Chancellor] Olaf Scholz said ‘I’m not sending any more equipment, I won’t send any tanks’. Now he’s in a bind because the United States has simply robbed him of the option of bailing out. Who’s going to supply him gas and oil and coal and everything else if he bails out? Where does he turn now? And remember, the Germans, who are facing terrible consequences at home refuse to restart nuclear power plants,” the former official said.
https://summit.news/2022/10/03/former-pentagon-advisor-says-us-likely-attacked-nord-stream-pipelines-to-isolate-germany/
The war in Ukraine is effectively over now. The territories seeking Russian help against the shelling and other terrorist attacks perpetrated against them by Azov with the help of the Ukraine government have been annexed into Russia just as Crimea was. There is no more war. But there is still plenty of money laundering that is going on there.
There’s more Nazis to eliminate and more heavily Russian areas to liberate.
There will likely ultimately be four more oblasts annexed, regaining all the territories of Novorussiya, reducing Ukraine to their original landlocked rump state status.
Pretty much the only way to limit our idiots from instigating future problems.
MacGregor have insight or an opinion? There is a difference between analysis and entertainment.
LOL….at one point the USSR had to bring in Western technical help because their petroleum pipelines were losing 40% of the product in transit…..sounds pretty incompetent to me
He asks: “who are the state actors that have the capability to do this?”
The pipelines are in only 70-90 meters of water at the sabotaged points which according to a retired US Navy acquaintance of mine is within diving range (with appropriate equipment of course) and he’s personally dived that deep. And anyway, why would a dive even be required? A consumer grade ROV with video link would allow a bomb to be lowered next to the pipeline which isn’t even buried. Or, a bomb could be dragged along on the bottom perpendicular to the pipeline until it stuck on something which would be the pipeline.
Yet, for some reason the ONE country that benefits MOST from this is NEVER mentioned. Articles from just a few minutes of searching follow.

Nord Stream 2: A Trap for Ukraine
Nord Stream 2 is a political project targeted at Ukraine, among others. It is an essential element of Russia’s anti-Ukrainian strategy and a tool to eliminate Kiev from the European gas transit system. This would be a severe political and financial blow to the Ukrainian state.
https://warsawinstitute.org/nord-stream-2-trap-ukraine/
Ukraine lobbies for cuts in Russian Nord Stream 1 gas shipments
April 20, 2022
https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/ukraine-lobbies-cuts-russian-nord-stream-1-gas-shipments-2022-04-20/
WASHINGTON, April 20 (Reuters) – Ukraine is working behind the scenes to convince Western allies to shift Russia’s shipments of natural gas from the Nord Stream 1 pipeline to Ukraine’s pipeline, increasing Kyiv’s leverage in its conflict with Russia, energy officials told Reuters.
Doing so, they said, would force Russia to move more of its Europe-bound gas through Ukraine. That would make Moscow pay more transit fees that could help Ukraine’s wartime defense and deter Russia from damaging Ukraine’s gas pipelines in the meantime, they told lawmakers and Biden administration officials in Washington last week.
Nord Stream 2: A Key to the War in Ukraine
May 1, 2022
https://www.thepostil.com/nord-stream-2-a-key-to-the-war-in-ukraine/\
Excerpts:
Beneath the soil of the Ukraine is a network of gas pipelines through which part of the Russian supply to Europe passes. Between 2004 and 2005, 80% of Russian gas destined for Europe passed through the Ukrainian subsurface. When Gazprom (the Russian state-owned energy giant) cut off supplies to the Ukrainians in January 2006 and January 2009, the Ukrainians appropriated the gas destined for Europe, resulting in huge losses for those countries highly dependent on Russian gas, and this in turn greatly discredited Russia as a supplier.
In order to avoid this Ukrainian transit system, the Russians decided to build two new gas pipelines. Gazprom said that linking a gas pipeline directly to Germany without the need to go through transit countries would avoid cutting off Russian gas exports to Western Europe, as had already happened twice. Thus, was born the Nord Stream (Northern Stream, Севеверный поток) project, a gas pipeline that would link Russia to Europe (directly to Germany via the Baltic Sea) without the need to pass through Ukraine or Belarus.
The main opponents of Nord Stream 2 have been the Baltic countries, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary(?), Romania, Croatia, Moldova—and mainly Poland and Ukraine; all of them supported by the European Commission and the US. These countries opposed Nord Stream 2 because a direct gas pipeline to Germany could mean the stoppage of energy supplies to them, as well as depriving them of lucrative transit tariffs.
Ukraine’s transit used to supply 44% of Russian gas for the EU, pocketing the (increasingly corrupt) state coffers some $3 billion a month. But with Nord Stream 2, this was to change and the transit through the Ukrainian subsoil was to be reduced by a further 10 times. This would have caused Ukraine to lose 3% of its GDP. In Ukraine this was seen as undermining its sovereignty and also the collective energy security of the whole of Europe, as transit of gas through Ukraine deters Russian aggression, and this would end with the opening of Nord Stream 2, which in turn would have made Germany the main gas hub in Europe.
Map of Russian pipelines to Europe:

My point: you don’t NEED a sophisticated state actor to accomplish what was done.
Can’t remember now where I read it, but we were training Ukrainian divers not all that long ago on technology and operations that would enable them to accomplish this, especially with the ever helpful “it wasn’t us!” Derp State Intel assistance that is becoming the trademark of Ukraine’s not so smart big wins such as taking out the warship Slava.
I doubt I could ever be disabused of the notion that we are ultimately responsible, though it is not at all unlikely that eager idiots such as Azov were pushed to the front to put their own fingerprints on the job.
Somebody here has to play Devil’s Advocate.
Read this and tell me that Trump picks good people who do the right thing at the right time. Well, right here he’s totally Joe Biden with one brain cell. He’s totally unprepared and out to lunch, acting like a useful idiot. The question is why?
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/70-seconds-shook-world
Easy to play Monday morning Q-back.
However, the vid is not flattering…he was unprepared for the stake coming to the heart of his Administration. And those clowns on the left already putting in their short positions on the Stock market, knowing they would derail his Admin through mail in ballots etc. Have to give them credit… as in the G-Father 2…”they played this beautifully”.
Was this the news conference where Fauzi gave Jonathan Karl the thumbs up? When i saw that i knew it was not science but political.
He and the country were duped. Though the vipers in the media…Ventilators/death/Johns Hopkins…millions will die/stop the spread/etc. The one disappointment I had in our Lion was the shutdown. As smart as he is…we the treepers knew this was a scam to derail MAGA. Why couldn’t he?
Did you see Trump’s face when Fauci shut down hydroxychloroquine right after the President mentioned hydroxychloroquine as a game changer?
And did you see Trump’s face when Pompeo told President Trump that Covid was just a live drill, and Trump responded “you could have told us”.
Trump’s courage in the face of hideous odds is remarkable. At some point we have to match him, it is more than any one man can do alone.
The current White House crew would be happy to starve and/or incinerate most of the population. It is hard to believe because we don’t want to know it — but also right there in our faces
“Trump’s courage in the face of hideous odds is remarkable. At some point we have to match him, it is more than any one man can do alone.”
Absolutely true. All of it. And any one piece of what President Trump went through would probably have most people sniveling in a corner for the rest of their life.
I’ll take PT all day long over any other current/past political actor.
Failures, disappointments, wrong appointments, mean tweets and all the rest of nit-picking.
No other person could accomplish what PT did against the forces that align against PT.
No one. Not DeSantis. No One.
God Bless PT.
“Well, right here he’s totally Joe Biden with one brain cell.”
“acting like a useful idiot. ”
You have some nerve.
I bet you are a genius and had all the answers.when this began developing. I bet you’re a billionaire too. I guess I missed your comment at the time mapping it all out for us.
Show a little gratitude for this man…..if not….
Bam!
“The question is why?”
Difficult question. Irrespective of appearances, I’ll posit that PDJT trusted and believed in advice and perspective outside of bureaucrats and politicians; far more elemental than those humans he’d had little experience or track record with. Who exactly those persons were I have no idea.
Along the Covid path I witnessed many departures from the ‘Art of the Deal’ PDJT that left me scratching my head in puzzlement. Stuff that seemed out of character for Trump. Beyond Covid, also during/after the 2020 election. I was left with the impression that somewhere along the way he made a deal for he and his loved one’s lives with the USIC.
No proof of course. Just an instinct. However, I’ve come to trust my instincts over many decades. PDJT and the family are still alive. The rest we can work out. This is much bigger than one man.

Ok , the latest publicity SCOOP to hype Maggie Hagerman’s new anti- “I really really HATE Donald Trump ( PS ,yes I really do )” Book . She says “PDJT will run for President in 2024 , but his heart won’t be in it” (?) and she says the only reason he will run is his own selfishness and ego (trotting out the old original slams from 2015 , in case we forgot , which we didn’t ) “only doing it for the hype , publicity , brand and cash advantages yada yada “ These people are as tiresome as they are hateful and greedy. But she has a definite case of TDS x10

Whether it be climate change, basic economics, illegal immigration, race relations, tax cuts, sexual identity disorders, the causes of crime, poverty or the motivation of patriotic conservatives – were it not for the false narrative, the Democrat Left would have no narrative at all.
They have their doctrines and history, common sense, facts or logic won’t change their minds because they’re simply cultists.

Good for you, Kenji! Here’s hoping your body will heal from whatever insults the virus and/or the mRNA injections may have introduced. I’m a firm believer in Ivermectin and detoxification.
I don’t personally know any younger people affected by the virus or the shots, but there have been too many suspicious deaths in the 50+ age range this year.
Years ago, I got to interview some of th staff at the Joint Services Command and they had a handy metric for explaining the Russian victory in WW2. Tactically poor, operationally sound, strategically good. The Germans were the exact opposite and hence they lost, because what guarantees victory is strategic competence. Same in Ukraine, though tactically and operationally the UAF verge on the incompetent, without massive NATO hand-holding.
Russia are good at big arrows on maps, Ukraine well rendered arrows on PowerPoint. Time will tell, but history certainly seems to favour the strategic approach.
With support for helping Ukraine on the wane and possibly bleeding into the mid-term conciousness I think the current operational gambles can be seen in a similar heritage as Operation, Michael, Southwind and Spring Awakening. Tactical grist for supporters eager for any good news, but unable to overcome strategic reality.
I thin the eventual destruction of the Ukrainian Army and the carve up of the country will have major implications because the incompetence, wastefulness and ideological obsessions of the elite will once more be under the spotlight. Remember, when Ukraine exists on people’s bios and memories more than it does in reality this war could have been stopped in February and March.
Biden has a long political career characterized by flip flopping on many important issues. At heart he is an “Inauthentic man.” This AT article summarizes the hollow leadership of Biden and his handlers. I would agree.
“In the end, we need a president who is fearlessly authentic, and in Joe Biden we do not have an authentic man. A piece of him is missing — there is no center. He’s a bad salesman with a bad product, and simply put, he’s not the one. There is nothing left in Joe Biden that America can live with.”

How long will it take for “The Honorable Court” to realize that it is being played at all levels by these “Lawfare™” people? And, how long will it require for said “Court” to demand that these bad players be disbarred?
The system must be used for anything to be considered legitimate. And it will take an impossibly long time before they are able to rule the DOJ and FBI are criminal organizations.
Throughout DOJ has attempted to overwhelm both courts and Trump by speed of action.

Somewhere in my internet wanderings today I came across a comment that when Putin delivered his recent speech he was wearing an $8,000 Brioni suit. My first thought was:
the leader of one of the three super powers is wearing an off-the-rack suit? Have all the Russian tailors fled to New York? There isn’t a single tailor left in Russia who can make that man a proper suit?
Your comment added so much value to the discussion Lol.

Mike Davis called out Jim Jordan on War Room this afternoon.
Claims Jordan helped kill 3 common sense bills to restrict big tech.
I have been a big J Jordan fan. Hate to hear this, but better to know the truth than continuing to be fooled.
Big Tech takes big money from the government.
Big Tech does what they’re told by big gov.
Politicians get big donations from Big Tech.
Jordan is and has been one of the recipients of those donations.
This is reality.
Somehow I already knew this but can’t remember exactly where I had seen it or read it. Maybe it was on CTH? Makes you see him in a completely different light, doesn’t it.
better to know the truth than continuing to be fooled
OK Lone Wattie. You want to know the truth. Did you read the bills? Are you sure they’re “common sense”? Did you read or listen to any of the explanations of the many many Republicans and some Dems even who voted against the bills?
You have some research to do before you should make any decisions.
I guess it’s possible that Mike Davis is a shill who didn’t read the bills and is lying to War Room big time.
I acknowledge it is possible.
I hope Trump gets Davis off of his side soon.
Yeah, the devil is in the details and I envy those who have the time and fortitude to dive deeply into the abyss of politicians and the bills their lobbyist’s lawyers write for them to vote on. True envy. Life is short for me, got other things to do.
Jordan gave the trucker’s convoy ear time. So did Cruz. We’ve seen a lot of censoring of related political protest by Big Tech. Is a revamp of 230 the answer? IDK. IMO, if something is in the mixer, it’s likely to benefit the current Communist regime or be a boon to getting more of them elected or re-elected. My instinct would be ‘no’. For now anyway.

From your link: The lawsuit lists several instances in which CNN appeared to compare Trump to Hitler, including a January 2022 special report by host Fareed Zakaria that included footage of the 20th Century German dictator.
(smh)
Jan 2022 wasn’t the first time Fareed Zakaria compared Trump to Hitler. He did it in 2016: https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/davidmack/it-hits-the-fan
Here’s the lawsuit: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.621239/gov.uscourts.flsd.621239.1.0.pdf
An excerpt:
In its campaign of dissuasion, CNN has branded the Plaintiff as one who subscribes to the notion of the “Big Lie.” The “Big Lie” is a direct reference to a tactic employed by Adolf Hitler and appearing in Hitler’s Mein Kampf. As commonly understood: ““If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.” The “Big Lie” was used by Hitler to incite hatred of the Jews and to convince people to ostracize Jewish people. It was an entire propaganda campaign to justify Jewish persecution and genocide. The phrase is not taken lightly and is not bandied about blithely. CNN anchors and commentators understand this. They have not used it against other political leaders and previously criticized political analogies to Nazi Germany and to Hitler.
Here are just a few CNN headlines:

“If you repeat a lie, it becomes the truth”: [Pamela] Brown takes on Trump’s election lie
Hehe:
CNN’s New Boss Chris Licht Wants to Stop Calling the Big Lie the “Big Lie”
Another excerpt from the lawsuit:
On June 15, 2022, CNN’s new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Chris Licht reportedly held a conference call with top CNN producers in which he expressed displeasure with the use of “Big Lie.” Since then, CNN’s on-air personalities—including John King, Jake Tapper, John Avlon, Brianna Keilar, and Don Lemon, among others—have continued to use the phrase in describing the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s questions of election integrity despite an apparent admonition from their Chief Executive Officer. Reportedly, the term “Big Lie” has been used in reference to the Plaintiff more than 7,700 times on CNN since January of 2021.

I’ve read the posts of a few people here who have soured on Jim Jordan, but the posts I read never specified why.
I just finished listening to Mike Davis on Bannon’s program. Bannon made a reference about how we had to bring Google off its high horse and go after the media giants and he said that with the new team that will take over the committees after the election, he was sure this would happen.
Mike Davis said, “Not if Jim Jordan has anything to say about it.” He went on to explain that “behind the scenes” Jim Jordan has been whipping GOP House members NOT TO VOTE for the very moderate 3 bills they are faced with now that are intended to reign in Google.”
He disabused Bannon of the notion that Jordan was going to be tough on such issues. He said Jordan is indebted to Google–gets a lot of money from them but tries to lead people like us to believe he’s a fighter for us.
ACH! Ask me to believe Mike Davis or Jim Jordan and I’ll choose Davis over a politician.
That’s discouraging, but if Mike Davis is saying it , I believe it , and probably he is not saying anything that is not well known by insiders . But why would Jordan bother , bills probably have no chance anyway with Dems. In control , so it is puzzling – but definitely discouraging if this is a foretaste of the “fighting for you Congress” promised if Rep. win the House .
You need to do more research. Find out why Jordan and 167 other Republicans and even 15 Dems voted against HR 3843. Davis referred to the bill as moderate? Did you read the bill?
I’m tired of pundits who provide opinions without substantiation or proper analysis. Jordan and the other 167 Republicans voting ‘no’ doesn’t mean they are pro big tech or beholden to Google.
Research ? Read the bill? – are you kidding ? Why should I read the bill when nobody in Congress does .
You should read them because Mike Davis apparently described them as “moderate” and either said or implied that Jordan should have voted for them, and you say you believe Mike Davis but you haven’t verified that what he said was correct or reasonable.
This reminds me of the current propaganda by the Dems that Ron DeSantis and Marco Rubio voted against aid for Florida victims of hurricane Sandy in 2013. They voted against a particular package and bill, not against aid.
Mike Davis needs to prove how he came to know what he is claiming, otherwise it’s just more unsubstantiated BS.
It’s crazy you would take Davis’ side without first ensuring that what he said is actually true!
Maybe proof will be in pudding , based on votes ?who /how many vote no ?
Regarding HR 3843, 168 Republicans and 10 Democrats voted against this bill.
Jordan: It would actually give $140 million to the DOJ so they can work with, continue to do what they’re already doing, work with big tech to censor certain information from getting to we the people.
Another Republican said we should wait til after the mid-terms to address big tech. “We don’t have to take the bad to get a couple of good things”.
There’s much more to this.
You should know better. You should know Dem bills are full of stuff that benefits Dems and their donors. If Jordan or others voted ‘no’ it doesn’t mean they’re against reining in big tech, it means they are bad bills.
So bill passed
If virtually all the Dems voted FOR the bill , then , as they say, ipso facto , it was a Bad bill and Jordan was on right side of it to vote against it ? But will he propose a better bill ?
He proposed a bill in 2021 but the Dems have control of Congress so Republican-initiated bills are dead in the water. Just another reason to make sure we win back those House and Senate majorities.

Tight with Grassley.
Liberty Daily: Sarah Huckabee possible VP candidate for Trump 2024. I like this woman but for some reason I am lukewarm on her. Thoughts?
I like her stance on issues, her morals, and her moxie on responding to the animalistic, vulture-like gang-ups that the leftist media nut jobs did on her while she was WH press Secretary, but I never found her to be all that scintillating, articulate, or quick witted in the position. If she had walked out the first time they treated her with such disrespect, and again the next day and the next, the appalling uncivil juvenile behavior of the press would never have gotten so egregious.
I was very surprised when she ran for Arkansas Governor.
One big plus – she’s been quite loyal to President Trump.
She might bring the evangelical vote that Mike Pence was once said to be drafted for, but that was before President Trump had a track record.
She’d be a No in my book.
I say no. I can think of numerous people I think would be better.
She was restrained in her comebacks to reporters in her capacity as White House Press Secretary but I’m sure that was a requirement. My whole perspective on her might change when I see her in a debate or answering reporters as a candidate.
Interesting!
Mike Davis from the Article3 project is sounding the alarm on Jim Jordan. Apparently Jordan has blocked several efforts to bring even the most lenient legislation forward against Big tech.
Second, Davis says Jordan staff has been wined and dined with multiple trips paid by Google. This crap has to stop especially since Jordan goes on Hannity whining about Big tech all the time.
You just described a successful shakedown of Big Tech by Jordan.
What’s up with all of you posting the same claims about Jordan?
Did you read the bills? Did you read or hear why Jordan voted against them? Did you read or hear why any of the other Republicans voted against them?
One of the other Republicans asked why we should accept the bad Dem solutions when if we wait for 3 months the GOP can pass their own bills? Assuming we win the House and Senate majorities, that is.
Stop falling for propaganda. Suddenly now you’re all like lemmings, “Mike Davis said Jim Jordan is bad! So Jim Jordan must be bad!” Sheesh.
I love Jim Jordan but he needs to address this and most importantly, fix the problem and make a commitment to stop censorship.

North Korea has flown a missile over Japan, prompting authorities to cancel a previous emergency alert.
From Reuters:
Nuclear-armed North Korea fired a ballistic missile over Japan for the first time in five years on Tuesday, prompting a warning for residents to take cover and a temporary suspension of train operations in northern Japan.
The Japanese government warned citizens to take cover as the missile appeared to have flown over and past its territory before falling into the Pacific Ocean. It said it did not use any defence measures to destroy the missile, which was the first to fly over or past Japan from North Korea since 2017.
“North Korea’s series of actions, including its repeated ballistic missile launches, threatens the peace and security of Japan, the region, and the international community, and poses a serious challenge to the entire international community, including Japan,” Japan’s top government spokesperson Hirokazu Matsuno, said in a brief news conference.
Speaking to reporters shortly afterwards, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida called North Korea’s actions “barbaric”, and said the government would continue to gather and analyse information. […]

Air Force Academy Woes Highlight Collapse of Military Values Under Diversity Mania

The intentional woke / downgrade of US Military and it’s Academies is so discouraging.. I remember The Great Rush’s funny bit from the 1990s – so politically incorrect – called back then for the creation of a all woman combat battalion that could be depended to fight like demons -once a month—-. What would he say now ? ? Missed by all his fans …
Comedian Rodney Carrington had a bit about 20 years ago where he said much the same but took it a step further-afterwards send the gays in to fix the place up and then we’ll flip it for a profit
One of the fascinating aspects of studying a period in history, especially one that includes conflict, is that you get to see what plans and predictions opposing sides made. Looking now, at 21st Century America, I wonder where the Democrats and their handlers wanted to be, surely not here? Where have they exceeded their expectations, where have they succeeded and where have they failed?
If you could work this out then the inflection angle, between prediction and reality, would give a good idea about the success of the Conservative resistance. It seems to me that any quick advances they have made, due to establishment support and pre-positioned cultural stances are now degenerating into a costly slog, as the reality of their ‘eutopia’ is now becoming an ever growing, uncomfortable reality, for more people.
Personally, I cannot believe they predicted they would face an electoral landscape as they do now, with Trump seemingly dominating every political move they make. I don’t think they anticipated the social resistance to their trans-humanist agenda and I certainly don’t think they predicted the possible collapse or weakening of NATO over a neo-con policy of proxy warfare with a now rejuvinated Russia. But I also did not predict how sheep-like the majority of people would be to lockdowns, masking and the biggest transfer or private to corporate wealth in history.
So, imagine the Democrats plans unfolded as they’d planned, where would we be now, or are we witnessing it now? Shudder!
