Ultimately the ONLY thing that matters is whether the election was conducted as directed by the State’s Legislature – not as directed by a Secy. of State, by a Supr. of Elections, and not by a judge or anyone else. Unless and until there is an amendment to the Constitution Congress can not legitimize spurious Electors – Electors MUST be appointed as directed by the State Legislature. Spurious Electors remain spurious permanently.

The Framers DID know they were conducting an experiment, that relied on FAITH that the American people would be the ultimate ‘lynchpin’ by which the experiment would succeed or fail.
“A Republic, if you can keep it”, “can only work for a moral people” (paraphrasing) and many other quotes from their writings make it clear, they understood EXACTLY what they were doing, and the pitfalls of creating a system dependant on WE, the People.
As for “now what?” I find it difficult to understand, and even accept that commenters are still asking the question, or stating they “are waiting for the ‘call to arms'” as if they expect Paul Reveres Ghost to ride past their house, yelling “The british are coming!”
The battle is occurring, RIGHT NOW, and playing out JUST as the founders intended; that is that 2A would be a LAST resort, and that having it would mean never having to USE it, a DETERENCE to tyranny, rather than an actual ANSWER to tyranny.
And, that political differences would be resolved by Public Debate in the town square, the “marketplace of ideas” and different policy prescriptions could even be tested and refined in the “laboratories of Democracy” of the States.
The SIZE of our country isn’t the problem, nor is the media.
The problem is not with the Founders vision, its with the People.
And the solution to the problem ALSO lies with the People, not with further tinkering with the system bequeathed to us by the founders, such as term limits or succession.
ENGAGEMENT in, and an understanding of the political process, by the citisenry, and an understanding and acceptance of this as a VITAL Responsibility of every citisen, is all thats required.
And it is HAPPENING, and ironically Joe’s actions are greatly facillitating this understanding and acceptance of this as a RESPONSIBILTY of citisenship, that we ignore at our peril.

I like the theory that they are looking for the Russia Gate evidence to try to suppress it, but I think there is something more, something else. Something they thought was in the safe, but wasn’t.
Trump said that he caught them all. And now they are afraid that he truly has. They knew he had the documents that he could reveal in his court case against Hillary and her cabal. I’m beginning to wonder if that was not the reason the judge shut down that court case and is now threatening Trump’s lawyers.
I suspect the judge was told what was in those papers and asked to shut down the case before all got revealed.
Being of the democrat persuasion, he happily helped.

Geology is pretty rock solid evidence for helping us understand the vast fluctuations of our climate over many ages. These willfully ignorant lunatics have no idea that when the first humans arrived in the Floridian peninsula, Crystal River would have been a 150 foot cliff face because sea levels were so low as most of the water on the planet was still frozen in glaciers. Since that glacial period ended, it has been widely accepted scientific fact that rising sea levels caused most of this State to be completely underwater at least 9 separate times. All of these facts are still on display at the Museum of Natural History at UF.
I have shark teeth recovered from the flint hills of Kansas. Even Kansas has both been covered by a glacier, and also a sea floor. Now it’s in between.
I am more inclined to believe the only man made aspect would be the weather engineering likely happening world wide, and very well could be (being) used as a weapon of warfare.

Here’s where I am at with climate.
1 . Climate change is a natural occurrence, pollution is not.
2 . Agricultural run off is pollution that impacts water supply.
3 . Global population requires more food creating even more run off.
4 . Man cannot live without water, and natural climate change often has droughts, as well as floods.
5 . Droughts make Agriculture impossible.
6 . Floods make Agriculture impossible.
So rather than tell billions of people that food is going away, or water is going away, you blame them instead for something that is perfectly natural. This is important, because when they starve to death they have to know it is their fault, and not the fault of BIG AG, BIG PHARMA, BIG GOVERNMENT, and BIG CORPORATIONS. The duty of the elite is to make it all your fault, so they may continue to live as they have always lived, and also to ensure they speed up the process of our demise.

Using decimal notation and not percent it is .00038 – so 400 molecules per every million molecules.
That picture leaves out water vapor. True it varies, but water is the green house gas that keeps this planet warm. Locally, it varies from 0% to 4% by volume.

The water vapor acts as a form of thermal blanket that can hold warm or cold air against the surface of the Earth.
Water plays a huge role in our climate. Such a huge role that the miniscule roll played by a trace gas such as CO2 is completely swamped by water’s role. From snow and ice reflecting solar radiation back to space, to clouds, to evaporative cooling, to the huge heat capacity of the oceans, to all the other ways it acts on our climate. CO2 is a footnote to an appendix in the last volume of a set of climate encyclopedias.
Yup. Water vapor is about 18 times more “greenhousy” than CO2 on a molecule per molecule basis. That is, it is 18 times better at absorbing and reradiating solar energy. It varies from 0% to 4% of our atmosphere, as we all know it is highly variable. All the claims of CO2 being the cause of global warming are telling us that an increase of about 3 molecules of CO2 per 10,000 atmospheric molecules to 4 per 10,000 is the cause. Think about that. It’s pretty insane actually and only models that are created in such a way as to drive towards a given conclusion can “simulate” the effect. And any real physical effect is positively swamped by clouds, humidity, solar output, etc. It’s also why it’s very important to move temperature measuring stations closer and closer to heat sources like these “climate scientists” have been doing for the last 30 years or so and think we don’t notice their shenanigans.
I have pointing out this obvious fact for nearly 30 years.

Yes–this team led by Prof. Van Dyke disproved it conclusively:

Actually, their panic is quite evident in the fact that nearly every *science communicator* the mainstream has is now out there trying to discredit the physicist and plasma cosmologist, Eric Lerner, who pointed out how the JWST results contradict the Big Bang in an article titled “The Big Bang Didn’t Happen”.
Examine their responses closely, and you’ll find the articles and videos posted by those who claim to inform the public about science and astrophysics are filled with ad hominem attacks, outright lies, obfuscation and libelous smears against Lerner. They aren’t even trying to debate the facts, evidence and logic he noted in his article.
He’s truly stirred up a hornet’s nest because what he’s pointed out may threaten the mainstream particle physics and astrophysics community’s immense funding. A community that has spent billions and billions and billions of dollars the last 50 years chasing what are increasingly looking like fictions … dark matter, dark energy, inflation, black holes, etc. etc. etc. … all to prop up their Big Bang model.
In the meantime, they dishonestly dismiss or simply ignore electromagnetism’s effects on plasma (99.9999% of the visible universe) … the heart of plasma cosmology … for which evidence from earth labs and telescopic observations abounds. And they’ve worked hard to make sure that plasma cosmologists, like Lerner, get no taxpayer funding and cannot get published in the only science journals they claim are reputable.
Nevertheless, the ever persistent Lerner managed to get his article published, which has them in a tizzy despite it being in media they scoff at. Also, in 2018, he finally got a peer reviewed paper, “Observations contradict galaxy size and surface brightness predictions that are based on the expanding universe hypothesis”, published in a leading cosmology journal, the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society. They’ve settled for just ignoring that.
That paper shows that observations of the size and brightness of thousands of galaxies contradict predictions based on the Big Bang expansion hypothesis. None of the published expanding-universe predictions of galaxy-size growth fit the actual data and he found that all of the proposed physical mechanisms for galaxy growth, such as galaxy mergers, also contradict observations. However, the data were closely fit by the contrary hypothesis that the universe is not expanding, and that the redshift of light must be caused by some other unknown process than what the Big Bang community now assumes.

That or the Helion venture. Both Lerner’s LPPFusion and Helion group use an approach to generating electricity from fusion that is innovative and more in line with the theories of plasma cosmology.
Lerner’s concept is to achieve fusion via a plasma focus device that creates a self stabilized plasmoid, like those that plasma cosmologists believe they see in various space objects. Instead of fighting plasma instabilities, Lerner’s concept exploits them to naturally create a plasmoid where fusion conditions occur. The plasmoid then discharges much of the energy as a beam of electrons and ions (the “jets” seen emanating from various space objects, including so-called black holes).
Technology for converting those beams directly into electricity already exists. Some of the plasmoid energy gets converted to x-rays, but LPPFusion has developed a patented method of converting that directly to electricity as well. Lerner’s privately funded effort is looking to build reactors in the 5 megawatt range sometime in late 2020s.
The Helion people call their device a “linear fusion reactor”. It doesn’t try to maintain a stable fusion reaction like a tokamak or stellarator either, and it doesn’t remove the heat from the plasma with a heat exchanger and use turbines to convert steam to electricity. Instead, pulsed magnetic fields accelerate plasma into a burn chamber where the plasma fuses. The plasma expands, then magnetic coils in the walls of the reactor will generate electricity from this moving plasma, cooling it. The process will repeat over and over and over, much like a diesel engine operates.
Helion claims that as much as 95% of the energy released from the plasmas might be converted to electricity this way, rather than the 40% a typical heat exchanger/turbine approach (the approach the tokamak and stellarator uses) achieves. And they claim they can build much smaller reactors … on the order of 50 MW … than the tokamak or stellarator builders claim is economically feasible. They are hoping to demonstrate electrical production from their device as early as 2024.
Guess we’ll have to wait and see if either concept pans out. At least we don’t have to wait 20-30 years to get to the demo stage like the 20 to 50 billion dollars (depending on who you believe) ITER program now promises.
I have a lot less confidence in the approach that the mainstream has pursued … in part because they’ve lied from the very beginning about what they’d achieve with their multi-billion dollar efforts and how soon. And they justified the rush expenditures using fear of Climate Change. Now, however they are privately admitting that they are still 30+ years away from commercial fusion power generation … not soon enough to avoid the bad effects of climate change they used to promote their efforts in the first place. In the meantime, everyone involved has done quite well economically.
I also think the mainstream programs are about the elites trying to gain power over us through total control of our source of electricity. That’s why they envision gigawatt plants owned and operated by them. The smaller ventures seem more intended to be controlled/run by local authorities and groups. Dispersed rather than centralized.

My parents moved to a different part of the country when I was finishing 7th grade. The new school district I went to tried to give me books for 8th grade that I’d already had. Not in 7th grade, but 6th grade. They were TWO YEARS BEHIND my old school district. Nobody cared. I was just shown books until I told them “Never saw that one before.” and they’d assign me to those classes. Many were in the 7th grade actually, because it was just 7th and 8th at that school. So essentially I was taking 5th grade over again for the most part in 8th grade. I thought surely it would get better when I went to high school. Nope, just picked right up from where it left off.
I basically just cruised through HS with zero effort. Then I went to college and had to take some courses that I should have had in HS but just weren’t offered or were so dumbed down that I learned nothing of consequence and still got an A. Took me about three semesters of college to really make up for this deficit in learning. And to this day, people around here consider their school system good. It’s not. I’ve tried to tell them, but oh well.

Carbon Monoxide is a poison and was a threat as a pollutant in our atmosphere half a century ago, but we addressed that and now I think they’ve substituted Carbon Dioxide as the atmospheric boogie-man, hoping we wouldn’t notice.

One other thing about CO2 many don’t realize. Since it is absolutely required for photosynthesis to occur, there is a minimum threshold level in our atmosphere that we really don’t want to ever approach. IIRC it is around 180 ppm at which most all photosynthesis will cease. That’s not good. When we first measured the level of CO2 in the atmosphere it was around 220 ppm. Way too close to 180 ppm for comfort in my opinion. If anything, the increase of CO2 from 220 ppm (at the start of the industrial revolution) to 400 ppm today gives humanity a nice cushion and also helps plants grow better than they otherwise would be able to. For some reason, this really pisses off the greenies.
Imagine the SHOCK of the Greenies if CO2 came close to 180 again and everything green died! Wonder who they would blame then….

The oceans give up (desorb) CO2 as they warm hence CO2 tends to lag behind temperature changes. There are many problems with the climate models and even the temperature measurements and the adjustments made. The temperature station locations also have been shown to be biased to the warm side. All of it is corrupted data.

Combating POLLUTION is a real goal and physical need.
As a boy, I remember driving to Freedom, PA (the oil refinery there used to pump out allot of bad stuff) and driving along the Allegheny River toward Pittsburgh (the steal mills and coke ovens that lined the river banks). Those really did need to be addressed.
In the late 60s, the Delaware River down by the Ben Franklin Bridge in Philly was literally dead. No fish. And whatever you might have caught was unsafe to eat.

I had a really good doc. He was in his early 50’s, retired from Air Force. When the mandate came for electronic records, he shared his concerns and retired from medicine.
Obamacare allocated $2billion to “help” doctors be able to “share” information. Every link in the chain is done in the name of helping.
In a nutshell: Big Pharma controls the development and approval of medical protocols, which insurance companies then require doctors to use in order to get paid. Doctors who circumvent the medical protocols in order to properly treat patients are removed from medical groups by Big Healthcare corporations.
Top 2 criterion for selecting a Primary Care doctor.
1) Does not accept insurance
2) Does not use electronic heath record software
For us this has meant out of pocket expense for over 10 years despite having health insurance that covers primary care. On the other hand, being free of insurance company medical protocols means we have top care, off some major meds, proper referrals, discounted services, and have someone to advocate for us should we end up in a hospital.

Six weeks ago, I had to do cpr in the community. There was only one other person who knew how to do it. And it was delayed in starting compressions due to that fact, I was physically far away when it happened.
The sooner it is started, the better the outcome.
The venue I was at could not find AED. The paramedics took at least 10 minutes to arrive. The LEO’s got there first, no AED with them.
She survived but I question if the whole outcome could have been better.
When we finally got the AED and applied the pads, she received a total of two shocks, cpr in between and rescue breathing (not advised today but am old school, what the hell, am old anyway and the lady was blue, I have never felt so helpless…).
Not a pediatric nurse, but I have been told that babies are quicker to ‘come back’.
Given what appears to be a proliferation of heart-related issues across all age groups, even more support for learning lifesaving skills and having the equipment around.
Locally, some ex-military who worked in combat medicine give classes in battlefield treatment and support, regimes more suited to remote areas like where I live where even the closest Coastie station with a helo is dozens of miles away and fuggetabout ‘ambulances’ and EMT’s and all that.
Congrats for taking on the challenge.
As far as classes at school, agree, and we had basic first aid and lifesaving courses a number of times, including live simulated triage in the gym, when I was in high school over 50 years ago. Private high school. It was one thing to read about it and quite another to work on another human being. Sobering.
Fortunately my real life experience has been more with stabilizing industrial accidents since I worked in industry. Keep people from bleeding out, stuff like that. What I noticed in the moment was how calm seemed to overtake the process and how time appeared to slow down. Interesting stuff.
