Every single one of those documents was declassified, literally because he said so. If Donald Trump now declares that “he declassified those documents,” and whether or not anyone heard his tree fall in the woods, the “plenary” legal truth of the matter is that he did.
And, like every other Former President, he retains the very highest level of security clearance … forever.
“Obstruction” is a crime of intent. It is not anything that you can “search for.” It is necessarily something that you do. Your Lawfare™ legal theories mean nothing. You can make no case against anyone possessing plenary powers.

Probably the single greatest weopon they are still wielding with effect, is their use of the distortion of language.
We Must Get better at effectively combating them on THIS battlefield, as it leads directly to the ultimate battlefield; “hearts and minds” which is actually where the War has been waging, all along.
Probably the single most-important guard which we have so far never enacted … except for the Presidency … is term limits.
Also: age limits on the upper boundary.
A very important part to remember is everything is projection, example: “The Great Society” LBJ “The Great Leap Forward” Mao. They focus group these glowing phrases that do not reflect the reality of the damage and death that both policies produced.
If you complain, you’ll get; “What! You don’t want a great society” or “What! You want to live in the past”. Or one of the great debate stoppers, “for the children” or “The Patriot Act”. Then if they can’t derail you with that then you’re “raaacist” or “homophobic” we all know the rattle.
The only politician/American that I’ve seen that pushed back against these childish word games and win was our VSGDJT.
Perhaps what we have to do is remember the child’s rhyme; “sticks and stones may break my bones but words shall never harm me”

It turns out the Israeli government never had a vaccine safety monitoring system in place when they launched the COVID vaccines in December, 2020.
Finally, in December of 2021, more than a year into the vaccination program, they decided to fix that defect. They started collecting safety data from that point until the end of May 2022. They then tasked an outside research group headed by a top Israeli scientist to analyze the data.
The report came back that the side effects were not mild and short lasting as was represented to the Israeli people. The data was clear that the side-effects were severe and long-lasting (sometimes with no end in sight).
In short, the data showed that the government, which wasn’t monitoring for safety like they claimed, lied to the people of Israel. Also, it’s now clear that Dr. Sharon Alroy-Preis lied to the outside committee of the FDA about the Israeli safety monitoring.
The Ministry of Health (MOH) concealed the safety report for 2 months, then issued a deceptive public report to make the vaccine look safe. This Sunday, they will “ask” the vaccine safety committee to recommend the 5th dose (the combo vax) for 60+. This is corrupt. They are hiding the safety data from the public and they know it.
It took 2 months for the MOH to distort the findings and present it to the public to make it look like the COVID vaccines were safe.
Nobody knew that the meeting between the researchers and the MOH was being secretly recorded.
Apparently, there was an honest person at the meeting and so when the MoH didn’t act in a way that protects the public, the recording was leaked to the press.
In the 80 minute recording, one of the researchers said, “We’ll have to think medical-legal – how to present our findings to avoid lawsuits.”
After the recording was recently leaked to the press, \only one news outlet in the world, GB News in the UK, was willing to cover it. Watch this video of the GBNEWS interview which happened on August 20, 2022.

A person is guilty of DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER when, under circumstances evincing a depraved indifference to human life, he recklessly engages in conduct which creates a grave and unjustifiable risk of death to another person, knowingly disregards such risk, and thereby causes the death of that person.
The law of non-contradiction holds that two contradictory propositions cannot be true simultaneously. The truth of one necessitates the falsity of the other. Simply put, the State cannot lock down the entire healthy population for the ostensible purpose of protecting the elderly from COVID while simultaneously creating a grave and unjustifiable risk of their deaths by mandating COVID patients into nursing homes.
If the State believed “the necessary precautions”—i.e. the CMS and CDC “transmission based precautions”—would keep the elderly safe enough to justify the nursing home mandate, then the lockdown was never necessary and all deaths resulting therefrom were DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER.
Alternatively, if the virus was so novel as to warrant locking down the entire healthy population like communists to protect the elderly from COVID, then mandating COVID patients into nursing homes during the lockdown was DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER.
Thus, because the nursing home mandate issued during the lockdown violates the law of non-contradiction, it is categorical proof of depraved indifference murder. There is no triable issue of fact because there is no possible defense.

I do not understand why there have not been many “wrongful death” lawsuits against NY, Minnesota, New Jersel, etc for KNOWINGLY FORCING infested patients into nursing homes to kill the residents.
They KNEW the virus was contagious
They knew that older citizens, especially those in nursing homes, were especially vulnerable to infestion and death.
There were many other facilities for the infected patients (for example, the entire convention center system in NY was available, specifically including the massive Javits center, IIRC)
“Qualified Privilege” should not be an available defense to blatant, knowing, forseeable murder of old people.
There is no qualified privilege for murder.
No one realizes the nursing home mandate is proof of murder because the notion of the state murdering nursing home residents is inconceivable.
Let me put it this way, I found proof that Cuomo murdered the nursing home residents after one hour of reading through his Executive Orders. In E.O. 202.5, issued one week before the nursing home mandate, he nullified three nursing home admission regulations designed to protect residents from communicable disease. The nursing home mandate can’t kill 15,000 residents without those changes.
It took me FIVE MORE MONTHS to realize the nursing home mandate is proof of DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER. Five months; and I already had proof that Cuomo killed them in E.O.202.5.
That’s how hidden in plain sight that is.
Donald Trump is the president. No joke. No hyperbole. It’s impossible for Biden to remain in the White House without this entire nation, and the entire world, sanctioning the mass murder of nursing home residents by NY, NJ, PA, MI, and CA.

To make it consistent, skip the cat, lock a physicist in a room with such a trapped box, with the following label. “Secrets of the Universe: Open this box and you may die. Leave it open and you will die. Leave it closed and the box will never kill you.” Then ask if the physicist is both dead and alive.

we can’t have a president who is allowed to keep copies of Time magazine, or empty topsheets for records classified merely because they evidence government corruption and embarrassment.
