Frankly, someone who knows nothing about the law and how it works, is dependant on a lawyers advice, and that is as foolish as someone who knows NOTHING about how their body works, and so lets the Dr Jab them or takes the Rx medicine the Dr Rx’s.
With an understanding of the law, the lawyer is your “mouthpiece” and YOU are actually figuring out strategy and tactics, just as a smart patient interacts with their Dr.
Put it another way, “Professional advice” as from a Dr., Lawyer, Accountant etc. is STILL ADVICE.

If he is on the Trump team, which basically he is already by being able to openly educate the public on President Trump’s rights, etc., then he would not be able to speak openly like he is doing now.

IMO, the greatest harm of all is the “mental harm”! No matter what is physically done to a human to change their sex, it will never be 100% complete. What is frightning is the issue of screwed up surgeries. They are dealing with the plumbing of these young people and mistakes will cause a lifetime of suffering.

Gov. DeSantis has been a great and much appreciated governor (by his voters) based on the surface evidence available. It’s difficult for me to believe that either the last 4 years of state governance were just a great acting performance in preparation for a POTUS run in 2024 or that the 4 years were genuine, hard-earned achievements but the power of mega donation money was suddenly too much of a tantalizing lure and it changed everything. In other words; another Uniparty sell out and victory that will be very bad for America.
I don’t know how this Florida political narrative will end but I hope it will be a surprising and good ending that will eliminate the prior speculations. But, every day that possibility seems less likely if you are a MAGA supporter.

Using a now obviously political spin on cancelling an already scheduled fundraiser for Republican Governor candidate Zeldin after meeting with a billionaire donor, who just gave the DemoMarxist opponent $400,000 donation smells fishy. Also the pivot support to the “Green New Deal” scam with the electric bus nonsense suddenly, doesn’t have a pleasant odor to it either.
Don’t get me wrong, I want DeSantis to win the governorship over that rat Crist. No choice there. However, after the sudden media talking head “nationalization” promotion of a State candidate (with the inference of replacing Trump) is starting to smell like another Joe Manchin in the making.
It’s beginning to look like DeSantis is not making all the final decisions.
But maybe he believes these electric buses will succeed. Hydrogen buses were going to be the savior but the image below indicates why they failed despite the long mileage they can travel before a refill. The pile of costly and failed climate boondoggles is a high one. The batteries are a potentially big problem.
The image below with a solar panel recharging the bus is obviously deceiving but it makes the point as long as a reliable and abundant source of electricity is available. Given the discussions about energy costs lately electric grids will be overwhelmed in some areas if major shifts occurred.
Hydrogen fuel cells are an excellent technology. Energy density isn’t all that though. And so far nothing comes close to conventional gasoline for energy per volume (i.e. energy density).
We should also be burning natgas (CNG) in our cars. There is an abundant supply in this country, a distribution network already exists and it is much less expensive than gasoline on an energy density basis.

I didn’t realize my comment would be interpreted as being over emotional and similar to being brokenhearted over a politician. But your comment is understandable. While I liked and admired DeSantis for standing up to the left and all the attacks, it is not him that I’m mostly concerned about or care mostly about on this issue.
It is the 245 year-old USA and the rest of “the West” that is heading into a serious downturn that disturbs me and potentially losing one more politician that seemed to be genuinely committed to and capable of reversing the downward trend is upsetting. A weak and impoverished America would not be positive for the world but it would embolden China etc, of course. I have 2 fabulous grandchildren and I hope they and others in their generation and those still hanging on in mine etc. will not suffer terribly from the policies being enacted today. I’ve seen enough suffering for a lifetime.
The last time I checked the list of politicians that have the courage to face the attacks, the ability to really make a positive difference and the interest in making things stable again for their voters and not their donors is a very short one with the investigated P Trump at the top of the list. Well, it is an indirect cause of Europe’s problems because Europe tried to sanction Russia without thoroughly considering the consequences. Russia, alone, is materials-independent, manufacturing-independent, and energy-independent. You can play “sanctions games” with them all summer long, but European winters are long and cold. Because of you Russia is now making more money than ever before, while you are starving for the energy that you can only get from them. Eventually, inexorably, Russia is going to win both its war and your game. They can wait. You can’t. They can do just fine without you. You can’t.

Leave aside all the points made in the Fox article (all valid, by the way; the grid can’t support this, at the same time they’re doing it they’re also damaging base load capacity severely by shutting down reliable generation currently in use, cost issues for even the most-modest EV and more) is this: It has been upheld by the courts that one of the most-important personal rights is the right to travel in and between states for personal purpose using the common means of the day without unreasonable interference.
EVs basically destroy that because of their range limitations and charge times.
Germany has never made good decisions with Russia in the winter. At least this time, Russia is being nice and not making them leave their homes to come to them. But Russia also is being smart. This time they aren’t just getting the ones in boots, but more of the population…….and making billions while doing it. Hmmmm, maybe this time the Krauts and friends will learn their lesson.

I saw an interesting rhetorical question posed elsewhere a couple days ago. The question was: “Why would the Davos-Bilderberg elites destroy western economies so China could emerge as the world superpower?”
Since then, I’ve been wondering what an answer might be. What came to me as a possibility is this:
The elites are rebuilding and strengthening Russia. They’ll stiff China through Russia first chance they get. China is a raw materials in / finished goods out proposition. China has an enormous population, which makes it the logical primary target for the depopulation cultists. China’s vulnerable in terms of energy and food. See where this is going? (Maybe?)
