Missouri already has voter ID and no drop boxes. Only way you can voter absentee, is to request a ballot, fill it out including the reason for voting absentee, then either mail it in or bring it by the county court house before the election. Some Missouri precincts have electronic ballots (big cities) but most are paper ballots
There are Dominion machines in some areas of Missouri, not all in the cities; I learned that to my horror after the Stolen Election of 2020.
I blame them for the State Constitution Amendment (was it August 2019?) deciding that MO should be a prime target for all those illegal invaders just wanting free health care, paid for by MO taxpayers.
In my view this issue needs to be revoted on –without the machines. It’s appalling what TPTB are doing to us.

Nye county in Nevada has established new hand-count rules and procedures for voting in the county, so much so that the Secretary of State has had to establish procedures for all hand-counting possibilities; even establishing a special carve-out for Nye county since the county plans to run a parallel tally of the votes with machines (non-Dominion ones) as a test to see how this process can be a guideline for other counties in other States.
Local, the more local it is the more confidence the residents will have in the results.

Michele, there are multiple supposed Floridians that have pledged they will not vote for DeSantis in November for reelection because Sundance has shown them that DeSantis is (pick your pejorative). Those are only the people that have publicly professed that. How many lurkers or others have been persuaded that DeSantis just isn’t worth voting for?
If you can’t see how that would help elect Crist in a Florida, which is fairly evenly divided then I don’t know what to say. I find Sundance’s targeting of DeSantis and the pile on by commenters here reprehensible and I have wondered why in the devil Sundance chose this time to go down this path. Sundance seems to have personal animus toward Governor DeSantis.

I have not read through the related threads. We don’t need infighting. Besides, DeSantis has already said that he would not run if Trump runs.
DeSantis is an incumbent candidate in a race with an election in a few months. Trump’s name is not on a ballot in 2022. We are probably too far out from November 2024 for big money donors to pull the trigger on large dollar donations for Trump, especially since PDJT has not formally announced that he is running. That DeSantis is doing well in fundraising right now should not be a surprise. I applaud his success.
I remember several people going insane over how Sundance showed Cruz to be a big club rino during the 2016 primaries. Seemed he nailed that one too.

They don’t support DeSantis, they want Trump out and Maga crushed. They are also using the Vaccine failure to undermine Trump. The Vaccine was a Pence doing I am convinced. Anyhow If the Uniparty can’t keep the Democrats in power they would be happy to have Nikki Haley or Mike Pence as President. We’re now three weeks in. I am concerned whether he has decent legal support. It tooks weeks for his team to file anything and they are focusing instead on getting a Special Master asigned. It almost seems like his team is waiting to fight in a corrupt DC court system where the case would end up if he is indicted –rather than take preemptive acction now to end this within the Florida courts.
I am utterly baffled and concerned. Anyone have thoughts why?

They wouldn’t have been able to have gotten the affidavit the warrant was based on, and that’s what they needed. I read that normally, a target of an investigation can’t get the affidavit until charges are filed or the investigation is closed. So he could still challenge it down the road.

As a lay person the text of the warrant itself seems to fit the definition of an unconstitutional general warrant –searching for any and all government docs over the entire period of a four year term.
But I can see the desire for caution too. It is a trade-off. Preemptive action now in Florida courts to end this by getting the warrant tossed for being overly broad ( a risk without seeing the full affadavit) versus a different kind of risk —of later having to litigate this in the hostile and corrupt enviroment of the DC court system.
Mike Davis who is frequently on the War Room and recently Fox News…was a law clerk for Gorsuch and also worked for Grassley…he said that the lawyer Trump has (and I don’t remember his name) is a good lawyer with lots of experience.

That being said, the DOJ, FBI, and the rest of the Apparatus are playing OUTSIDE of the Court System. For Impeachment v4.0, everything starting on the day of The Raid is a political endeavor… so, a short-term Team Trump legal “win” in a court room is good for a TechnoFog blog post, but it doesn’t filter down to the General Public as “news”. Think Weissman/Mueller, just smaller and narrower in scope.
The cake is baked at this point… you’re either with Trump, or you’re against Trump… and court rulings and any other such technical detail doesn’t change that basic relationship. The only real variable, IMO, is the political blowback from folks who are otherwise relatively indifferent, but see the Government action as specifically anti-Trump.
PDJT has many expert attorneys working on this. The Trump attorneys in the forefront (TV, Public speaking,etc.) they are the PR team…you’re not seeing the constitutional experts……yet.
I’ve heard several suggestions that they amend their filing on the 4th ammendment violations in Florida to include the above items. Also it has been suggested that Biden’s waving of Trump’s executive privilege be included too.
By doing so it would force the issues to be heard now rather than later potentially after indictment. If they wait and react at that point the issues will be in the DC courts. Filing now would put those issues before the judge in Florida and appeal would go to the 11th circuit.
The issues will be litigated and invariably end up at SCOTUS, but his odds of a favorable ruling are much higher outside of DC.

My professional litigation mentor always said “follow the money” and “cui bono”.
On reflection, the primary beneficiaries of the impertinent student loan ‘forgiveness’ is the bondholders.
The universities have already been paid by the students who took out the loans.
The students who earned useful degrees like engineering, business, science, etc have paid or been paying back the loans to the bankers and traders.
But the ‘students’ who partied with wymns studies, puppetry, victimhood history, and “math is racist” edumbification degrees can’t pay back the big-time loans. So the bankers and traders don’t get paid, and would have to declare the loans nonperforming. I looked at the interest the ‘students’ pay on these ‘loans’ and the interest paid to the bondholders, which looked like a scam to me.
I think the private ‘student loan business’ is highly political and is in cahoots and intertwined with the ‘Department of Education”.
from this I conclude that the ‘forgiveness’ is to pay off political bondholders, reset non-performing loans so they can be sold to stupid people, and make it somewhat more likely that the non-paying ‘students’ might pay some more in the future.
All just my opinion – I haven’t checked any of the financial data or payment mechanism. You may sincerely trust the whole student loan system as being wholesome and free of politics or 10% to the big guy. YMMV . Think at your own risk…

What I think was a private company came after me about or before 10 years ago, to pay a student loan someone had taken out in my name/address. The threats were associated with DOE letterhead. I threatened suit, and they went away. That is when I looked at the interest rates and the system which seemed to be based in New Jersey… (where I had experiences with the political system which informed my conclusions about the student loan system.)
Is any of the DOE $1.44 Trillion held by the DOE rehypothecated to any other entity or persons? How did the DOE get $1.4 Trillion? Or did the DOE just guarantee it? Did any note-holders, traders or banks keep any rights in the loans or repayments or interest? Something doesn’t seem right about the DOE just “holding” $1. Trillion.
If Joe Biden ‘pays off’ the loans, who gets the money? Or does the Department of Education simply write off A $Trillion of the $1.4 Trillion it was somehow given to buy the outstanding notes 10 years ago?

In other words, the DOJ bent the Espionage Act to fit the facts of Trump’s possession of documents at Mar-a-Lago. The Biden administration couldn’t target Trump for mishandling classified material both because he declassified it and because the statute that criminalizes such mishandling doesn’t reach a president or a former president. So instead, they tried to find a crime to get the man.
Even then, there is a second problem with the DOJ’s reliance on the Espionage Act: An Espionage Act violation only occurs if the person has “unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over,” the national defense information. But how was Trump’s possession “unauthorized”?

Can anyone fill me in on the background of catturd’s slam against Sundance today. I trust Sundance more than catturd but with my current level of information(I am not on Twitter currently due to time constraints, but the feud made it onto Citizenfreepress.com
)…but with that level of information I never thought poorly of catturd. His rebuke seemed like he was trying to be honest, but couched in frustration/animosity.
Since I have not enough information I am drawing no strong conclusions. I figured those who are better informed than me here(which is many of you) might be able to summarize the events until now. Would love if Sundance did a post explaining what happened from his perspective as I wasn’t aware catturd is possibly a compromised entity and if this is true then I want to he aware of it so I can apply a proper filter if I see things from catturd.

Got it. I was typing the above messages while using the facilities lol. But yes, I work 60+ hours a week, and meet with clients even when not working. Then I am just going through a lot in life right now, major family upheaval, and moving, and so yes, I truly don’t have the time to search. When I try and search tweets on regular internet it always tells me “you need to login or create a twitter account to view more” or some such. I truly appreciate you taking the time to find these and apologize for the inconvenience.
My take then: WTF catturd? I see some other posters discussing this, and it just seems from their interpretations that catturd is using tunnel vision and hyper sensitive to anyone giving facts that are contrary to his internal narrative RE: Desantis.

I have many other matters to attend to, legal and otherwise as in the middle of life restructure, So I deleted that app and have been off facebook for 2 years…and eliminated online entertainment(I don’t watch shows, don’t own a TV, don’t play games…I read and work.
