I worked for a company during the 80s that got bought and because I was part of management I got fired. My wife didn’t work and it was a very difficult, stressful time for the family. I had to sell our house and my wife who was a stay at home mom went back to work. Unlike Liz Cheney and Mr. CNN Potato head I didn’t have millions to fall back on just some dollars and not a lot of them! So I don’t like to ridicule anyone who get’s fired but these two are in my exception category!!!! How sweet is MAGA!!!

In this article he talks about the differences in the original complaint filed in March and the amended complaint filed on June 21…the day BEFORE Reinhart recused from the RICO case.
Interestingly enough, a statement was added :
Trump made no mention in the original complaint of his decision in late 2020 to declassify government agency files on the conduct of Russiagate and Spygate (a major segment of which was encompassed by Crossfire Hurricane).
The amended complaint continued to focus on the actions of individuals, but the added detail would leave someone who’d never read up on this topic before with his jaw hanging open, aghast at the picture that emerges of what the government was doing.

Given that it was filed in Federal Court in Florida as opposed to DC was a smart move establishing venue.
He is correct in that J6 is on the table but many of the “individuals” mentioned in the filing have to be nervous.
I feel it had more to do with the RICO lawsuit than J6….they are nervous.
As the author pointed out in a previous post on raid (there are 3), when the DOJ substituted itself in place of the “FISA Five” (Comey,McCabe,Strzok,Page and Clinesmith) they also filed a motion to dismiss since you can’t sue govt employees for actions taken as a part of their jobs.

Every day we get a little more detail and I am more convinced than ever President Trump has these guys by the balls and they are in a complete and desperate panic. So much so that it was worth violating his fourth amendment rights to try and bury evidence.
Based on President Trump’s demeanor I think he still holds the documents, or at least copies of the documents, they were seeking.
The narratives to justify the raid continue to change as each of them collapse when scrutinized, ranging from nuclear documents to “classified” documents, to the now mundane not cooperating with the national archives.
Perhaps it’s time to start having some of those documents begin to leak. Fight fire with fire.

The DOJ’s purpose was to prevent Trump from using anything in the documents for his case. If he tries to use copies they may be seized also? Sounds like Trumps objective would be to prove the DOJ purpose in the raid was to obstruct justice.

While talking about dinosaur extinction, 48 minutes in, ‘the earth expanded, gravity got bigger’. He says that was the third catastrophe that helped wipe out the ‘too big’ dinosaurs. Volcanic activity in India, and the asteroid that hit the Yucatan were the other two.
He doesn’t invent it, but not being able to filter out the garbage undercuts everything he says.
It is like when you have make some great points and then ‘chem trail’ yourself.

Also, donate directly what cash you can afford to candidates. I always tell people to examine what they pay in taxes and if they think a small cash donation might be a good investment to lower their tax bill, or at least keep it in check.

Tucker’s opening segment addressed the upcoming midterms and how McConnell would rather lose than have MAGA candidates. The Republican Senate re-election committee isn’t spending money in key states and has done poorly on fundraising. He pointed out that a Republican-controlled Senate would have substantial leverage and could insist on border security, banning mutilation of minors, etc., in exchange for funding other items and the Dems would have to go along. Even when in the minority, the Dems get their basic priorities, yet Republicans don’t even when they have the majority. I would really like to see conservative media make a concerted offensive to get rid of McConnell. Instead of complaining about Biden or the FBI or whomever when something outrageous happens, that anger should be directed at McConnell for letting it happen.
Exactly, the old guard GOPe in Washinton, like McConnell, Rove, McCarthy and so on, are the enemies inside the gates… we HAVE to jettison them posthaste or they will continue to sabotage us.

Yes, I just watched both parts of his show from last night, and wondered whether fund-raising is really that lop-sided, i.e. in favor of DEMS, including “small-donor” contributions.

I noted that Tucker mentioned Ohio Senate candidate J.D. Vance as one of the exceptions to those staying silent about Illegal Immigration and Crime.

Seems to me that each of us should choose a race and focus their funds there. I chose J.R. Majewski who is running to unseat 40 year incumbent Marcy Kaptur in the Toledo based Ohio 9th district. As redrawn, what used to be the “Snake by the Lake” demoncrat district is now a reasonably compact NW Ohio district rated R+6 (as per 538).
Majewski is somewhat renowned for a huge Trump Lawn design, but more importantly is a highly resolved MAGA America First Patriot.
Was not originally on the Vance bus, but slowly moved off my deep suspicion. Then when he won the primary saw the swamp react in horror, which is a majorly important positive indicator.

I would expect Masters to hammer the border and crime as main issues. That would be the best way to differentiate himself from that creep Kelly. That Oz commercial he showed was awful. No wonder he is way down in the polls. But it seems fixable. He noted that a poll showed Walker down by 10, and one did indeed, but others look better and more importantly, he’s doing well and is improving in suburbs, which are key in Georgia.

Pennsylvania is not a red state. Trump appealed to the working class so was able to “crossover”. That is not the case with Oz. Oz is an elitist, liberal celebrity who doesn’t even reside in our state. Many of us expressed our concerns with a candidate Oz, but because Trump endorsed him, that was all that mattered. As distasteful as Fetterman is, Oz is worse. We might have had a race if Barnette had won.
PA is pretty much lost anyway, but this seals it.

I can tell everyone right now the reason Republican fundraising is down is the big groups stopped mailing outright. I won’t go into specifics but I know the firm that handles all the big republican arms of fundraising and they told me a couple weeks ago they stopped mailing and it’s killing their business.
This tells me they 100% are nose diving. But what I think will happen is, the red wave will happen regardless. People are pissed, and the republican party is about to find out their sway isn’t what they think, as MAGA has taken over.
I’d like to see that, too.
But the reality is what we have today in many jurisdictions:
The RNC needs to be starved out of existence. I don’t believe the races in AZ, the primaries, had much, if any RNC support yet the candidates pulled through. In November can be a repeat of the victories. the candidates have to hustle (which they will), and those of us in the peanut gallery (i.e., those of us outside of the state race in question), need to support the campaign(s) with as much as we can afford. If there are more us than than there are of them, then this tactic will work.
In other words, if we can’t keep our crooks in the Senate, we are going to purposefully tank any attempt to bring non-Establishment patriots in the Senate. Still supporting the gopE?

People need to get over what they hate about Trump and look at the policies of the Establishment vs MAGA. Our country is a divided mess now and it’s not because of the MAGA movement. It’s taken decades for us to get to the mess we are in today.
Somehow the argument has to change to MAGA vs Establishment policies and governance, not Establishment vs mean ole Trump.

Any serious effort to end the crisis must deal with the problem of the administrative state and the bureaucratic power thereof. Without that focus, no reform effort can get anywhere. That is surely a main takeaway from the trauma of our times.
The solution has to be drastic and it has to work. The reason is simple: a free and functioning society cannot coexist with an undemocratic beast like this on the loose, making its own laws and running roughshod over rights and liberties with zero oversight from elected leaders. Until the administrative state is defanged and disempowered, there will be no representative government and no hope for change.
It’s obvious that the bureaucracies will not reform themselves. In promising an overhaul of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, for example, Rochelle Walensky emphasized better communication and less confusing messaging to the public. This is the appearance of an apology: “I’m sorry you’re upset.” The reform will be the same: cosmetic without reality. It wlll not deal with the central problem as plainly stated by Harvey Risch: “industry subservience and epidemiologic incompetence.”
The agency wants another chance. Maybe it does not deserve one. Still, let us reflect on how reform happens in the real world outside of government.
So true. Education reform has meant the creation of an education reform industrial complex, mining billions of dollars in government largess, and the only outcome is a worsening educational product. Does anyone remember the $200million that Zuckerburg spent trying to “flip” Newark, NJ schools? Didn’t think so. It was a complete and utter disaster. The budget for the reform was a pittance compared to the billions spent on the school district, fully half of which are consumed in corrupt contracts that enrich those connected to the school boards.
The Zuck money was spent trying to implement the best educational theories coming out of top universities. Unfortunately, everyone I know who has listened to ed theorists wouldn’t trust their kids with them. They instituted ruinous reforms for vulnerable students.
Finally, the real reform is not to trash the life-experience of good teachers. Newark, NJ students show up to school in shell shock from a disastrous home situation. They come from drug addled parents incapable of taking care of themselves, much less feeding, clothing, and caring for their children. The real reforms must take place outside of the classroom. Rather than denigrating teachers as racists and incompetents, and running them into the ground, we should look at the “civilization” that students come from. Unfortunately, changing from drug culture is never going to happen with fentanyl pouring across the open borders, but perhaps enriching themselves from the illicit drug trade is the main priority of our elected leaders, right cocaine Mitch?
Truth Matters And Never More So Than With the Mar-a-Lago Raid
Understanding the law and the facts is vital when it comes to removing yet another smear the Democrats are trying to make regarding Donald Trump.
With the bungled raid on Mar-a-Lago by Voldemort Garland’s minions, we must turn off the valve on his gaslight and blow away the stench being spread by the lamestream media. To do this, we must unequivocally declare that words actually have meanings. As John Adams said at the Boston Massacre trial, “Facts matter, and facts are stubborn things.”
Bill Clinton’s famous prevarication of, “It depends on what the meaning of “‘is’ is” notwithstanding, the Supreme Court has made it abundantly clear with Heller, McDonald, Dobbs, and Bruen that the meanings of words in law are those that the authors of the law would have understood, not some later permutation preferred by the Left. That’s why we should question the Lawfare blog’s insistence that “The FBI has clearly developed significant evidence of criminal activity at Mar-a-Lago related to the handling of classified material, and government property more generally.”
Lawfare’s take is not surprising given that it is a lefty organization. But inquiring minds want to know the Truth. And no, I’m not talking about Trump’s social media organization that still doesn’t have a web app. I’m talking about the word “truth” and what it actually means.
“Truth” is a verbal representation of what is or what has happened. Truth does not care whether you believe it or not. It will not argue with you. It will simply hit you between the eyes when you ignore or deny it enough times . For example, if you have no income and you keep spending money, eventually your credit card will be rejected. It’s not complicated; it’s just a fact. It’s not my truth or your truth. It is the truth. In this vein, we must consider the seizure of documents from Mar-a-Lago. There are four classes of material.
The first is the simplest. Donald Trump works at Mar-a-Lago while he’s there, so he has created work-related documents. Those are properly his and should never have been taken. They aren’t covered by the Presidential Records Act and aren’t classified security documents.
Second are his passports. As president, he had both a personal and a diplomatic passport. Those are his unless he is required to surrender them by a Court or the State Department. No such orders have been given and, should he be required to surrender them, the Mar-a-Lago raid would look like kicking over a sand castle on a beach.
The third class is security-related documents. Here’s where things get interesting If Trump took classified documents with him and did not store them properly, then it is possible to suggest that there might be a securities violation.
But…
In 1988, the Supreme Court, in Navy v. Egan, declared that the President’s control over classified documents is absolute:
The President, after all, is the “Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States.” U.S.Const., Art. II, § 2. His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security and to determine whether an individual is sufficiently trustworthy to occupy a position in the Executive Branch that will give that person access to such information flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President, and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant.
This is also a direct reference to Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution. “The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.”
In short, the Constitution granted President Trump complete authority to classify or declassify anything he wanted. No one had any legal authority to question him. He was not required to follow any procedure. His standing order that any materials he removed from the Oval Office were deemed declassified was both fully effective and unquestionable. He had “plenary authority.”
As Trump attorney and adviser, Kash Patel, noted, “He can literally stand over a set of documents and say these are now declassified and that is done with definitive action immediately.” This is not opinion. It is the truth. Not my truth. The truth. The Constitution requires it.
There is only one possibility regarding any materials taken from the White House before noon on January 20, 2021. Unless Donald Trump rescinded his standing order, all those documents were, in fact, declassified the moment they left the Oval Office. Thus, any Espionage Act charge relating to documents at Mar-a-Lago is bogus. As President Trump said, “All the documents were declassified.”
The only possible way that Trump could have possessed classified documents would be if he removed them after Biden was immaculated. But Donald and Melania left the White House around 11:00, and there is lots of news coverage to confirm that fact. He hasn’t been back since.
Of interest, Marine One flew in and the Trumps flew out on it moments later. Neither Donald nor Melania had anything in their hands other than the other person’s hand. As for the movers, they are required to be gone with all the outgoing President’s belongings, mementos, and whatever before noon. Put bluntly, if Trump didn’t get it out of the White House by noon, he didn’t have it at Mar-a-Lago, and that means that any papers fell under his standing declassification order. Game, set, and match.
The final question is whether Trump had documents that the Presidential Records Act says belong to the National Archives. While that’s possible, 45 has been very cooperative on that count. When the movers took things out of the White House, it’s quite likely that they scooped up some items that fit into that description. On an earlier DOJ visit to Mar-a-Lago, some of these things were identified and handed over without objection. And as The Donald has noted, all they had to do was ask. He’d be happy to return anything that fit the bill. And that brings us to a key consideration.
Attorney General Merrick “I’m only enforcing the rule of law” Garland apparently dithered over authorizing the raid for weeks. If national security was at issue, why wasn’t he knocking on Trump’s door within a few days after January 20? It’s now over a year and a half later. For National Archives issues, a simple phone call would work. Trump’s personal work and passports don’t fall under any form of request or excuse. So, what’s going on?
I can’t read the alleged mind of anyone on the Left, so here comes my best guess. Sleepy Joe’s puppet masters realized that their attempt to use the January 6 circus to paint Trump as an insurrectionist was failing. So, they needed to find a way to soil him so badly that his base would reject him. “Under investigation” would be the magic words. But they forgot a key item.
First, as I’ve noted above, Trump did nothing illegal. Second, they tried multiple investigations. Russiagate flopped. Then, an investigation into a routine phone call resulted in a sham impeachment. Finally, when bad actors crashed Biden’s Electoral College party, the Left gave Trump credit. But in every case, the Left failed.
Donald Trump loves America. He didn’t need the money. He endured the endless slings and arrows of the feckless Clockwork Orange hoodlums. And he keeps coming back for more. He is the essential leader that America must have, and real Americans see it. Yes, many dislike his mean tweets but accept that he fights for them, unlike the Left who use “Fighting for You” as a meaningless mantra.

When I showed up with a small scrawny stick she went straight to the willow tree and I saw her stripping the willow branch as she walked back. She really did go for the green ones.
I received my punishment and yelled at her to “get out of my sight”. I felt so bad about my tear filled statement I thought I was going to have to run away. Very very risky but I have managed to make more money on Bed Bath & Beyond, AMC and Gamestop in the last year then the last 7 years with buy and hold stocks. Not for the faint of heart at all and have to be willing to lose it all. But if you understand how the meme stocks work and you stay informed daily you can make a killing. 2 weeks ago I bought 20 options (1 option = 100 shares) for September 16 expire at $25.00 of Bed Bath and Beyond. Options were $1.80 x 2000 = $3600.00 Sold them the other day when stock hit 27. Options were “in the money” and I dumped at $10.20 x 2000 = $20,400. If I would have held the options after the Cohen announcement, I would have lost it all This is NOT how it should work and what we’ve seen in the last year in “retail meme stocks” is just not normal but I enjoy playing the game and it’s worked for me.
Oh and I took some of that money and donated to Sundance the other day and will continue to do so, so I can come here and sit on a branch in the tree from time to time and talk with my fellow Treepers.
