Thinking about it, this certainly does appear to be a purchase based on self-interest. The company that manufactured a product, potentially creating long-term issues with blood disorders (ie clotting), now purchases the company that specializes in the treatment of blood disorders.

Aug 8 (Reuters) – Pfizer Inc on Monday agreed to pay $5.4 billion in cash for Global Blood Therapeutics (GBT.O), as it looks to capitalize on a surge in revenue from its COVID-19 vaccine and treatment.
Pfizer will pay $68.50 per GBT share, which represents a 7.3% premium to its Friday closing price. The deal is at a more than 40% premium where GBT was trading before the Wall Street Journal reported that Pfizer was in advanced talks to buy it on Thursday.
Pfizer’s 2021 revenue of $81.3 billion was nearly double the mark from the previous year, due to COVID-19 vaccine sales. With the addition of its COVID-19 antiviral pill Paxlovid, Pfizer is expected to generate around $100 billion in revenue this year, but sales from both products are expected to decline going forward.
Pfizer has been on the lookout for acquisitions that could bring in billions in annual sales by the end of the decade. (read more)

HOW will life and health insurance companies deal with this?
Unless they either greatly increase their premiums for any who have recieved the vax, because their GOOD, unbiased data TELLS them that any who have been vaxxed have a much greater chance of premature death, or of ongoing, chronic health conditions, or raise EVERYONES premiums, in order to ‘cover’ the increased pay out, they risk going bankrupt; i.e. its their SURVIVAL at stake.
And, the issue is further complicated; life insurance company policies have a standard clause, an “out”.
Just as life insurance policies do not pay in cases of death by suicide, policies do not pay out for patients that die, after PARTICIPATING IN DRUG TRIALS.
If a patient dies after taking a Dr. Rx’d, FDA approved medication, they pay.
Cause Insurance covers that, just as it covers death by auto accident, heart attack, etc.
But, if a claimant participates in a DRUG TRIAL of a medication WHICH HAS NOT RECIEVED FDA approval, and dies as a result of that unapproved treatment, the Insurance company has an “out”; the claimant, the policyholder assumes the risk.
I THINK, in order to excercise this “out”, and if challenged in court by the beneficiary, the Insurance company would have to prove, in CIVIL court, so not “beyond a reasonable doubt” but only by “”a preponderance of the evidence” that the unapproved medication WAS the proximate cause of the death.
My point being, one such case COULD “blow the whole pandemic fraud wide open” as Insurance companies have deep pockets and would be fighting for their survival.
And, even without such a court case, if Insurance companies greatly increase their premiums, or deny coverage altogether, for those who have been vaxed, perhaps even raising the premiums in “tiers” depending on how many boosters, this action alone exposes the plandemic in such a way as to cut through the denial of those who HAVE been jabbed, and are in understandable denial.
The truth “will out” and short of the Government making a deal with the insurance companies to cover their losses, which I don’t see how they could do without it being public knowledge, seems to me this may well be the way that this whole fraud is exposed.

Perhaps we citizens should try to not take any prescription manufactured by Pfizer since
they seem to be the major “culprit”. There are almost always alternatives.
For fifteen months beginning in the spring of 2016, I underwent intensive (and successful) treatment for an aggressive breast cancer, including chemo, surgery, and radiation. I appreciated the skill of the technicians and surgeons, the access to specialists, and all the support from a wide variety of individuals within the care settings.
However……I was about half way through that process when I began to realize it was an industry–the cancer industry. Haven’t changed my mind about that.
I had an interesting conversation during that time with personal friends who were staff/administration of that medical center: they reported to me with some excitement a seminar they had just attended at which a friend/co-worker of theirs was the main presenter.
She was the driving force behind a new promo/PR/care message they were developing for those receiving cancer treatment: “Our patients are never discharged.”
…Our patients are never discharged: we will be your resource going forward. And they said it like it was a good thing.
They obviously thought this made sense, that it was a good idea, and that all cancer patients within their facility would be so glad.
My immediate response after a quick and momentary shock at the absolute disconnect was along these lines: “Never discharged? How can that possibly be seen by me as a positive?? I have no desire to have these professionals in my life forever. I am looking forward to the day I am discharged.”
They were taken aback and acknowledged that they hadn’t thought of that angle…..no kidding….
Since then, as a result of the damage done to my body by the “successful treatment”, I have declined several for-the-rest-of-my-life RXs to deal with the aftermath. I accepted two just to be able to deal with day-to-day life, but I knew from the git-go that I would limit as far as possible all of the open-ended meds.

Understanding your plight, my form was diagnosed with an incurable cancer of the blood. Management treatment was not good.
This cancer was not caused by any chemical or injection, it occurred autonomously (not only did I develop this disease, others in my family developed similar cancers, more commonly known as leukemia (though this was not my burden to carry, mine was Polycythemia Vera (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polycythemia_vera), a rare cancer, and I had the rarer form of it))), by the mutation of the JAK2 cells.
Doctors were quite adamant, when asked of life expectancy, by saying 18 months without treatment, 20 years with treatment.
To cut the story short, I was taking the hydrea, and developed the associated symptoms.
My cure, of this incurable cancer, was through the providence and mercy of God. As I continually prayed for this malady to be disappeared, it was not.
Until I prayed for the faith to pray for healing, and God granted this prayer and removed the malady permanently.
So, yes, I praise God and Jesus Christ, His son, for this miracle healing.

They create a drug (which I hesitate to call mRNA as a drug) with serious side-effects and then create additional drugs to manage those side-effects. But I’m reminded of “depression treatment” which has known side effects of “depression” and “suicidal thoughts.” Either it’s not working or it makes it worse but are often required by courts as a condition for release.

I was recently diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. I am on two drugs, one from Pfizer, but I qualified for free medication. My bone scan showed osteoporosis (at our age, who has the bones of a 30 year old anyway?) and my oncologist wants me to go to a rheumatologist, who will only put me on another drug which will cause more problems. I declined. I did read Dr. Mercola’s article today on Lew Rockwell; however, I am sure the cost at Brio Medical Clinic is off the charts for those of us on Medicare.
They did that to my aunt, for 20 years they said she had cancer and would die in 6 months. She went into a nursing home and lived a miserable life, aside from the nieces and nephews and her kids visiting.
Two and a half years ago, I had a cascade of illness that resulted in open heart surgery, and I now sport 2 Pig Valves in my heart. Doctor told me I would not require a rest-of-life supply of blood thinners, as opposed to the mechanical valves.
Friday evening I had a heart attack, taken to the hospital, and end up having a stent put in. The stent is coated such a substance that it requires now a religious observance of a great new wonder drug. Said wonder drug retails of $400/month.
I thought I was free and clear for the rest of my life, now I’m chained to the pharma mill. We’re just pod people in the Matrix, except they are harvesting us for cash rather than using us as batteries.

They are capitalising and exploiting “growth opportunities” in a market that their very actions are causing to shrink.

The list of Federal agencies that must be completely dismantled is getting longer every day.
PDJT WILL dismantle it from the Top down, by expanding the rule he put in place in his first term, which only applied to the Veterans admin. to apply to ALL Federal agencies.
The legality and Constitutionality issues have already been resolved, he WILL be able to FIRE any employee that is guilty of fraud, mismanagement, or is no longer neccesary to fullfilling the agencies mission.
In addition, I believe he has a plan to change tje classification of the embeds Obama shifted from political appointees (that CAN be fired) to civil servants (that can’t).
But, we need MORE to destroy the leviathin of the Federal Buerocracy.
Aggressive Federalism is a extremely powerful tool, currently languishing in our tool box, and not being employed to nearly the extent it CAN be.
And, there is little to nothing PDJT can do to exploit it.
It requires a whole of STATE Government approach: The A.G., with support from the Gov and State Legislature will be the “tip of the spear” by bringing suit against the Fed Gov. challenging its regulatory authority.
Reality is, the Fed Gov has taken on UnConstitutional authorities never granted to it under the Constitution, and has only “gotten away with it” because State Governments and We the People did not challenge it, we did not “withdraw our consent” and so passively gave it.
And, in many cases, if you look at the DETAILS if how they did it, they not only KNEW they had no such authority, but in their actions acknowledge it.
As an example, the odious “gun free school zone” law, which makes schools prime targets for mass shootings
They outrageously and illogically argued that the Federal Govt had the authority, under the 10th amendments COMMERCE clause, which grants the Federal govt authority to regulate COMMERCE that crosses States borders.
So, if a product is made and sold within the borders of a State, regulation is up to the State.
If it crosses into another State, the Fed has authority.
What the HELL does this have to do with School safety?

My point is,…the law includes an “opt-out” which is a clear recognition of Federalism.
It “allows” States to “opt out” of the requirement, and two States DID.
Texas and Utah State legislatures both voted to “opt-out” and to further defer to local school boards the final decision on whether to implement the Defence-free killing zones, or not.
They included this “opt-out” provision, in order to pre-emptively try to prevent a succesful Constitutional challenge, based on Federalism.
In other words, without this provision, ANY State government could have challenged the law on grounds of Federalism and won, and THEY KNEW IT.
Another brief example; the FBI was sold, originally as an INVESTIGATIVE organisation, cause there is no Constitutional support for a Federal agency having police powers.
“Investigating” is NOT a “Police power”; ANYBODY can “Investigate”.
Originally it was going to be an INVESTIGATIVE agency, that could lend assistance to State and Local LE for investigations WHEN ASKED.
Even today, the FBI can only insert itself into Kidnapping investigations if asked, or if there is clear evidence of across State lines criminal actions.
So, things like maintaing a fingerprint database and a sophisticated forensics lab, things State and local authorities would find difficult to do themselves, THAT was how the Federal Bureau of INVESTIGATIONS was sold.
And then Hoover used the fact that bank robber gangs (Bonnie/Clyde, Ma Barker) exploited a loophole in the law to rob a bank in Missouri, and run across the border into Kansas (as an example) and pursueing Missouri LE had to stop at the border.
This loophole could have easily been closed thru “interstate compacts”, agreements between States for cooperation, a mechanism that has existed since our founding.
Point is, a State government challenge to Federal Regulatory overreach is a powerful tool for stripping the buerocracy of its POWER.
WE can pick our targets, such cases are automatically fast tracked to SCOTUS, and any case where the State prevails, applies to ALL States, so it has a compounding effect.
While PDJT is whittleing the Swamp down to size “from the top down” and stripping it of personelle and funding, this complementary effort “from the bottom up” hits the buerocracy “where it REALLY hurts” by stripping it of its authority (POWER).
This is yet another reason why WE, the “MAGA NATION” MUST seize power away from the establishment Republicans that control the State Republican parties, IN ORDER TO elect an entire “whole of State Government” MAGA ‘slate’, in order to have a Gov. SoS, AG and Legislature prepared to launch such an agressive federalism attack.
This IS a plan, yes. However notice that unlike “trust the plan” narratives it does NOT encourage you to “do nothing, as nothing is required of you” it specifically IMPLORES each of us to GET OFF OUR ASS AND DO SOMETHING!
Whats more, it is no longer hypothetical.
The recent victory in Az is a testament to the REALITY (take note self-described ‘realists’) that it CAN and DOES work.
Yes, we STILL have the General election in Nov. and an election being supervised by a Candidate for the top office, is such a blatant disregard for “even the appearance of impropriety” as to boggle the mind.
But what Az shows, even if no MAGA Candidate wins in Nov, is HOW you address the challenge of the Rino manipulation of primary elections and prevail.
Until you do that, you can not address the Dems.Once you do that, beating the Dems becomes POSSIBLE, and thats a first step.

Everyone I know who is vaxxed is now getting sick with Covid. But yet they still have not questioned why they took a vax that does NOT work. It is very surreal that people just went out and rushed to get a jab that did not prevent them from getting it in the first place and yet they just see it as better off than not vaxxed because symptoms would be worse.

When one breaks a shop window and then sells the store owner protection, that is racketeering.
When one knowingly damages the immune systems of billions of people and then sells those people immunotherapies and other medical treatments, that is good public service.
