That headline, which is of course all over from Friday’s close, is one of the most-stupid things I’ve read in years.
The most-amusing part is that you can have both accurate and stupid in the same article, and this is no exception.
The S&P went from 3741 to close at 4130 Friday, a gain of about 10.4% or 389 handles.
But on 3/14 it traded 4166, and on 3/29 4637, which is a 471 point gain or 11.3%, larger on both measures over half the time.
Of course that was a false God; the plunge began afterward, falling one thousand points in an express elevator ride southbound to 3636.
The ramp-job this last week was mostly about people placing bets that, from my point of view, are wildly idiotic. The basic belief, which has now persisted for about a month (thus the ramp over the last month) is that The Fed will not actually stomp on inflation and, in the next month or two, will reverse course by either not removing liquidity via portfolio roll-off, will lower rates once again or both — irrespective of the impact on inflation.

Yep, remember that debacle in the mid 70’s well. It cemented, along with Watergate and Jimmy Carter, my innate distrust of the ‘system’. If you download the VAERS data and go through it, you will see that most batches have no associated deaths. A few batches have scores of deaths. One had 121 deaths.
Either those were bad batches coming from the factory, or they were thawed and refrozen and that caused them to go bad.
There is a third alternative. The latter weren’t saline.
And what about all the other adverse events?
My daughter and her family are vaxxed to the max. All five of them had COVID in January. Over the last 14 days or so, my daughter and her husband were sick in bed at home. Apparently, they were sicker this time than in January. They recovered and my teenage granddaughter got sick with COVID (positive home test). She has been in bed for three days. Last night, one of my grandsons was not feeling well. Let’s see if the other grandson was able to develop decent immunity from that January bout.
I am scheduled to arrive up there to babysit the boys starting next Monday. My horse paste and I may go sooner.

I saw Ross much the same as PDJT, a canary in the coal mine. I also believe citizens should vote their own research, belief and conscience and I respect that, even if I disagree with their methods and vote. That’s what living in a free society is all about. We can challenge each other’s beliefs and change hearts and minds as free men and women.
I voted for Perot, and PDJT, both for what they stood up for and as a vote against ‘the system’, which I hate. After Clinton got in, that was when customers started mentioning China more and business began to shift and looking back I started transitioning to a niche in manufacturing after years of robust business.
Of course, before the internet it was more difficult to gain independent information and perspective to analyze. Even during Clinton, the internet was young and information was the wild west.
Here we are. Perot gave it up after 96 and went on to live a quiet life with his family. Solid role model. He’s home with God now.
1992 was the year my husband and I broke from the Democrat Party because of Ross Perot. We felt so good voting for Perot as we were raising 5 small kids on two working class salaries and one car and he was speaking the truth about main street America.
Soon after I started listening to Rush Limbaugh. Never looked back.

The Gateway Pundit has just published this story that says the Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case which “tests the ‘theory'” that only State Legislatures can determine their election laws.
Well, that doesn’t sound like much of a “theory” to me. The US Constitution is quite explicit on this point, at least with regard to Presidential elections – for all the good it did, since the same Supreme Court declared that “states have no standing” when the same US Constitution places the Supreme Court as their court of primary jurisdiction. Literally, the only court that can hear “a dispute between States.”
Is it a qualification requirement that a Justice must be able to read?

If I were running the Communist party in mainland China, I would have an “operative” in Taiwan with a shoulder carried surface to air missile waiting for Pelosi’s plane to begin it’s approach to land. The order to fire would be given, the agent would then meld into the crowds to disappear and meet up with other agents to begin an exit plan as Pelosi’s plane burns on the ground, her ashes mingled with it.
The USA would take how long to figure out how this happened, who did it and what would be the response? The mainland Chinese would demand proof as they warn everyone to be very very careful. (Israel would smile, knowing that this event was just like what they do in Iran!).

Adam Schiff would holler that this event, the loss of Miss Nancy, was the result of Trump’s efforts to stabilize America’s efforts with China and we needed an investigation asap! Joe Manchin would vote for such an effort. Hillary would come to the cameras and ask for more white wine by mistake.

I mistakenly surmised earlier in the year that the county attorney for Maricopa, was one of the unauthorized culprits; she (Allister Adel) died earlier this year under ‘mysterious’ circumstances.
Her not charging these two named individuals while she was in office, though, and not using due diligence in her elected position, led to her death, I am fairly sure . . .

One more item for your consideration. Part of the corrupt activity identified in the video, “2000 Mules” was responsible for installing the wrong State Legislators in 2020. These same State Legislators can not be expected to volt in favor of taking corrective action that would remove themselves from office or to support any activity that would result in a replacement of the 2020 electors, since it would require a morality beyond greed and self-interest.
It follows that the only tool open to the common voter in such an event is to call for and obtain a new election for the State Legislators. One vote must be cast, for one real citizen of the United States, since it is unlikely that the SCOTUS will admit their “due diligence” error and take corrective action, even if failing to take corrective action results in the destruction of the Republic.
The Supreme Court Was Wrong: Texas Did Have Standing In 2020.
The Supreme Court nullified the value of the Electoral College by not performing due diligence. Look at the following trailer to see their costly mistake.
I submit that electoral vote value of all states is degraded when the vote counting process within your state becomes dysfunctional, and by doing so, it sends the wrong representation to the Electoral College. It must follow, actual harm has occurred to each and every person casting a vote in the 2020 election, but this time by the very court tasked with protecting them.
One vote must be cast, for one real citizen of the United States. The only thing (the States) must-have in common.

I have a theory for your consideration
Let’s view this from the perspective of State Legislators ‘alone’. Wisconsin overturns the 2020 election, resulting in President Trump receiving all of its electors. But, wait, this was a fraud upon the actual electors, since none of the real Wisconsin Representatives have been in congress for almost 2 years and none of the real Wisconsin electors had an opportunity to even debate the other electors in the college, thereby losing their constitutional opportunity to change the position of the other electors during the 2020 election. Add to this that it does nothing about the actions taken by the wrong congressional representatives for the last two years.
The electors have been defrauded, and for that matter so has the state. How can they be made whole? The law requires it.
The only recourse is for a complete do-over of the 2020 election, or send the problem to the SCOTUS.
This same story could unfold for Arizona, New Mexico, and Wisconsin before the midterms and frankly should have by now.
I’m not sure you could prove exactly which ballots are fake at this point, so it’s probably not correct to replace one slate of electors with another. I think the legislatures should declare that the process was so corrupted by the cheating that no electors should have been sent. Recall them and don’t send any.
