sometimes ya just have to think different than the herd……….
People do not normally change the way they think. I have never met anyone who was once part of the herd leave the herd. Perhaps it has occurred, but like UFOs, I’ve never seen it.
What I find instead are people, when confronted with aspects of reality which conflict with their version of reality, they get angry and uncomfortable. For example: Government information about C19 is published and there is no peer reviewed science upon which to base the information. Meanwhile actual scientific process is performed with peer reviewed results and the herd people will defend the government and deny actual science and actual signs of very bad things such as reports of spikes in deaths among younger and middle-aged people as reported by insurers.
People will deny EVERYTHING to maintain their own reality bubble. And they will attack you if you challenge it.

My SIL thinks I’m a conspiracy theorist when I told her this is not a vaccine. I reminded her when she was little and got the polio vax in grade school. How many times did you get polio,I said, after you got the polio vaccine? Never, she said. Okay, that’s a vaccine.
Then I asked if she or her family have gotten Covid after the jab? Turned out they all got Covid, sometimes more than once.
Her response? Yes, but, the Covid vaccine made their symptoms less serious.
Done. Brick wall. No more logic. Might as well be talking to a bag of hammers.

Ya know, my friend, I’ve seen you and others state this statistic before and it has always intrigued me. How on earth could this statement ever be verified? Were there dependable, unbiased Royal pollsters, historians, and enumerators from every kingdom, land, or province wandering around the entire world at the time before Christ to have this factoid verified? And amazingly they must have been able to extensively travel quickly and understand many or all customs and languages in order to share and compile this information to record it.
What could possibly be your unbiased, dependable, and knowledgeable sources for this statement? I am not trying to belittle or demean you, Fangdog, I am only trying to light-heartedly say that your statement might be a wee bit questionable, don’t ya think. <smiles>

100% of experts agree with whoever is funding them.
I would venture that there are still at least 5%-10% of real unbiased scientists and researchers out there that are not swayed by money, politics, or ideology, but the number dwindles every year. Four decades ago I pegged that percentage at 70%-80% and two decades ago I pegged that number at 40%-50%.
Of course that could be my own biases. Or it could be that I am realizing and understanding more. Or it could be that many have mostly ‘sold their souls to mana’, job retention, position, or decaying education and actual knowledge of scientific intent, purpose, and process.

I agree that there are many people who insist on being in denial — but the MAGA movement consists of a lot of people who changed their minds about Trump, or even changed parties and voted R because of Trump. What about Brandon Straka and the Walkaway movement? That certainly seems real to me.
Even with the covid vaccines — a lot of people took the initial shot, but either because of side effects they experienced or the growing pile of facts about the harmful side effects, they refuse to get the second shot or additional boosters. Sometimes people don’t know what they don’t know — but once they see it, they can’t ignore it…
I concur that it is often true that people usually cling tightly to their perceptions.
However, I would not generalize and apply that belief to everyone.
Perceptions shift as more information is revealed and experience increases.
My own political beliefs have greatly shifted through observation, research, and additional information.
My perceptions changed after certain facts did not add up, and duplicitous behaviors were exposed.

One thing Trump could do to demonstrate a second term would not be as sabotaged by insider leftists as the first would be to specifically address this concern and show decisive examples in countering this issue.
Case in point: the “America First Policy Institute”. This is a private organization that claims to represent a future Trump cabinet. It does not require any approval from the GOP. It exists only to the extent that Trump himself gives it any credibility. For Trump to merely state he does not endorse AFPI or the people within it would doom the organization to irrelevancy.
The AFPI is composed of anti Trump RINOs. Members have documented histories of opposing America First trade policies. Others have publicly condemned Trump’s efforts to expose ballot fraud in the 2020 vote. Another has attacked Trump’s personal character denouncing him for “conspiracy theories” and unconstitutional behavior.
It is one thing to deal with GOP sabotage on personnel selection, but it is entirely another matter when no approval is required other than your own. No tolerance whatsoever should be accorded when no GOP input is involved. If GOP approval is needed, it is vital that a repeat of 2017 is not allowed. A whistleblower also said Thibault “ordered closed” an “avenue of additional derogatory Hunter Biden reporting,” according to Grassley, even though “all of the reporting was either verified or verifiable via criminal search warrants.” The senator said Thibault “ordered the matter closed without providing a valid reason as required” and that FBI officials “subsequently attempted to improperly mark the matter in FBI systems so that it could not be opened in the future,” according to the disclosures.
The whistleblowers say investigators from FBI headquarters were “in communication with FBI agents responsible for the Hunter Biden information targeted by Mr. Auten’s assessment,” and that their findings on whether the claims were in fact disinformation were placed “in a restricted access sub-file” in September 2020, according to Grassley, who added that the disclosures “appear to indicate that there was a scheme in place among certain FBI officials to undermine derogatory information connected to Hunter Biden by falsely suggesting it was disinformation.”

Be very careful of the plethora of studies from the past three or so decades that purport to prove that before puberty girls (implying “on average”) are equal to or better in some areas — always looking at isolated skills — than boys.
Much of the research hails from the intent to support the 70s feminist hypothesis that girls are equal to boys but then around the time of puberty, girls are socialized into having their abilities suppressed. (Similar arguments regarding the bell curve in math, mechanical aptitude/interest, other.) There has been much “publication bias” — that is where studies that do not come to the wanted conclusion simply are not published. Also sample selection bias, e.g. athletic girls versus athletic boys, without considering the percentages from each group. Other methodological flaws.
Unfortunately, the flawed research led to a pubertal focus on increased levels of “testosterone” in males at puberty. Well yes, but androgens in male bodies have been altering them since infancy.
Many parents who have raised siblings of both sexes have observed the differences in interests, abilities and so forth. These are not “social constructs” even though there are still “outliers”.

I love dogs and thus would very much like to look at this new wave of pet-loving in a purely positive light, as the result of a conscious and laudable drive on the part of our leading institutions to stem the longstanding problem of animal mistreatment. Or to see it as a simple outgrowth of a generation and a half of children raised on the exploits of canine movie heroes like Balto, Skip and Marley.
Looking out on the broader expanse of emergent cultural behaviors, however, I find this very difficult to do as the rise of the highly anthropomorphized dog seems to coincide quite closely with that of ritualized, human-on-human cruelty in our media and our broader national culture.

As I’ve said, I love dogs. But I’ve never confused the interactions I have with them with those I maintain with humans, with their (our) marvelous capacity for irony, cognitive clarity and the full-spectrum expression of tenderness and enduring concern and care.
But what if I had seldom, if ever, felt and received these things on a consistent basis from other people? What if I had been told again and again, in small and large ways, that human relations are mostly a zero-sum competition for ever more scarce material and reputational goods?
In this context, the unconditional and always assenting loyalty of a dog might look pretty darn good.
Why deal with people whom you know will hurt you and with whom you are sure to have all sorts of misunderstandings when you can channel your energies toward the much more even-keeled devotion of a dog?

Call me simplistic, but I believe our culture’s current obsession with the allegedly “human” qualities of dog, has a lot to do with our generalized retreat from the difficulties of finding enduring comfort and wisdom—and the foundational key to both, dialogue—with the always complex humans around us. And I believe, in turn, that this widespread retreat from what Sara Schulman calls “normative conflict” had an awful lot to do with enabling the assaults on human dignity and freedom committed in the name of controlling Covid.
Because—and I’ll repeat it again lest I be misunderstood—I love dogs, I think I can understand some of what the canine companion of the Fenway Park groundskeeper probably meant to him during the course of his arduous hours spent on the diamond. And I understand the appeal that honoring the dog might have for much of the crowd.
But if I were the director of ceremonies for the Red Sox I’d probably tend more toward a moment of silence for say, those that have died from vaccine injuries, lost their jobs over mandates, or were forced to spend their last moments on this earth alone, forcibly separated from those who through the construction and maintenance of loving, and yes, probably not so loving dialogues brought true meaning into their lives.

Simply put, I say…dogs are loyal.
My dog was protecting me still, the day of going to the bridge.
We love dogs because we are human. It’s more a reflection on who we are than on who dogs are. Think how many dogs were abandoned during lockdowns or in Ukraine – and yet there are always humans around who care for those who have been betrayed by people.
Please count me out of your “we”. I know too many childless/loveless misanthropes who love their mangy mutts and cats more than other humans.

TAIPEI (Taiwan News) – Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense (MND) has proposed building a new high security lab for developing chemical and biological weapons over the next five years, according to a ministry statement made on Monday, Jan. 7.
The MND has proposed spending NT$58 million (US$1.8 million) to enhance an existing biosafety laboratory located in New Taipei City’s Sanxia (三峽) District, which is already a Level Four biochemical lab.
Facilities rated Level Four according to World Health Organization Protocols are considered the most secure facilities capable of handling extremely hazardous biological materials.
There are less than 30 such Level Four facilities in the entire world. The facility in New Taipei is operated by the Institute of Preventive Medicine Research at the National Defense University.
The funds for the upgraded facility are only part of a much larger budget plan of NT$495.6 million (US$16 million), which the Ministry says will provide Taiwan with the defense capabilities it needs to counter biological weapons potentially being developed by China.
The proposed funds, to be spent over the course of five years would go towards the facility upgrade, as well as the purchase of new equipment, and go towards the training and funding of researchers to conduct research crucial to Taiwan’s national defense as well as general health safety to prevent and contain disease epidemics.
An MND official stated that China has recently begun operations at a –>Level Four Bio-research facility, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, reports Liberty Times. Before China opened the institute, only Japan and Taiwan maintained Level Four facilities in East Asia.
Such facilities are essential assets for doing research on the most dangerous diseases and work to counter potential biological and chemical threats to society.
The statement from the MND says that China’s advances in the field of biological warfare may put Taiwan and other nations at risk, which is why the ministry has made research into biological weapons and defense a top priority.

Joe Biden has cautioned against the reported trip to Taiwan next month by the House speaker, Nancy Pelosi, saying the US military had assessed “it is not a good idea right now”.
The Financial Times reported earlier this week that Pelosi would lead a delegation to Taiwan in August to show support for the democratically ruled island, which Beijing claims is a breakaway province. The trip was initially scheduled for April but was postponed due to Pelosi testing positive for Covid at the time.
“Well, I think that the military thinks it’s not a good idea right now,” said Biden on Wednesday of the reported trip, which Beijing said would cause further damage to the bilateral relationship. “But I don’t know what the status of it is,” the US president added.
Biden’s comments came as he is scheduled to speak to his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, by the end of the month. The call will be the two leaders’ first in four months. Analysts said Biden and Xi would discuss issues ranging from Taiwan to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

On Wednesday, the Central Intelligence Agency’s director, Bill Burns, said China was “unsettled” when looking at Russia’s five-month-old war in Ukraine, which he characterized as a “strategic failure” for Vladimir Putin as he had hoped to topple the Kyiv government within a week.
Speaking at the Aspen Security Forum in Colorado, Burns played down speculation Xi could move on Taiwan after a key Communist party meeting later this year, but added: “I wouldn’t underestimate President Xi’s determination to assert China’s control” over self-ruling Taiwan.
Burns said: “Our sense is that it probably affects less the question of whether the Chinese leadership might choose some years down the road to use force to control Taiwan, but how and when they would do it.”
He said China was believed to have observed from Ukraine that “you don’t achieve quick, decisive victories with underwhelming force.
“I suspect the lesson that the Chinese leadership and military are drawing is that you’ve got to amass overwhelming force if you are going to contemplate that in the future.”
China has probably also learned it has to “control the information space” and “do everything you can to shore up your economy against the potential for sanctions”, he added.
Burns, in line with previous US assessments, said the US did not believe Beijing was offering military support to Russia despite rhetorical backing. He said China had stepped up purchases of Russian energy, but appears careful about not incurring western sanctions.

China considers Taiwan to be part of its territory awaiting reunification, by force if necessary. In 1949, China’s defeated nationalists fled to Taiwan after losing the civil war on the mainland. The island has since developed into a vibrant democracy and leading technological power.
Speaking at the same forum in the Rocky Mountains, China’s ambassador to the US, Qin Gang, said Beijing still preferred “peaceful reunification”. But he accused the US of supporting “independence” forces in Taiwan, where President Tsai Ing-wen has asserted the island’s separate identity.
Qin said: “No conflict and no war is the biggest consensus between China and the United States.” But the US is “hollowing out and blurring” its stated policy of recognising only Beijing, he said, adding: “Only by adhering strictly to the one-China policy, only by joining hands to constrain and oppose Taiwan independence, can we have a peaceful reunification.”
Under a law passed by Congress when Washington switched recognition from Taipei to Beijing in 1979, the US is required to provide weapons to Taiwan for self-defence.
Biden said in May the US was ready to use force to defend Taiwan from a Chinese attack, appearing to shed the long-held US ambiguity on whether it would engage militarily, although the White House quickly back-pedalled on his comments.

This is the first time Lundeen — who is a favorite to become Senate president if Republicans flip the chamber — has faced a primary challenge during his nearly eight-year career in the Colorado legislature. The winner of this Republican primary will likely go on to win the general election, given the dominance of Republican voters in the district — though the GOP victor will still need to defeat Democratic candidate Arik Dougherty, who is running uncontested in his party’s primary, in November.
The primary elections in Colorado were held on June 28, 2022.
It was a big night for Lynda Zamora Wilson.
At 8:12 she held a significant lead over incumbent Paul Ledeen.
Wilson was at 15,385 votes to Lundeen’s 6,675 votes — more than twice his total!
By 8:50 PM on election night Wilson had built on her lead and THE ELECTION WAS CALLED by Local FOX 31.
Wilson was now ahead with 69.51% of the vote.
She had 15,833 votes to Lundeen’s 6,946 votes
Then something very strange took place.
The election numbers were switched. Suddenly Lynda Zamora Wilson was behind in the race.
The machines flipped her lead to a loss.
The machines flipped the numbers back to the 8:15 totals — but Lundeen was now ahead!
Paul Lundeen was then miraculously declared the winner.
This was the same night that Tina Peters was robbed from her victory.

Tina Peters has raised enough money to have a hand recount of the election results in Colorado, from her primary run this last June. She raised over $190,000 in the last 24 hours after going on Warroom yesterday. Her deadline to file for the count was today. She already has proof that the Dominion machines are not certifiable, but Jena Griswold, Secretary of State in Colorado has been fighting it. Peters was polling over 60 percent, yet lost her primary.
Peters was a County clerk in 2020 and made a copy of Dominion machine 2020 Presidential vote before it could be destroyed. She has been targeted, arrested , indicted and kicked out of her elected office.She is also a Gold Star mother. Peters says her targeting is Providence and will end up proving the voter fraud in the machines.
If the hand recount shows her winning her race it could effect the use of these machines nationwide.

Per the previous post exposing continued election fraud in Colorado, Tina is one of the few true warriors who continues to challenge and expose what’s been going on.
Time and time again, the voters are defrauded, and the public does nothing. We have been so willing to shrug and accept the behavior that our opposition doesn’t even try to hide it. They keep doing the same thing in state after state, election after election.

Deaths From “Unknown” Causes Are Now the Leading Killer in Alberta, Canada Following the Rollout of the Experimental Vaccine – 2021 Total Significantly Higher than 2019

Public health officials in the Canadian Province of Alberta are sounding the alarm after they recorded an unprecedented rise in deaths from “unknown” or “ill-defined” causes in 2020 and 2021. The total number of these deaths began rising at the start of the Covid pandemic but really began ballooning out of control following the rollout of the experimental jab.
According to the most recent data published by the Government of Alberta, deaths from “unknown” causes became the leading killer in the province – claiming more lives than heart disease, diabetes, and strokes, COMBINED – in 2021. When compared to pre-pandemic data the total number of deaths without a known cause is a staggering 7x higher than it was in 2019.
In total, there were 3,362 of these deaths in 2021, which is more than double the 1,464 in 2020. In 2019, there were only 522.
There is no data in this category prior to 2019.
The leading causes of death in the province are now as follows, via Calgary CTV News:
Ill-defined and unknown causes (3,362)
Dementia (2,135)
Covid-19 (1,950)
Chronic ischemic heart disease (1,939)
Malignant neoplasms of the trachea, bronchitis, and lung (1,552)
Acute myocardial infarction (1,075)
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (1,028)
Diabetes Mellitus (728)
Stroke (612)
Accidental poisoning by and exposure to drugs and other substances (604)
According to Calgary CTV News, the province’s health officials have said they are looking into the data, but “have yet to provide an explanation for the sudden spike in deaths of unknown causes.”
Despite the ‘experts’ dragging their feet to come up with an explanation, there has been an astonishing amount of evidence linking the experimental vaccines to the sudden rise in unexpected deaths. Ever since the vaccine was first introduced in late 2020, insurance companies across the globe have reported a massive 40% increase in death claims, many of which involve working-aged individuals.
There has also been a jaw-dropping rise in mortality among millennials aged 25-34 over the past year and a half. Following the experimental vaccine’s rollout, all-cause mortality jumped by 84% in this age group.
Coincidentally – or not – Alberta’s spike in unexplained deaths coincides perfectly with the introduction of the experimental COVID vaccine. Furthermore, the public health bureaucracy’s failure to classify a cause of death for nearly 3,500 cases – especially with today’s modern technology – is downright inexcusable, albeit unsurprising.
It’s also worth pointing out that Covid deaths amounted to just over half of the total number of deaths with unknown causes, indicating that the spike in death is not being driven predominantly by the virus or the pandemic. This mirrors the data cited above, which also showed that a small percentage of the increase was attributable to Covid deaths.
Unfortunately for Americans, this type of data is being suppressed and our public health officials are doing everything in their power to downplay the adverse side effects that are caused by the experimental vaccines while continuing to green-light more doses. However, either way – if the vaccines are driving this massive uptick in unexplained death, or not – this issue needs to be seriously investigated, but the ‘experts are refusing to do so in order to keep the approved narrative intact.
Meanwhile, the body count just keeps on piling up. This universal Covid vaccination push will go down as one of – if not the – worst atrocities ever perpetrated on mankind.
How many more unexplained deaths need to keep popping up until Americans and the rest of the world see some accountability for what’s happened?
Sadly, we are likely in for a lot more in the near future.

As long as the machines exist, we cannot vote our way out of this current tyranny-they will continue to steal elections for control and power.
The machines exist because both political parties support what the machines are doing.
The machines will never go away until at least one of those parties is replaced with an alternative that makes their removal and the guarantee of honest elections a core policy of its charter.

And what is going in the Colorado primary of MAGA recount against a RINO is not the same thing?
In light of Tina Peters funding her recount effort in Colorado, all treepers need to contact their local county board and GOP office to demand a recount on the country or state level where there were questionable results in the primary. This would be a recount of the paper ballots. It’s clear that corrupt election officials are using fraudulent methods to lock MAGA candidates out of the primary, using these machines. They are not limiting their efforts in blue or purple states but deep red areas as well. Specifically:
Did you see the story about the news channel in Michigan that published the results of their primary, showing that the MAGA candidates lost, badly? Only problem is that the primary isn’t until NEXT WEEK, but evidently, they already have the results…nothing suspicious there at all!
When called out, they claimed that it was just a “test” of the reporting system and that someone had just put in “random” numbers…yeah, right!! Bet they are frantically reprogramming their “results” before next week now that they got caught with their pants down! (Of course, the RINOs will still win but the margin of victory will have to be different that what they published previously.)
The news site testing their system is plausable. Either way, the solution is as I describe above. Have to conduct recounts and demand transparency of the election count itself.
Not one fraudulent election result has been flipped due to a ballot audit. They know this.
I work as an election observer. It’s clear that in 2020 the primary method of fraud was flooding the system with absentee ballots. Though our efforts, we have (mostly) taken that path away from them. Not everywhere, but our efforts have been successful in states like Georgia and Wisconsin where unmonitored drop boxes have been removed. That means in this election they are left with brazen election machine tampering. Easier to detect and prove in a recount, because of the paper trail.
Don’t know how it works in every state, but in Georgia, the way it works is that a Ballot Marking Device (BMD) prints out the voter’s selections with a QR code. (everyone should check to make sure that paper ballot accurately reflects your choices. If it doesn’t immediately contact the precinct manager and file a complaint) That paper ballot is fed into a scanner and submitted electronically to the secretary of state. Paper ballots are not counted, except in a recount.
Since the GA primary, there was a paper recount in only one small precinct dealing with a local cityhood issue. Other races (Governor and SOS) were not “officially recounted” , but unofficially, the the team did look at the secretary of state race and counted a 20% discrepancy in Rathlesperger’s numbers from what that precinct reported electronically. The secretary of state’s office refused to take this into account because the team was only authorized to look at the cityhood issue. We need official, country run recounts everywhere.

For the 2022 midterms, it is too late for Biden to be removed. The impact will make things worse for the Democrats. It would be admission that Biden is not fit to be president. I always think of Kevin McCarthy when I hear America First.

Blue States will attempt and possibly be successful requiring masks on kids for the school year. Their goal is to get the kids and then focus on voting adults to wear masks therefore increasing the need for mail in ballots.
