The republican primary race in Pennsylvania is essentially a three-way tie going in to voting day tomorrow. All three of the top candidates are carrying approximately 25 percent of the vote with around 15 percent still undecided. It really is anyone’s race.
President Trump has sent robocalls into Pennsylvania to support Mehmet Oz as a last-minute effort to push his endorsement over the line. “I’ve just spent a lot of time with him. I did endorse him, and the reason is he’s tough, he’s smart and he really loves our country and he wants to do a great job for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.”
Fox News Sean Hannity also hosted Mehmet Oz on his evening broadcast to deliver his closing arguments, while Fox News Laura Ingraham provided the same opportunity for David McCormick. In the counterbalancing effort, Steve Bannon hosted Kathy Barnette for an interview Monday providing her the opportunity to speak to the Bannon audience.
The wild aspect to this race is the still high number of undecided voters as the final hours count down. McCormick representing the party candidate, with both Oz and Barnette splitting the MAGA base. Pennsylvania undecideds have a tough decision.
Mehmet Oz is not trusted by the base despite President Trump’s endorsement. Kathy Barnette is the landing place for many base voters who do not want to support the establishment McCormick and cannot bring themselves to vote for Oz. However, democrats and left-wing media are already showing their intent to weaponize Barnette’s attendance at the J6 rally in Washington DC, if she should win the primary {Video Here}.
As expected, David McCormick’s current position tying all three of them at the top of the polling, appears to have resulted as a splitter strategy from the fractured MAGA base.
Many people just cannot support Mehmet Oz because of his prior positions on issues of importance. Oz is by far President Trump’s most controversial endorsement of the year. As an outcome, those who refuse to vote for Oz lean heavily toward Kathy Barnette.
(Via Politico) – […] “You are seeing people move to McCormick because he is a trustworthy conservative,” said James Schultz, a former Trump White House lawyer who is close to McCormick’s campaign. “We have seen for this entire cycle Mehmet Oz’s struggle with the truth. With Barnette, there have been many questions surrounding her truthfulness as well.”
Messaging from McCormick’s campaign on Monday appeared to concede that he is one of multiple candidates crowded at the front of the pack. The campaign wrote in an election eve press release that McCormick would make the case to Republicans that he is “the only front-runner who grew up in Pennsylvania and shares the same conservative values as PA voters.”
A series of other twists in recent days have added to the sense of volatility ahead of Tuesday’s primary election. Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, the leading Democratic Senate candidate, remains hospitalized after suffering a stroke over the weekend. And Trump, on Saturday weighed in with a last-minute endorsement in the governor’s race, picking Doug Mastriano, the candidate who is publicly backing and campaigning with Barnette. (read more)
This race will be very interesting to watch on Tuesday as the votes come in. However, with the race so close, and with all three of the leading candidates willing to request a recount, we might not even know the results tomorrow.
Breaking: SP&R's New Pa GOP poll out today (conducted 5/12-5/15, 400n likely voters) shows 2-way tie for US Senate w/ Oz (28%) Barnette (27%). BUT! Among voters who made up minds in last few days Barnette leads (at 45%). She has MOJO! Billionaire spender D. McCormick is D.O.A. pic.twitter.com/wSY2cyaWse

Oz is in favor of red flag laws and giving damaging hormones and surgery to “trans” kids. He’s no conservative. At best, he’ll be another Romney.
He will not be another Romney. Romney dispises Trump with eveery ounce of his being. Oz is a friend of his. He has promised to support an America First platform and we won’t know if he will stick to it until (and if) he becomes senator. Barnette absolutely cannot win. We have to have Dem votes in this Blue state. You think the media and her opponents have been too tough on her? Wait until the Dems start in on her. She will be portrayed as an Islamaphobic, a homophobc , a 9/11 truther and an insurrectionist. They will use the unrest about Roe being overturned to bring out the one-issue Dems who will portray her as an extremist pro-lifer who wants to deny women their reproductive rights, and would force even children who are raped to carry their babies to term (like her mother did) . None of those things are true but it won’t matter. She will not be able to respond to any of those charges. Trump won PA because of Dem crossovers, they will not vote for a candidate who is such a staunch pro-lifer, and will be turned off by her old tweets, and the Jan 6 BS will be used against her the same way the “fine people” hoax was used against Trump.
Well I would rather go down fighting with her than die on my knees with OZ.
Nobel..but do you want to lose nobly or win? We NEED to win this seat to get effing Schumer out of leadership.
What difference did it make last time the R’s held both? Schumer is still there, and we have not taken one step in the other direction have we? The whole thing is just a repeat…..nothing changes, they won’t fight for the people who vote for them…..what the Hehocly sticks difference does it make if they have both or not. They are as chicken sheet as the D’s are against us as usual.
Agree 100%. Talk about a derangement syndrome. It is insane to repeat this pattern. I actually believe it’s insane to vote. It’s a mere pretense of the tentpole of a Constitutional Republic. Our votes matter as much as masks.
A voice of reason amongst all the newly gathered bots at CTH pushing political nonsense. We’re laughing stocks to all the politicians. They HATE us, regardless of political affiliation. 2 years after 2020 and people are all sucked into this bull$$$ again. Learn from history…
The difference is the Dems vote lockstep with leadership. The Rs do not. We have a chance with R leadership. We have zero with Dem leadership. Don’t let perfect be the enemy of the good. While I’d like to see 100% MAGA candidates win everything, fact is that won’t yet happen. Take the best you can get. Imo I’m not an Oz fan but he has promised to be 100% MAGA. Barnette has shown that she not only can’t think on her feet but that she is independent of MAGA. How independent we won’t know until it’s too late. I wouldn’t take a chance on her, myself. She needs to get elected to something else and gain credibility by doing, because right now she can’t defend her positions without sounding sketchy or inconsistent.
Lose nobly. I used to think like you, but no more. It doesn’t seem to matter if the republicans are in the majority since the democrats always advance their agenda regardless of who is in charge. If Barnette wins the primary and loses the general, the republicans can pick up 2 seats in other states. Arizona and Georgia are likely flips, as well as Nevada and New Hampshire.
Can’t you see the party is changing. We are taking over but it can’t all be done overnight. We only had both houses for the first 2 years while the Russia Collusion hoax was going on. Trump’s hands were tied but he still managed to get a shit load of stuff done. We lost the house in 18 because people still believed the Russia BS and the “fine people hoax”. We lost the Senate in 2020 because of election fraud. People are rising up, Latinos are flipping to our side, we’re takng local elections. Trump has destroyed both parties and the media. The tide is turning. Even if we get the Senate and the House back this year, they won’t be able to do much because Biden will veto everything, but at least we can keep Schumer and Pelosi from passing bills, and we’re setting the stage for 2024 where we can flip more states and get the presidency back. We simply can’t hold all the candidates in the blue states to some kind of purity test. We get as many America First candidates as possible in all levels of government, but in the places where we can’t we still need to keep or flip those seats.
I fully understand your sentiments and would have written the same thing you just did a few years ago. I understand the party can’t change overnight, but the party is not changing much, if any. There are only two reps that have spoken out on behalf of the J6 political prisoners.
Most all R senators are RINOs. Only 11 R senators voted to filibuster the Ukraine 40 billion slush fund and I could go on and on. Enough. Lose Nobly. We can’t afford any more RINOs, the situation is too serious.
It needs to start somewhere and if not now, when? If not PA, where?
I understand what you are saying and if Oz had less baggage would agree. However Oz doesn’t check any of the boxes for what I want to represent me.
The past two years have really screwed over PA, and Barnett has taped into that.
Many in PA don’t want carpet baggers and people outside the Commonwealth telling us what to do.
Very well put
No. That’s how we ended up where we are now, with a GOP that is under the thumb of the Left because that’s where they WANT to be.
“We simply can’t hold all the candidates in the blue states to some kind of purity test.”
There are three things wrong with this statement.
1.) “We” is used to suggest that anyone holding a view contrary to yours is not one of us.
2.) Pennsylvania is blue, rather than being maroon.
3.) “Purity test” is used to suggest there are no irresolvable differences between those who support red flag laws, abortion and sex organ mutilation and those who oppose them.
It’s all just one big tent and everyone is welcome however aberrant their views.
Compared to Oz, the hated “globalist” McCormick supports a wall, demands reparations from China for spreading Covid-19, wants to repatriate US industries and is staunchly anti abortion.
If you don’t like Barnette, McCormick would more closely align with the MAGA base than the candidate you are promoting.
So then you have McConnell
Yeah, that’s like replacing Biden with Harris — no good options. Corrupt McConnell needs to retire, but he clings to his power like a life raft. Addiction to power is real, and he probably has so much to hide that he can’t afford to relinquish it.
It’s the damned if we do and damned if we don’t scenario that we’ve been voting for, for too many decades. The Uniparty system that poses as a two party system. To be truthful, I despise Republicans nearly equal to Democrats but I do love conservative Americans. Frankly, who really wants to be associated with the Republican party?
The problem as I see it are the people, including PDJT, who believe they can change the Republican party and yet they are willing to settle for candidates like snake oil sales pitch Dr Oz, David Perdue and Mitch’s puppy breath Marco Rubio of the deep state supporting SSCI.
How did Marco go primary free? He’ll fill a seat too but what difference will it make? And knowing all we now know about how filthy he is, are Republican voters going to tell conservative American voters we need to vote for him? Do Republican voters not understand the hypocrisy of such insanity or the admission of failure/surrender?
How do you know and I mean really KNOW who is going to win? If winning means selling my soul to the evils of progressives like Oz, I’ll take “losing” every time.
I have said it for over 4 years now, we have truly forgotten what “winning” looks like.
I will always choose to win for America’s sake ….
Electing a muslim RINO is not “winning” it is SURRENDERING.
And this is why we can’t have nice things
“Winning” with Mehmet Oz isn’t winning. He’s not a real Republican, let alone MAGA. He’s saying what he needs to say to string Trump along and garner votes. I hope enough Pennsylvanians are smart enough to see through him and vote accordingly. Trump is NOT infallible.
What do you win when your preferred candidate has political views identical to those of Senator Schumer?
That strategy hasn’t worked
Amen!
Who gives a crap what deranged abortion-obsessed Democrats think?
And Barnette’s a black woman. That has enormous electoral traction in Philly regardless of the issues. She’s extremely electable in a general.
I see we are going down the same ludicrous talking points against Barnette as in the other 1,000 comments.
The fact that she showed up in the commie DC on Jan 6 to support Trump is all the reason one needs to vote for her.
She did more than show up.
She sponsored several bus convoys there.
And also protested on the steps of the PA Statehouse with hundreds of Patriots against the 2020 theft.
Oz and McCormick were no where to be seen at those events.
They were at the country club, bad talking Trump and the deplorables.
and probably grooming little boys
It’s a reason to admire her, but only MAGA people feel that way, because the rest of the country has bought into the J6 narrative which is being being pushed by the media with those horrible images and people believe it just like the Charlottesville “fine people” hoax. The Dems have the media on their side. They convinced half the country that Trump and all of his supporters were racists because of the “Fine People” hoax, even though it has been debunked. If that had not happened, if peoople hadn’t been assigned that opinion, he may have even won in 2020 in spite of all the fraud.
\
And you think Oz has more appeal with non MAGA voters with a Trump endorsement and campaign effort? IMO you are underestimating the hatred non MAGA folks harbor towards him and anyone in his sphere.
PS: All any candidate needs to win are the MAGA voters.
We still have to do the right thing regardless of J6 indoctrination that media has accomplished.
Didn’t help Kim Klacic in Baltimore.
Barnette doesn’t have to win Philadelphia outright. She only needs to do better than the usual white Republican candidate does there. And she will.
It’s a statewide race.
She has to win Dem votes and she won’t.
What? No white guilt in Philadelphia? I thought those white lefties all had to vote for black candidates in order to expunge their guilt for being born white. But wait..Barnette isn’t black, because she’s not a leftie.
Did she vote for Pedo Joe? No? Then she ain’t black.
Or Fetter has to lose Democrat votes and he will.
Are you a psychic now? She is actually campaigning in Philly, too. Yes, Fetterman will win Philly–and the vote probably will be rigged. But Barnette has a better chance than any other candidate in the field.
Philadelphia will vote for Barnette over Fetterman.
Well of course the majority will, if they come out. Not sure how much excitement the black community has for those two. Can Barnette peel some off? She has a heck of a lot better chance than Oz does. Sheesh
In your dreams.
Thanks for that name, my forgetter was working very well.😭😭
True, but that is another state that needs to be looked into with massive voter fraud…the entire country really because I believe Democrats really can’t in most places without cheating incl CA. I believe there has been a red wave for awhile there but due to massive fraud R’s never gain traction.
Would the Republicans handle election fraud any differently if they weren’t in on it? #stopthesteal was a grift operation.
STOLEN ELECTION.
Agree 100 percent
We care what they think because we want to win them over. If only Republicans vote for Barnette she can not win. Like I said before, the only reason Trump won PA was because of Dems flipping, and they’re going to flip back because of the J6 weaponization, not to mention those tweets.
The majority of rural Pennsylvania counties are red. Philadelphia turns the state blue–and only because of rampant voter fraud. I don’t think anything will change, and fraud is not “flipping Dems” to vote MAGA. It’s fraud, plain and simple.
Barnette has a much better chance in the general election than Oz.
I think she despises gays and that she does hate Muslims.
I don’t appreciate that she hasn’t owned up to those intemperate comments. She has run from them. It would show courage to address them and perhaps admit her faults as a person.
Trump made a very poor decision to endorse Oz. Period.
PDJT is as capable of making mistakes as the next guy. And I believe his endorsement of this Oprah apron stringer is a poor, mistake of a decision.
He made the only decision he could make. Barnette is a train wreck. He was right about Roy Moore and he’s right about Barnette. Would she make a better senator than Oz? That’s not even the queston when she won’t get a chance to prove it because she will lose the general.
“He was right about Roy Moore and he’s right about Barnette.”
…and he was right about Sean Parnell, too. ✌️
Maybe she read the Quaran, and understood what was written.
Take her comments of the time with what was happening by radical Muslims in our OWN country. The sentiment was felt by many…we as a whole public like to play revisionist history without context of the times. Was interring thousands of Japanese in our own country wrong? Absolutely. However, in 1941, 42, 43, 44 our country had just been attacked and thousands died by Japanese hands at Pearl and in the Pacific. It likely FELT like the right thing to do AT THE TIME. Context does matter when looking at history.
It doesn’t matter. The “context” will be what the media says it is. It will be pure propaganda; they’re going to spend a shit load of money with hateful propaganda against her. Propaganda works.
So people should only vote for candidates that the media will agree with? LOL, then we’d have Communists and abortionists running our culture…oh, wait. We already do!
“Was interring thousands of Japanese in our own country wrong?”
They suffered much less abuse than the city of Nanking at the hands of Japanese soldiers. They got much better treatment than the POWs of Bataan.
Given that Japanese were widely regarded as being worthy of racial extermination, the Japanese who were interred here not only got punished less by us than civilians in Japan, they subsequently filed successfully lawsuits for unlawful incarceration.
So if they were wronged, the wrong was righted.
We did not imprison too many Muslims after 9-11 and GW Bush took forceful measures here to protect those who were not directly involved in the attack.
I remain acutely suspicious of Muslims and believe their stated goal of Islamist supremacy is a threat to the Republican virtues we hold dear. If Barnette gives voice to this same apprehension, she is doing nothing wrong; she is supporting the pillars of Constitutional law.
Yeah it’s not just Dems who will see it that way.
what faults?
“It would show courage to address them and perhaps admit her faults as a person.”
Much of the political debate we are now hearing about sodomy and the “Religion of Peace” is based on the logical fallacy of “ begging the question” AKA circular reasoning.
Rather than asking, “Why is it always morally indefensible to exercise value judgements based on someone’s race, religion, ethnicity or sexual appetites” the question ought to be structured thusly: Is it morally indefensible..?”
Absent this willingness to investigate social issues openly and without fear of reprisals, a wide avenue to political indoctrination opens and politics becomes state-ordered orthodoxy where dissent is ruthlessly crushed.
History becomes a “just so” narrative. Tolerance for dissent vanishes and the number of socially acceptable viewpoints becomes very narrowly framed.
Clearly, the scope for debate concerning math and chemistry must be very narrow or you will blow up the chemistry lab. History, sociology and civics demand a different approach.
If Barnette can competently defend her views on sodomy and Islamist supremacy she owes an apology to no one.
She did own up to the Muslim twits in one interview. And did a good job of it, too.
Not sure why she hasn’t just repeated what she 1st said.
All the things you state about her, are reasons we should support her and she is MAGA,while Oz is a flaming liberal. Just because Trump made a bad choice, and he has made many bad endorsements, is no reason to follow him off a cliff.
I do not have to blindly follow Trump or anyone else. I trust the good folks in Pa. show the carpetbagger Oz the door and send him packing back to Turkey.
Since I don’t vote in that state, I really don’t care. He will show his true colors if he does get in and the whole nation will see it and know that only those in PA are to blame, not just Trump for endorsing him.
I don’t vote in that state either, but the way they vote will affect me if we don’t keep that seat and don’t win back the Senate. How does it benefit us to have Fetterman win, which he will if Oz is not the candidte?
I will not vote for Oz in the Primary or the General……its that simple. This is the way it is for a lot of folks. So I can’t understand your logic. If Oz flips some Dems, he loses some repubs like me.
He loses A LOT of republicans
I really think you should open your mind to at least the possibilty that Oz cannot win MAGA voters. Ain’t happening. We made that absolutely clear the day he announced. If Trump and his team had their ears and eyes open they would have chosen a better candidate or butted out.
Nope a vote for MAGA purity is deliberately jumping off a cliff. She absolutely can NOT win the general period. Trump made the only choice he could make to keep the seat. It’s not blind trust in him that makes me believe that. I had doubts that a pro-life America First candidate could win in a blue state with the whole Roe V Wade issue before I found out the other stuff which didn’t come out until she started surging and is still coming out. The J6 is the most damning (even though it’s a false narrative). There is no telling what else they will use against her.
Hillary was unbeatable too. 4D chess is a RINO game.
Dems keep bringing Hillary back into the news like they have plans for her.
MAGA was what got Trump elected in 2016. Democrats, I mean average run-of-the-mill real people who vote Democrat, voted for Trump precisely because he wanted to Make America Great Again. Normal, non-political people regardless of party want to live in a great country. Then Trump did the unthinkable; he challenged the establishment and worked to follow through on his promises. He exposed the charlatans of the GOPe (which is about 90% of them) and they stabbed them in the back.
At the end of the day, real people in Pennsylvania will decide. Hopefully the cheaters will be isolated to Philadelphia only, as long as the free liquor and cigarettes are available. Once those run out, I’m sure the Panthers will mobilise and terrorise old ladies again, resulting in a 133% turnout there.
The cheating isn’t isolated to just philly. But I’d say be careful cheaters
Trump won over many voters-conservatives, independents, jfk Dems and the like- because he stuck with the economic issues. He didn’t talk abortion, or other social issues, he kept on the economic ramifications of all issues.
It’s the ideological social issues that cause republicans to lose crossover votes. There are a lot of single issue voters. And that’s what candidates need to stay away from and voters need to beware. We all have opinions about social issues, and few are going to agree on them.
This isn’t a purity test. All candidates have warts
It’s the ability to carry the seat and control the congress
Oz will be forced to MAGA or his career will be over
Think of it that way
Sure, just like McConnell was. BARF!
“Trump made the only choice he could make to keep the seat.”
You keep repeating this, ignoring that he first endorsed Parnell. Oz was his second choice. If President Trump can make a second choice, it demonstrates that Oz is not uniquely suited to win the seat.
It’s almost like he was searching for a reason to endorse the goof Oz – and all he could come up with is “He’s got a popular TV show so he’ll win”.
Soooo stupid.
Totally agree. It saddens me to see so many fellow patriots blindly follow PDJT. His picks have been abysmal and not just the ones he needed to get past mitch and co. Those he legitimately gets a pass on. He was handcuffed, but he had choices elsewhere that were horrific. Faced with the doom of a worldwide pandemic, who should head up my COVID team? Hmmmm, my cabinet member, world renowned DOCTOR Ben Carson or my TRUSTED side kick Mike Pence? That told me all I needed to know and THAT decision led us to this sh!t show.
I agree with you. Judge by actions; words are very cheap. Cheaters and fraudsters use them all the time. You or any good citizen with reasonable open source web-based research could have made better choices than Trump did for 4 years. Accomplishing good things was more important than keeping enemies close. Latter gets MAGA little. Oz is a horrific pick like Barr, Wray, etc. We need people like farmers, mechanics, waitresses, small business owners, soldiers not Generals, in Governments; feet on the ground people not lawyers.
One of my disappointments in the Trump admin was exactly that fact. He didn’t hire (or consult) with his devoted, smart, hard working, blue collar Deplorables. Many had much to offer.
Good point,
She doesn’t sound MAGA when I’ve LISTENED to her. She deflects. https://rumble.com/v14iwvh-greg-kelly-eviscerates-mysterious-gop-candidate-kathy-barnette.html
Another Greg Kelly vid.
Give. Me. A. Break.
That guy has suicided his career w/ his KB nonsense.
All the things they have said about DJT, and all the things they have said about MTG, and all the same things they have said about,…US!
SO WHAT? We CAN NOT continue to run Candidates that are afraid of being called NAMES by the media and leftists.
No more RINOS, which is EXACTLY what Romney is and was, and from how you describe Oz, what he is.
A candidate who won’t say the 2020 election was stolen,, won’t ask his Democrat opponent in a debate to define a Woman…oh, but he pledges to support an AmericaFirst agenda?
Yeah, and Romney is a “true conservative”; he told me so!
Sorry, I ain’t convinced.
Bravo!
A person who will NOT give up his previous citizenship should NEVER be allowed to run for office in the United States. Dual Citizenship is not normal for our offices.
Why should it matter that he still has dual citizenship? Not normal? Has it ever come up before? Why shouldn’t an immigrant run? It shows that the Republican party is the Big Tent party.
Having a dual citizenship means he is NOT loyal to the U.S. It’s literally in the definition. In fact, the Constitution mandates that the POTUS to be a U.S. citizen. If it is good enough for a President, then it holds true for the Senate as well. We already have too many traitors in Congress.
There are multiple members of Congress with dual citizenship ALREADY
You sound scared as what lib media calls you instead of fighting for yourself. I have been called racist, an insurrectionist, a homophobe. If she marched on Jan 6 she is a hero despite what Hannity says. Your whole argument is worried about how your masters will accept your behavior. Good dog. Rollover.
It’s not what the media calls you. It’s what more moderate people who vote, think. Like it or not, we are a center-right leaning country. The “far” right or more ideologically pure right, are about 30% of the country. Hardcore Dems are also about 30%. The other 40% are the center. It’s getting the votes of the center that matters. Otherwise you can’t get elected in any general election. And that’s where being 100% pure hurts MAGA. Sometimes good enough is what it has to be.
Everything you stated above that will be used against her are great reasons to vote for here…
McConnell would be delighted with either Oz of McCormick, both of whom he will own and wield like puppets. Barnette will give Mitch the finger. That alone is reason enough to vote for her.
Mitch IS going to get SOME Maga in the Senate, and he AIN’T going to like it.
I hope Burnette wins the Primary, and with PDJT’s endorsement, she wins the General.
Liking Mastriano as well.
Mastriano endorsed Barnette yesterday.
It’s in his twit feed.
Mastriano is an opportunist. His endorsement tells me internals are showing Barnette winning. He wants his trailer hitched to a winner.
I don’t think she can win even with Trump’s endorsement. Roy Moore didn’t. We’re still paying for that one. We’d still have a 51-49 majority in the senate if the voters didn’t listen to those who thoought they knew better than Trump.
The Democrats instituted a false flag op, just like the one that was ongoing against Trump and found its fruition in 2020. It is not a good reason not to vote for Barnette, as the Democrats smeared Moore as being supported by Putin. They can’t do that with Barnette; it would work AGAINST them.
Emmm…Oz has more wherewithall than Burnette. Why do you think Burnette is more likely to give the turtle the finger?
Watch her interviews.
Yep there are others available https://rumble.com/v14iwvh-greg-kelly-eviscerates-mysterious-gop-candidate-kathy-barnette.html
McConnel wants McCormick, which he won’t get, it will either be Oz (if he wns the nomnation ) or Fetterman and I thin the turtle would rather have Fetterman.
You DO know that whatever Dr. Oz may have said on his TV shows are not necessarily his current personal opinions, right? Like it or not, in Pennsylvania tomorrow the undecided voters and independents will finally break toward the familiar guy with the weird name. Doctor Oz – 33 % . Barnette – 27% . McCormick – 26%. Still, a win over McConnells’ choice would bode well for Kathy’s future career in politics.
But according to you, what Barnette tweeted 8 or 10 years ago somehow is?
Oz’s Brody interview was tonight. Those statements alone are pretty damning of this carpetbagger.
I know you’re not addressing me but “what Barnette tweeted 8 or 10 years ago” remain her beliefs, I’d imagine as she has been given an opportunity in at least two interviews to address those comments and instead changed the subject.
And I have no problems with what she tweeted. They are consistent with her strong Christian beliefs and the radical islamic terrorism going on at that time.
And if you do, then you better state exactly what she said, verbatim, and not some Charlottesville interpretive smear version of them, like all the other Uniparty attack monkeys are fond of doing.
Just don’t clutch your pearls too hard.
And she has fully explained them and their context anyway in repeated interviews.
“Mean tweets” are not going to derail her. Just like they don’t derail PDJT.
You may not have a problem with what she tweeted, but the thousands whose votes we need will. She explained the Muslim smears but not the gay smears which were worse. One thing she said was “Obama paraded homosexuals in front of the Pope”, another one she said that “homosexuality was not normal”. there were several of them. They are not just going to offend Dems, they will also offend some Republicans, those of us who love Scott Pressler, Ric Grenell, and Brandon Straka.
If she had said heterosexuality is not normal I’d have serious concerns. She didn’t. Guess that means she knows how she got here. It’s science. Old science but still science. She may even know what a woman is, gasp. And I feel confident referring to HER and SHE
I don’t have a dog in the race as to whether she wins or not but the desperation of the personality assassination is off base where I stand.
The clips of her purportedly being anti-cop and pro BLM were exactly the opposite. When I listen to the attacks and then listen to the evidence, I feel like I am watching MSNBC or CNN but it is our people. Or they are supposed to be our people. Peculiar at the very least.
Not saying she is the answer, I just have not yet seen nor heard the evidence that corroborates the attacks. If you’re aware of additional links to compelling comments, I’d be interested in giving them a listen.
Ohhhh the plight of the victims and offended.
“…homosexuality was not normal”.
So now we are making sexual perversion normative?
To be totally honest, even just a few years ago, I didn’t endorse Trump, but he was a great choice all in all. Wish he was still in office. Hate to say it, but I WAS WRONG A FEW YEARS BACK. When I didn’t endorse him initially.
You think that Mitch will role out his ”Mules” to put McCormick over the line?
Can you please send me a link to where you bought your crystal ball?
Same place Gringz did. Must have had a BOGO.
Real Clear Politics rolling average . . .
And the polls in 2016 said Trump would lose heavily to that evil old crone, Killery…LOL!
I hope you’re right!
And if Oz loses, he can shuttle right over to Kentucky and run for Mitch’s seat!
Vote Oz. He has best chance to win in November and when Trump returns to the WH he will be loyal to Trump. After the first 6 years who cares. Curious as to who my brother is voting for. He lives in PA.
Hopefully he’s voting Barnette. (!)
Loyal, you mean like all the other Republicans in office were loyal to him?
Where do you reside Belmont? Please tell me you are a PA voter and have any skin in the game.
I would put odds on Oz winning about the same as Trump running.
Really? So about 80%. Nice.
lol, good one!
He will be loyal to Trump that’s too funny
Barnette can win a general election in Pennsylvania; she doesn’t have the Stacy Abrams look.
He is also not a ‘full’ citizen since he still belongs to Turkey. He votes in their elections, and is said to still be Muslim. He does not love America, and Trump has been taken in again.
And he wants the CDC involved in gun rights. (twit from 2018)
The CDC, of all the corrupt .gov agencies.
Just posted Oz’s twit. But it’s “awaiting approval” so may take a while to post out.
Now Dr. Oz Wants His Senate Race Opponent Barred From the Race for Thought Crime
https://pjmedia.com/news-and-politics/robert-spencer/2022/05/16/now-dr-oz-wants-his-senate-race-opponent-barred-from-the-race-for-thoughtcrime-n1598169
” Oz has just called for his primary opponent to be barred from the race, not for any criminal activity or, say, dual citizenship in a hostile nation (Oz is a Turkish citizen), but for something she said in 2015 (Apparently back in 2015 she tweeted “Pedophilia is a Cornerstone of Islam”).
Oz has already criticized his principal opponent, Kathy Barnette, for “Islamophobia,” a made-up word designed to inhibit criticism of jihad violence and Sharia oppression, and one that is in common usage among Leftists but rarer among patriots. On Saturday, however, Oz went even farther, charging that Barnette should actually be banned from running for the Senate, and presumably for anything else, because she doesn’t have a sufficiently positive view of Islam.”
BTW, Mohammad, all Muslim’s “Perfect Man” married a 5 year old when he was in his 50’s.
Yeah, but he didn’t consummate the marriage until Ayesha was 7, so he wasn’t all that bad.He didn’t go around like, sniffing little girl’s hair.
There’s nearly 1,000 ongoing comments over on the other thread.
I don’t know what more can be added at this point, other than we are witnessing a full-on Establishment pile on against Kathy Barnette, that reminds me of the disgusting hatchet job they pulled on Sarah Palin in 2008.
It’s a wonderful day for another mob lynching.
If the “establishment” is so much against Barnette why is The Club for Growth
in Chinapouring millions of dollars into a last-minute ad campaign for her? Riddle me that Batman. For the same reason they threw money at Madison Cawthorn and Lauren Boebert, who are both PDJT-endorsed.
And “Everybody knows TRUMP WON” … except Oz apparently, based on his horrible interview with David Brody tonight.
To split the vote between her and Oz in hopes it would put McCormick in.
I agree… to smear her with the stench of Anti-Trump… scare away the Ultra-MAGA Super++ Platinum members…
Ultra-MAGA Super ++, is that TDS?
You think the Republicans have been hard on her? Wait until the Dems get a hold of her. She won’t know what hit her and she CANNOT win the general. As Sundance pointed out , they have already weaponized the J6 BS against her. I get that y’all don’t like Oz, but what I don’t get is why you’d rather throw away a seat we already have when we need to win more seats.
Yeah, the Establishment shills have been playing the “she can’t win” card all day now.
The same card they played against Trump in 2016.
It’s the last desperate card they have left when all the other smears haven’t worked.
Sorry, we’re not voting for an abortion-loving, gun-grabbing WEF sycophant who supports transitioning children and served in the Turkish Army because he’s a “safer” choice to Democrats.
Wait until Barnette goes after Fetterman. The fat, shotgun-waiving clown won’t know what hit HIM.
Thank you. My sentiments exactly.
She has been FULLY vetted -and beyond- by the Repubs. There IS no more for Dems to “dig up on her”.
Now Mr. Oz, that’s a *different* story.
Nobody has even *started* the process on him.
And I’m quite sure there will be plenty to find.
The first being that he still is NOT a complete Citizen of the U.S. He still holds his Turkey Citizenship. NONOBODY with dual citizenship should be in office here. The dual citizenship means that they have to spend time LIVING IN SAID FOREIGN COUNTRY. It used to be 6 months, but might be different now for all I know.
Multiple members of Congress hold dual citizenship
That doesn’t make it okay
How do you know there isn’t more? We didn’t know about the J6 picture until today. As for Oz everybody knows him.
“As for Oz everybody knows him.” Exactly why he cannot win.
It is only OUR seat, if a MAGA butt fills it. If its filled with a RINO ASS, it is NOT “OUR” seat, it is a Uniparty Globalist seat, doesn’t matter whether its a D or an R.
An incorruptible MAGA butt. Many spout the MAGA words, words without actions are just words.
They don’t call this the stupid party for nothing.
It sounds much better as the Venal Opportunistic Pragmatist party instead.
Because I DON”T WANT OZ!!!!!!
Oh I get you, you want Fetterman and you want the Dems to keep the Senate.
It seems as though that’s what you want, by supporting a RINO like OZ. Mirror-image ideology on display, where you’re concerned.
Outside of Washington DC nobody cares about Jan 6. It’s a dead in the water issue. Gas at $6 a gallon and food shortages and a recession will dominate November.
I can’t wait for the Demoncrats to go after A BLACK WOMAN. After all, it would cement their lies about being “anti-racist”. Racism–that’s what they always scream at Republicans, when Republicans dare criticize a black diversity-hire judge (“I don’t know what a woman is, I’m not a biologist”) who shills for pedos.
An excellent reason to vote for her! If the RINOS don’t like her she must be doing something right!
Best endorsement possible for Kathy Barnette. She is a broadside into the face of Mitch McConnell and the entire RINO minority. They have to be eviscerated and permanently removed.
Agreed. If we don’t support the true conservatives when they have the guts and stamina to run then we have no right to bitch about what we get stuck with. My goodness, if you don’t have the guts to stand up for her now you are basically useless in this culture war. Be done with you.
How do we win the culture war by losing a seat to the Dems?
By voting for a RINO
You assuredly don’t win a cultural war by surrendering won ground.
Heller and McDonnell established strict scrutiny standards for the Second Amendment. If rumors are true, Roe v Wade is about to be struck down.
So why is Trump running an anti gun/pro abortion candidate? Is it being done to reverse fifty years of grass roots activism that yielded the two greatest victories of my lifetime?
Which, if I were a Pennsylvania voter, and undecided, would push me over the line, to vote for Burnette.
If all the people are attacking her that are attacking her, she must be MAGA.
I’m glad you’re not and hope you live in a Red state where the candidate only has to win over the MAGA voters to win in the general.
I’ve never seen anything so awful, so ugly as this pile on against Kathy. It’s happening on her Facebook page too. People are calling her a “white supremacist” for being at the J6 rally.
It makes me so sad, because I see it as a really good thing that she was there and also organized buses. It gives me hope that we might be able to get our country back. But seeing some of the responses, it just seems hopeless. They are accusing her of preventing black Philadelphians from seeing the dangers of “white nationalism. ” They’re probably liberals and maybe bots, but I’ve never seen anything like it and it’s ugly.
Someone, somewhere will dig up a news article that Barnette does not douche often enough. I can’t stand that the J6 “mortal sin” lexicon is still presumably a “strike out” for anyone. Someone get me a bucket I can puke in.
The J6 “mortal sin” is the reason that anybody who even talks about voter fraud is canceled by the media (even Fox) and Big Tech. The reason that even Fox will not broadcast his rallies.
But you claim the Trump endorsement should put Oz over the finishing line? Which is it? It’s a guarantee, then, that Oz will be a RINO who does not support Trump or election reform.
It’s on here too. Stolen valor from a short time Reservist/National Guard participant.
Sarah had a track record as governor. Barnette does not.
AGREE. WTF? Imagine a Black Woman with TOTAL CREDS, DARING to run in an Election in PA? Anyone ever seen a woman in PA run for office and it doesn’t matter at all what color that woman is?
PA is the WHITE BOYS CLUB state and we have a lot of limp dick Senators to show for it. Casey. OMG. Totally asleep at the wheel. And Toomey at least had some shred of character left to bow our.
The only woman in PA so far in PA is the former HE would now is in charge of something in the military. I’m so forking embarrassed by all of this.
Figures Hannity and Ingraham would have Oz and McCormick on while ignoring Barnette. Another reason to dump Faux News.
Stopped watching Fox after they called AZ while voting was still in progress there. Stopped watching Hannity years before that. His monologue was basically the same every night; and boring.
They both believe they are helping Trump.
Right. Like they were helping Trump when they called AZ for Biden… Right.
DeSantis even called Fox News and wanted to know why they were waiting so long to call Florida for Trump.
Bret Baier had Kathy on this evening, and she did a great job.
Do you still have that link, Lady?
It’d be good to re-post it here.
Kathy is very likeable.
Brett Baer did a pretty good interview w/ her tonite.
It’s posted here, somewhere.
I don’t have a horse in this race, but tomorrow night should be fun. I will support whoever wins.
You don’t? You must live in another country because anyone living in this country does because this isn’tjust about PA, it’s about keeping the senate seats we already have and winning more to get the Senate back. Barnette simply cannot win in a Blue state where she needs Dems to cross over. Oz is the only one who can win the general.
Sorry? “WE” do not have ONE Maga, AmericaFirst seat in the Senate, and its BECAUSE we fall for the Mitch McConnell b.s.
By your comment, you are stuck in antiquated thinking, believing that elections are about D vs R, rather than recognising they are MAGA AmericaFirst vs Globalist Uniparty.
And “WE”won’t have a MAGA senator from PA if she gets the nomination. The Senate is going to harder because they only run every 6 years and people are used to voting for the same ones over and over, and usually nobody tries to primary them. Hopefully we will have one from Alaska, after Murkowsky gets primaried, we’ll have Hershal In Georgia and maybe a couple of others. In 2024 Romney will get primaried, and maybe some others.
I wonder if President Trump endorsed Oz for that reason. Realizing the need for Dem crossovers. Dem women love Oprah> love Oz…
You win the prize
And people can fire away at Oz if he doesn’t MAGA
If he doesn’t, his career is flushed
President Trump supported Mitt Romney in 2018.
Is Mitt MAGA?
His opponent was hard-core, like Barnette.
Senator Romney voted “Guilty” at he Senate impeachment trial.
There is no indication that Oz will act any different.
The more I sift through the arguments here, the better McCormick looks. I went to school in Pennsylvania and retain many fond memories.
I wish the best of luck to any US Senate candid whose last name does not begin with a vowel.
Who is “we”?
Unfortunately, everyone has a horse in this race. The abominable 17th amendment made it so.
Good point!
I think this race is symbolic of the chaos in the country as a whole.
The 100 members of the Senate and the 435 of the House are mostly just puppets anyway, puppets for their donors. They take orders from thugs like Pelosi and McConnell who take orders from foreign countries that give them money.
Nothing will change.
As long as these folks think the greatest price they will ever pay for their corruption is an election loss, this Republic is gone.
As long as these folks think the greatest price they will ever pay for their corruption is an election loss, this Republic is gone.
Sundance’s post on the Sussmann trial is spot on.
The “quality” of intellect and integrity representing the United States of America is illustrated today by Eric Swalwell and Lizzie Borden Cheney.
From Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Franklin, Madison, Jay, etc. to these two and all the others just_like_them….how damn depressing.
On Swalwell: https://redstate.com/comments/565598
On Lizzy:
Liz Cheney
@Liz_Cheney
The House GOP leadership has enabled white nationalism, white supremacy, and anti-semitism. History has taught us that what begins with words ends in far worse. @GOP
leaders must renounce and reject these views and those who hold them.
Lizzie should go hunting with daddy.
“History has taught us that what begins with words ends in far worse.”
What could possibly be any worse than getting lectured by Tin Lizzy about the Arc of History? 🤮
It will also be symbolic of how naive some voters are to voe for someone who can’t win the general just because they don’t like the guy who can. It can’t always be about purity, sometimes you have to be pragmatic. We desparately need the Senate back.
WE have NEVER “Had” the Senate, it has ALWAYS been under the control of the Uniparty, so we can’t “get back” something we have never HAD!
And the reason WE, America First, Tea Party, Reagan Republican, Barrys Boys have NEVER had many seats in the Senate, is because we keep doing the same thing, over and over (voting for Rinos, cause they are ‘electable’) and expecting different results.
It’s because nobody ever primaries them. I believe that up until the Trump presidency most people didn’t know about the Uniparty, they knew that all of them were corrupt and just voted for the lesser of 2 evils. I’m in Texas. I voted for Cornyn to keep Texas Red. I hope he gets primaried the next time he runs.
We will not get this country back on track by voting for milquetoast candidates! I do not want a slippery slope candidate that appeals to Dems. Vote your conscience and let the chips fall where they may.
“[Y]ou have to be pragmatic.”
Apply Pragmatism to the following scenario:
1.) I ought to live my life with gusto, burning the candle at both ends, even at the cost of shortening my life.
2.) I ought to live my life with the utmost care, taking every precaution against risk so as to extend my length of life to the greatest extent.
You cannot know which course of action is to be taken because dying young will prevent you from knowing if a long life is to be preferred.
Conversely, choosing to live an acetic life will deny you the means of evaluating the worth of the hedonistic alternative.
You cannot know, a priori, what “works” because you cannot do both in order to choose the best.
Thus fails pragmatism as a guide to choosing among alternatives.
““I’ve just spent a lot of time with him. I did endorse him, and the reason is he’s tough, he’s smart and he really loves our country and he wants to do a great job for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.””
As much as he loves Islamic Turkey?
The last time I checked, Turkey was our NATO Ally.
Last time I checked, Erdogan was trying to get everything he can out of NATO nations, in order to gain his support for Sweden’s and Finland’s accession to NATO. NATO is ginning up war with Russia, so that’s a big negative for me.
And Oz presumably would support a full-scale war with Russia, if Bitch McConnell and Biden tell him to do it. Are you ready to be nuked for a corrupt regime through which both the RINOs and the Demoncrats have laundered money? Think carefully.
Hannity features Oz, Ingrham has McCormick. I’ll go with Barnette.
I’m not saying I blame you but I think you are impugning Hannity with impure motives.
He is a Trump fan through and through and it’s his belief that if Oz loses to any of those other candidates, it’s bad for Trump, both politically and with the press.
Vannity is a dim wit.
They could save a lot of money just playing an 8-track tape of cliches every night.
Very funny!
You are like a berserker in this fray. I’m glad for not having insulted your candidate and being subjected to a beat-down.
Hannity is a RINO, through and through. He is the Lindsay Graham of “conservative” opinion media. He has no principle or position, other than what he’s told to support by his employers. He’s Rupert Murdoch’s “third” son. Enough said.
That’s no excuse for Hannity to outright LIE about her like he did tonite.
He said she “didn’t vote for Trump”.
She supported Trump fr/ Jan. 2016>>> ELEVEN months before the Election.
It’s all in her twit feed and has been posted here before.
Hannity is lying for Oz.
THIS needs to be posted everywhere who is questioning her past…
If he really loved Trump, he’d stage an intervention on this Oz thing.
The problem is: Hannity loves himself. He’s very proud of his Oz endorsement… and that he worked as a busboy, a dish washer, a janitor, a plumber’s apprentice, a stable hand, a caddy, a school cafeteria cook, the guy in the tiny Kodak hut on the outskirts of the mall parking lot, a Guatemalan cleaning lady named “Isabella”, a butcher, a baker, and a candlestick maker… lessee.. I’m forgetting something…
… roofer.
A painter that hung wall paper, and he is an expert at Martial Arts, and he is best friends w/every famous person on the planet.
And don’t forget the, I shoveled coffee down my throat without breakfast to get to the roofing job on time every day.
Mailman? Or was that someone else who was equally obnoxious. They a;ll run together after awhile. 🙂
A “Ttump fan through and through” does not cast nasty and unfounded aspersions about someone who went to the Stop The Steal rally on J6.
Don’t forget all the television pretenders like to pretend that the rally on January 6th was an “insurrection” and the “perpetrators” should be persecuted to “the full extent of the law”. They all use the lyin ted schtick
This guy is quite scary. I had no idea.
https://www.yahoo.com/news/john-fetterman-pennsylvania-rural-voters-194831391.html
What a mess. Based on the photo alone, I would have to go for Barnette. Oz and McCormick are simply creepy looking, one oozes Establishment, and the other as desperate and washed up.
Fetterman is a creep of immense proportions.
The minorities in PA will vote for Barnette.
Creepy-looking is a non-issue. Why has Oz retained his Turkish citizenship? Nobody asked him that question. Turkey doesn’t have the same values as Western nations.
He made an ad about it. Basically, his mother has alzheimers, so if he got rid of it, it’d cause her problems. But he said if he won, other arrangements were being made and he’d ditch it. Now, you don’t have to believe a word he said, but that’s what he said in it.
So he can’t make those arrangements now? What a cock~n~bull answer.
Appearance matters in this country, voting Neanderthal is rather strange in this country. The Wizard has been asked about his Turk Ties, and he always mumbles bumbles through them and then the subject gets changed.
I told you Trump is not a conservative or even much of a republican. He is a MAGA-populist-businessman that supports a wide range of issues that are drawn from both parties. That’s why some of you are confused.
Thanks for clarifying it for us confused fools. What would we have done without you. LOL
I pray the the people of PA use discernment, and vote for the best candidate. Beyond that there is nothing I can do because I dont live there. We of WY have our own problems to solve since DJT endorsed Hageman against cheney, who is not very impressive. Perhaps Mr. Trump can make it up by endorsing Bret Bien for Gov of WY.
https://www.brentbien.com/
If he endorses gordon or barrASSo, we the people of WY will need to think about how we will proceed in the future with Mr. Trump.
Hopefully Hageman will win so that Liz can get on with her life, not in public office.
You’re too kind,…no, really I mean it, you’re TOO KIND.
I think he’s made it clear w/ this one that a Trump endorsement does not mean much.
People will have to do their own vetting of candidates.
Which is fine, and the way it should’ve been all along, anyway.
Well. following Trump’s reason for endorsing the Turkey from Turkey, based on he can win, he should be endorsing Liz Cheney.
NICE! I like the way you are thinking.
Keep that WY seat Red baby!!
A central tenet of Islam is taqqiyah – the philosophy of telling infidels (that’s us) what they want to hear, lying now in order to gain position among them later, in order to bring them under Shariah, aka Islamic law, aka Slavery. A step along the way is quashing any questioning of Islam. The fact that Oz has done this against Barnette reveals his true colors.
Wait a minute. The guy was born in Ohio, then raised for a time in Turkey. Yes, he has a Muslim family but I have no idea how religious he is or isn’t.
The Muslim faith is like Christianity in that both have holy books yet both have sects/denominations/whatever that interpret text differently and their faith is also very much culturally influenced.
I looked up a bit about his family’s faith. His father was more a traditional Muslim while his mother and her family were secular.
The man spent his youth studying medicine and practicing thoracic surgery. I imagine he saved many lives.
It doesn’t appear he’s spent time in any obvious way pushing fundamental Islam.
Perhaps some Muslims would look at a Christian and assume they were like Jim Jones. Wouldn’t that be an illogical leap?
You have made an illogical leap.
If a majority percentage of “Christians” behaved like Jim Jones you may have a point. Your argument is however without merit, as Jim Jones ideals do not represent .0001 percent of Christians, and unfortunately a majority of Muslims support well known terrorists.
Kathy Barnette’s presence at the Stop the Fraud Rally is exactly what qualifies her over the other two
Democratchallengers.Only 24 +/- hours left of the GOPe’s 2022,Pennsylvania, split-arama production.
The jury is still out on the success or failure of the GOPe splinter strategy for the republican senate race.
The GOPe backed candidates to split the vote to defeat President Trump’s pick.
The primaries are the try-outs for the MAGA team and as the captain of the MAGA team, President Trump certainly has an interest in the final lineup.
MAGAs have the numerical, economic, moral, intellect and armed majorities in America and the best leader, President Trump.
Stay with the MAGA KING and win ……. again.
“Let’s go Brandon!”
The PA Republican establishment supports Bartos.
The National GOP establishment supports McCormick.
Late in the race Hannity endorsed Oz and persuaded Trump to endorse him (ugh, why does he listen to him).
Most grassroot MAGA voting Republicans support Barnette.
I guess we will find out which is the biggest part of the Republican party in PA today.
You just defined the splinter strategy of the GOPe…… If you could look inside mccooooooonnell’s office, you would probably see something like that on his flip chart.
President Trump, The MAGA KING, is in the midst of his plan to shutout the GOPe by leading the rag tag bunch of conservative misfits, albeit some grumbling, to an election day victory.
I’m still not understanding why anyone believes this ‘election’ will be fair. It’s not like anyone has fixed the problems of 2020 or before.
Pennsylvanians are smart, if their choice is allowed to stand.
So far, it hasn’t infected the primaries in PA.
But you are quite correct.
And in PA, the GOP created the biggest election integrity threat, and are fighting the hardest to look into the 2020 theft.
Heard from a friend in Oxford, PA today (Chester County, SE PA) that when he went to the polls to vote today the machines were down. They told him the only way he could vote was mail in ballot. He said no, he’d be back in the afternoon and they’d better be working or he was calling the state AG office and filing a complaint. I haven’t heard yet how it went this afternoon.
The election will not be fair, it will be just as fraudulent as the 2020 election. People are pinning their hopes completely on the “red wave” effect. The Number one priority in this nation is correcting the election process, at all levels.
Yes, I’m still waiting for the “Barnette can’t win” people to explain how Oz or McCormick plan to beat Dominion Voting Systems when President Trump himself couldn’t.
That’s weak sauce, everyone should be blasting their state reps to abandon the vote streaking machines for paper, pen, and ID
But that’s not in place yet, so how will any Republican win in Philly? Explain it to us, please.
Kathy Barnette was at the January 6 rally? Great! Perhaps as Senator she will be the first of that body to show support for those patriots who marched with her, now unjustly held and persecuted in the D.C. Gulag. The forgotten prisoners need a champion. I can see her as an eloquent voice for justice.
Trump sure has not been a voice for them. He was loud in getting them there, and once the shit hit the fan for them, he has pretty much been silent. Except for pushing a Turkish citizen for US Senator.
I stopped watching the news on election night and I stopped watching rallies on 1/6.
Yes, House has had Several speak up for the J6 prisoners,…from the Senate?
Graham saying they should rot,..
We need a MTG in the Senate, NOT another Romney or Flake.
She not only was there, she arranged for 3 buses to take people there.
(whispering…) I’d like to give Carla Sands a lap-ride in my wheelchair…before Eleanor calls dibs on her.
.
Unfortunately, (VERY unfortunately), Trump was given bad info on KB.
Why he chose to go with it w/o researching further, I don’t know. But that’s beside the point right now.
It appears from the Brett Baer/Kathy Barnette interview tonite on FNC that Trump actually believed the Greg Kelly psycho hatchet job on her remarks about George Washington.
So, just for the record HERE are her full remarks:
It’s a 3 min. vid.
Hope somebody will pass this along to Trump.
.
During her short 3-minute talk there where she visited the home of President George Washington for some reason she mentioned “slaves or slavery” 7 times. Seemed rather focused, if not obsessed, and unfortunately quite similar to stuff found in the CRT pamphlets we’re desperately trying to keep OUT of our schools.
wow. *That’s* your take-away fr/ this beautiful 3 min. talk?
This is not CRT. This is American History.
Go back and listen again.
Watched it 3 times to get the count right. Not saying it wouldn’t make an interesting PSA for Black History Month. “George Washington
revolutionary war hero and first presidentslave owner.”An honest person would not have written what you did. Shameful. Is that you Oz?
I don’t have a problem with Ms. Barnette per se, but as a black person I don’t see why going to George Wahington’s home and hearing “White people talk about how they revere President Washington” would be a problem. I don’t know why that would be emotional or cause me to weep. That statement – she said it twice – is enough to raise a sliver of “hold it” in my mind.
As a Christian I believe the entirety of God’s Holy word. There I read that “all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God”. ALL, A-L-L, every last human being – ALL. There has been only one exception to that condemnation – Jesus Christ.
So yes, slavery is a display of man’s inhumanity to man because it is a sin. But so are the weekly drive by shootings in Chicago. I refuse to hold one group responsible for one kind of atrocity but blindly allow other atrocities from any other group because you know “slavery”.
Yes, my ancestors were slaves, but guess what they were sinners too. So were the people who “owned” them. Any of my ancestors who died unrepentant are hell bound. Any of their “owners’ who died unrepentant are also hell bound – “the wages of sin is death” – all sin.
Jesus died for all slaves – slaves of sin and satan. Regardless of the color of their skin.
And, I have to add, Barnette was *very* gracious in her response to Trump’s statements re. his smear/lie about her George Washington remarks.
Hope that Brett Baer interview can get reposted on this thread.
You know, Messrs Reagan and Trump were both TV personalities, and their name recognition undoubtedly helped them both at the polls.
Besides, if you could actually elect a Republican despite the Democrats’ voter registration majority, he may actually assist your state legislature in achieving greater future election integrity!
“Messrs Reagan and Trump were both TV personalities, and their name recognition undoubtedly helped them both at the polls.”
Ronald Reagan served two terms as Governor of California, the most populous state.
He served two terms as a US President and is unquestionably responsible for making the Republican Party home to the working class, anti abortion pro gun constituencies that defined the party today.
I would argue that Ronald Reagan was the greatest President of the 29th Century.
Comparing Mehmet Oz to Ronald Reagan is like comparing Pee Wee Herman to George Foreman.
Can someone tell me why Trump endorsed a Turkish citizen for a seat in the United States Senate?
How is it possible for us not to know the results tomorrow? Isn’t the reason for voting machines so we don’t have to wait a long time to know the result? (sarc)
I think whatever happens tomorrow, Trump will be damaged by his disastrous endorsement of Oz (and his rather insulting last-minute endorsement of Doug Mastriano, who richly deserved Trump’s support much earlier).
According to Trump, Oz is tough and smart and loves PA. I can’t help but notice how no mention of Oz’s POSITIONS, not to mention his fierce loyalty to Turkey, is mentioned. And Kathy Barnette is not vetted enough?
Sadly, this feels like a betrayal to me.
I believe it’s because Oz backed him publicly in his Presidential campaign when all of HW and the media were beating on him about some issue, don’t remember which issue. In other words, it would have been much easier on Oz to have said nothing or to have joined in with the progressive media who were beating on him.
So personal loyalty trumps the voices of Deplorables.
“Can you hear us now?”
Maybe it is because Melania likes him?
“The first lady has let the president know that she likes Dr. Oz. And that matters,” said a top Republican familiar with the conversation inside Trump’s orbit at his Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach.
“But this isn’t just about what Melania wants,” said the source, who is neutral in the race and was not authorized to speak publicly. “There are a lot of Melanias out there. There are a lot of women, in whose living room and bedroom TVs Dr. Oz has been for a decade. They have a very personal relationship with Dr. Oz.”
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2022-election/dr-oz-fan-mar-lago-melania-trump-rcna20641
Excellent point. Melanie is top notch, but she runs in Javanka’s crowd.
Could you please post the link to where Oz backed Trump, full-throttle, in his 2016 Presidential bid? I can’t seem to find it.
Trump is weird. He is a true patriot but he supports incredibly bad folks and fires really good folks. What’s up with him?
So, what are the odds?
2022 Midterm Elections | Who will win the Pennsylvania Republican Senate nomination? (predictit.org)
Kathy Barnettes’s response to all the attacks today that she is an insurrectionist that marched with the Proud boys on J6…
**********
Barnette says she had a ‘wonderful time’ at Jan. 6 rally
https://tinyurl.com/2s49ru4k
Barnette was there on Jan 6th for us.
That’s enough for me.
Here’s a Maria Bartiromo interview w/ Barnette fr/ a month ago.
I haven’t seen it yet. 7 min.
Yet another STELLAR interview with Kathy Barnette. GO WIN Kathy!
Glad I don’t live in Pennsylvania.
A week ago I felt the same.
Now I wish I *did* live in PA.
I’d love to go vote for Barnette tomorrow!
Good point. Though I have enormous respect for President Trump, I could NOT vote for Mehmet and would never vote for McCormick. I’m not sure our President realizes how much people would get behind Barnette in the general. But then there’s the cheating…
Voting for a bad candidate just because you are guessing they *might* win seems like the height of bad decision-making to me.
Kind of like “wow, I just figured out the best way to shoot myself in the foot!”.
I believe President Trump has tons of wisdom and knows things we don’t know. BUT another thing I think he doesn’t realize is how resolve we all got to never hold our nose again to vote. We don’t need ANYMORE demoralizing–especially self-inflicted!
That is the problem, Trump does not listen to the boots on the ground, he listens to those that surround him, he is a REMF.
When this primary is all over and blame starts getting thrown around, I hope people are smart enough to direct their rage to the Republican Party who allowed this race to turn into a trainwreck. They should have known that out-of-state candidates with few connections to Pennsylvania were going to be a tough sell. They had over one year to vet Kathy Barnette, but waited until the last possible minute. The Republican party handled this badly, and I’m including Trump in there, too. Pennsylvania voters are not to be blamed no matter who wins. It’s not the fault of the voters that they were handed this mess, and I’m not going to judge them no matter who wins tomorrow.
I am sure Sean Parnell feels the same way.
The “Party” wants McCormick.
Unless we, the people, take over the party from Precinct Chairs on up, the Uniparty will always control State Party machines.
Oz is not the wizard he claims to be.
Oz is not the Wizard you are looking for.
Can anyone find and post the Brett Baer interview w/ Barnette fr/ earlier tonite?
Interesting. Even with all the negatives I hear about Barnette and McCormick, their high standing in the polls compared to the more widely known Oz tells me that in spite of his greater exposure and publicity on tv, there’s a substantial number of people that flat out don’t like Oz regardless of what Trump says about him. Don’t live near PA so I’m not following along too closely. Personally I think the best candidate for any US Senate race is one that comes from their State Senate. Closest we can come to the spirit of our system before the 17th changed everything.
I think because the whole Oz thing is just insulting. Breezes in and the people of PA are told who to vote for, sad part is people are willing to do it, lock, stock, and barrel. I resent like hell anyone telling me what to do.

Pushing the LIES. SAD.

Best news I’ve read all night is that Pres. Trump endorsed Mastriano. My local newspaper in their “voting guide” included a mention that he was outside of the Capitol on Jan 6. Absolutely unnecessary “news” tidbit. I get emails from Mastriano every week re his legislative agenda. He is putting House Legislator’s to work for sure considering all of his proposed bills. As Governor in PA he would serve me just fine.
Our current Governor Wolfe and his minions hopefully get the rope for the voting behavior he aided and abetted during the 2020 steal. Time will tell. He knows what he did to aid and abet all of it. Sleep at night these days? He will not be allowed to go quietly into the night. I can only pray that his crimes will be punished.
I’m voting in the PA primary tomorrow. Wish I could declare myself as an Independent in the primaries here. No such luck. Would just love to be able to vote for candidates on what I perceive to be their merits, not their Party affiliation. Have homework to do tomorrow on the ballot before I go to my polling station tomorrow, and the hour is early.
Please send your prayers to PA tomorrow. This state is RED beyond comprehension in my ken. According to the 2K Mules documentary this was by far, THE WORST STATE IN THE ENTIRE US re the MULES. As If that doesn’t keep me awake at night. Someday, I hope to be able to got to sleep at 10 pm.
I think the reverse psychology President Trump is using, is working just like it should.
I don’t see what you all dislike about Barnette? I’ve watched most of her interviews and she is MAGA. I think it’s because she is rising to the top over “your guy/gal” and you need to sling mud. She has been upfront about everything and everything is posted online. You can’t say that about Oz and McC is a RINO thru and thru.
This is one backing I completely disagree with Pres Trump on. I stated in another post yest, this is all about Trump’s loyalty is why he picked OZ but Pres Trump is going to see that MAGA is truly in control of the party and Barnette will take this seat.
2 things…
1: How in the F is a Muslim POS like Oz even allowed in this country.
2: How in the F did My President Trump Endorse this UnAmerican POS ?
RED (except for Philly) Pennsylvania, you mean.
Reasonably sure Oz will eventually burn in Hades, regardless of outcome. Go Barnette!
in PA, white, blue collar dems are racist and wont cross over for Barnette like they did with Trump.
Wow! That’s offensive. And wrong.
I’ll pick “wrong” and add stupid. I have limited myself on the use of the word “offensive”.
By your extreme logic, they won’t cross over for Oz the Muslim, either.
Politically interesting scenario playing out in the PA Senate Race but IMHO the most important primary race today is for the PA Governors’s race. Col Mastriano will make sure another PA election will not be stolen and very possibly expose and prosecute the election crimes that transpired in 2020.
GO Mastriano !!!!!!!!
Any candidate fighting for freedom on 1/6 has my vote, bar none – she’s the real McCoy
Oz doesn’t even LIVE IN PA! He’s North Jersey resident who’s WEF and votes in Turkish elections.
Only one man is kindling what’s left of Liberty in America.
We trust Trump or we don’t.
The choice is as simple as that.
Don’t need another Rino McConnell,
We all ready know what is behind the curtain! OZ is NOT change!
He’s be a RINO….
I’m done voting for RINO’s. Voted for Spector just because he wasn’t a Democrat. Turns out he really was a Democrat. Voted for Toomey and watched him morph into a total RINO. From my vantage point McCormick and Oz are starting out far more RINO than Toomey who was supposed to be a conservative. Voting for Kathy Barnette.
I wouldn’t vote for that muslim even if he was ADOPTED by President Trump.
Sorry, DJT, you backed the wrong horse as far as I’m concerned.
It the Ottoman sultan named Mehmet II who conquered Constantinople in 1453, which led to the end of the Byzantine Empire (AKA, the Eastern Roman Empire) 6 years later.
