Each state has the right to qualify a candidate. They can stipulate rules like term limits in their own legislatures. I don’t know why any State doesn’t do that.

Campaign promises aren’t contractual, any more than a car salesperson saying the vehicle on offer is “the best in its class” is something you can win a lawsuit over. Most kinds of opinion, lying, puffery, hopium, obfuscation and faithless inaction aren’t illegal.

Majority of Crimea wanted to join Russia. Half of Ukraine wanted to stay close to Russia, then the US funded a color revolution in 2014. All of this is easily verified. Sorry some of your brains broke and you think 2022 is The Beginning of History.
