Listing your accomplishments again Mr. Pence?
Don’t forget how he messed up that covid task force. The worst possible people ever headed that disaster, and when Dr. Atlas tried heroically to fix it, Pence didn’t take the steps necessary to enable him to fix it.
Was it gross ineptitude, or was it deliberate sabotage?
Why did he have so many America haters on his staff?
That Surgeon General who actually told Americans they could fight a virus with a hanky fixed to their face with rubber bands, was 100% Pence’s guy.
Why didn’t he get clued in that something was horribly wrong, whenhe heard that kind of nonsense?
Wasn’t Navarro part of the task force? Has he ever revealed what went on in their meetings? Did he have the ear of PDJT and did Navorro tell him about the shenanigans including lack of meaningful data being applied vs ideology taking over?
I’ve always wondered about how the perfidy of the task force members was allowed to continue even to the point of running Atlas off.
Navarro worked with companies to change their production lines to give us ventilators, masks etc. don’t thin you can fault him for that.
I wasn’t faulting him. I am curious if he was aware and if he was ever able to get word to PDJT.
I have a lot of questions about the inner workings of that task force and their guidance to PDJT.
PDJT realized something wasn’t right, I don’t know how, and that’s what led to Dr. Atlas’ hiring.
That’s been my question, why did they get to continue? It has been blamed on Pence, and he deserves his share of the blame for keeping Birx and Fauci around, but Jared also played a major role in messing things up for Atlas, PDJT, and the country, and President Trump is solely responsible for Jared. He’s responsible for what Pence did too, because he was the president, not Pence.
IIRC Navarro wanted Fauci fired. He blames Fauci for much:

Unfortunately Navarro is a true believer in the vaccines so his views on the task force appear to center around that issue and not the other nuttery.

We still don’t know exactly who came up with Fauci’s name, and who actually asked Fauci to be on the task force.
Quite a few people failed the president in not doing even minimal vetting of the man. Even if President Trump wanted him, and we don’t know if he asked for him or not, multiple people should have checked him out and said, “no, Mr. President. Not that guy. Choose someone else”.

If Pence or Fraudi was removed at the top of the Pandemic, it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch of the imagination that the “Peaceful but Fiery” Protests would have increased in tempo and number and Pelosi would have use any attempts by the President to launch a Second Impeachment before the Election.
Also the RINO’s lead by a fired Pence or Fraudi would have been harping about invoking the 25th Amendment.

My hope is that any US convoy have watched what went down in Ottawa and have taken notes. In my humble opinion I think there were gaps in the planning stage. I watched this protest from the get go using many different live streams and never saw any kind of violence. One woman whom I think was a resident said it would not end if/when the truckers left. She made it clear the people have had enough. I think we all have. I quite proudly admit burning my bra during Vietnam war. My small part of throwing sand in the machine if you will. Sadly that act was a huge mistake on my part. I am 76 now and gravity has not been kind. God bless those truckers and people who are still holding the line. The sun is out on this very cold day in Minnesota. With the wind chill should be a frosty -35. I am warm I have enough to eat and my 2 felines are my family now. I feel blessed.

We are not “primarying them” our way out of this. By the way, every RINO House Representative (example Dan Crenshaw) has to face primaries each election (2 years). If “primary them” worked, we would have LONG ago cleared out the House. And yet there sits McCarthy and all who elected him leader.
Right! I think one the biggest problems we have is there is no mechanism for accountability. Our elected officials and judges do not take their oath of office seriously. Judges become political and overreach their authority and judicial standards. There is no oversight or accountability. They basically can become rogue and we can’t do anything about it. Elected politicians only accountability is at election time where they lie to get our votes and the establishment protects the incumbents with money and help to discredit any opponents.
what can you do when senators have just been elected and they don’t represent their constituents as promised. Basically nothing. Same with representatives except for a shorter time. There is no accountability for their words and actions. And they have passed las that protect them from being removed, sued, or fined. They can say and do just about anything.
Don’t have a solution, but if they do not represent their constituents as promised they need to suffer consequences. And judges need oversight as well and rouge judges that become activist should suffer consequences.
Sometimes I think if we tapped a random person of the street to vote for, instead of one of these Republican duds, having that person just sit there as a placeholder would be better than letting someone who has let us down back in.
Eventually applicants would learn their lesson- one strike and you’re out.
Main problem is most people pull lever A or B. So one has to be A or B. That’s why I am anti-third party. They never get “A” or “B”. One has to run as a “R’ or “D”. So run as a “DINO” for a “D” and “Maga” or a fake “Rino” as a “R”.

I live in NE Ohio, and I agree — DeWine is done, and we need a change. I have been following Blystone on facebook, and so far, I like what he says. I wish we would hear more about him — I hear lots about and from Renacci challenging DeWine, as though he’s the only other Republican in the primary, with no mention of Blystone. (Meanwhile, on facebook, Renacci’s posts usually get a barrage of comments from people saying they support Blystone. I’m curious what Bly’s actual support numbers are compared to DeWine or Renacci…)
Renacci says a lot of the right things, but he does not inspire me — he just seems like a recycled politician who wants the governor title, and polls people to see what talking points to use. He ran a terrible non-campaign against Sherrod Brown — IIRC, he originally wanted to run for governor, and then Mandel, a pro-Trump conservative who was challenging Brown, dropped out suddenly due to a “family medical emergency” (reportedly his wife was ill, and then they divorced later) — and I think Trump urged Renacci to switch his campaign to US Senate instead of governor. Renacci did that — and then proceeded to become almost invisible, and complain after he lost that he was outspent by Brown, etc. Meanwhile, I know of many people who were trying to volunteer for Renacci’s campaign — their calls and emails were never returned, and he didn’t seem to have a lot of big campaign events. It’s like Renacci wanted to be governor, but grudgingly ran for Senate because Trump asked him to, and then did nothing to make it happen so he would lose and be a “victim” of the system.
I do hope that as an outsider and non-politician, Blystone is surrounding himself with good MAGA political advisers, and people he could appoint to help him get things done. Bottom line is that I am just concerned that this will turn into a splitter event, where Blystone doesn’t get enough to win, but splits the vote so DeWine and his GOP machine (which just endorsed him for reelection) end up with a plurality. (Like Trudeau.) I was pleasantly surprised to hear the interviewer say that the Blystone signs are popping up even in urban areas… Would love to hear other Ohioans weigh in on Blystone.
