CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY can not be said enough……………
Those who made children wear masks, should be in a registry, and certainly not allowed near schools.
I know of an elementary school teacher who allowed children in her classroom to breathe freely. What excuse do the rest of them have?
It seems the unions are driving this madness. I’m not sure why, but they certainly seem culpable.
My two and a half year old grandson starts speech therapy this week.
He just turned one when this nonsense started. My daughter lived in Atlanta and was totally isolated for at least six months. They just moved to Florida and I have seen a remarkable improvement since he is surrounded by family and neighbors who are living a normal life.
Thank God. Children bounce back quickly when surrounded by loving family. May your precious grandson continue to make great strides!

Now retired, I was once a special education teacher for children who were hearing impaired. My students had to rely on their speech/lip reading skills to function at school. Their education has been a disaster for the last 2 years.
What a nightmare this has become!
Rehab professionals of all types used to be taught right out of the gate, all the reasons why this never ever was a good idea. It astounds me that an entire sector of healthcare is not screaming at the top of their lungs how detrimental this is.
We are watching our future disintegrate. But we are “safe”.

Yet, they submitted to political pressure and pharmaceutical industry money to deny needed medications to their patients with COVID. The entire medical industry is guilty and needs to take a long hard look at their behavior during the COVID debacle.
Many, if not most, were motivated by the money. Their high income lifestyles were put on the line. Comply or be broke.

Hate to tell you this but the high income lifestyles of doctors is becoming a myth, The ones you would see for Corvid particularly. Most of the GP clinics are interns run by a bureaucrat doctor that does not see patients and just signs prescription pads. If you see an actual Doctor S/He is usually young and buried in debt. The Hospital Industry OWNS The doctors now.
We were never made “safe” by masking or social distancing. In fact, we were made much less safe with the CARES Act incentivising corporate hospitals to use remdesivir and respirators.

I thought of this issue from the get-go. I am deaf in my right ear due to an accident in 1980. Slowing got worse. Point being I am able to understand some words by reading their lips. Not reading their lips as well as some people can. When a baby is young we start to pronounce some words slowly, so the baby catches the attention of our lip movement, as well as the tongue.
When I was little and helped mind my little brother and younger cousins and I would talk to them, the very littlest ones – I could see how they were actually studying the formation of the words out of my mouth and they would be
gearing up to make the same moves, over and over – it was fascinating how those little bright eyes would glom onto the movements and would mimic them –
lots of videos on youtube of little tiny babies doing that
People have no concept about how much all of us lip read/facial expression read unconsciously, until we cannot anymore. Imagine how difficult it is for kids who are just learning speech, formulating how to make sounds into speech properly and what facial expressions mean to speech. It was one of the first things I thought of when the “only two weeks” mandate was extended indefinitely.
Being with special education kids daily for years, I knew what the consequences to them of prolonged face coverings were going to be on their development. It’s horrible what has been done to all of our children and they now want them mandatorily vaccinated with something that could ruin their health for life for a virus that barely makes healthy kids sick. My immense anger is not going away anytime soon for these crimes being committed to our little ones. I see the terrible results everyday and up close.
Not to mention facial gestures which are critical to social development…
I’m deaf in both ears due to my military service, but I hear you, loud and clear. As a person who heavily relies on lip-reading, it’s maddening to try and communicate with folks wearing masks. I always ask them to either remove their mask so I can read their lips or write me a note. Their responses are often very negative and under normal circumstances, they should be embarrassed by their own behavior, but these are not normal times.

I was in a speech therapy class when I was in first grade. I couldn’t say my S sounds without a lisp, and I stuttered. Turns out that my main problem was my brain worked so much faster than my mouth/tongue, they just couldn’t keep up and it was a mess. I learned to slow down just a hair, stop trying to blurt it all out at once. The other kids in speech therapy with me were all developmentally stunted, just couldn’t really speak well at all. I can’t imagine what being forced to wear a mask for two years would have done to me, it wouldn’t have been good that’s for sure.
My 4 year old boy is in speech therapy. We don’t wear masks so maybe his mother just gave him bad genes.

Yes, that was my young son’s problem. We found out that after a bad ear infection he was deaf in one ear.
Paget’s disease can cause progressive loss of hearing but if treated early enough, hearing deterioration may be slowed or perhaps ended
Its a hereditary disease and most ent guys are unaware of its effects
having seen two videos of little children in their classrooms exulting over taking off their masks, you know their beautiful growing minds KNOW they need to breathe free and be able to “read” and learn HOW to read the facial expressions of other people in their lives –

I have a friend who told me her young grandchildren rarely smile anymore, they have had no facial exchanges in so long.

I am 58 years old. In my school days, I had never heard of a speech therapist or knew any classmate who went to one. I could understand a speech therapist for stuttering or stroke-related speech problems.
Back in my day, we were poor and you didn’t go to a doctor unless something was seriously wrong. Luckily, we were very blessed and I give great thanks. Now, it wouldn’t surprise me if kids are seeing doctors/specialists once a week. So many are taking the psych meds like paxsil.
I actually had speech therapy at my small school when I was in second grade. This was in the 1970’s and in a rather poor area.
I have to say that school probably changed my life. Coming in from a private school, I had to repeat second grade because I had zero reading skills. My memories are of nothing but arithmetic and reading drills at this new school.
To this day I am still a human calculator and an exceptionally good reader.
I have no idea if the speech therapy helped me or not. Even still, I appreciate the genuine effort.
I taught young children phonics for years and one of the key phrases you use when a child is mispronouncing a sound is “Watch my mouth.” Children will hear the sounds; but if they can’t figure out how to correctly reproduce them, they will make what ever similar sound they can to substitute. And when the sound is made incorrectly over a period of time, it will become a habit and one that is hard to break and correct.

All that matters is whether the evidence matches legal standards, not whether a woke DC jury will convict or not. The Trump campaign has accused Hillary Clinton of treason after a special counsel asserted that the campaign spied on the White House servers of Donald Trump in an attempt to find connections to Russia that could be used to smear him.
Upon learning that Special Counsel John Durham had filed a court document reiterating the alleged hack, former President Trump launched an offensive alleging that Team Clinton’s behavior in the past would have warranted execution.
Trump said: ‘The latest pleading from Special Counsel (John) Durham proves indisputable evidence that my campaign and presidency were spied on by operatives paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign in an effort to develop a completely fabricated connection to Russia.
‘This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution.’
