There are lots of loopholes in the 1982 Constitution Act. The biggest restraint on the Canadian Monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, fiddling with the Canadian constitution is that she promised to only do with the advice and consent of the Canadian Senate and House of Commons. She still is listed as the Sovereign and Commander-In-Chief of all Canadian military forces on Government web pages. Her commands are transmitted via the Governor General. The last alteration by her of the Canadian constitution was in 1990 I believe, when she altered it by proclamation to accommodate something about the ferry service in the Maritime Provinces. So I think to be correct one must refer to the Canadian constitution as the the “Constitution of 1990” .
I think the RCMP will be used against the Freedom Truckers because to use the Canadian Army would raise questions about where the commands are coming from. Not that she would give them herself personally anyway, they would come from the Canadian “Crown in Council” which carries her stamp in order to shield her.

Hopefully ALL “Southern” (as in Ex-Confederate) and Red States look hard at the Alabama plans and legal arguments, especially here in Texas where the Federal Court just loves taking charge of drawing the boundaries of our districts and writing our voting laws no matter how sane the rational, legal arguments and data appears.
During the Regime of Comrade Obama there were housing cases decided by “Historical Trends and Statistics” that bore no relationship to actual demographics nor legalities. suburbs of Dallas were actually “recruiting” Black Resident to move to their locations because the demographics fell below some arbitrary demographic percentage standard.

For those who do not know, look up the origin of the term “Jerry Can”.
It is from WWII, a term coined by the British Troops in North Africa. If they captured a German Vehicle the first thing they did was loot the spare fuel can that looked just like the one above. The fuel cans issued the British Army sucked so bad that, troops planned on loosing up to 25-50% of the fuel carried in the British Army cans.
German Troops in WWII were referred to as “Jerry”.
The one thing the German and British did agree on about the British Fuel can was that when filled with fuel soaked sand, it made a great stove.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis Plans to Create Police Force to Investigate Election Fraud

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis proposed the idea last year and said the force would consist of 25 investigators and officers.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and fellow Republicans are proposing a special police force to investigate election fraud, but some are worried that the new force could target minorities and cause unnecessary complications, CBS News reported.
“I think we should be afraid of a political election police goon squad,” State Senator Tina Scott Polsky said during a Senate meeting.
Nine months ago, DeSantis also signed a law limiting the use of ballot drop boxes. That law is now being challenged in federal court.
Democrats in Florida have been highly opposed to the idea of the new police force.
