I have been watching prepper channels on Youtube for years, and its only this year that I came to the realization that they are sensationalists feeding off other peoples misery to make money on Youtube and with Amazon links. They chat about community blah blah while they try and sell products available in the stores for $100, while store price is $10.
Seriously, everyone should always be prepared, and there are food shortages, but don’t give me your neighborly BS while ripping people off who are scared and uncertain! And, quit stealing empty shelf images. Get off your backsides and go and snap your OWN images!
I have also perused the “prepper” sites, and I “understand ehere your coming from”.
On “blogs” there are, SELECTIVELY some good “tips” but yes there IS a lot of “hype” and products that are overpriced.
For instance, all the hyping of “freeze dried” food. Firstly, you can build your own dehydrator, for very little $.
Secondly, canned goods, where the can isn’t dented, will stay good and edible for MANY years and (a ‘tip’ I read in a blog) you can extend their longevity by coating the canned goods with a coat of shellac.
It gives an extra ‘seal’ to the can, but mainly it preserves the label.
So yes, those new to the concept of “prepping” and “survivalism”; there ARE some good ‘tips’ out there, but like everything else, the Internet is a mile wide and an inch deep.

Also The freeze dry machines are overpriced. for the components they contain. Crystal kitty litter is inexpensive desiccant I am using it and GA for food and clothing storage with good results. and oxygen absorbers are mostly powdered iron with salt and GAC granulated activated carbon.
Agree! But as a country we can’t horde or prep our way out the current supply chain and food shortages that are coming! The number of Americans that have supplies lasting for a year or longer is infinitesimal out of 300 million. Too many can’t afford it or have the means to do it, the rest have no idea what is coming. The solution isn’t prepping but political. As long as Democrats/leftists force the new “Green Deal” on We The People and the entire country where they are introducing rules and regulations that eliminate/replace hydrocarbons with wind mills and solar panels then there will be too little energy to keep the country running. The effect on gasoline/diesel, natural gas, fertilizers, insecticides, trucks, farm machinery/equipment and what farmers and ranchers need to feed the country (and a good portion of the world) will be devastating! We need to return to American first asap! We have enough oil and natural gas reserves to run the country’s economy for another 100 years! President Trump had us energy independent and that needs to be retuned to. Obviously all the “vaccine” mandates need to be ended! Before this gets all sorted out we may actually see some skinny Americans! So the solution is political but I’m not confident that will occur in time to prevent a massive self inflicted destruction of the American economy! God help us! Hosanna!
Still, in order to have the wherewithal to pursue that political solution without succumbing to their seige it is vital that all prepare themselves as best they can.
The Cabal is crashing food production globally, they are creating a crisis that can’t be promptly resolved even if we deposed every tyrant and conspirator in one fell blow.

Maybe consider that sellers are there because people buy the products. Yes, one should evaluate what is being purchased and if you don’t … you made your own decision. With freedom comes responsibility.

Yes. and some people would much rather have things already assembled and ready to go, including the food. They don’t have the time or want to do everything handmade.
There are some reliable sites to go to and there is a lot people can do for themselves, but the fact people are selling products doesn’t bother me if they are quality products and the pricing is fair for what you are getting. That is capitalism and if done right and fairly, is certainly acceptable.
People just have to be smart and research what they are buying and from whom. If you grow your own food, have your own water supply and access to your own power for electricity or natural gas or wind or solar, that’s fantastic. If you don’t then look for the things you need at good prices or on sale, and keep them ready, stored and up to date.
Camping equipment sites have lots of good stuff too and can be less expensive than the prepper sites. I found some great products on those places. So, look around, be a good shopper, know what you are getting and why. We all need to prepare the best way we can just as we always have.
Living in snow country, our family has had years of experience in getting stocked for power outages and delivery issues when winter hits. We inevitably have one whopper every winter although we’ve been lucky the last few years.
There are a couple of Prepper channels that have been in existence for several years and have established their own online stores.
They can provide some direction and ideas that can be gleaned from their research. As with anything what one chooses to do with that information can be a piece of the overarching due diligence.
I plan for the most likely scenarios and keep a watchful eye for those extraordinary events that could possibly arise and keep a flexible plan working in the event that the wheels fall off society.
CTH has been a valuable asset in the overall information necessary to keep focused and keep vigilant.
Rational, truthful information is the antidote to fear.
A few “if” questions this morning.
IF it is legally proven and the electorate in several states are overturned, who decides the 2020 election results are illegal?
Does the Presidency then go to Trump automatically?
Do we have to wait until 2024?
If he is installed as the rightfully elected President, does he have to keep Mike Pence as VP?
How’d we “oust” the illegal cockroaches from the WH?
Do we have any Federal Prosecutors and Judges left in this country who hold true to their oaths and are willing to prosecute and incarcerate the evil tyrants once and for all?
Should we start building a few more maximum security prisons to house the criminals, illegals and politicians? Including the globalist investing foreign $$$ to destroy the USA?
Guess my biggest question seriously is when it is proven and made public this was an election fraud, what would be the framework for installing the rightful winner?
In sports, if fraud is proven, awards and medals are stripped from the athlete? Should we not have a similar penalty for all of those responsible for and the recipient of the fraudulent election?
Can Mike Lindell get free advertisements for any and all televised political misconduct trials? He’s earned it. 👏

IF 5 states (or enough to change the outcome) decertify the results of 2020, and certify electors for PDJT, my understanding is there really is no legal or Constitutional precedent for “What happens then?”
If Congress were to choose to, Congress COULD, presumably recount the electors (a “re-do” of what they were doing on J6) and announce PDJT the winner of the election.
However, Rinos have NO interest in this, as they are every bit as threatened by PDJT as Dems, so even if R’s win overwhelming victory in 2022,..it ain’t gonna happen.
Only if MAGA candidates, have a MAGA wave in 2022, would this be possible.
Never the less, I DO think it is valuable, and doable for State legislatures to decertify results, to lend credence to the clear evidence of massive cheating in their States.
Just as “Impeachment” is a POLITICAL, not CRIMINAL process (and you can review numerous articles written and ‘published’ during the PDJT’s two failed impeachments, which explain the distinction) any attempt to ‘overturn’ the results of 2020 would be a POLITICAL, not LEGAL process.
In essence, Congress COULD do it, IF the American people would support it, and can’t do it, if American people don’t.

A related question I’m less sure of is what would happen if the Georgia legislature found that their two Dem senators elected in January 2021 won only through voter fraud? If even one of them could be removed from office, that would alter the balance in the Senate.
But the states should nonetheless make their determinations and publish their findings and the evidence. With Biden and Harris at historic disapproval levels, the politics of defending them becomes unbearable. How many Dem Congress ears have already abandoned ship?

There are a few states whose Reps and Senate elections are in question.
This could get VERY interesting.
If there is no regulation or law that covers “what next,” then why cannot Congress declare a new election to be held in 30/60/90 days from the time of decertification? Or whatever reasonable time frame they choose? Or why cannot the states take a vote and rule on calling a new election? But if Biden is declared illegitimately elected, who then runs the govt. until the new election? A committee of Dems and Repubs? It would be quite the challenge to make it all work and the Dems would be squealing like banshees about all of it and resisting everything and every way they could.
Someone said during the height of the ‘steal/fraud’ investigations, that once the certification takes place nothing can undo it. If that’s true, then whatever is found out will not trigger and overturn the standing results or prompt a new election unless maybe the courts get involved, imo.

I’m thinking real hard for the last time anything that resembles justice come about from a congressional hearing.
If enough states recalled their electors that the results end up being that no candidate has more than 270 electoral votes, does it matter? The election has already been certified and I would not be surprised that it would be up to congress to decertify the election before any further process could move forward.
I don’t think that in the long run I would like the idea of a state having the power to remove a president by recalling their electors. There needs to be another link or two in the chain, congress is one of the links, the closest one to the people (in theory) otherwise the commie dems will use it against us.
I agree to the extent it woukd have to be more than one state, and the 270 threshold would have to be met.
But we are in uncharted waters here, with a much greater ability to prove fraud and make history.

I hope there are no sinkholes in or around Ottawa. It did occur to me how the weight of so many trucks might impact the roads on which they are parked. Not condoning stealing the funds raised. Just musing, pragmatically.

So Molnupiravir requires atleast 3 months of condom use after 5 days of treatment in heterosexual males. Paxlovid interacts with 32 classes of drugs. Not 32 drugs….32 classes. Both are apparently less toxic than ivermectin per the FDA.

From the data I have read ,remdesivir appears to be a death sentence for far too many people. I personally would avoid it at all costs. Ivermectin is the gold standard for covid cures, but it must be taken early in the infection before it advances too far.
There is a reason that ICU Nurses are quietly referring to it as “Run-death-is-near”…

Finally, don’t buy the fear-porn…prepare ahead and deal with it when it comes, without further stress on your system from that deadly weapon, fear!
Actually, although it’s best to treat covid early, ivermectin has also been effective in more advanced cases of covid, unlike HCQ.
People on vents have recovered if given Ivermectin, but certainly best to catch covid early.
IVM is an antiviral, so reduces viral load early on and can prevent the disease from progressing to more critical stages.
Later in disease progression, IVM acts as an anti inflammatory and also neutralizes spike proteins.

They saw what happened as their neighbors who had gone to get the “prescribed protocols” offered by the available local hospital, and were fed Remdes, then ventilated, and then shortly died! ALONE, at that!

Talked to a cattleman friend this morning in Central California. We are in a drought and he has not been able to put any “cattle on feed” as he usually does. It looks to me like a shortage of cattle down the road. More heifers which would normally be kept for breeding stock will instead go to market, IMO.

As for preppers, there’s plenty of Grifters on both sides, I stay away from any Youtube channels which talk endlessly about civil war and the impending apocalypse as inevitable outcomes. The Canadian truckers have shown that leftists fear real protests, from real people with real concerns far more than any democratic checks and balances, as it brutally undermines the narrative. If the poll, showing a surge in support for ending mandates, is repeated it’s a ground changing moment as suddenly Sparkle socks is in the minority and his dismissive words will haunt him. Then again he’ll probably accuse the truckers of being hateful to minorities!
