(Gray News) – Scientists are keeping a close eye on a new version of the COVID-19 omicron variant.
The new variant, referred to by researchers as BA.2, is a descendant of the omicron mutation, according to a report from the UK Health Agency.
At least three cases have been reported in the U.S. They were found in patients at Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas, where researchers are studying samples of the virus, The Washington Post stated.
The new version appears to have similar traits as the original, such as its apparent ability to evade preexisting immunity, whether from the virus or from vaccinations.
BA.2 has also been dubbed as “stealth omicron,” according to the Washington Post, because its genetic traits make it difficult to detect with a PCR test, which could detect the original version of the variant.

I wonder at the mind set: Covid was real and it was scary around the world. Granted, for a small # of people, its certainly POSSIBLE that they became infected from MOUTH breathing.
That is, they inhaled thru their MOUTH, rather than the nose, and the virus went straight into the lungs, where it settled and began reproducing.
For the vast majority, ALL respiratory infections enter thru the nose, and settle in the SINUSES.
THATS where they reproduce for the first 24 hours that it takes for our body to make antibodies.
Its easily accessible (unlike the lungs) with a simple nasal spray of saline and iodine.
Use such a spray, every 1-2 hours, to keep it from reproducing into 100’s of 1000’s, so that the job of the antibodies is less, AND SO it DOES NOT move down into the lungs, where it is MUCH harder to treat.
This basic protecol would even be effective for people like my Dad, 83 y.o. and with “co-morbidities”.
As with everything else, the insistence on NO “early intervention protecol” seems not only “stupid”, not only contrary to basic medical principles, but intentional.
With such early intervention, there IS no “danger of hospitals being overwhelmed with covid patients” and hospitals could have focused on treating those at high risk.
No danger of hospitals overwhelmed, no need for lockdowns to “slow the spread”, mandates of any kind, mail out ballots, or EAU’s for vaxs.
On the face of it, it makes NO sense; send patients home who are not critical, to avoid “overwhelming” the hospitals virtually guatantees the hospitals WILL be overwhelmed.
Given the context, this can only have been intentional.
Its at the heart of the scam, this insistence on suppressing any early intervention protecol.

My Dad complained for yeats of “shortness of breath”, and Drs reassured him their tests showed nothing was wrong, despite him having to stop for 5 minutes after climbing one flight of stairs.
Finally they conceded he MIGHT have “a touch if emphesema”.
Then, one a.m. my sister noticed his lips were blue, and called an ambulance (he had the flu).
After many tests, and treating him for the flu, they told him he had “pulmonary fibrosis”, a build up of scar tissue in the lungs, which takes many years to develop, and reduces lung capacity.
They also told him the next time he got a cold of flu,,it would probably kill him, and there was nothing they could do.
About 3 mos. later they were proved right, he got the flu, went into the hospital, and was wheeled out.
Point is, for people like my Dad, WuHan version IS “dangerous”.
But then, so is a cold or flu.
There’s a lot of stuff the researchers and scientists know, but pretend not to know.

Right, 27 years ago my 6 month old son (who I stayed at home with and rarely went out) contracted RSVP from which some kids die. He was so sick. The pediatrician said they could not do anything for him in the hospital that I could not do at home but if his breathing went down under so many breaths per minute to go to emergency room. I sat with him in a rocking chair for 3 days. BUT did anybody care? Did the world go crazy that my son was deathly ill with a virus?
I believe, this is the virus that they tried to make a vaccine for and all the ferrets died.

Large numbers of single adult illegal immigrants are being released and transported into the U.S. in Texas via a small, unmarked office in a parking lot, video caught by Fox News on Sunday shows.
Fox News footage shows several federally contracted buses dropping off dozens of mostly male migrants at a parking garage in Brownsville, Texas. Black tarps were set up with a makeshift sign said “Border Patrol drop-off” above it.
Fox witnessed men go into a small, unmarked office, then re-emerge moments later as multiple taxi cabs then showed up to collect the migrants — who were then shuttled off to nearby Harlingen Airport. There were no children or migrant families among the groups.
Several of the migrants told Fox that they had crossed illegally that morning, paying approximately $2,000 per person to cartel smugglers. They also said they were flying to destinations including Miami, Houston and Atlanta.
Single adults are typically being expelled via Trump-era Title 42 public health protections. The Biden administration kept Title 42 in place but is not applying it to unaccompanied children or most migrant families. However, single adults have long been the easiest category of migrant to deport.
In a statement to Fox News, the city of Brownsville said its Office of Emergency Management, through federal assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), works to facilitate “the transfer of these migrants to their final destination by allowing them to use services to contact their families, NGOs, or a taxicab.”
It confirmed that the parking garage serves as a staging area for migrants to be given travel information to “facilitate their transfer to their final destinations.” Migrants can also be given a health screening there, a spokesperson said.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said its agency was not involved in the release. An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) source who viewed the footage said they believed it was an ICE release.
The development comes just as CBP officially released its December border numbers — showing 178,840 encounters in December, a slight increase over November, but significantly higher than the 73,994 encountered in December 2020.
The Biden administration has been struggling with the crisis at the border and is re-establishing the Trump-era Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) in response to a court order that found its dismantling of the program unlawful.
Last week, the program — which sees migrants returned to Mexico — was expanded to the Rio Grande Valley sector. The returns are set to take place through the Brownsville port of entry.

I just watched an interesting report on OANN. Chanel Rion did a piece on the Ukraine situation. It fits in with the disparity of the Ukrainian border and our own border.

Many links have been posted recently to various legal groups who have documents people can print and ask their employer’s rep to sign if they are under a company mandate. The docs require the employer to acknowledge that the shots are experimental and that there could be side effects including (long list) and that if the employee gets any of those side effects, the employer is on the hook for treatment.
I would think that it’s possible to sue the companies but WB is probably right, we’ve hit exhaustion level.
I did tell Carhartt when they replied to my customer service complaint that I hoped their employees would file a suit against them and that they, as a company, were liable for any deleterious effects their employees suffered by mandating the jab.

Could possibly be analyzed as a worker’s compensation claim. If a company puts you up on a ladder stocking shelves and the ladder gives way because it is defective, and you break your back in the fall, the company is automatically liable but damages are limited to actual damages, usually measured by a schedule and constrained by your rate of pay.
So it seems to me this would be the same. The company says in order to work here you must use the following equipment (Pfizer shot), it fails, you are injured (choose your adverse effect), the company is on the hook.
However, there are usually strict time limits for the injured employee to notify the employer of the injury. There are specific rules about what happens when you discover the injury years later, like with asbestos exposure or other environmental injuries.
Worth a consult with a good workers compensation attorney if you are an employee whose company told you to get the shot if you wanted to keep your job and then you did. Especially if you can prove that you only did it because you were forced to do so (you were denied an exemption for example).

37% of 256 surveys is 94.72 houses. Not sure how one can get a “partial” house. Maybe the writer rounded up or down to get to a nice round %.
But, then, the remaining conclusions all have one or two decimal precision. That’s strange, but ok.
29.73% of 256 surveys = 76.1088. Again, not an integer. How does one get a fraction of a survey that “has some registration count discrepancy”? Maybe the author was referring to 29.73% of the houses that had some election anomaly occur.
If so, then we are either talking about 94 or 95 houses (again, assuming they rounded the 37% number). Well, 29.73% of 94 houses = 27.9462 houses. Or, 29.73% of 95 = 28.2435 houses. Either way, it doesn’t work.
The other numbers are equally confusing and suspicious.
I don’t even have words to describe what is happening out there as I shake my head with open mouth.
In Minneapolis and St Paul they have implemented a vaccine papers requirement for restaurants. Anyone who wants to eat must show papers. Now get this. The workers in those very same restaurants are exempt.

I had a wellness check yesterday with my doctor.
The nurse, of course, asked about my covid vax status. I replied my beliefs have not changed since the last time they saw me. I was still utilizing a vitamin regimen including Vit D, zinc and quercetin. She replied that that is what the doc and I are doing.
She mentioned that the doc is telling those with omicron to treat it like treating the flu.
She also said that ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine seem to be ineffective against it as were most of the MAB’s. I haven’t been paying attention to news of those treating omicron with ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine so wasn’t sure if that was accurate.
I was encouraged to hear my doctor and nurse are both following the supplement protocols and I hope she’s sharing it with patients.
I got zero pressure to change my stance on the “vaccine” which is different from when I was there last year.

So any study of them would have to have zinc as a co-variable to make any sense. Remember the flurry of hasty studies a year ago dismissing hydroxy? Many had no consideration of zinc in their study design, whether dietary or supplemental. Also, many poorly designed studies administered HCQ too late in the course of the disease, it has most efficacy as an early treatment.
